I bought my car here at the beginning of the year, service was great, sales man was very helpful, we need it to go home and he offer to take us and he did. He made us the day and help a lot, as we forgot something important to pick up the car. We have been taking our car for service there, and it was good however, to replace a part it took forever, they said 3 weeks but it took them at least 6. You can book your appointment online. On Saturdays they just do regular services. They offer you the option to take you to your place if you live close by or to Yorkdale if you want. Also, they wash your car after the regular service.

Ben, the manager called me up to set up a meeting for trade in my car. He set up the time with me with delicate personal info and budget kinda, made it sure he will assist me. Once I arrive at the location, there was no appt for me, a confused salesman comes out and asked me all the questions Ben asked. And he threw me in the garage, go take a look. What am I? A Highschool student? I showed up here spending my money and time to meet a little promise, they couldn't even come out on time. Don't waste your time here.

We were lucky to have Ramie as our sales associate when we bought our first vehicle from Yorkdale. His customer service is amazing. He has always returned our calls, answered our questions and given the best advice even if meant not getting a sale. Ramie is an asset to Yorkdale Toyota and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to deal with him.

Went to test drive a vehicle. Gave 90 minutes notice. Upon arrival there wasn't even enough gas for a test drive. The check engine light was on, but nothing was said when I called to inquire about the vehicle. The transmission wasn't able to shift past third gear. Traction control was broken and could not be turned on. Online advertisement listed one owner when Carfax clearly had two (not a big deal itself, but why?) The price on Autotrader also seems to have jumped over $1000 during my drive there, and has since been lowered $750. Pressure from sales that the truck was a hot commodity even after I told them about its many faults. Frustrating and a waste of my time.

Last visit was absolutely terrible. Waited 6 hours to get oil and tires changed. The service department rep. was nice at the beginning but at the end very rude, didn't care much about the fact that I'm sitting in the waiting area for over 5 hours. Also blaming the management for allowing so called overbooking and inexperienced technical staff. Initial wait time was 3.5 hours and as I mentioned, ended up waiting 6 in total. At the end, the service work order was lost. The service rep told me to wait outside with the technician "he would fill out a new work order and just give it to you". The guy did an inspection, looked at me, and walked back in into the dealership to hand the paper to the service rep. Then she ran out and gave it to me, terrible, terrible service. And after all that, not even a mention about the condition of the car, as if they are doing me a favour. My recommendation, if you have other options, avoid this dealership/service department until things improve.

This was my first time at this Toyota dealership, but I've been to others in the past. I had an appointment to have my headlight bulb changed. The staff were practically ready and waiting for me, even though they were busy. They acknowledged me immediately when I pulled up, told me where to go and what to do. Ivo from the Service team assisted me. There was no tech available, so he walked me to the Parts team, I paid for my bulb, and then he changed it for me on the spot, and quickly. He took the time to explain why it burned out, and a few other tips. I live downtown, but I will come back here for any future repairs.

I bought a vehicle for 8 thousand, used car supposed in good condition, at two weeks I took it to verify why it showed engine noise, so they said it's fine ... but after three weeks and only a few kilometers I have to invest in the repair of the vehicle ... I thought they checked their second-hand vehicles better. So I do not recommend this place to buy a used car, so expensive and the warranty is only one month ... it is better to look for a place where the warranty is at least 3 months or over 1000 km of use it

Went in for a service, there was blatant evidence that they didn't do several of the things that they had claimed to have done, including a road test which would have picked up on the vibration that had been occurring, among other things. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought the car back for a road test and told them they need to go on the highway to feel it. They dismissed my concerns and diagnosed the issue as aggressive treads, and offered no explanation as to why my 3+ year old tires suddenly started being noisy. I brought it to another place and they actually listened to me and fixed the issue. The tires were severely out of balance. 7 ounces alone on the rear tires. Won't ever go back.

