Faraz Auto Sales is simply the best luxury auto dealer in the city. They have an outstanding selection of luxury vehicles in a stunning full service setting. In addition they have figured out true customer service, their knowledge of the product and most importantly ensuring they understand their clients needs and putting them in the right car at extremely fair prices is evident the minute you walk into their amazing showroom. Junior and I hit it off immediately and not only did he put me into my dream car which in itself was a unique Ferrari you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the city but he then sought out to find the perfect Mercedez Sedan for me. All of the touch points from first introduction, to a consultative no pressure sales process to all of the logistics and after sales service was spot on. When I message someone at 10pm on a weekend and they respond within minutes with answers and doing research for me, I know I’ve found the place I’ll buy every single vehicle for the rest of my life from.

Bought a car from them about 3 yrs ago.. within the fist 3 months i got the car; it ended up at the shop for about 4 months getting "engine work" done. only 2 of the 4 pistons were actually working. WIth that being said; the mechanic next door gave us so much hassle and Faraz Auto sales; never bothered to check on it for me. WIth that being said and finally getting it done and more regualr maintenance; the engine finally decided to blow and has now been in the shop for another 4 months; and the other 2 pistons blew. Not surel but i think fake parts are being put in. If you're reviews are at a 4 or 5... that will change real quick. Just and FYI.

Bought a car recently at Faraz. I love the car but the customer service for a supposedly luxury shop was awful. After validating with the sale person that the car will be fully detailed before pick up we ended up had to wait one hour because they didn't do ANYTHING! actually the car was not even clean, dust inside and the tank almost empty. We were supposed to receive a gas card but off course we didn't receive it. Yes you pretend to be in the luxury business you should act like it. I picked up a car the same week from Audi and OMG it was a completely different experience.

I bought a 2013 GL350 at this dealership, the manager Ali told me the car had only one accident and cost around $19900 to fix front but no harm for the engine. I am a fool who trusted him. I purchased the car and did paperwork at 40000km and just a few days later when I picked up the car at the dealership it was at 40500km and now it is around 62200km. The engine light is on and I went to the Mercedes dealers and they told me first there has been at least two accident showing not one and also there was serious engine updated to one of the accident.

Had an Issue with keys for the BMW I purchased, someone had lost the second set before I took ownership and I was told during the sale that there were two keys. They decided to reimburse me for a portion of what I paid to get the old key deactivated and order a new key. I still think they should have paid the entire amount as this was there fault for not keeping track of the keys but I have no time to argue.

I felt compelled to review these guys because I plan on purchasing another car from them. I purchased a BMW X5 about 3 years ago. I opted for the extended warranty and I'm glad I did because with these vehicles, paying out of pocket for repairs would be ridiculous. (It's a car, things break down sometimes, normal stuff as a car ages). The warranty company was terrible to deal with, but one call to Ali or his dad and they made everything smooth sailing. They even made financing simple. I think they are a family owned business, so they take pride in what they do, and really want you to be a lifetime customer. I have recently been looking around for another car. I went to a couple of other dealerships in the area...not a pleasant experience, lots of liars and scammers out there. I trust this company because they have taken care of us even after the sale was done. In the business they are in, you wouldn't expect the this level of honesty and transparency. They truly are above par. If you ask Ali, he would probably tell you I'm a really tough customer who is also super annoying lol! In short, if you are looking for a quality high end used car, this is the place to go. Hoping something I really like pops up in their inventory!

Bought an Audi Q7 from Ali with Nick's help, completed the deal by phone and email as we are from Alberta. Picked the vehicle up and test drove it 3800 km's home. The transaction was excellent, all requested information was provided, complete transparency about vehicle history was given, and we had a good feeling when we chose to purchase. Minor maintenance issue with wheel weights that we resolved once we returned home and Ali happily covered the cost. Overall, I was satisfied for the most part, however, we had pre-discussed to have some of the chips and dings repaired and ready at the time of the vehicle pick up. Yes, it was a pre-owned vehicle and of course some damage can be expected. What I didn't appreciate, if it was agreed and written on the purchase of sale, then it's expected to be repaired accordingly. Well, only one item on the list of things to repair had actually been repaired. We had to return once again, leave the vehicle with them to have the other issues addressed. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, again, only one more item was scratched off the list but not all. That was the frustrating portion of our buying experience at Faraz.

