I purchased a van from this dealer in the summer. The body looked in very good shape considering it is a 2010. After about 2 months, the seemingly doctored and fairly extensive rust began to show. I have already replaced the starter and now the front end needs work. While I was generally happy with the service at the time, when I think back I was told that if my mechanic was coming to look at it, he would have to do so prior to the safety test and that they wouldn't complete the safety test without a down payment. At the very least, I would lose my down payment if I decided not to purchase after my mechanic inspected. I would advise you keep on looking or at least have your mechanic look first!

****BUYER BEWARE.!!! *** My car that i purchased here, is falling apart. My mechanic has looked over the car, and he said the car has been in a big accident. i wasn't aware of it. When i look at the paperwork i realized on the initials they ask you to sign is noted it has been. That's my bad. They could of said it was in a $15,000 accident. . T There has been bodywork done all over the car in different areas. This explains the discoloured spots. There were also new tires and brakes, and of course it's the cheapest stuff you can buy. My tires were worn out in less then a month, and my brakes lasted only 3 months. Overall don't buy a car here due to the FACT THAT THEY AREN'T STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH YOUR VEHICLE'S HISTORY OF CONDITION. Also they wanted me to put a 5 star review, they don't even deserve 1. 0/5

I wouldn't buy another car here. Didn't trust Bruno at the table.. I Had the car taken to Toyota to have it looked at because I didn't trust him. Toyota gave it the OK except there was a noise in the sunroof which Bruno promised to have repaired by the time I picked it up. The day I picked it up the noise was still there & he had said they didn't have the tools to fix it at his shop. After taking it to a body shop I found out why. $2,400.00 to fix it the problem..& to add insult he gave me the car with coffee stains on the console & a empty tank of gas to get back to London. All about the money here. Customer service means nothing. Definitely not a repeat customer here.

I bought a 2007 RAM 1500 from Calvin mid summer 2015. It is now February 2016, 10,000 kilometers later and I am just now experiencing a few issues with the truck, but they are common wear items for this truck and I'm sure these issues were not present when I purchased the vehicle (power steering pump, transmission L/R solenoid). Calvin was a huge help and took the vehicle home more than once during the week between the time I purchased the truck and when I picked it up in order to make sure any issues were addressed. They replaced the ball joints, brakes, starter and transmission lines if I remember correctly, and he stayed in contact with updates over that first week. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and the truck I purchased.

Disapointed with my expierience. Was sold a vehicle with immediate problems. The mechanic replaced the part. The problem was still there. Found the root cause a few months later. Got it fixed in another province. Coliseum refused to pay for repairs, After many unanswered phone calls and " ill get my manager nick to call you back cause he is in a meeting" Over 1100 dollars in repairs on me. I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with bruno. Do not purchase from this company. Learn my lesson get the vehicle looked at by a third party so you dont get ripped off.

Sales person asked what price we want for the vehicle, and said that our price was unrealistic, and did not continue to negotiate with us and also used really aggressive sales technique. But the stock of the was great. 3 stars only for the cars we tested, but also 5 stars to the staff that made test driving possible quickly.

I purchased a vehicle from them last December. The sale went fine, the vehicle has treated me well. Everything was just fine until I discovered that they had charged me a 500 dollar "financing fee" on the invoice where a 5 dollar misc fee had been (and scratched out to be replaced with the 500). I called to ask what this was, and they claimed it was the fee the bank charges to finance the vehicle. This is a flat out lie, no such charge exists. This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the dishonest salesmanship.

My husband and I came across a used Ford Expedition on autotrader and wasn't too sure about the location because we are in Ajax. We went anyways because my husband is a die-hard Ford man and loved the vehicle. We called ahead of time to get information like total mileage, condition of the vehicle and such. The guy over the phone was really helpful and we were satisfied and decided to go see the vehicle. It wasn't a location I was familiar with but was easy enough to find. I admit the space was cramped but because we called ahead they had prepared the vehicle. They let us take as much time as we wanted and did not linger. They let us take the car for a drive. (I just hate it when dealerships insist on coming along for a test drive, I won't feel comfortable checking all the buttons and all the features and really "giving-er" on the road if someone is there watching.) We thought the vehicle was great and they were really helpful and accommodating regarding the purchase of the vehicle. We "negotiated" a few things and it all went smoothly. We've had the truck for over 18 months and we've had no issues. (Only regular maintenance fixes you can expect with the age of the vehicle which are totally acceptable.)

I bought a 2015 Tahoe PPV from Calvin just over a year ago. Unfortunately there were mechanical issues within days, however; when I called Calvin to let him know his answer was simple: "bring it back and we will fix everything!" Coliseum took their time to make sure the issues were fixed (they even fixed an issue that I didn't know about). Nick asked me to drive it for two weeks, and if I wasn't happy they would buy it back from me! Now a year later, I can say the truck is still running great with minimal maintenance costs. I will definitely return for my next truck when the time comes! Highly recommend :)

Great place to buy used cars. I didn't feel forced by their dealership especially Bhav. There was some issue with the Chev Uplander but Bhav was so quick to get his mechanic fix it. He even called and book it for me. Sometimes there will be some problem especially for used vehicles but as long as they are rectified immediately it's not so much of an issue. They also have a 36 day warranty for any concerns you might find that you should use if needed.