I am updating my review, and although I am not improving my rating since I had a really bad time the last couple of days, I must recognize the effort made by August (one of the service reps) to fix the issue they caused in the first place. Thank you for you efforts. Called last week to make an appointment for an oil change and to retrieve my winter tires that are stored with the dealership. Last week while on the phone they tell me that the tires are stored somewhere else and they would be available for pick up on Wednesday, that's today, so I make an appointment at 8:30 am, suggested by the person that answered my call. I get there this morning at 8:30 am sharp and there aren't any other vehicles waiting for service. They take my car and after an hour and 15 min I ask for an update on the car and they tell me they are still working on it. I take a look at the parking lot and I see the car parked there. I asked for a second time, now it's an hour and a half since they received my car, and the service rep tells me the same story, they are just fishing up the car. Almost two hours of waiting I asked for a third time, and the tell me that the car is ready, but they are waiting for the tires to arrive from their deposit, and they that they normally dispatch them between 10:30 and 11:30 am. Why on earth did I call before hand? Why wasn't the service rep straight forward about the situation? Instead she preferred just saying that they are still "finishing up" with the vehicle. Honestly the worst service, and straight up lies. Not coming back again

Had a horrible experience after being a loyal customer for 15 years and 5 car purchases later. I had booked an appointment for an oil change and a winter tire swap, the service took 3 hours with an appointment. The service consultant misunderstood the service and had put it in as a maintenance package and he was told that service wasn't needed, just the oil change and tire swap. Thanks to the service manager it was corrected but the wait time is way too long! Definitely not worth the wait for such a simple service. Snail pace service and service staff don't answer any questions or listen to you. I asked approximate wait time and he never told me, asked again after two hours and still no response, lacking communication skills. They lost a loyal customer!

Blowing 40's as a youth

Went to get oil changed, filter changed and maintenance. They asked if we want our alignment done and we said no, even double checking with them that our alignment won't be done. Fast forward two hours, they came with the bill including the alignment being balanced for $490. Clearly Toyota Yorkdale did not respect our wishes . Saying our alignment needed work ( when we got it done 3 months ago), lying and again not respecting us is a serious insult. I read other reviews here with similar experiences with Toyota Yorkdale asking them to change alignment when nothing was wrong. The repair section of Toyota Yorkdale need serious customer service work. Very disappointed

I've been to 2 other dealers before coming here. And I decided to buy my car here! Sadly the person sold me the car was no longer working there so on the next visit for my dad's car, I met Kathryn . Excellent service from her ! She was so kind to us, no rush, no tricks, everything was so straight forward, she showed us everything on paper, explained it in detail. With her help, we've got a great deal on Rav4 and my dad was super happy with his purchase. Kathryn also took her time explaining everything in detail for us. There will be a follow up for this review. I visited this dealership on July 31st 2018 I was amazed by the costumer service experience. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed and the front desk lady was very professional. She told me to come back to her when I am ready to talk to a salesperson. A while later, I went to her and she welcomed me back looked for someone to support me. I usually don't like individualizing my review, but in this specific case I wouldn't be fair if I dont do so. I was lucky enough to have Janet Doan as the salesperson who answered all of my questions. She even went above an beyond what a great salesperson would do. She cared for what I am looking for and provided me with what I would consider the best customer service experience I have ever received (this coming from me personally is a HUGE DEAL, especially that I work in customer service in the not-for-profit field) Janet has exceptional interpersonal skills, high ability to make you feel comfortable and welcome. She has shown the care that a customer would enjoy and help them to make a decision. She is very knowledgeable, and highly skilled (again this coming from me is really a BIG deal!! I have never individualized my experience nor I have wrote in any review about a staff member.) I would definitely recommend them. I haven't purchased a vehicle yet but planning on doing so soon. I will be editing this review based on the next steps in terms of punctuality, follow up and how competitive their prices will be.

On the flip and dark side, on the reception the young lady very nice and helpful but the elder lady is extremely rude and arrogant with a really bad attitude. Honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever had. It makes it worse it has happened not even once but almost every time. This was my first time doing business with this company. My initial communication was with Chelsea. When I spoke with Chelsea I immediately felt that my business mattered. Chelsea directed my business to Hakeem, Sales & Financial Advisor. Hakeem was positive and confident in helping me get the vehicle I was interested in. Hakeem did a wonderful job and ensured I was satisfied. Hakeem was very professional and stuck to his timelines. All the paperwork was prepared before going in for a test drive of this vehicle. That was amazing considering I was traveling from outside the city . My experience with the used car Sales Manager Alfredo on the day of picking up the car left a bad taste in my mouth. At the handover of the car there was only rubber mats inside the car. This was brought to Alfredo's attention and his response was not professional. The response was one of accusatory. At this point I was uncomfortable and felt my business didn't matter. Hakeem stepped in and went in search of cloth mats for the vehicle but Alfredo beat him to this and delivered cloth mats for front and back floors of the vehicle. Mario did a good job on washing the vehicle. Very pleasant and professional young man. Remberto was very helpful and ensured I left satisfied and happy. In the end an overall 4 stars. In business the customer is always right and professionalism is to be maintained always especially in communication.

