Kyle was great. But when I had trouble with the brakes, They did replace them with cheap parts. The brakes squealed horribly, I brought it back 5 times his father told me to turn up the radio because my ears where to sensitive. I have now had the brakes replaced since at my cost of $1200. Very Disappointing!

I'm currently dealing on a beautiful Mercedes from KMS with Kyle. One of my dream cars actually.. I'm across the country, and buying a car long distance could be scary for some, however Kyle has been nothing but patient with me throughout this whole procedure even when I'm constantly texting and calling. I had an acquaintance of mine check the car out in person and he couldn't believe how immaculate it was. In fact he couldn't believe how clean every car in the showroom was. This coming from a guy that drove an Audi R8 (pre divorce, lol) I tend to be loyal when I feel like I've been treated right, and a nightmare if I feel wronged,and I've definitely been treated right here. So far so good, and KMS was nice enough to help me with the shipping across country. I'll update with pics in the near future.

Second segment of my review: On Sat. May 23rd I made the decision to buy the 2006 911 4S from KMS. Kyle and his dad agreed to all my asks, such as change the oil, breaks, buff a couple of the signal lights, as well give me the opportunity to take the car in for a full inspection to my shop! On Sat May 30th I picked up the car! It looked almost brand new. It was detailed and all the asks were completed. The feedback i received from my shop was that "this is one of the best 2006 911 4S they have seen...mechanically and cosmetically! I was so happy to hear that! THANK YOU Kyle and Syd for your honesty and for having some of the best automobile selections in town! May 16th - I am in the market to buy a Porsche convertible and KMS happens to have one in their showroom. Last wknd, i had the chance to stop in and meet Kyle who took the time to provide me with answers to all my questions and was able to give me additional info about the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. I can say that I will be very confident if I purchase a vehicle from KMS (just working on the budget)!

A week ago I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes Benz 300C 2015 for my daughter from this dealership, and both she and I could not been happier. My daughter got exactly what she expected, and I was very happy with the price, while KMS took top dollar for my trade in. My sales reps, Sid and Kyle (father and son) were amazing and very patient with me and my daughter. The car my daughter received was in immaculate condition. KMS went as far as to change everything they felt needs to be changed, that was not even worn out. Warning!!! I purchased a vehicle from KMS Fine Cars Inc. and just wanted to warn all other clients that are interested in buying a vehicle from them. The customer service up until I purchased the SUV was great and I felt that I got a good deal compared to other places that I shopped. However, once I left the dealership it was a different ball game. The car started to have problems and when ever I tried to contact them I would get the runaround. I purchased the vehicle with a warranty and this was my incentive that I made the deal. However when I took this vehicle to get serviced at LandRover they refused to touch my brakes because apparently the car had aftermarket brakes and therefore the warranty would not cover me. When I contact KMS they were denying everything and were putting the blame on whomever they purchased the card from. Never-the-less even LandRover suspected that there was some illegal business going on with this dealership. So my trust level with them went to 0%. Im still running around and trying to get the vehicle fixed properly and am pretty annoyed that it has been months that I have been dealing with mechanics. and I still don't feel that my car is safe for the road. Be very careful when purchasing with this dealership I don't want other people to suffer what I have been going through. I really hate to complain but I really want to express my feelings so others will not get screwed!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE AND DISHONEST. I bought a mercedes the car wasn't ready when I went for it. All brakes and tires were bad even tho they had their Mechanic safety the vehicle I had to go back a few times. The tires were bad didn't receive the second keys. The car died just over 3 months after. I really wish I didn't waste my time going there and I think very hard before visiting them. In other words don't waste your time

This was my first experience with KMS Fine Cars in Toronto. I will give them a solid 5 Star Rating. I was in the market for a very specific model and year Audi A8, and KMS had 2 that fit my criteria. Within minutes after test driving, the beautiful luxury sedan was mine. KMS took care of everything and were extremely efficient in processing all of the paper work and preparing the vehicle for me. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They also have the best inventory of luxury sedans and sports cars in Toronto from what I've seen. Even if your not in the market for a new ride, you should check out their show room. Also, I took my car a month later to this incredibly amazing Auto Detailing shop in Oakville called Buff Daddys. They do everything by hand. I wouldn't go anywhere else going forward. Both companies are exceptional. #KMSFineCars #BuffDaddys
