I paid $75.00 to have my car cleaned (interior and exterior) at the Bubbles on 51 Avenue in Edmonton today. The exterior was cleaned well but the interior looked basically the same way it did when I brought it in (see pictures attached). When I pointed out the poor workmanship to the staff I was told if I wanted the car scrubbed with a wet cloth I would have needed to pay more. When I got home I took a wet cloth and cleaned it myself in a few minutes. Feeling very disappointed and ripped off. If someone at Bubbles would like to reach out to me and rectify the problem I would be happy to edit my review.

Went to bubbles and requested the simple preliminary service, which online ranges in price up to $80. This Bubbles location insisted on charging me $157, saying that was the cheapest service. The work done was abysmal at best and bare minimum overall. I would recommend finding a local service provider that will provide more care and attention than this franchise. The photos I provided were all taken AFTER. I am a long time customer (Jasper Ave location) and it’s safe to say after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I always have a good experience here. There is a gentleman that works here (I swear he’s here 7 days a week) and if I don’t see him, I feel a bit sad and then he is there! Lol He’s so kind and always takes the time to say hello (and listen to me chatting his ear off..I’m a talker! (Sorry!) ???? and then gets back to working! Thank you! Always satisfied with my wash!

I was very pleased with the services provided at Bubbles. I observed how detailed oriented the workers were when cleaning the inside of my car. I love the fact that they are not behind closed doors this gives me reassurance that I get value for my money. The personal touch with the rep following up with me to let me know how much longer it would take was customer focused....keep up the good work

Excellent! They did a really good job with my car! Like new! I like tge viewing spaces so you can follow your car. Definitely bring something to do while you wait for your car or have someone pick you up and drop you off if you are not waiting, depending on what you're getting done.

I received a gift card for here and was excited to use it as I usually wash my car myself, needless to say I was very disappointed. $70 for them to return my car with multiple dirty areas still. I spilt a Blizzard (oops) as seen at the bottom of the shifter however it isn't visible when in park, but when you put it in drive, which they would have done to pull the car out, they definitely would have seen it...and so I guess they just ignored it? Very unimpressed I had to come home and re-clean the interior, what a waste of money spent on that gift card :(

Such disappointing service. Specifically asked for a basic interior & exterior wash. No shampoo but basic vacuuming of the inside and all hard surfaces wiped down. Was initially quoted $250 but asked if they had another option as that was more than I was looking to spend. Was quoted $100 and assured that the basics I asked for would be completed. Was just told I wouldn't get the 'armor all treatment'. Came back to find inside of door not wiped off. Bug by the cup holder and in the back window. Not impressed and very frustrated.

I was ch a charged twice $25.00 in my credit card, when I came back three days later and told the attendant what had happened he just laughed about it and brushed It Off, I asked for the refund of my $25 and he denied it, I will never go back to that place, dishonest business practices that's not pay off.

Okay, so i just left this bubbles with the intention of not going back. I went with the intention of just getting the seats and carpets clean i realized the prize was way too high compared to other detailing services around. So, i decided to just do a inside vacuum, vinyl cleaning and a wash basically the $109 package. Well it was not worth it. As i watched them hand wash it a can clearly see all the area they missed. The front grill area, the center break light area at the rear glass and license plate area. As soon as they where finished the guy said they missed a few spot on the vinyl and he be back to clean, he came and clean it but as i was installing the carside back i saw couple more spot and point them out but even i missed seeing the mud stain on the driver side by the gas pedal as i never thought to look down there as i too was in a rush i only noticed it when i made a pitstop and the sun hit it. They missed cleaning the vinyl properly and wash the exterior properly. I noticed once i opt out of the full details service the sale man attitude changes. I'm just saying if you do choose to go there make sure you review their job.

I’ve never had any issues with my details, overall I would highly recommend. Amenities, whilst a little dated compared to their Sherwood Park location is clean and well kept.

I have criticized Bubbles at this location in the past for relentless upselling and poor cleaning results but I truly believe they have recently upped their game. They completely transformed the condition of my 2002 Ford Taurus inside and out and gave great unsolicited advice on its value. 24 hrs later it sold on kijijii for more than I ever expected! It looked so good my wife questioned our selling it. I must say I had to agree with her. Thanks guys!

