I had a 2002 hyundia and wanted to get a 2010 which they had...but was not on the lot yet...I live an hour away and the salesman did call and informed me the car was now there. Wanted to get better tires on the truck and air & heating unit was not working properly...seems like a problem they could not fix...didn't want to bring down the price and wanted more if they changed the tires...was not satisfied...purchased one in halifax 2008 and works awesome,got tires that will last longer,free rust proofing,free oil change coupon &free tire change and rotation coupon and best of all a free car cleaning detailing at a local detailing shop! Too bad they didn't have that in yarmouth!!! I will be back up there to change my tires and car clean next spring...that service place was packed!!! Why don't you guys do something like that?

Recently test drove the 2016 Touson. Salesperson Mark was very nice and helpful. We were not buying that day and told him that up front. Had a vehilcle to use as trade in . Finance person wasn't offering enough for trade in , so left and went back to Annapolis Royal. No meeting of the minds per say. Loved the new Touson and may have eventually bought one. In a few days Mark called to check with us again. Nothing changed so no deal. Approximately 15 minutes later finance person Matt called. This person was so rude to me over the telephone that I would never go near that place again. Was astounded at some of the things he said and his attitude. Customer beware is all I have to say.
