Upsell. That's the name of the game here. Brought in my 2007 Hyundai accent for a BASIC inside/outside cleaning. No prices on the menu board above, just a pushy (yet polite) sales guy outside tries to convince me to go full detail package for $149. Tell him 3 times NO, just the basic package thanks. Tells me that's $89. I don't see a menu, or a price list so I assume that's the deal today. Agree to an $89 cleaning. Go inside to pay...upsell AGAIN wanting me to buy a $200 gift card. Pay for my cleaning, then I see that the most basic package I wanted is only $59. I paid $30 more than I needed because the sales guy outside sold me on a basic package PLUS a bunch of extras I clearly don't need on old beater car, or had even asked for. Totally bogus.

I arrived at 12pm Sunday. I mentioned I was on my way home to fort mcmurray and had my puppy and baby. I asked 3 times how long it would take to clean my jeep and was told it each time ‘an hour and a half. Hour and 45 mins tops!’ I didn’t get my jeep back until 3:35. My jeep looked great but by the time I got it back I just wanted to leave. Also my centre console wasn’t even cleaned out so I ended up just doing it myself when I got home.

Fixed my Dodge Charger up reeeeeal nice. Was caked in mud on the floor. They try to be pushy and get you add more money to your bill, but if you know how to talk to a salesman properly you’ll be winning. They won my service here and I’ll be back. Front desk lady was very sweet to talk and deal with as well.

Hi, google world. My name is Ryan. I want to take time to tell the world about my experience at this location, I am never the one to complain and do not wish seek any gains from this review, just to make things very clear. My experience happened a couple of months ago from today, and has haunted me, I wanted to let it go, however this company needs to be brought to some form of justice.I am writing to only to warn the hard working blue collar people of north side Edmonton. This company needs to do review their professional conduct policies and re-check their moral values. There are many points to be made but here are the main ones that my fellow Edmontontians need to be very aware of .....1) Pushy Sales people who are complete snakes. The Ultimate Package for a Mitsu Lancer should only come up to approx $399 then he starts B.Sing about this power polish, which they clearly never did (please see pictures) I drink a lot of Tim Hourtons coffee and combined with our pot holes, causes spills on the roof, When I first saw the stains on the roof, i was #$@!$ off. Its very obvious the sales guy is full of it. The African fellow that showed me my car, tried to act dumb pretending it does not existed and tried to rush me out the door. And for all this my bill somehow came up to $514??? After seeing some other reviews its very clear this has already happened 2) Celnik. This guy is the manager of this place, and it is very obivious his extremely poor leadership and spread to the staff. He also started acting dumb and saying "oh well, its just small stuff, small stuff" in his European accent. Well what part of "detail" do these people dont understand. AND NO it is very visible and not small. or if it was not a big deal then just clean it! 3) Poor moral standing. Next point is that after I get the manager, he refuses to give me any type of compensation. First off $500 is a rip off. My friend at BMW last week was kept waiting in office and decided to comp some of their parts for his long extended wait. (go learn something bubbles) So Celinik argument was that the job is done and can't do anything about it and its their policy and cant give refunds or anything. (anyone in head office wanna check this out) yeah nice job, even Tutti Frutti gave me free coffee when food took too long. 4) Just simply a poor job done. "Professionals" you get paid to do it, so expect and damn well done job. I dont' know about you, when you do a poor job, you lose it! This company is the perfect example of the whole participation metal winning that we teach kids. You get paid no matter you become first ( a good job) or last place ( a $#!6 job) look, i know that they are going to say, you took those pictures months after the wash...NO, NO I DID not. Stop making excuses , show some character, step up and admit you did a poor job. Oh wait, I know what your going to say next...."what took you so long to say something?" I honestly wanted to let this go and take MY LOSSES but I have come to the point in my life, that I refuse to turn the other cheek. 5) There is more.... At this point if you some how read all of this is probably got the point of this place, believe me when I say there is more, but I took the time to write this long F%^ review, in which I can get into more details. like the wet floors, and taking MY money before checking the car, hiding dirty mats underneath each other so I dont see it, customer help line that is a pain to get a hold of and I am sick of this. I am glad I got that off chest.