Got a great deal on my van, the nissan NV200. Dealt with fantastic a sales person, Calvin, who even took the fixtures out of a different truck that I wanted and put it into my van. Smooth transaction, great service, Calvin was very professional and good at his job. Had some troubles with the van three months later, and I took the van to their mechanic, Oscar, who was very professional as well. Despite the fact that my warranty was up, Calvin's partner (not sure of his name) did not charge me for it and was very understanding, which was a fantastic bonus. Great place to find an affordable truck. Armed with the listing from their comprehensive website and with the gracious help of Bhav we came away with a former government fleet pickup. We were pleased with the service, especially how quickly the vehicle was ready for pickup. Be prepared for a no-frills office, more working garage than shiny showroom. We initially visited on the weekend and parked in the lot of a nearby business that was closed at that time because Coliseum's lot was packed tighter than the 401 in rush hour with their impressive selection for sale. Wear shoes and clothing appropriate to poking around in the back dirt lot. We would shop here again.

Coliseum had a specific vehicle I was looking for. So, even though I live in Ottawa, I made the call. I was pleased with how they realistically answered all my questions from the beginning. I sent my brother, who lives in Toronto, to see the vehicle. He used to sell used vehicles and he was pleased with their service and got a good feeling about the establishment. They allowed us to take the vehicle to an independent garage for a review. The vehicle passed with flying colours. I drove from Ottawa to pickup the vehicle at a specific time. Ross had all the paperwork and vehicle ready to go. It was literally a 5 minute transaction and I was on my way. I have been completely pleased with the vehicle ever since. There was one minor mechanical issue. Because I live far away they said I could go to my local mechanic to have the minor issue dealt with. I sent them the small bill and they issued me a cheque to cover it. I am completely pleased both with my purchase and the service I received at Colisuem Auto Sales.

Just bought the truck ,came from Windsor with out seeing the truck told him to make sure there wasn't any rust, there was,cost me $1000 two fix it only noticed when I bought it home there was body work done on it to hide it also the tail gate was broken and they didn't tell me about it. I did tex them about the problem, they got there money so they don't care. Never going to buy anything from them again bad service.

I found this small dealer on autotrader and decided to give them a shout as they had a car I was interested in. I called a specific salesman as he mentioned his name in the ad. I come from a business background and I know how not to waste people's time so I asked him if he would be willing to make a deal and gave him the figure I was willing to pay. When he heard the figure he told me to give him my credit card over the phone and he would take a deposit, obviously I didn't. I bluntly asked him if he would sell the vehicle for my offered price and he said "yes, we can make that deal, come on by". I get there and the price of the vehicle is priced $1000 more than that listed on autotrader and he didn't acknowledge the autotrader price until I specifically mentioned it! So, I mentioned the price that we discussed over the phone and he refused! So I specifically bring up our telephone conversation and he replies: "I say a lot of things over the phone". I thanked him for his time and left when in fact my time was wasted because of his unprofessional salesmanship. I can't say much about the other two salesmen at this place but a dealership that employes such a person is not worth dealing with. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Hi I bought a 2007 black Yukon Denali and then everything seemed great, however I’ve had several issues with the vehicle and had to fork out a lot of money to get my truck fixed and work still has to be done on it I followed up once regarding an issue with the vehicle and I had no response to help me out which had to do with the certication that had supposedly passed but the issue that I had at the time with the truck had to do the certification and the mechanic said there’s no way it could of passed. I was happy the first month then everything went downhill from there so I am not very impressed as I paid over $14,000 for the truck. So now I’m stuck with a truck I bought and do t k ow what to do with it at this point.

Buyer beware! This company tried to charge me an extra $500 fee for NO reason. Luckily I consulted another car dealer who told me what they were doing was ILLEGAL! They also raised my interest rate which was completely unnecessary. I would never recommend them as they are shady and take advantage of their customers. Terrible place please avoid these guys..fake ads and promises.They reused my van picture for other van posts! Fake safety, five minutes after leaving the engine light came on.Said they would fix the window knob, they glued and taped it and it fell off a few days later.Said in the ad it was emission tested,it wasn't.The tire sensor's worked when I looked at it, came to pick it up and they didn't.They said just drive it a bit and it will...it didn't.Touched up paint all over to cover over rust.Needed front shocks and a fuel pump which they lied about.Said they were not negotiable on price because they put so much money in there vehicle's, cut every corner and spent almost nothing "getting it ready".They are scammers who should be ashamed of themselves for there shady practices.Avoid these guys or you might as well flush your money down the drain!