I have visited this location only three times. Only person I have liked at this location is Oleg (the person who sold me the car). He is the kindest and most caring employee at Yorkdale Toyota. But when it comes to servicing the car, even for an oil change or a tire swap, I will NOT recommend going here. There seems to be a huge disconnect between their departments. I booked an appointment for 9:30am for installation of winter tires. I won't lie - the tires I brought were from an old car so I was not sure if they would fit. The numbers were different but they still managed to fit which was very nice of them. Going back - I arrived at 9:10am. I met the girl behind a podium (in a white toque) who looked up my appointment. A gentleman asked me to bring the car inside and I did. I left the keys inside and he move it up a bit for me. After that, the girl in the white toque starting helping others without telling me anything. I assumed I was good to go since she found my name and I handed my car to another gentleman. I told them what I needed to do and they responded affirmatively. After staying there for a bit, I went inside and sat on the sofa. I noticed my car being moved further which made me think I must be next in line to service shop. Around 10:25am, another girl came in asking who does Toyota Yaris belong to. I told her and she said that I was supposed to meet an advisor and sign a work order which I did not. NO ONE TOLD ME!!! I wait for almost an hour. I met with Lillian who was apparently an advisor. I complained saying that this could have communicated with me earlier. I would not have refused if someone had guided me properly. I told them why I was there and they had to look up my appointment again. So all of that stuff which happened in the beginning was nothing. I signed some documents and was told that there was only one car ahead of me so it would be done quickly. I patiently waited till 12:50pm. Yes, 12:50pm from 10:25am with one car ahead of me. My appointment was at 9:30am and I arrived at 9:10am. An appointment means that we are both free. I was then told that appointment time is with the advisor and this does not guarantee service right away. Does this mean I have to make my morning and afternoon available if I come for any service again WITH an appointment? Does the appointment time mean nothing? When I went at 12:50pm to ask about my car, I was told it was already ready. I am not sure when it got ready because my name did not get paged over the speaker nor anyone called me. I also still had to pay the full amount. I could have gone to my own mechanic and have it done at a cheaper price and much quicker. I did not know one could go to any dealership for servicing. I am never returning to this location again. Taking a shuttle service was not doable either since I was not in their boundary line.

The service staff at Yorkdale Toyota are tops. While they're far from my closest Toyota shop, I arrange for service there when I'm in the neighborhood visiting family because of the staff there. Everyone is friendly, service is prompt and they always take the time to go over things with you in detail, i.e. work performed / invoice inquiries and whatnot. They maintain regular communication and take ownership of each service experience from start to finish; you're never passed off from one person to another or given any runaround. Nothing but positive experiences there, highly recommended if you own a Toyota or otherwise.

Traded in here for a used Odyssey. Sales was done with Weiwei: a real talker with poor follow up. After about 2 weeks because of "issues" that needed to be fixed, I picked up the vehicle. Given the extended timeframe, it's expected the vehicle would be in great condition. How wrong was I. 1. Detailing was done VERY poorly. Reminence from previous owner still found on air vents and cup holders - I had to bring the car back in for this. 2. After a couple of weeks, tires were giving me issues (air valve stem needed to be replaced) and 6 months later, the same issue is happening after I brought it in for service - and again I had to bring the car back in for this. 3. Car mat had some unremovable paint? This was HIDING under their paper mats that is put in vehicles - I was promised a replacement and got it 6 months later. The mat I received was also NOT the right mat. 4. Prior to signing off and trading in my vehicle, I asked if they needed my trade-ins all season tires. I was told no. Prior to pick up, I was asked to bring them in. ???????????????????????? If you are picking up a used vehicle here, I'd advise that you avoid Weiwei. Sure I was provided a little compensation (after 6 months accompanied with the WRONG mat), but service overall was just horrible. I had to follow up myself and his multitude of excuses and reasoning including misinformation seems very typical of a salesman that wants to make a sale only. Don't buy his "false" connection. I'll give this place an extra star for the mechanics team though. They were accommodating. When I had the air valve stem issue, Weiwei said I could drive in for service no problem. Great service from sales! Purchased my car here and went into early labor and the salesperson that was helping us was very accommodating and very nice. She helped speed up the process and made it super easy for us to purchase the vehicle. The financing person on the other hand was very pushy selling us extras, insurance, rust proofing etc and it just was not the right time to do it. We were in a hurry to leave as i was in labor and he even called while we were in hospital. We already told him that it was not a good time to talk about extended warranties etc as i was in hospital, in labor. Oblivious to things, he was just not cluing in that it was not a good time and just kept talking and pushing for sales. Other than this sales issue, the car we havw purchased is great and they made sure everything was in great working order, new mats, brakes and even added a back trunk cover as i requested.