I love about a three hour drive from this place. I called well in advance and asked if the vehicle has been in an accident and was advised that it hasn’t. I made the substantial trip to see the vehicle which was buried behind several vehicles and was told that it cannot be test driven until we made a deal. Fast forward about 10 minutes. The sales person was busy helping someone else so he stepped away which allowed me to do a walk around the vehicle. After taking a closer look, I saw paint on the drivers side marker light as well as peeling paint under the front bumper. I will say that, I have been searching for the perfect vehicle for a couple years and have visited several private dealers and have found that every vehicle that I am interest in, do not hold up to an in-depth examination. I will say that in my research, the only safe place to buy luxury cars is at the actual manufactures authorized dealer. I have included photos on their Facebook page... DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ALWAYS GET AN IN DEPTH EXAMINATION!

I recently purchased a C300 4matic through Junior, who was very helpful and went above and beyond in order to help me get the car I wanted. There were issues and mistakes through the purchase process that was caused by them, but Junior listened to all of my complaints and concerns and provided me with my vehicle a week later. It’s been a week now that I have the vehicle, I noticed some rattling noise when the car is on, also the LED lights in the door handles aren’t working. I was told to take it to a Mercedez dealership. With all that being said, do your own research, don’t trust all you hear and go with your mind set and Faraz would sell you a good vehcle. But like no other used car, it ain’t perfect! You want a perfect car, BUY BRAND NEW!

Car I saw that I wanted was told that it was out getting serviced and that they would call me on Monday to come look at it. Sunday came around and it was sold as per auto trader. No phone call. Two of the sales agents were blatantly staring at my girl like I didn't even exist. Pretty sure they just held the door open for me to get a better look at her. Well I want to say I bought a Porsche from them about 4 weeks ago. I met Junior the first time I went in there. He was very polite and professional. I met his father on my first test drive. A very humble man and old school which I respect. Once I decided which Porsche I wanted we sat down. Right from the very beginning Junior was solid! He kept it real didn't hide anything was very transparent. I respect that. Scammers. Sold me a vehicle claiming everything is new. The routers never been changed and breaks for front and back. On top of all that the liftgate shock for Trunk stopped working. I find out that it would cost $250/shock and when I asked them they said they can't do anything about it. Also when they sold it to me they said all maintenance was done brand new tires routers&breaks. Tires were all season and very cheap brand they also said they will give me the old tires and they haven't. I payed extra $400 for the tires, and one of the tires has air leaking from it. Bottom line is there is no compromise, when I talked to them. They will not do anything unless you pay they and they will never admit their mistake. If you decide not to listen to me. Please make sure you test everything, and I mean everything before you purchase from them.

Fact that Faraz team even reply to negative comments and go beyond and above in their reply to dig into issue prove the team is serious in business. Saturday Aug-1 we had plan to go 5 different places and after meeting Junior at Faraz (our 1st stop) we end up making deposit for 2018 Mclaren. And I deal with customers and vendors on daily basis. Purchased a used Infiniti G37 from Junior which was detailed, serviced and handed over in great time. About a week after getting the car home I noticed a small power steering leak. Faraz made arrangements for a rental for myself as well as helping me get the vehicle repair done close to my home making it incredibly convenient! Even through the first little hiccup with the leak, I've gotta say I'm pretty happy with the service I received and would recommend the dealership to others looking for a nice car that is well taken care of!

The manager/owner Ali and his sales rep Perry Goodman were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had a scheduled meeting to discuss my interest in purchasing two Ferraris. Ali took two calls during our meeting without even apologizing. I had to chase the sales rep Perry at least three times requesting information about the cars that he promised to send and never did. He apologized every single time I called him back but he still never sent the information. I had some concerns about one of the cars and I had requested that either they fix the work before selling it or reducing the price. They decided to fix the work in their own garage. When I requested that the car gets inspected by Ferrari of Ontario, were I would take on the cost of transporting the car on a flat bed and the full cost of inspection, they never returned my call. A few weeks later, I saw that they dropped the price of the car by 15K. Their behaviour seemed very dishonest. I highly recommend a thorough due diligence prior to purchasing a car from them.