We bought a 2009 Ford F150 everything seemed great, however we have had several issues with the vehicle first month back for a few things. Last time for engine which they said were sensors and they repaired, within a week engine light back on. Emailed trying to trade for hopefully something better but they would not. After just over a month a bunch of rust spots started showing up they obviously just did a quick fix to make it look good. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I wouldn't trust them. They told me a 2 year warranty comes with the purchase of my vehicle. It did, but they added 1500.00 to the contract for the purchase of it. So it didn't come with it, I could purchase it, or not. but he didn't tell me that till I caught it when I was signing the contract. That was an extra 2000.00 dollars to the cost of the 5 yr contract at 4.99%. In my opinion they must get a kick back on the sale of these third person warranty programs. Which I have heard a lot of bad reviews on. The price they were trying to charge me was more than the price advertised on Kijiji. They were suppose to fix 2 side moldings that were pulling away from the doors. They did, lol they used a useless glue and tried to hold it on with masking tape. Didn't even hold it properly for the ride home, had to take it to an auto body shop to fix it. They were suppose to detail it, that was funny, A blind man could have done better. I cleaned it myself the next day. Over all I would never go back to them.

I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe off Coliseum both Bhav and Calvin where great at helping with the purchase of the vehicle. I would highly recommend stoping in and taking a look at their inventory. They where also great after the purchase when one of my taillights had moisture in it. They quickly scheduled me in with their mechanic and replaced the taillight within a few minutes. I would defiantly purchase another vehicle from this dealer again.

I'm surprised by the reviews that have been posted here...possibly competitors I'm thinking because my experience was actually the exact opposite. I was in the market for a used Lexus RX350 any year between 2007-2009. This place had the vehicle that fit my budget. It's not an ideal looking dealership but the service was excellent. The dealership is medium-sized was located around Keele and Lawrence. The words, "great condition" are highly subjective when it comes to used car dealerships, but the best part was they allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic prior to purchase. I spoke with Ross and he took the time to explain the specs of the car and we went out for a test drive. I was really struck by how patient he was during the entire process and wasn't pushy at all. Other than telling me what the list price was, he didn't even mention price again until I asked that we talk about it. Definitely a friendly guy who went out of his way a few times to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. It's been about 6 months since I purchased the SUV, and I can definitely say that I'm very satisfied with the vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience in buying my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Coliseum! So happy with the professional courtesy and patient service I received from Sunny and the team. Having called 2 Chrysler dealerships in the area both treated me poorly over the phone - almost gimmicky. So checking online noticed the Jeep I was looking for at Coliseum at a better price. That call I greeted by Sunny who was pleasant and genuine. He reviewed the details of the Jeep over phone and suggested I review the photos on their website - which was handy because the weather was bad and I wasn't going to drive that day. When I called ahead to let them know I was coming, the Jeep was cleaned off and warmed up so I could test drive - which was a nice touch. He asked if I had any other questions, which he answered. We reviewed the paperwork and price and I bought a Jeep!! I recommend to my friends and family that they go to buy their next vehicle at Coliseum Auto Sales!! Thank you Patti.

Avoid this dealership. The vehicle I purchased has been a complete nightmare. Within days, the vehicle had major issues. Coliseum's mechanics used band aid solutions that masked the problem instead of fixing it. As a result, I've spent lots of time and money at the mechanics. Please, do yourself a favour and do not buy a vehicle here. Buyer beware.

We bought a Mazda B4000 from Coliseum back in October. Overall we were pleased with the service we got. As others have indicated, we were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive without a sales person accompanying us which gave us some freedom to discuss and test privately. We also brought the vehicle to our own mechanic who helped us identify some issues that Coliseum was very cooperative in addressing. The main thing I did not like was the complete unwillingness to come down in price even a little. Having said that, Ross found other ways to help us out ie: splitting the cost of brand new winter tires vs putting on used all season. In the 36-day warrantee period, we drove it a lot in order to flush out any other issues and sure enough there was a major issue with the transfer case. When I brought this issue to Ross at Coliseum, he was quick and efficient at booking me into their transmission person and the problem was fixed. The truck is still driving well and we love it. Typical shady salesman you'd expect.... Didn't come forward that the $8,000 vehicle was in $10,000 an accident. A great place to go of you want to be swindled. Careful shopping...

To whom it may concern: I bought a 2006 Ford F 150, 2WD, crewcab from Coliseum...nice, clean, ex government of Ontario truck. We live 170 KMs from Coliseum, up North of Gravenhurst. Brought it home, took it to Maryland U.S.A. with no problems. Returned home, and a day or 2 later, went to start it, and there was nothing... Battery was fine, all electrical worked...so called Coliseum, as there was a 30 day total warranty on the truck...with their permission, after working out a plan of attack....we had the truck towed to a good, reputable mechanic in Minden, Ontario, GP Tires Plus. He found the problem instantly. It was nothing serious or major, just a typical Ford problem with the starter motor and a corroded and burnt wire from the solenoid. Apparently it is a well know problem with these F150s. Towing was free because of personal roadside assistance, and the truck was back in 24 hours, and Coliseum covered every penny of the repairs. This problem had nothing to do with Coliseum's pre sale inspection for the safety...it was a problem that had no warning symptoms until it failed. It has no reflection on Coliseum's competence or ability and had no safety issues...it was just one of those flukes. They gave me no hassles or grief whatsoever, and my entire experience with them has been first rate. I would consider dealing with them again, without reservation.