Yorkdale Toyota contacted me just minutes after I used their website to ask a question. Kathryn Lagare invited me for an appointment and we took it from there. I was impressed with Kathryn: she was very polite, patient and knowledgeable; a very hard working person. She did not put any pressure on us; it was evident that she loves her job and respects her clients. During the appointment we had, my husband and I managed to get a lot done due to her willingness to help: we placed an order for a new car, got a good value for our trade in and took a test drive. Alfredo, in the business department, did a great job with he paper work and , in just one business day, he emailed us to let us know we were approved. I wish I had more time to decide on the many options they give people at the time the paper work has to be submitted (warranties, etc). There is a lot to choose from and people can get overwhelmed, so more time is better. Now , all we have to do is to wait for the car to be delivered in 2022.

Wow just saw a review in regards to Ramie at Yorkdale Toyota, I have to strongly disagree with this gentleman's comments. My family has purchase 4 vehicles through Ramie, and for the first one he spend hours with me to look at the vehicle I wanted and didn't actually buy until a year later. He was very professional and kind even though he probably thought I wouldn't be back. I was back a year later and then he found a vehicle for one of my sons who was looking for a used 4Runner, it took him months but he found it for him. My other son he found a very good financial deal for his Camry as he is a student. I had my 4runner stolen last year and he was my go to person that helped me work with insurance company and financing through Toyota. I have recommended several people to Ramie and ALL were extremely please. I don't do reviews often at all, however couldn't see a negative review like that go without posting my experience and experience of my friends and family that have had with him. Ramie has always been super attentive, professional and he has a good sense of humour. Yorkdale Toyota has a lot of really good people on staff, I would hate to see someone not go there because of one person's review.

As per reception, sales and finance associates were paged but they never got it. I came to Toyota Yorkdale this morning because I was due for oil change. When I arrived the service advisor Evo told me that I am not due for oil change yet and I have to return next year. The date he advised me to return is right after my warranty ends. He wants me to pay them instead of using my warranty. The last time I got my oil change was in April and I reached the amount of kilometers require. Toyota wants to make more money off customers. I think it’s even more shameful and disgusting during these difficult times. If you bring your vehicle here for oil change or maintenance they will rip you off.

I went there to lease a corolla SE 2021, the salesman (Greg) gave me an offer then told me to pay an initial deposit of 1000 dollars to secure the car for me as there were only 2 left in stock and I had to sort something with the insurance and he stated that I can have a full refund. Then I went to their finance manager (Alfredo) and did all the credit approval stuff then he asked me to sign the bill of sale without any explanation to me that this is binding me to anything. After 2 days, I wanted to cancel the deal, they refused to return my deposit and they were speaking impolitely with me (Greg and his manager) and I felt that there was tone of threating in their speech. Then I was told that you either go with the deal or you will not have your money back. Of course after denying that they have said that I can have a full refund. Anyway I'm going to pursue any necessary legal actions that can help me refunding my deposit or any part of it. To sum up, don't give them any deposits ever unless you are 100% sure.