No 5 stars..5 ???????????????????? Worst car buying experience I ever had in my life!! So far I've had 3 car rentals, 4 1/2 hrs lost time from work and spent over $4000 on repairs for my 2015 Mercedes within only less than 4 months of ownership..been back to their dealership at least 5 times to address many major repair issues with the car including major engine repair; both front axles needed to be replaced; tire rim damage/bent; car constantly shaking and $250 license plate frame that should of been installed on the car in the first place.. This is all after paying the $599 safety certification fee!! I can almost guarantee a lot of their cars have been in accidents and/or had significant damage to them. They lie and try to cover it up so they can sell it to their customers only to have them come back and spend more money for the repairs. Many polished up lemons coming out of this dealership and mine just happened to be one of them.. Never buying from them again.. FARAZ AUTO is a polished up lemon factory!!! Amazing service!! I bought my 2017 AMG C43 in the summer of 2020 and I'm in love with my car! No issues and it runs like a beast! I recently had an issue with my wheel lock nuts (another shop f'd them up) and I went back to Faraz for them to take a look. They fixed the issue while I waited (only 30 mins). I asked how much it would cost, and they didn't charge me a penny! The service manager just said "they are here to help." I don't know any dealership or shop that would go out of their way like that and not charge their customers. Granted that it was a very minor issue, but it goes to show that they are there to help and keep their customers happy. I highly recommend Faraz Auto for your next luxury car purchase!

He wasn't very pleased with that but again why should I give my credit card to stranger if am not decided to buy anything from him?? I test drove BMW 335 X Drive. Its family owned business and father came out and show us the car " Lexus 350rx sport f" not only did we love the car but father was nicest person, didnt feel like I was car dealership at all and that what I loved about it. Dual Clutch Shenanigans

I'd stay away, Got a Audi RS5 from these people about three - months ago. They told me, assured me that the car was in great condition.... Cool.... Had the car delivered to Edmonton and for sure the first week the gauge cluster lights failed, then the battery died that same week and now a control arm is bad not even 5000 km in so much so that the car handles weirdly. They covered the battery but that was about it. The extended warranty won't cover much because its all pre-existing. Now there is over $5700 worth in damages/services /new parts. They claim they are working on it but the warranty company hasn't heard anything from them. I would not recommend you buy a car from this place no matter how pretty it is. You're welcome i just saved you Atleast $5700 smh.