I called the day before to ask about their early bird special pricing. The employee I spoke to confirmed that if I arrived before 10am, the early bird specials apply. When I arrived, the main sign advertised "Early Bird starting from $14.95". I assumed this meant for just an exterior or just an interior wash, so $30.00 for inside and out... ??? When I drove up to the attendant, I said that I wanted the basic early bird pricing for inside and out, and the attendant said that there wasn't a package deal for early bird, and that he would give me $5 off inside for a package price. I tried to say I wanted the most basic option and he kept interrupting, telling me that the $60 package he chose for me "was the cheapest". He just circled the $60 option without even giving me the time to ask questions or agree to it. I asked to see the pricing sheet and he again said he was offering me the cheapest option and that needed to deal with other customers - this exchange all happened in less than a minute. He left while I was trying to ask more questions. He was rushed, pushy, and I definitely felt that he was trying to trick me into a more expensive option. I called to another attendant to say I didn't want what he chose for me. This attendant was at least a bit kinder, asking if I wanted to speak with him again, but I didn't. I left without a wash. I felt he was trying to take advantage of me. Will not return, as I had used their services before.

I went to bubbles to get my vehicle detailed at the recommendation of my spouse who has been using their services for around 5 years. I paid $550.00 for the ultimate wash. Upon receipt of the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the door jams were dirty, bugs were still on the grill, and the truck bed was not clean. They told me they guarantee their work and to bring it back at my earliest convenience as they were closing for the day. When I got my vehicle home, my spouse and I noticed further deficiencies including detritus on the floor, some spots on the upholstery and carpet. I took it back a couple days later and they were going to redo the whole thing. They managed to get the upholstery and carpet spots, as well as the truck bed clean, however even after the second time detritus was still on the floor and bugs were still on the grill. I gave them 2 stars for getting the upholstery and carpet cleaned after the second visit. They lost not only one customer but 2 as my wife will no longer be supporting them.

Covered my brand new car with swirl and scratch marks. My mistake, I should have known better as all these tunnel-style car washes are terrible for your paint, but they promised it wouldn't damage the clear coat and for the price, I figured they were doing something unique to prevent it. I was wrong. *Update 1: The owner contacted me and offered a polishing session to remove clear coat defects. I'll update again after I get the work done, but the call was professional and he seemed sincere in wanting to make it right, more to follow. *Update 2: COVID happened and I moved, wasn't able to get back for the complimentary polish. Star rating increased for their customer service after-the-fact.

The emoyees at Bubbles are kind and hardworking, they pay attention to detail. People think it costs so much money, but when you think about it at least 8 people gave my car some love. No regrets on the 449 lrice tag. Worth every penny.

Customer service is the best part of this location. I have had issues with them in the past with missing entire areas of my vehicle or just getting home and seeing that they had not used soap and just moved the dirt around into swirls on the doors and trunk which they said to bring the vehicle back and they would make it right at no additional charge. They are also very accommodating to the customers needs (i.e. low clearance vehicle, tricky clutch, custom ignition, etc.) and assist accordingly but when it comes to actual service of the vehicle it is disappointing at best. Spending $150 on an interior/exterior package, you'd expect the car to be clean once you get it back. They charge the same price for packages whether you have a smart car or a king ranch which doesn't seem logical but would be excellent value if you have the latter and they gave you what was implied within the package. After arriving home I noticed that my brake calipers were mostly dirty, they had missed 20% of each tire with the tire cleaner (presumably the area closest to the ground and not making a complete circle of spray), as well as the interior of my vehicle was still dusty in areas. I understand if they miss a couple spots when vacuuming or what have you but this was blatant laziness or complacency. I understand that no one is going to clean your car as well as you would clean your own car but the whole point of going to somewhere like bubbles or any other hand wash car wash is that either you have more money than time to do it yourself or you don't get much pleasure out of cleaning your own car or both. I know that they would have had me back to finish at no additional charge but did not call and complain as I was going out of town and didn't have time to go back and have them correct their mistakes so much to my chagrin, I cleaned the missed exterior and interior areas myself. One thing is for sure, I will not bring any of my cars to any bubbles for the foreseeable future. It's not worth the money and then inevitable hassle of finishing what they started.