Had a noise in the brakes of my car. Took 3 visits to get it corrected. Granted, I only paid for the inspection but still 3 visits. Dealer staff very nice, showroom very small. Lounges ( there are 2) are very small as well. Makes you feel like you are in a hospital. Waiting for the bad news. On the plus side, I got a same day appointment where as my regular dealer was a 2 week wait. In the end, I will use them again but will not hang around while they have my car.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 4runner and he gladly took me in , he called me later informing that my brakes were about 40% left and said on my next oil change we should replace them since I do my oil change intervals every 6000. I usually have trust issues with dealerships so I asked Calvin if he could send me a picture of my brakes and he gladly did and it was as he said about 40% left ! I've asked him to be honest, straightforward and transparent with me as it's a 5 hour drive just to see the car. I've had to schedule my appointment 2 days in advance and Slav has stayed in constant communication with me throughout that time answering all my questions. After we've agreed on the price of the car Slav has also found winter tires & rims for me at no extra cost which came as a very welcome and pleasant surprise. Be aware. During more that 3 years I had car maintenance services with this location and though that it not bad. And suddenly having 64000km I recognized that my Rav4 2018 never had engine filter replacement. Reports always were saying that it checked. But in reality when open to see current condition it was really nightmare. Received response from the owner 6 days ago !!! We are sorry to hear this and would like to make it right. We will contact you to resolve this. We want to provide the best service always and will work with you to address your experience. But as usual nobody called. Went for an oil change and maintenance report. 1) They said I needed alignment which was just done 2 months prior? 2) Drive belt was noted as having cracks and recommended replacing. 3) Brake fluid low. 4) Transmission fluid low. Est was 460 just for the oil and alignment so I only had only the oil changed. Today I went to another mechanic to get these other problems fixed. No alignment needed drives perfect. Drive belt is in excellent shape no need to replace. Brake fluid perfect. Transmission level perfect. So I have to ask how did a dealership who specializes in Toyota's tell me I had all these issues but another mechanic said I needed none of this done?

Went in to get my airbags checked due to a recall (error on Toyota)and decided to also get my winter tires swapped. Had an appointment at 9 am but came early at 8:45 am. Was told it would be 2.5 hour job in total and from previous experience this is average. After 3 hours an a half I kindly asked the progress and they lady straight up lied saying my car was next and just placed in the shop to be worked on. Took her word and decided to grab some food at Buger King just to see my car 10 min later still outside the parking lot. After 4 hours of waiting its fair that I think I've been more than patient and make a complaint to be told they have no idea why its taking so long and perhaps all the workers went on lunch at the same time? Kept my cool but didn't get to leave until after 5 hours and halfish for a 2.5hour job that perhaps was pushed back because it one job was free service due to a recall? Atrocious and straight up deceitful service. The supervisor approaches me to hilariously De-escalate the situation by bringing up a non issue with my wheel arm malfunctioning and saying it will cost me $1300+ to fix and that my front licensed plate has one letter peeling off slightly. Talk about the perfect distraction instead of an apology..after getting my keys I just wanted to get out of there, wasting 5.5hours of my day off and now concerned about the safety of myself and my vehicle to only get a second opinion at a local carshop one week later saying nothing is wrong with my wheel arm and even lifting the car up pulling and testing the overall integrity. Lets just say during my next visit ill make sure to bring this up to management and identify those involved in this distasteful and sketchy event.

Car wash was broken as always (over 5 years of oil changes and its always been broken) technician left all there plastic and papers in the car nothing was cleaned up. For all I know they didn't even do the oil change cause they were too busy and couldn't care less. And to top it off the air conditioning in the waiting room was either broken or set to 28 degrees

I have had my Prius C serviced here since I bought it 7 years ago, and have been satisfied with the service. Last night Alex C took especially good care of me after a car detailer had soaked the interior with water, causing the car to display a dire warning message to CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM. They opened it up a bit and dried things out and everything is fine. Alex made me feel reassured when I was very upset that my car might be needing expensive repairs, and got me home again with my car quickly. Perhaps this was just her routinely doing her job, but it made a big difference to me last night.

Ultimately, I have never had issues with the products or the quality of work done - which is why I changed the 1-star to 3-star review. Hope that future appointment will be easier to manage. Quite displeased with the Customer Service and Communication of this particular Toyota dealership. Trying to reach anyone to facilitate tire sales has been a nightmare and then on the day of the appointment, the tires were not available, nor was there any record of the calls or appointment for tire change. No one responded to multiple phone calls nor the Contact Us e-form. A second appointment has been booked, however, not sure doing the same thing expecting different results is wise. This Toyota dealership does not seem to value my business, at this point I cannot recommend their service.