First the most minor issue, they had to change the battery, then they had to change something in the ignition, and now LESS THAN 3 MONTHS later something major happened that put my girls and I at risk!! something at the back of the suv, maybe the suspension or the axle has broken and now they don't want to fix or replace the car. I live outside the GTA. The various used convertibles I was interested in could only be found in the GTA. I looked at several cars at several dealerships. Although the other dealerships had nice cars, I had issues with some of the other dealers staff, some issues with the look and feel of the dealership, some trust issues with what I was being told about the vehicles. Then I found Faraz Auto online. When my wife and I and 2 friends arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff, a comfortable lobby, and a spectacular indoor show room. We were allowed to wonder freely among the beautiful vehicles, with Peppe not far away to answer questions and get us keys to any vehicle we wanted to see. When I settled on a 2017 Mercedes c63s Amg convertible, I asked if was OK to take it for a test drive, of course was the answer. That was the car for me. The purchase was incredibly easy. I had some paint touch ups done and a 3M stone guard product put on the hood of the car. We received a tour of the dealerships detailing bay. I would recommend that highly. It raises your confidence in making a purchase immensely. Their attention to detail and the care they take in prepping the cars for delivery is intense. I purchased my Mercedes GLK350 from Faraz Auto Sales late last year and only took it out now for the nicer weather hence the late review. I primarily dealt with Junior and another gentleman but I do not remember his name. Firstly I do have to say that they were both very professional and patient with me throughout the process. I live in Ottawa and had to drive to Toronto to get the car sight unseen so I was asking alot of questions and they were able to answer them all without issue. They also brought the car to a local Mercedes dealership for me to get it inspected prior to purchase at my request. I noted that the original tires provided were just passable for safety standards and would have had to purchase new tires almost immediately. I advised junior of this and he was very accommodating and offered to split the cost of brand new tires (more on this later). Upon arrival at the dealership I noted that it was a beautiful and meticulous place. Very clean and a great selection of cars in the show room. I was promptly greeted and everyone was very nice. They even paid for my lunch next door at a sandwich place while I waited for transfer of ownership from MTO. I was also offered pizza that the associates ordered for themselves later in the day. The car was exactly as described and I am so far very please with the purchase. Pricing was outstanding as well. Way cheaper than any other used car dealership. My overall experience was great and my wife will likely purchase a car from them in the near future. A couple of very minor issues that made me take off one star on my review are as follows: 1) Prior to purchase I was assured by Junior that the vehicle would be detailed and waiting in the show room for me. Upon my arrival, the car was not cleaned and I had to wait around for a few hours while they cleaned it. I took a 5am train down from Ottawa and it was past 4pm by this point and I had to drive back home so I was tired and frustrated. When I received the car I was less than impressed with the cleanliness. 2) Junior indicted that the cost of the new tires could be added to the financing cost of the vehicle but when it came time I had to pay for the tires immediately which I wasn't prepared to do. Additionally, when I questioned junior regarding this he claimed he never promised this to me when in fact he did. Junior also misquoted the price of the tires so I had to pay an extra $150. 3) They charge $595 for a safety that they clearly mention in their ads but I feel this is just a money grab and a customer shouldnt be required to pay this. It should be optional. At the very least, they should provide some sort of receipt on what work was done to safety the vehicle. I know in my case they stated they replaced the brakes as part of the safety but there really is no way of confirming this. 4) There is a $40 charge for fuel but when I received my car the gas light was on. I had to fill up prior to hitting the highway. This was clearly a mistake and was unintentional but still annoying. Still a good experience and I would recommend Faraz Auto Sales.

Hi there, i wanted to share my experience over the past year with the vehicle i purchased from you, Aside from the initial inconveniences of having to travel back to North York to drop the vehicle i just picked up in order for the battery to be replaced i have since had to have my wheel bearings replace, brakes, stabilizer bar and now my drive chain is being replaced. This vehicle was purchased with only 56k on it, i have since put 20k on it so its still well below 100k. For a "luxury"vehicle this is absolutely crazy. The cost of all of the above repairs is over 10k and that's unacceptable. There is no way a vehicle of this quality should be falling apart unless it was previously in an accident that certainly wasn't disclosed. I'm questioning the integrity of your company as things are certainly not as they seem when you look at your beautiful showroom compared to that of my actual experience with this vehicle.

Very disappointed!!! . Bought a Maserati Ghibli from Junior with less than 20k mileage and I have had nothing but problems. They charged 599 for certification and the car was definitely not inspected. So far I have had to change front suspension, rear sway bar, rear shocks and now my mechanic is telling me the rear bushing have been gone for a while. The car has been to the shop at least 7 times and now I have to take it back. Again. Only 4-5 months since I bought the car. It had missing second set of keys to begin with which junior bought after I told him. He seems to think he did me a favour By buying new keys which should have been with the car to begin with. Be aware is all I can say. The certification fee is a scam. Junior’s dad I believe has built a great business but the the sons do not respect legacy of dad by selling cars that have problems. I hope the dad intervened and fixes it otherwise customers like me will never come back and will tell others to never go there.

