I purchased my SUV from Weston back in September in 2018, staff was nice. Living in Niagara area I drove out to Weston to look over a SUV however by the time I got to Weston, it was evening and dark. So my fault, I did no see all issues with the SUV but put my trust in Weston Motors to be honest. The sales man was nice enough to point out the issue with paint in two area which he promises to take of, they were but very cheaply repaired. One item which was overlooked was tires which did not have very much tread on them. Being dark I could not see them but thought Weston was honest enough that they would listen to me after, the fact however they did not. They ignored my message and text I left for them, of course they have my money now so who cares about the customer. Tires now require replacing and were very poor from the day I purchased the truck, I asked Weston not sure how they would have met certification, no answer back ever. Now I discovered after a few months and 10,000 kms the truck also requires rear shock as its leaking oil and, lower ball joint also. The disappointing thing though is my mechanic claims based on what he discovered, these issue were most likely present not long after I purchased the truck. Now I recall I was offered a extended warranty of 10,000 or 6 months. I called Weston Motors and asked if even though I'm 144 kms over would the warranty coverage cover me, His response, not covered as only motor and transmission would be. Also he indicated that he never charged me for the warranty, "KEEP IN MIND MY COMMENTS "my mechanic claims based on what he discovered, these issue were most likely present not long after I purchased the truck" so having said the warranty would not have helped me but a honest dealer would have. I have one of the most honest mechanics so this leads me to believe that someone pulled a fast one on me, these issues were present and covered up. So I'm now looking at $1200 for tires, $400 for the ball joint and $300 for the shock with spring. rear shock with spring. BEWARE AND CHECK OVER EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WESTON MOTORS.

***EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, BEST VALUE AND EXPERIENCES*** I lost my hope getting a regular car for my family who just came from Philippines. I was promised that I will get approve by so many car dealerships and car financing company such as Dean Myers, Good Fellow and 4 more others that hits my credit score. I have a bad credit, bank won't lend me, even private lender won't accept me, I have 2 repossessions with in a year, no strong cosigner, not enough down payment. Who would want to lend this customer? Took a chance with WESTON MOTORS. Applied finance via their website, stated my reference of which vehicle and submitted. Next day, ALLEN called me in the morning and he said to me very simply; Mhervin are you working? are you able to provide proof of income? I told Allen I don't want him to waste my time and I don't want to waste his time either because I know my past history of misleading AND FALSE ADS from 100% approval. I came to visit WESTON MOTORS asked him again about approval he said YES to me again, and asked him again. He was very confident so I got my hopes back again. Well, he made the impossible POSSIBLE. I did not get a car but I got my family an SUV instead, even better. :) ... Thank you so much to Allen and Paul. Paul who made an exception regards to my short down payment you're the best. Deimin thanks to you also for taking care of my TERRAIN and having my car ready for pick up. WESTON MOTORS IS GOD SENT....

I bought a Ford T150 cargo van with a roof rack and interior racking. The review reflects the price I paid, as that was the only good thing from this experience. It was in January and we're from Ottawa. We were assured that everything worked and they said take it to your local mechanic, were that confident. Well I didn't have a mechanic in Toronto. When I got to Ottawa I found the roof rack was unusable (Broken), the vehicle Jack was missing, and the spare key was missing. They sent us $200 to help...lol. new racking cost $2000 and a jack, well forget that it's way too costly, $500 for a new spare key...gezzus. And then the warm days started and I tried the AC, nope completely broken. Someone had glued the system shut...hmmm I wonder who that was. So after $3k to fix the AC I asked of they would help...nothing. They asked of we purchased the extended warranty...well if I needed an extended warranty because you sold a junk vehicle then that's not a good way of doing business. Stand behind your product and your moto...fix the vehicles properly and when you purposely take parts from a vehicle you should be forced to pay for them...like a jack. Never again, stay away from Weston Motors you'll end up paying more in the long run. Just go to your local Ford dealer and pay a bit more, they'll cover any issues.

I wish i could rate it even lower then 1 star. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships before... But this experience was just straight up the worst. I went to purchase a 2005 Chevrolet Impala earlier last month. Firstly, I went up to drop off a deposit to one of the salesman at Weston Motors (Mike) so they would certify the car and have it detailed. You would think the car would have been pre-inspected before being advertised as a certified vehicle. I traveled a total of 8 hours to drop off the down payment. A few days later right before I go to travel back to pick up the car, I find out the car has fallen through the arm on the hoist during its certification (due to rot). Mike and the owner then continue to try to sell the vehicle to me (As-Is) even after finding structural damage. (I even have text message proof.) So much for keeping people safe in the vehicles they sell. I believe they even posted it right back on their website. Just a bit more to piss me off, I left my plate portion to transfer my plates to the new car, after everything fell through (literally) it took them 3 weeks to send me back my plate portion. I called a few times to see why it was taking so long. I got accused of "harassing them". Pathetic Business

Bought a 2010 Pontiac Vibe from Paul last week. I found him to be honest, straight-forward and the price was very reasonable. When I picked up the car to get it certified (it didn't need anything by the way) it was washed, vacuumed, and Paul had even changed the front pads on it and given me a fresh oil change. I’m writing this review to let you know about my experience at Weston Motors. I recently bought a 2010 Ford Edge from Weston Motors & What a great car! I dealt with Paul & Don and they did their best to simplify the process without being too pushy. I also purchased my 2006 Chevy Equinox from Weston Motors a while before that and it was a pleasant buying experience each time. I had an issue with my power windows a month after the purchase and their in-house service department took care of the issue right away. This dealership stands behind their products, has excessive customer service and it seems like Paul’s staff are well trained for it, no questions asked. I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone who wants to have a peace of mind looking for a dependable car and reliable service. Great job guys!!

I have informed Paul S. who never responded to my concerns and refused to cooperate. I have debated writing a review ever since we bought our Dodge Promaster from Weston Motors in August 2021. At first I thought it would be a positive experience, but drove off the lot with the reverse sensor lit up. Brought it back to them a week later and they implied it was our fault, but we knew it was like that when we got it. A month later the ball joints replaced. A week later the very low tread tires blew out. A couple of weeks later the transmission gave out, a week later the parking brake busted. All to be told we bought a lemon and likely it never should have passed the Safety to begin with. We've had the van for 3 months and have lost countless days of work while the van was being repaired and have spent thousands on an already over priced vehicle. The sensors on the tire pressure is on the fritz. And someone cut all 4 sensor wires on the brake pads. Other people have stated this in the reviews, But I will repeat it...Take the vehicle and get it Certified by your own mechanic. Also, the warranty on the transmission that they "strongly recommend" isn't a great one. Look into them before agreeing/paying. A smart man learns from his mistakes, but a wise man learns from other people's mistakes. Learn from my mistakes.

I was looking for a vehicle for over 5 months, I saw a good deal at Weston Motors I spoke to a young girl named Meghan, After speaking to her over the phone she said she would return my call and never did, after 5 days I went down there to take a look at the car. Once again Meghan "helped" me , NOT only did she try and lie to me about the vehicle having an accident, she also lied to me about all the safety things that were done to the car. Being pregnant it was a big deal for me to go over the safety of the vehicle. when the mechanic brought out the work order, the vehicle only got a seat belt fixed, BUT she told me that he did brake, pads and rotors, and fixed a brake light. It was lies after lies after lies, so disappointing that such a big retailer has the balls to lie so much, maybe she was just doing her job but I definitely wont be buying a vehicle from there EVER!!! Do yourself a big favour and stay away from Weston Motors SC