I highly recommend this place!! Extremely friendly staff that actually took care about washing my car. One of the biggest things that impressed me, was as they were going through the drying process, a gentleman dropped the towel he was using on the wet/dirty ground. And instead of using the same towel, or just flipping it over, he went and grabbed a new one without hesitation. It's that kind of customer service that will have me returning to this location without a doubt! !

They usually do an amazing job, but today I had to tell them to finish wiping down the trim and I had even purchased the vinyl protection package at $120.00 which I thought ensured that. I hope for sharper eyes next time!

I stopped by this Bubbles to get my car cleaned before selling it. They made my old Sunfire look like new, and they did it for a fair price. Waiting area was nice, and they were quick and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.

They did a good job on my car and the lineups weren't long at all. Friendly staff, COVID-19 procedures in place for distancing and hand sanitizing. You receive a coupon for half price exterior wash within one week with a basic interior/ exterior.

I've sometimes heard people complain about the pricing here, but this is definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'. These folks provide an excellent service. I don't think I've ever left unsatisfied. The staff I've interacted with have all been friendly. Especially at the higher end of services, there's nothing comparable out there. With the detail services, they'll bend over backwards to make sure you're happy, so long as you give them the time to do their work. I've gone to Bubbles for years, worth every penny. :)

Great job for the most part but they NEVER clean the inside of the windshield. If it's touched at all it's maybe 1/3 of it and smeared. This last time only the passenger side was smeared, driver's side wasn't touched.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I booked online for a package that was 120 and when I showed up they said it was going to be $200 because there was dog hair so I told them just to do a regular vacuum and if there was still hair left I wasn't worried and then they said it would still be $200 because there was dirt on the mats so they just kept coming up with an excuse as to why it would be $200. I drove away and will be looking for a different place that doesnt try to overcharge

I always go to this Bubbles location and my car always comes out looking brand new. I locked my keys in my car today, and they were able to unlock it for me. I was absolutely mortified and they made me feel like it was no problem at all. Very professional and great service.

It's a very nice and cozy place to get a car wash. The staffs are very polite. It could be a bit pricey but i think it's worth it as soon as you get to see your nice and clean vehicle. The manager is of great help and very knowledgeable of their services. Definitely the best location!

These people are amazing! Dog hair GONE! Everything spotless. I've detailed my truck here a couple of times and I love that it looks like I just drove it off the lot. I use them for the winter washes. Bit pricey but I pay it, to save me the headache of frozen doors and locks.

Sat for 5 hours waiting for an inside and outside service actually watched my vehicle unattended for 45 minutes. Brought this to the counter attendants attention and she got the manager who told me its because they were busy. I was the only vehicle in the detail bay. The only saving grace was the amazing service from the african fellow what a delight to talk to. Maybe make him your manager he seems to understand customer service better that the other guy.

Price way too expensive... (350$ for inside/outside, rug shampoo and vinyl scrub) I’ve been told it will take an hour maybe an hour an half to clean my car. I’ve been sitting here for more than 2h30 and still not ready... Can see that nobody is working on my car for a while... I’m about to waste my afternoon because of them ! I expect a better service for that price !!! Update : I’ve been sitting here for 3h now ! Update II : I’ve talked with Artur as requested below by the head office and he did nothing except telling me that they shouldn’t give time frame in the beginning!? ... Oh ! And I have to finish the job myself, they put all the garbage in a bag in my trunk !!! ... I can do the same for free !!! Finally, they didn’t clean my roof window and my car is still dirty (see pictures)

This place is a ripoff! My wife took a Kia Accent in, somehow they think thats an SUV. Told her it would take 2 hours, ended up taking 4 hours "because it was dirty". Bugs left on vehicle after they washed it, left a film on the interior, barely touched the wheels, and told her they were going to do something without telling her there was a price involved. The only reason this place has a 4.1 rating currently is because their own staff rates it a 5! If you are a female, avoid this place like the plague, they only see dollar signs. You'll be able to do a better job for a third of the price and in half the time. Edit after their response. You say that you go through the pricing my assumption is you have it in the company handbook. That's nice! Too bad the people at this location don't follow that. As for my wife going back to and Bubbles location, that's not going to happen after how she was treated. I'll be going back myself. Considering how much she was told it was going to cost, and her being charged over double, I'm expecting a refund. I'm sure you feel like that's against your company policies as well, but considering your staff can't follow those policies themselves, I don't see them having a problem issuing one for the services that were not properly described or prices discussed.