On top of which all the mechanics i know have nothing good to say about the autogard warrenty they offer and that i purchased. After days of trying to find another car with no luck, we decided i would take the car back as long as they get the parts and me being a technician I would rather work on it and fix the issue properly... im sure they had no idea this car had these issues in the first place... im sure after few days of calling them and emails they were sick of me, BUT i was left with no car. the did hagel towing fees and never gave me a full tank of gas the second time around either, half tank and few of there stories did not match up as to when the service was booked originally. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Ever. I have bought many cars before. I know how it’s supposed to go. I was very interested in 2 cars they had listed on their website and was hoping to buy one of them that day. I just wanted to take them for a drive to compare before making my decision. Tried for a week to get a hold of someone over phone and by email to make an appointment as I live two hours away. Never heard back. Went to the dealership anyway to see if anyone actually worked there. We were greeted by a polite receptionist who let us into the showroom and said a salesman would be with us soon. Half an hour later, a salesman approached us and asked if I had any questions about the two cars. When I tried to ask questions, he cut me off. He couldn’t answer half the questions I had anyways. I knew more about the car than he did just from reading the brochure. I started to notice the prices on the cars were different than what they had listed on the website (were talking ~$5,000 difference) and when I asked why, his response was “don’t worry about price, what one do you want?” And then cut me off before I could answer, telling me which car HE would rather I buy. Then he said he had to go and would be right back. He never came back. The receptionist informed us later that he had to “finish a sale”. An hour after this, another salesman came by. He’s also pushy, and cut me off every time I asked a question, knew less about either car than the first salesman. Good thing I had the damn brochure. I told him I’d like to test drive them and hopefully make a decision on which one I would be buying that day. He tells me they are closing in half an hour and he’d need more notice to get them out. I told him that I’d been trying all week to get an appointment and that I’ve already been there for an hour and a half. He told me that before he can move the cars out we’d have to go over numbers and make sure I’m okay with them. So we went into his office, he took the info for the car I’d be trading in and then took off. After sitting in his office for half hour I got tired of sitting around. So I decided to leave. It had been a long day and I had a long drive ahead of me. As I’m leaving and walking out he stopped me in the lobby. When I said that I was leaving he began to get rude with me because he just moved the two cars I wanted out. We hadn’t even gone over the numbers like he said we had to. I’d love to have included names, but neither of them introduced themselves, they were both dressed as if they were about to go to a drake concert rather than sell a car. Very unprofessional all around. Would not recommend to anyone Would not give them a penny, and those aren’t even worth anything anymore. Worst attempted car buying experience ever.

I recently went to this dealership , no purchase made but after a bit of a struggle I was allowed to test drive the vehicle without making any commitment . They where also a bit flexible on the price , which is good ,but the reason I end up not getting that vehicle was just personal preference. I think there is place to improve the customer service test drive related ,but I didn't get pushed to get any commitment either. First think Audi or BMW dealership dose when someone inquires about a vehicle it is to invite for a test drive,absolutely no obligation . It may involve some extra work sometimes,but at the end of the day they are there for a reason,working to sell cars and easy policy for test drive is something good for the business! Quite disappointed with the customer service of this dealership. It's become clear that once you have purchased the vehicle they could care less about you and your satisfaction. We purchased our car in mid July, 2020. When we purchased the vehicle we paid to have it ceramic coated, which I believe it may have been but was not done very well. Even at first wash you could tell multiple areas were missed as there is no water beading. When it was driven out for us to pick up it was dirty, had dried on bird poop on it (which tells me it had been sitting outside), and the inside was not detailed and covered in finger smudges. Also was supposed to have a full tank of gas in it at pick up, it was about halfway full and we had to drive it 2 hours home. After having the vehicle home and thinking about winter storage maintenance, I searched the car to find there was no key for the locking wheel nuts. I contacted the dealership right away to see if they had it, to which they said they did not and it must have been lost. My bet is there was no safety performed on this vehicle, and they never had it. They did tell me to go ahead and purchase a new one and they would cover the cost. I was able to do that after hunting for the company that made the locks, but made it clear when I sent in the bill that it was in US funds, and was only given the Canadian equivalent. At time of purchase we were promised a touch up paint pen and license plate bracket for our car. With the pandemic going on we kept being told the multiple times we contacted them, that they weren't able to get things in, or they were back ordered, which I was understanding of. But when you contact your salesman, and he is telling you that the paint pen was there and ready to be shipped, and that the license plate bracket had already been given to you, and the manager is telling you they're still waiting on both items, it's disappointing. Lack of communication between employees, or maybe just coming up with lies on the spot? It's quite frustrating. My fiance and I have both come to assume we will not be seeing the bracket or pen (which was written DIRECTLY in our sales contract), and wish we would not have spent the extra money on the ceramic coating that was obviously poorly applied. All around just plain disappointed with our experience at this dealership, and will not be recommending.

