Let me say up front, from what I see on television your work is first class. Just watch episode where Peter buys a 280z for $11,000. Later he states he is glad he held back on paying the owner what he wanted. Reason, they put in $5,000 flushing the fuel, dent removal (you know guy with a steel rod and skill) and buffing. Peter seriously you'd be hard stressed to right a customer a $500.00 invoice for what was shown on TV. Only thing I'll say is you can read the same $5,000.00 baloney on Kelly blue books site. Everyone's got it your a business. Don't state that little bit of work is $5,000.00. How about your a business and buy at wholesale and the 280z's former owner had no retail buyers.

Bought a set of Goodyear racing tires for my track car and was assured they were good by Chris Simon the shop mechanic. I had stressed that I would be racing with these tires. Once I had paid him he was quick to leave the tires outside and quickly lock the door. I found that quite weird. So I loaded the tires and returned home. I took the tires to be mounted on my rims and my mechanic showed me that the tires has been poorly patched and would have exploded during competition. CHRIS SIMON you should be ashamed of yourself. You have poor business ethics and even worse would jeopardize someones life for a couple of hundred bucks. I grew up watching LMC and was a huge fan. Not anymore. Peter Klutt I had the pleasure of meeting you at the 2017 Toronto Autoshow. This is something you should be aware of.

I've been looking for a 1969 Z28 for over two years. I found my car on Legendary Motorcars website. Contacted them and talked to Dave Cross. Thanks to Dave and Shellie's help, it was fantastic, from buying the car, delivery and all the questions I had was great. Buying classic cars can be an experience that can go wrong. So some years back I stumbled upon a great looking superbee from a classic car dealer that boasts "southern cars" bought the car site unseen from their salesman that assured me the car was all it was in the pictures and description. After recieving that car and the money it took just to make it road worthy I vowed to not be such a fool and buy another car site unseen. I promised myself I'd never do that again. Fast forward and searching the last few years for the right Mopar E body led me to be constantly on the net every night looking for the right car that was not a trailer Queen that I would be afraid to drive , or a painted up action pig that would leave me on the side of the road more than it drove. Something I could be proud to own , wow the sunday cars and coffee crow, yet be sound and drive out without giving me the flat bed blues. And one night , bingo !!! There it was on Legendary motor car's website!! It had only been up on their site a few days for I always checked them out and admired their cars in inventory for I always observed a nice upper shelf collection , yes perhapes a bit more up in price , but as a car guy of many years , I could tell the quality at Legendary motors just seemed better, more cars gathered from private collections rather than back road body shops spinning out cars for the action fever crowds. A quick phone call lead me to salesman David Griffiths , I found David to be humble , personable and an all around good guy, not talking up the car or just telling me everything I wanted to hear to make a sale . I was unable to check the car out in person due to passport and here I was faced again with buying another car site unseen. David suggested a private car inspection guy in the area. I had the car evaluated by a very professional unbiased car guy that I felt was very fairly priced as well as very thorough making note of all the functions and quality of the car. I purchased the car site unseen!!! The transaction involving their accounting department was smooth and swift. The car was prepped before shipping and detailed nicely. They got one or their smaller shippers to bring the car down to NY in a timley manner. I was very very pleased by what rolled out of the enclosed carrier. I love my challenger RT!!!! I will tell you without any doubt this is a great place to do business. I would not hesitate to purchase another car seen or unseen from Legendary Motor Car. The April 12 show description describes their purchase of a 1968 split window Corvette. Whoever wrote the description needs to check their information. The only split window Corvette was built in 1963. Later, Gary talks about the 340 horse engine in the Corvette. He describes the camshaft in the 340 horse engine as being a hydraulic cam. Not so... Both the 340 hose and the 360 horse engines in 1963 had solid lifter camshafts. If Gary had taken the time to really listen to the Corvettes engine, he would have heard the rattle of the solid lifters.

Went with a group of 12. The people there were very nice. One of our group owns a pair of Shelby's, so they gave him a private viewing of Carrol Shelby's own 427 Cobra. Our friend had seen it in Vegas, but not since it's restoration. We are going to make this an annual visit. Everyone had a blast. It's like going to a car show, but seeing nothing but the best.

The cars they have are a very high caliber but when they won't give you free shipping on a car that they know they can fit into the sale and still make a profit is sad. Being in my own business i learned when you bend and make one customer happy you will get ten more.This sport is getting ruined by overpricing the small time hobbyest.The only people who will be able to afford these cars will be the collectors.When they have a promo on a car you still don't gain anything because you get hit with shipping which brings you right back to where you were.

Great, better then perfect cars... I will give that much credit to this place. Oh and yes they have a beautiful building. Okay now those are the only GOOD things about this place. I bought a car from Peter Saur or however you spell this con-artist's name. When I purchased my car this conman scammed me at least 500 dollars after the currency exchange on a 50 grand US + HST vehicle, not a single mention to this after paying in Canadian dollars when our currency here was stronger... charged me shipping like the lady mentioned in a review on here... but this vehicle did come from Florida and was not there already. But also during the deal making Peter was LESS THAN UP FRONT about the fact this is a US car, decided its best to say this on pick up day... perhaps Peter needs to deal with OMVIC, but perhaps LMC has already gotten rid of this idiot. -I decided to leave this review because I sent an inquiry to this dealer to upgrade to a newer model of the car I previously purchased and when I bought up the AMOUNT THEY OWED ME from the exchange... they decided they would ignore the issue. And Peter next time... don't be such an ass on the phone when I ask you to price me out a vehicle, but not to worry a much more professional and honest dealer already sold me my new/patiently waiting summer toy. Goodbye!

My wife and I decided to make a bucket list purchase to which we were promised the moon. When we picked up the supposedly certified car there was no back up lights. We were assured that the car was road ready. The car failed twice on the hour drive home and left us stranded on the 400. The car was dangerous to steer. They did pick the car up and tried to repair the problems and failed miserably the second time. Be cautious if you're purchasing. It is only an overpriced used car dealership.
