My experience was ok at first but after I bought the car it wasn't service kept bringing it back for them to but only got excuses there mechanic look at my car and couldn't find any issues I had to do the maintenance out of pocket after my mechanic look at it he found it needed maintenance the air filter was so dirty I dont know how they miss that then after 1 year the transmission went on there vehicle the want to charge me 1000 deductible these people dont trust them they are crocks. I went to another dealership for my next car better service and better car.

My family and I went to Good Fellow's Auto around Christmas time to replace our old car. We knew we wanted a Nissan Rogue and wanted to see GFA's selection. When we came in, we were directed to Bijan. He was an extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable associate. When we told him what kind of car we wanted, he did not waste our time trying to upsell us or show us things we didn't ask for. Instead, he showed us multiple models and helped us compare different cars. He helped us match our budget to the best car possible. I personally am not a huge fan of car dealerships and generally feel uncomfortable in a place where I know people are trying to sell me something. However, with that said, Bijan did his best to make the entire process a smooth and pleasant experience. I really appreciated his help and my overall experience with GFA. Dont know who it was . But was told he was the owner probably.. if you ever go her make sure its not your first time dealing with a dealer. So . This was 4-5 years ago and you guys completely scared off a customer by forcing them to purchase a car and threatening to do a hard credit check on them if they don't get the car. Thats just pathetic. Especially when you knew that person was trying to purchase a house at the same time but wanted to hold the car till after the house purchase! Didnt even bother to going back for the $200 deposit because of the bad interaction.. you say "your a old school dealer when a person say there going to get a car they should get it" from this comment you should know who it was.

The worst dealer I ever dealing with. Add. comment: I was using my legal name when I dealing with them. Dean is my English Name. Without any communication, directly said "FAKE REVIEW...unless you are using a fake name for whatever reason." Good attitude man. In conclusion, I was not happy with the experience dealing with this dealer, and will not recommend anyone to there. Nowadays I can only remember the "ripped off" feelings when I purchased my first car here. However, their repairing mechanics did good job on the car. Reasonable price and same day finished. Way much better experience compare to dealing with their sales. But I have no idea do they open to the public or it's only for their client.

Got a car from them recently and me and my hubby regretted, they sold us the worst car cause the AC compressor was not working , there were noises inside the car, tires were so bad that conditions that they started losing air in 15 days, and the worst part was when we booked an appointment with their mechanics they were clueless and not smart enough to rectify the issue with the AC problem. Altogether the person who sold us the car was careless to handle the inspection before handing over the car to us. I request people not to take cars from them they are pricey, tricky and evil dealership!!!! This is because the dealership did not follow up with us ever again after we complained them with these issues as if they wanted to get rid of the car.

This dealership and it’s employees has got to be the worst that my spouse and I have ever been to. They left a bad taste in our mouth. They show you a car and tell you that is the one that will be delivered to you and when one the date of delivery you get a total different car. Then when you go in to address that you were given the wrong car they make you seem like you are a liar. The sales person was so rude and unprofessional he was pushing his shirt back in in his pants right in front of my twelve year old daughters face. They were not willing to help and made us wish that we never came to this dealership. I would not even recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The management needs its employees to take a class/lesson in customer service as they have none. Down to the receptionist was not very welcoming. PART TWO It is very clear to me that this dealership and its staff including the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a customer I put up MY review as with the experience that I had. I spoke to the general manager to try to get our issue resolved. I contacted him to give him suggestions and was told” why would I want to help you when you took two jabs on my business?” He also stated “the review was a lie”. As a business owner I would of expected better, I know see where his staff gets there unprofessionalism from. We are so disappointed with the outcome. We thought we could of gotten some where with this. I would have never in a million years think that by writing a review our issues would not be resolved. I wish we had read the other reviews before coming to such a scam of a dealership. People work hard for there money to be sold/told a lie just for you to sign your name on the dotted line. The minute you do that you get the keys and walk out the door they are done with you. Now we are stuck with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with NO AC. This is totally unacceptable and this dealership clearly does not value there customer hence all the negative reviews.