First time getting a wash at a Bubbles and the staff guy who came to me didn’t explain what I needed to do, was rude, barely spoke. So I sat confused in my car, freezing, trying to figure it out. The car wash itself was okay, but I was told that part of winter wash was that they would wipe the doors down to prevent freezing. Yet, they didn’t seem to have done that part because all my doors are frozen. Not coming back here.

What an excellent place to have your carwash. Great staffs who provides their service with manners. The kids and I love going there for our van to get bathed. The kids enjoy to watch the vehicles go through the tunnel. There is a good selection of food which the kids enjoy too. Great work.

I bought a used vehicle and brought it here for a full cleaning with leather care and all I got was a quick wipe down. They said they would clean out the door jam's and try to remove what he thought was wax from a crayon but they didnt even try to remove the wax and there is still dust and dirt in my door jam's. Waste of money!!

They definitely live to up the saying "you get what you paid for". I did the Ultimate package. I've had my van for almost 5 yrs, got it brand new and I haven't given it a good clean since I got it. There were some tough grime and stains and with 2 kids, it's a given the vehicle can get dirty. I wasn't sure if they were able to clean some of the tough dirt. Well, they did not disappoint! My van looks brand new! Even my husband, (who thinks you shouldn't pay so much for someone to clean your vehicle) was impressed. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve been using this location since the beginning of 2021. The first few times the service was great. Sometimes I just need a basic outside only wash, that’s when I’m noticing sloppy work at the drying end. They don’t dry all the dripping water from the outside. The last three times I’ve had to re-clean the back window and open the hatch and water is running down the sides and onto the rear bumper. The reason I use bubbles car wash is so I don’t have to do that! I can use a self serve car wash and dry the car myself for less then half the price of a basic outside wash. Unhappy customers will get fed up and not return, please up your game and get staff to do a better job. I want to continue using your service.

Cleaning job is the strong end of mediocre at best. For a $236 package, you'd expect to at least get the dirt off of the rubber floor mats. Paid for service at 8:42 AM and was called to be informed it was ready at 9:36 AM. 52 minutes of service to clean an entire SUV and throw it through the car wash. Definitely no value here. Look elsewhere for detailing services.

This car wash business was far too expensive. I will never go there again. Customer service was excellent. Although they did dry the car after washing it which was nice in the cold winter weather, $30 is much more than I intended to spend on a simple exterior car wash!

Had my car washed at this location for the very first time. I would definitely recommend and go back to this north location. Excellent service. Although I only asked for a basic inside and out clean. The car came out like it had been detailed.

Excellent service upon entering and inside at reception. Superior safety protocols in place including temperature check at point of entry attendant. Makes perfect sense. If you're feverish or still have a high temperature, then no car wash. Kudos to management on implementing this safety check.

Recently got an ultimate detail done at this location, to say i am extremely impressed with their service is understating it. The service took longer than what they had originally estimated but well worth the end result. When I got home I had noted that a piece was missing from my rear hatch. I returned to the location and informed and they got right on investigating what had happened. Turns out I'd removed the piece and left in my garage and that had slipped my mind. They called to follow up and I stopped in on the way home to let them know of my error. They never once made me feel that I should feel bad for my error and offered me a free wash, which was appreciated but unnecessary. I will definitely return to this location even though it is a further distance than other locations. Clean, comfortable location as well!

Always do a great job on my car. Great service, attention to detail. But most importantly they go the extra mile. Last year I had my headlights cleaned here, and I noticed it came out a bit foggy a couple months later. I had no time, to bring it up to them until the following year. A year later here I am and I asked if they would honor it and they did and it looks fantastic. Where else are you going to get that service a year later. Definitely reccomend this location.

I have dealt with Ervin numerous times at this location. I made it a point to always bring my vehicles when he is around. He is fantastic! Clearly conveys what is being done and provides the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Bubbles location. I got the largest package 400 .had to bring it back in as it had puddles of water under my seats and was still not cleaned .manager said "we all make mistakes " well I think for 400 it should be better than this. Manager recleaned my vehicle and gave me 50 dollars in store credit. Will never go back there 2 days they had my vehicle.

Amazing customer service! Every time I come here they do an amazing job cleaning my work truck that gets absolutely filthy from working on the rigs. Management is kind and the seating area is always comfortable and clean! I highly recommend people to go see the bubbles on 127st!
