Its hard to put into words how much this company and especially our sales person Sam Abboud have helped us. After having a broken down old car get into an accident we were lost. This is more a review for this industry in general. Everyone at the business was polite and prompt. However, what is being done is predatory as they take advantage people with low credit scores by having them finance a used vehicle with extremely high interest rates. I financed a vehicle thats worth 15k and I now owe the bank 35k. Firstly the fault is my own for not properly doing my research but I am in awe as to how these types of contracts are even legal. On the day of my signing the representatives at Mr Automotives kept reassuring me I wouldn't have to pay that 35K as I could just upgrade my car for one that has more value (which I did). Here is the catch - If you upgrade your vehicle you also add more interest/DEBT to your account with the bank. I tried selling the car but nobody wanted to buy it because they would also have to take on the crazy amount of interest on the vehicle as well (20k). Unless you want to go into some serious debt, stay away from the used vehicle industry that charges you more than 2-3% interest on any vehicle. Do your research and don't let the excitement of a brand new vehicle suck you in.

He understood what I was going through with the first car I had chosen and realized that the car just wasn't for me, so with a month and a bit of work we finally got a car that was right for me and at the payments I wanted, him and that whole Weston location is awesome, everyone there is super nice and professional. Awful experience at this place. Please go elsewhere, i imagine most of the positive reviews are all probably made up. I tried to purchase a vehicle and they wanted me to sign and go through financing without even so much as a test drive, the excuse was that too many cars in the lot were blocking the car i wanted. The shady nature of the salesman/owner and the young guy handling the financing also gave me a bad vibe. Save yourself the trouble, go to the dealership thats two blocks south of them.

I've never been so displeased with customer service at ANY car dealership until coming here. I walked in recently looking to buy a particular SUV, and was completely ignored by the employees who were socializing in the office (no other customers in the store at the time). They looked at me when I walked in and completely ignored me the entire time I was there. I had to listen to them discuss explicit detail about their sex lives and boob jobs and argue about who had the worst shifts. I felt very uncomfortable as my daughter was with me. When I had asked for help I got a nasty attitude from one of the female managers. Incompetent and unprofessional. Will never return to this location. Buyer beware!

First and foremost, I must say this has been the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. My sales rep was Aria who has been absolutely amazing, from the moment I walked in , to the moment I left with my vehicle! Very personable and accommodating , with my busy work schedule I had to cancel multiple times and even came in on a day that Aria was about to leave . He stayed back 2 hours after his shift was done on the Easter long weekend to answer all of my questions and let me test drive the vehicles I was interested in. I truly appreciated the fact that he wasn’t rushing me out of the dealership and or forcing me to purchase a vehicle just so he could make commission. Aria took the time to go through the various financing options available to me, along with working on an affordable monthly budget before even going out to see cars. I have gone to other dealerships where the sales reps will show you expensive vehicles and not care if they will be affordable to you or not. In my case Aria only showed me vehicles that where within my budget .They have a huge inventory list so Aria was able to get me the Honda Civic I chose in another color within 10 minutes. My credit score wasn't the best either, so yeah, a "complicated situation to say the least. However Aria and Laura worked with me and negotiated the best loan terms with one of the major banks they deal with. Once I selected my vehicle Aria and Laura took care of every other detail, all I had to do was show up and drive away with my new 2015 Honda Civic LX Sedan. When it comes to financing Laura defiantly works her magic and goes that extra mile to negotiate the best terms for you. Thank you once again Aria and Laura for amazing service ( 5+ star ) !!!! I will definitely refer friends and/or family to Mr Automotives.

My first experience with this company last year was absurd, terrible customer service, terrible vehicle. Arrived in horrible shape but it was only supposed to be a year. My year was up last month, contacted them to get me out of this terrible vehicle. What they failed to mention and explain to me when purchasing this van was when I got to refinance there will be negative equity. I was contacted about a van for over $600 a month... After explainging time and time again my budget and needs etc etc. Well to my surprise after saying no that's not the right van. I haven't been contacted again. I've messaged several times and to my surprise yet again no response. I would love to know where these 5 star reviews are coming from? Because ignoring a customer is horrible customer service. I have contacted the better business bureau and have reported this company!

You do the math. Dealer Says Car's Good + Lazy Inspection On Car by Lazy Mechanics + My Naive Ass Buying The Car Without Touching it = One hell Of A Good Horror Flick.