I wasn’t gonna write a review because I don’t expect much from this guys. Basically I regret that I trusted them. But I’m not blaming them just wanted to give some “warnings” to other new customers like you. Firstly, make sure about the warranty they offer. The salesman didn’t tell me it’s an additional $2,000 on top of the total price which I didn’t check before I sign which is my fault but obviously not professional attitude of saleman. Secondly, my car got the Engine Service Light on dashboard, radio and air conditioning didn’t function at all right after I picked up the car. But the real problem was that they don’t know how to fix it. They just use some parts from other cars which are aslo used parts and of course it’s not working. I had to visit them 3 times and ended up fixing properly at OTHER MECHANIC. (So I wasn’t able to use the warranty he sold me) Thirdly, one of my tires kept losing pressure so visited them to check if there is a hole. They told me that it is because of the tire pressure sensor so he changed it. But the real problem was that the hole was where else and he didn’t even put the pressure sensor back. Right now I’m with the other mechanic and we found out all the fake and unprofessional jobs they did to my car. Lastly, the most unpleasure part was the salesman. When I had to visit them (like more than 3 times) to get fixed it, his attitude was like “no that’s not my business “, “the car has no problem”. Even he tried to avoid talking with me (including phone call and voice message) and didn’t help me anything during the whole process. Well... I don’t think I can explain everything here but I definitely not recommend this guys at all. Choice is yours. Don’t be a fool like me.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car! Henri was knowledgeable, helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Good Fellows has an inventory that allowed me to purchase the type of vehicle that met my needs as well as my budget. While in the showroom I had the opportunity to speak with several employees, from both the front and the back of the shop. Every single person I spoke to was friendly and smiling. I will definately tell my friends about this gem! EDIT: I had to lower my rating. Sales was still wonderful, but I had a safety issue (of which I stressed when I called) with the vehicle, 1 week after puchasing. Called to make an appontment for repairs and they tried to give me an appointment 2 weeks in the future. When I repeated it was a safety issue they then offered an appointment 6 days then 2 days from date of call. I ended up taking the vehicle to a Ford dealership and paying cash for the repair the same day. I have a 1 year warranty with Goodfellow's, but paid out of pocket anyway so as to avoid damage to my vehicle or cause an accident on the highway.

Be careful here, the staff does not really understand the cars they are selling, nor the mechanics who apparently "safety" the vehicle prior to purchase. Shotty work done to get cars out the door. Please make sure you do your research and have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle. Issues overlooked by good fellow's are not only dangerous, but can also cost you alot of money in the long run. A bit more money spent somewhere more reliable will save you in the long run. The sales staff are very persistent for a review so I thought I would share my two cents.

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Caution. I came in 3 days ago with my two uncles and was not treated well. I never test drove any vehicle because the staff was rude. They will try to deny it by saying they cant find your name in their database, that's their usual excuse to everyone who tells the truth. Don't pay attention to the fake 5 star reviews here. Read carefully the 1 stars. Those reviewers are not joking or related to the company. The staff is unprofessional. They are selling many vehicles that have had accidents. Advertising on their website is not accurate. This is by the far the worst auto car sales company i have come across. If you don't want to waste your time, deal with rude and pushy salesman, avoid them. Don't be drawn in my low prices, it's a gimmick. I could go on but I don't wish to waste anymore time on this business.

From the beginning of the sale to the very end. She delivered to our every need and much more. The financial advice we were given with the budget we had in mind was beyond our expectation. There was absolutely no sales talk given as they truly truly care about you as a customer, rather than look at you with dollar signs. The vehicle prices are a comparable price match to other dealerships but the service they provide you after the sale is what they pride themselves on. All their vehicles automatically come with new brake pads and rotors regardless of what condition they are. You are given your first free oil change and free diagnostics as long as you purchase from them. We signed the papers with Fareba, who is truly wonderful. She gives you the best rate possible. Good Fellows treat every single one of their customers as family as that is what I like about them. Would truly recommend this dealership. We signed the papers on April 5th and they delivered the vehicle on April 6th. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and looked brand new. Abbas, Fareba, Maria and Ramtin - keep up the great work! When you come in to the dealership, look for them :) If I could only rate 10 stars, I would!!

The worst of the worst. Absolutely refused to let me test drive a car until a firm written offer with a deposit was in place. I will never do that, ever, for any dealer. Took my business elsewhere and that dealer was pleased to immediately show me the car, let me examine it in detail, and take it for a drive in a variety of road conditions. They had a good product and wanted to show it off to the customer. Bought the car from them for cash within one hour of walking in the door. Good Fellows seems to be hiding things about their cars using a variety of excuses to not let you have a test drive immediately. Would never recommend buying a car here to anyone. Go to a proper dealer that has pride in their vehicles and does not engage in such shady practices. Ended up with a lower price as well, just proving that there is no reason at all to buy here, not quality, not price, not service, not courtesy.

Absolutely terrible. I live in Kitchener, and was interested in one of their vehicles. They are unwilling to even negotiate until I came in. I've bought my last 3 cars the exact same way. I'd negotiate the deal, and the dealership would send me the invoice so I knew what I was going in for. As soon as everything was in check, I would drive up and sign the bill of sale. They kept telling me that if we made a deal, the car could sell by the time I get there. I understand, but I am a serious buyer, and would be more than happy to make a deposit if we came to a deal.

My husband and I have been looking for a pre owned vehicle for over a month now. Part of the reason it has taken us so long is because we were not having great experiences with the sales people we encountered. It seemed that they were more concerned about making a sale instead of truly listening to our needs and wants. We stumbled upon goodfella auto when visiting friends in the area. From the moment we walked in I was impressed with the salesperson greeting us, but then leaving us alone to browse. Once we saw a few vehicles we were interested in we spoke with a salesperson who was not pushy whatsoever! When it came down to us being very interested in 2 vehicles, the salesperson even swayed us to highly consider the less expensive (by a few thousand dollars) vehicle as he felt it met more of our criteria. That personally impressed me. It's rare to find honesty in a salesperson, but I definitely found it here. Our car purchasing experience was very positive and I would highly recommend anyone looking to check this dealership out!!!