I dealt with nick great guy made our transaction so smooth and stress free, but when i picked up my car i had something that needed to be fixed and they asked me to bring it later on i dropped the car next week. they kept it for almost a week. when i picked up the car it was all dirty had grease on the driver seat as well as the driver door. it looked like the guy who was working on it didnt put gloves on, i had to ask one of the sales guy to get it cleaned .then i took it for wash i noticed there was a scratch on the fender and it was bent. front bumper and lights were not installed back properly broke or took some part out the thigh support on my driver seat its not working and a cut on my rear seat i wish i could post pictures then i call them they said come we ll take a look when i went there they showed the worst customer service " we are eating come back in an hour " i took day off to pick my car i went from mississauga to them twice in 3 hours its like they knew what they did but they didnt wanna face it when i dropped it had 110 km left till fuel ends when i picked up it had 21 km left i donot know if they drove it or idle it i would recommend buying car from them they have great deals but dont ever leave your car with them donot trust them i will fix all that stuff from my pocket as i love the car i dont want no dispute over that so didnt even go back but just want people to be careful cant trust them. I know if i go there They ll probably say i am lying i did it and blaming on them but i loved the car so much y would i do all this stuff to my own car i love her so much that i am getting everything fixed by myself. I wish i never had given them the car as it was super clean when i picked it up the first day I bought another car 3 weeks after could have got it from them if they haven't done this to me Choose wisely

Poor shopping experience because the sales rep. was liar. Before the sale was finalized he verbally promised that remote starter will be installed complimentary after 2 weeks if I pay 100%. After deal finalized, papers signed and we paid 100%. After 2 weeks that guy blatantly refused for any such promises and told us nothing mentioned in papers. These guys are crooks that sold me a car they knew was in an accident... the vehicle had a clean car proof and I'm 1 thousand percent sure they knew about this I found out my car was in an accident when it started to rust in the rear quarter panel within 4 months of ownership mind you this was a 2011 Bmw m3 fairly new when told about this faraz the owner refused to do anything about it and denied that he knew it was in an accident its like once they sell u a car there attitude towards u changes look at how much bondo they put in my rear quarter panel to hide the damage the truth always prevails too bad Canada doesn't have a law protecting consumers oh and they sold me a crappy 3800 warranty that was supposed to cover engine problems for up to 7000 per claim and when my throttle actuators went bad they denied my claim because it wasn't an lubricated part, which they didn't not mention he told me it will cover anything that could possibly go wrong with my engine they know the warranties that the sell are complete bs but they still choose to sell it because of the commission which is pretty misleading and last but not least these goofs told me they changed the oil before giving me the car, at the time when I was working at bmw I had bmw do an oil change these crooks from faraz just changed the oil not the filter and when I looked at the filter it was old dirty and clogged not even the oem filter some cheap Korean made brand the mechanic told me all they did was drain and fill the oil not even change the filter this could have catastrophically damaged my engine just cuz they neglected to pay 39 dollars for an oil filter the funny thing is he knew I worked at bmw he's an idiot to think this wouldn't come back to haunt him Ps 80 percent of the reviews u see are fake made up by families and friends and this guy faraz took down my old review Lmaoooo truth hurts

Bad experience after the sales agent judged me by my age or my appearance. I was looking for a family suv was interested in the maserati levante ($75k suv) . Sales agent mid way asked if I was financing and I said yes and then after he asked if I had co signer and if my dad was going to help me out. I was in shock he asked me that before even sitting down and talking about my options. He stated the car is 75k and I might need a co signer but little did he know my age, my income and my credit score. They lost my buisness and i would definitely not refer any of my family or friends to the this place. Don't judge a book by its cover and to the sales agent who judged me I make more then enough to buy a 100k car.