I actually live in Europe and purchased a pre owned 2017 Toyota Sienna from Yorkdale Toyota. I have contacted numerous dealerships that had the vehicle in stock that I was looking for 2017 Sienna, and when I called to speak to someone about purchasing the car they didn’t take me seriously as I wanted to have the vehicle shipped over to Europe and was told they are not familiar with these type of transactions and don’t do them. Slowly realizing that I probably wont be able to buy the vehicle I always wanted for my family as we take a lot of family trips through out the summer and this was the ideal vehicle for us I came across Yorkdale Toyota so I decide to give it a last try. Called the dealership and they directed me to a Simona Kahanek the business manager to answer questions about how can I purchase the vehicle and have it transported to Europe. The conversation took 15 min with all my questions answered to the greatest details and I purchased the car that moment! I couldn’t believe it! Everything was arranged for us, including the correspondence with transport company arranging the drop off of the vehicle precise details of how to register my car in Europe as well with all my documents filled up accordingly by Chris. I stopped going here because they rip of customers.Whenever you want to repair something or fix about your car.I realized that they charge customers too high compared to small mechanic near you. Yesterday was another example of rip off that that I need front breaks, rotary & the pads to be replace. They required $820 to get job done.Then I Went to Midas and get it done all $486.I was thrilled. A year ago, the same Midas has done my 4 tire and the alignment for only $689 where This Toyota asked me to pay $1600.Do you what I saw. It is up to you. I recently gave in my vehicle for a tire swap and oil change, the Rep called me to tell me that my car urgently needs the control arm bushing repaired and needs to be done ASAP for a cost of $1,777 (incl. mandatory alignment), I had them not do it and gave it in to my trusted mechanic. lo and behold, he returned to me saying that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with the part!! I have been a Yorkdale Toyota costumer for 8 years now thinking that a dealership won't have such stories, well I was mistaken and nearly paid a hefty price for it... Update: December 8th 2020: they posted that a member of their team will reach out to me, nothing of the sort occurred.

Having previously purchased an SUV from a salesman named Eddie 3 years ago, and being treated so well (he was professional, transparent, not pushy at all), we knew that when it came time to buy another car we would return. Eddie is no longer there, however the high level of service has remained. This review is for the service department. I have been to this service location twice - once for a broken windshield, another time for an electrical problem, plus an issue with the bumper. On both occasions I got exceptionally good service. They provided expert advice, did everything quickly, and exhibited excellent customer care. Not only that, but the prices were extremely reasonable. They only charged the bare minimum to do the job. Tony has been exceptionally accommodating and professional. He also put me in touch with Brian (I think that was his name) from the bodyshop, who was also exceptionally accommodating, and again recommended the most cost-effective solution. But she asked me for my offer, when I give her the offer. My parents and I came into Yorkdale Toyota to switch out of a lease for our Rav4 into financing for a Toyota Corolla. Raphael and Peter were amazing. They were patient and kind and worked tirelessly with us to work out a deal that was consistent with our needs and our budget until we were satisfied during the Red Flag sale. This is our second time working with this dealership solely because the customer service at this location is better than any other location we have visited. Peter greater us with a friendly and professional manner upon entering the dealership and Raphael even recognized us from our first purchase which occurred over 2 years ago. It was surprising to see how much he had remembered about our deal which occurred over 2 years ago. Raphael and Peter really made us feel like we were part of their family and did everything possible to make is feel welcome and comfortable. They were not like the usual sales people that are obvious to just get a sale out of you. My experience at Yorkdale Toyota was, overall, very impressive. When I dropped off my car for a routine tire change, I was informed that several services needed to be done and that the car wouldn't be ready in time. The dealership gave me a free rental car and the next day, when I dropped off the rental car 10 minutes before closing time, the store manager himself drove me home (my wife picked up the car earlier in the day with the assistance of their free customer shuttle service) because the shuttle service wasn't able to run so close to closing time. So basically, the people at Yorkdale Toyota, at least in the service department, are very friendly and accommodating and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Pre-Owned department sold me car 2016 model in 2019. After few months i found big rust on driver side door. They took care only within 36 days. Which was easy to hide the rust with paint. They are not taking any responsibility thereafter. Not recommended dealership to buy pre owned vehicle.