Poor customer service from Ingrid. Insisted on a in-person visit (during covid pandemic restrictions, no less) to obtain carfax info which they already possessed and could have emailed or texted. It begs the question, when every other dealer provides this for free online in this day and age, why won’t Goodfellows? What are they hiding? Information and transparency. It is sad to still see these kind of sleazy sales tactics in 2021 (the car in question was also allegedly sold then available then pending sale again in the span of a few days).

My family purchased a vehicle from Georgia many months ago. We were happy the first day, 2nd day the wipers stopped working, the blue tooth speakers no one can ever hear us while we were On, and to boot the the radio screen completely stopped working only after 1 month of purchase. When we brought it in we were kept there for the entire day and then told they wouldn't replace it that they would find one for us to install and would charge us Labour $400 plus tax. A brand new car that has fallen apart within 1 month of purchase. The dealership won t stand by there name of such great service. Save your time and money and go else where, you will be stuck with a lemon. We will never recommend them or ever go back to them ever again. Such a waste of money and disappointment.

I dealth with "Damon" at GFA (Goodfellows auto) finance manager and very good at his job. He will guaranteed approve you at good bad or new credit hassle free. They don't just take your money and let you go like many other dealers out there. He made sure my 2015 Honda Civic got brand new tires a fresh synthetic oil change and safety 360 which took couple of days but every second was worth it. I bought a minivan from sales rep Ali Parandeh last wk. I usually don't write reviews but I was impressed with his service. I run a personal training business myself so I really value good customer service and expect that from people I deal with. He was very helpful, not pushy and took the time to explain the cars to me. Very competent and reliable as well. At no time did I feel any pressure. He handled and coordinated my insurance company, licensing smoothly and brought my car twice to my independent mechanic to have it checked out. We had some scheduling problems from my mechanic and Ali still arranged to bring it back not once but twice for my inspection which was duly noted. The tires were low on tread and I asked him to swap for better tires as I drive around 3 of my little children. He changed up my tires promptly at no extra charge. Ali also threw in a complimentary undercoating. The van was competitively priced. When it came time to sign the bill of sale, I mentioned to him that his financing surcharge fee was high and he waived off half of it and commented in a humourous way that I didn't leave him with much of a commission. Thanks for that Ali! Ali stated my van would be ready in two days. I asked him if he could get in done in 1 day as I needed it quickly to drive my kids to school. Ali put a rush onto it and had my van ready the next day. I was very impressed by this. After I bought the van from him, he surprised me with a free remote starter as well. Nice touch and I do appreciate that. My van seems to run fine at the moment. Our family is enjoying it, taking my kids out tobaggoning today. I will update later as to driving condition over the long term but everything at the moment checks out great! I value good customer service and I like to recommend Ali Parandeh to prospective car buyers. I will be recommending him to my clients as well! Thanks Ali for helping me out! PS. I noticed one of the back captains chair headrest is missing. I'll call this week to get it! .

Avoid dealing with Georgia, she is rude and has no idea how to treat potential customers to win their business. She is abusive on emails and will make sure to offend you..to Georgia's management, does this reflect GFA's culture and business ethics? I hope not. You are absolutely right, it is simple math! A 50k vehicle after all rebates and dealer discounts comes down to 44k, that's for a 2019 Dodge ram. Considering a residual of 51% you are left with 22k to pay over 27 month, that's less than 900 a month. Now a lower spec car is definitely within the 500-600 range, you just needed to put the effort to listen to your customer and offer solutions as opposed to try and justify the behaviour of your employee. And to think that a potential customer is trying to OWN a 50k car by paying just 13.5k shows you did not take the time to listen to and understand the requirements of your client. If I was you I'd stop trying to justify your actions and just apologize for not listening and not being professional over emails.

This was my first experience with Bijan. I learned of him through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and he happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I almost purchased a BMW from Shane and he was very friendly. We had difficulties agreeing on a price and they let me walkout over about $200. Another day I agreed on the $200 in fees. I paid for the car inspection and it passed but need $500 in minor repairs. They didn't want to deduct $500 from the agreed price and they let me walkout again. Worst place to buy a car. Just got my car Benz c250 here a year ago and since then I had so much problems with it. Everything they put on the car was off the market just so they it can pass the safety. Believe me don't be fooled they are good at selling cars, good or bad credit they will put you in a vehicle! But it's gonna cost you big time. And when you speak to the managers they tell you, nothing they can do you had 30 days to return the car. I will never go back here and I recommend anyone whose getting a car here, get a good mechanic to look at the car and check everything before you get the car. Because you will be surprised after 6 months when everything starts to break down and you find out that it's all off the market. Cheap off the market parts so they can make money off you.