They take as much care of their auction cars as they do their customers. As in they don't. Faraz auto is nothing more than a dressed up used car warehouse with ethics of those slimey used cars men from the early 70s. I traded my 2011 Bmw 335 for a 2008 Toyota Sienna at this dealership, the trade in process was fairly easy and they kept their word. I would recommend the dealership and do business with them again. Place has a stunning showroom of pristine exotics like something out of the movies. Washrooms are kept super clean, nice waiting area with couches, water and coffee. Even had masks and hand sanitizer due to corona. Need to make an appointment before visiting. After I arrived Junior had a brief look at my car and asked some questions. We were quickly able to reach an agreed upon a number and made the deal. I felt like maybe I could’ve got more for my car or paid less for Sienna I understand it’s a business/negotiation. The price I was offered for my car was in line with another used dealership I visited prior. It’s important obviously you do your research before on what comparable are worth for cars you are selling/buying. He agreed they would change brake pads, and detail the car- they did both. In addition they replaced windshield for $200 and did safety for $50 more which was nice. (Compared to $600 safety) All in all a good experience and I left satisfied

I literally bought my dream car from Faraz. The car I bought has a limited availability on the used car market across the country and is no longer a production vehicle from the manufacturer so when such a mint example of it came up at Faraz I know they had a lot of action on it. Faraz probably could have sold my car for more money than they sold it to me based on the market interest but they stuck to the deal they made with me over the phone the day prior to me coming in with my deposit. This company does business the right way. There was a bit of a hiccup on the day I actually took possession of the car but I suspect that's because I asked to take possession of it at an off site location. I just recently completed the purchase of a BMW from Faraz. I had been searching for a particular model with certain options for some time, and I found a vehicle on Autotrader.ca that was being sold by Faraz. I'm from out of Toronto - so I completed the transaction by phone and fax. Ali was very helpful, responded to all my questions quickly and with courtesy. Faraz accommodated my independent vehicle inspector on their premises, and let him thoroughly inspect the car. Faraz also corrected two issues that came up during the inspection, using services from their local BMW dealer, at no cost to me. Faraz arranged shipping to my home via auto transporter within a few days of completing the transaction. All in all, the purchase went exceptionally well and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I would recommend them - just make sure you do your homework and a proper inspection.

Firstly I went in to treat myself to a newer vehicle upgrade and the moment you walk in their facility you are greeted by their receptionist. The showroom is very classy, well kept and full of higher end luxury vehicles. There is no pressure from any sales reps as you browse the floor which I liked. I ended up going over budget and splurging on a Audi Q7 Suv that was very rare. The purchase was incredibly smooth and easy when I was in their office going over all the numbers. They were straight forward about all the fees any warranties. Since I was in the market to surprise my wife for her upcoming bday with also a new vehicle since hers broke down on her. I decided to give Faraz repeat business and went in since they had the car my wife wanted anyways. White Mercedes GLC300, it was perfect for her and I told Faraz how important this was to be kept a surprise and that I would need it delivered to our address (which is roughly an hour away) He did not hesitate to agree to deliver and even offered to install the additional add on parts I ordered for the vehicle at no extra charge. They offer exclusive oil change/maintenance to all their personal customers at a fraction of what the other dealerships would charge you which is another great incentive I like. I couldn't have asked for better service. My wife was beyond words when I surprised with her Merecedes over the weekend. Purchased a vehicle here 8 years ago when they were much smaller. Was a Nissan Altima and was one of the cheaper cars they had in the lot but still took amazing care for us and looked after us from start to finish. My girlfriend had found a Cooper S that they were selling. Junior (the salesperson who had helped us) handed the keys to test drive no questions asked and even stayed after hours to go over the vehicle, immediately disclosed the carproof and broke down the payments for the vehicle. After months of searching for a new vehicle I came across an ad listing a 2012 c63 AMG coupe and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I saw the car in person and with the help of the sales rep the numbers worked out and I took delivery of the car. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle that myself nor the dealership could've predicted..such as A/C needed a recharge and the vehicle needing an alignment, and one of the ballasts burning out..however I wasnt worried at any point as they assured me that they would not let me have the vehicle unless it was PERFECT since day 1!. They covered ALL the necessary expenses including parts and labour, which on a AMG everyone knows is nothing close cheap, and made sure I was satisfied completely when I took it home. They were timely with their service and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. To this day the rep that handled my purchase still follows up to make sure I'm enjoying the car and that its running perfect. No b.s!. I would most definitely recommend any young professional such as myself to purchase a vehicle from here..especially one of this caliber!