I went for service today, as previously aware of lying for work they don't do and charge for it. I had same experience once again. I was really disappointed with the service advisor David. He didn't know what he was charging me for. When i asked him to explain why oil change previously was $74 and he is charging me 146+, he said thats old ways of doing oil change and we have new way of oil and told me things that dont even make sense. Then the next kiosk guy had to help him out that service 2 consists of all inspections and tire rotation. When i inspect my vehicle i didn't see any sign of tire rotation. When i told him that he's behavior changed and start treating me like i was a beggar and told me i don't have time for this and avoided me and took next customer. Really disappointed with services department. They also recommend work that is not even needed. And warranty is a headache here. BEWARE OF YORKDALE TOYOTA!

The swap of all season tires for snow tires went well and the staff were all polite. When I booked the appointment I was told the work would take approx 30 minutes. Due to high volumes of work in the service department, the tire swap took over 4 hours to complete. The Service Advisors arranged for transport to and from my home which I really appreciated. However, unexpectedly being without my car for 4 hours and getting it back 4 hours later than expected is not a great customer experience.

A month ago, I physically went to asked about how to get by replacing my compustar remort changed or replace. I was directed to the parts sections. I was greated by an associate. I was told to wait patiently as they will checked. I wasted 40 mins. until I approached the same guy that I cannot wait any longer. He was in shock I was still waiting? Like dude! you told me to wait!!! Then off he went to the same guy who looks like a supervisor or a manager, only to find out they would look into it. I find the service charges, which rack up all too quickly and without any proof shown, to be dishonest. Came in for a tyre change, ended up paying $340 for alignment and an alleged tyre puncture - which was never shown to me. Also prior to coming in for service, some guy just butted in in front of me to pay, and the dealership employee just let him do it! Wait times are also ridiculous here.

Friendly dealership to work with. I purchased a used 2019 Honda CRV. I worked with WeiWei, a nice sales lady working to get me a good deal. Bit of a language barrier, but still good. My only complaint, and the reason for only 3 stars is, my new vehicle only came with 1 key. The dealership has supposedly arranged a new key at no cost to me, however, after a week and a half, I still haven't heard back from the key maker yet. Question for the dealership - why not have a key made prior to the sale? Guess I'm stuck going to Honda and footing my own costs for the key. Ive already been told by Yorkdale ( WeiWei), that they won't pay for it from Honda.

Worst service. I went to change the winter tire without a rim. 2 hours later. When I back to pick up the car. Nothing was done. They started to change the winter tire without rim. It done very shortly 20minutes. Is it possible to change the tire without a rim within 20 minutes? I afraid of driving with this winter tire. Additionally, I saw it when the technician change tires, they lift my car around 8 feet. After release tire bolts then he threw the tire with a rim into the ground.It is a new car.

Even if this dealer is out of your way or far from your home it's definitely worth it to make the trip over there. Edison is your man when it comes to salesmen and Peter is the friendliest and most honest Senior Sales Manager you will ever meet. As long as those two work there I will always buy all my cars at yorkdale Toyota from now on. They won both my wife and I over completely. Sales team is super friendly. I worked with Marion for a great deal. He is very much a guy that loves cars, even if they aren't Toyota. He is a no BS salesman and he works hard to help you. Even called me at 8pm one night to tell me my car was in and ready... And all I was thinking was... I thought you were off work 2 hours ago. Victor introduced me to my new car and gave me all the info I needed. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer and the only improvement would be if he came as an accessory on the vehicle. Lastly Bilal and Simona helped introduce me to the great team and helped me through financing. Simona was very sweet, yet super knowledgeable and quick. Overall the staff here works so hard and is helpful from the beginning to the end of the car buying process. Highly recommend buying here.

First time going here. Had to get an oil change. People are nice when you walk in. Had troubles contacting them over phone. They don't get to you right away. So I found out when we have an appointment with Yorkdale Toyota they give us an option to get a ride free of charge somewhere there and back to their shop while they service your car. If you're only in their range of travel. They text you when the car's ready and the driver is coming to pick you up. It was quite relaxing to go there when I don't have to wait for 3 hours for them to service my car.
