My experience with Genesis Yorkdale has been positive from the start, however Rovena - the Genesis Service Manager - is a true star! She is calm, compassionate and caring - going out of her way to follow up and make sure that I have been properly taken care of. What a wonderful employee!

I purchased my 2021 G80 2.5T Advanced at Genesis Yorkdale. The whole omnichannel retailing experience was great and the team served me like a VIP as advertised; they came to me for (i) test drive, (ii) car delivery, (iii) fixing the license plate issue, (iv) teaching me the in-car features, and (v) replacing my winter tire with the all-seasons ones while leaving me with a loaner car. Thanks for the professionalism (Kenny, Rick, Rovena, Alberto) and my GXM, Tai, is definitely an asset to this dealership.

My experience with the service department has been absolutely terrible! I have since been going to another Genesis dealer even though it is inconvenient.

I am moving the servicing of my 2018 Genesis from Yorkdale Genesis to absolutely any other Genesis Dealer's Service Department.

This has been my worst experience trying to get a car serviced. I made several attempts for the car to be fixed at Yorkdale Genesis. Each time they had the car for days, and sometimes much longer. They were never able to fix the problem. Finally I took the car to another Genesis dealer who fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Stay away from Yorkdale Genesis!

The service Department does not know what they are doing. They will gladly take your money and give you back a broken and unfixed car. Stay far away from the Yorkdale Genesis Service Department if you want to keep your sanity!