Although the show room was above standard, I sill stand by my initial review posted on June 9th, 2013 re the terrible service received on June 8th. My family and I went to Faraz Auto Sales after first making an appointment to be told that the car that we booked to see was sold. Although some what dissapointing, it wouldn't have been a big deal if an apology was forth coming, No apology or even an offer to look at alternative cars until my wife email the owner a few days later about our disappointment. The manager responded apologizing for such poor service and offered corrective options that we truly appreciated. Albeit the manager acknowledged our concerns and addressed it appropriately, the sting of the serviced initially received is still felt. Although the sales person treated us terribly, since we were there already, I took the time to look around the lot. Although at least 2-4 thousand dollars higher, I was interested in two other models on the lot in which I once again found the sales rep asking him for a test drive. No luck. He stated, only way we can have a test drive is if we were sure that we were going to by one of the two cars. This left a sour taste in my mouth. I promptly left and went an hour away to another dealer, Penwest Motors in Oakville of which we did not make an appointment. They welcomed us with a hand shake and a smile, Faraz Auto Dealer did neither. After test driving three cars at Penwest Motors, we bought a car from them. High Pressure Sales Tactics is not desirable. I am assuming that the sales person simply made a snap judgment when seeing me and decided that it wasnt' worth his time and/or effort in trying to sell me a car.

He is biggest liar. Me and my friend bought 2 cars from him. He changed tyre of the cars telling us car is getting ready. Didn't gave matts moreover while trade-in car he changed the price of the car.

What a great find. Have been looking to upgrade for a few months and found exactly the features wanted a much better price than expected. From the moment we first spoke I was happy with my experience. Upon arriving at the dealership, they are taking all the COVID precautions outlined by the health officials. Very busy place with so many vehicle options available, from the most elite to more common luxury you can find what your looking for. The staff works well together to make your purchase completely painless. After a few days, I was called to pick up my new vehicle and was surprised to find 4 new tires installed with no additional cost. Driving away with a smile and still happy. My wife and kids are asking me to take them soon as 2 of them are looking for new vehicles. Very satisfied, no complaints. Will definitely be buying from Faraz Auto again in the near future.

I bought a 2016 BMW last year (2019) at Faraz, went to pick it up and the car was not clean at all. During the purchase process I was offer an extended Maintenance warranty due to the fact the dealer warranty was expiring at the end of 2019, which cost me $ 5,000.00 dollars and to my surprise went it came to time for a claim found out this was not a Maintenance warranty instead it was a lost or total damage insurance (SCAM). I tried to cancel and get my money back with Faraz but went I talk back to the seller he was very defensive and refuse to cancel the policy. Again this was not the extended maintenance policy offer during purchase and got scam with $ 5,000.00 dollars extra.

Terrible dealership. All cars look nice and shiny on the lot and they are all complete useless lemons they buy for next to nothing at auctions and clean up. They also fabricate accident reports and avoid calls and ignore you once you drive off the lot. Most dishonest and crooked place you could get a vehicle from. Stay away at all costs.

Faraz Auto Sales is an extremely clean and welcoming experience. Perry Goodman was an excellent sales associate. He showed us exactly what we were looking for but made suggestions without any pressure. He made the sales experience very easy. We traded our vehicle in for an Audi Q5 which we didn't even think of as an option until meeting Perry. The vehicle we bought had 80,000 kms on it but I am not kidding it was detailed so well and drove so well I swear it was as if we bought brand new. Excellent experience. I am sure they have other great sales associates but can guarantee Perry Goodman is just like his name says, a good man.

I've just purchased BMW 535I and I have to say my sales person Faraz went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I gave Faraz a list of things that he needed to complete before I took delivery of my car (the car needed some work like the window tints were ripped and damaged, the prvious owner painted the front grill in the M sport colour, rims had curb rash) but the day I got my car Faraz made sure the items on my list were completed, the rims were fixed, the window tint were redone and I got a brand new front grill because the old one could not be restored. Ofcourse this costed Faraz auto money to fix but they never charged me a single penny for the repairs, I've also asked for all season mats and they also gave me those for free. I want to say that this place took good care of me and My sales person Faraz is awesome. Keep up the good work guys, your my new place to shop for auto vehicle.
