Thank you to Moe Al-Ansari the finance manager for the excellent customer service that he gave my wife and I. He not only assisted us with the actual purchase of our tucson but he also assisted with all of our financing needs. His attention to detail is superb. He was very thorough and went through all of the protection plans in detail. He asked us questions to understand what our needs are and then offered us options that would work for us. He truly helped us pick the right vehicle and financing plan. We had a horrible experience at oakville Hyundai and we never thought we would buy a hyundai again, but from the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile from the staff and were offered a coffee and made us feel welcomed. Not to mention they had a really good deal on winter tires that we ended up getting too. Overall it was a professional experience and we will recommend Woodstock Hyundai to our family and friends. I also recommend everyone to see Moe for your next vehicle. A genuine guy with a great attitude.

I had a great experience at Woodstock Hyundai. My 2013 Santa Fe had an engine failure and had to be towed to the dealer. The engine ended up being replaced with a new one under a recall at no cost to me. The staff kept me up to date on the progress with regular emails, they provided me with a loaner car, and made me feel at ease with all of the questions I had regarding this process. Devanne in service was a great help, and was excellent with communicating with me. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Not really happy with this dealership. My mother in law came in for a battery replacement on her fob and the lady that changed it broke the metal contact that contacts the battery. I mean talk about not taking ownership of your mistakes. Should’ve replaced the fob after breaking it and offered free programming. Had to take the fob to the dealership I deal with near me to get the fob warrantied. What a joke. Stay away. I hope this isn’t how you treat all of your customers.

AVOID THIS SHOWROOM, they are misleading and don't care for their customers. I recently bought a used car from them and wouldn't recommend this showroom to anyone who deserves to be treated like a customer. I had a very bad experience with these guys starting with sale of the car and after sales service. The sales person (Zoran) was very misleading with the details. firstly he gave me wrong detail about the car and its history and would try to cover some details, I had to demand for the details and then they showed some historical service detail on the car. Then when it came to negotiating the price they didn't do any good as I was routed to his manager for negotiations to save me only $100 and Darrel Smart, was very rude with his behaviour where he said this is the final price you take it or leave (exact words) who on the earth will talk to their customers like that? I still decided to buy the car as I had a very urgent need. when I went to pickup the car a week later Zoran the sales guy did say that all breaks and routers were changed as part of the safety check that was done but, on extracting the report it showed that nothing other than oil change was done. He didn't have to lie like this and moreover the scratches and dents on the car were not even worked on as promised at the time of sale. When asked he said it was done but, everything was as is and so goes with the interior detailing which was not upto mark and seats were never shampooed as promised but, again he kept saying it was done when I could spot the dirt and also showed it to them. Car had a thick layer of dust on it and when asked for a wash, Zoran just sprinkled the water over it and gave it with dirt and water dripping over the car. Their manager Darrel Smart again stepped in and he said he will not do anything more on the car and asked me to leave without the car and he would return the deposit (yet again). Really? when I had already waited a week on this car and had travelled 100kms twice? He was very rude with his behaviour and all that I was asking for is the interior cleaned at that point. I was feeling helpless but, kept my cool and requested them for another detailing. Overall a very sour experience with these guys. As no real detailing or servicing was done on the car, and that they gave me all this hard time, I would rate this place a 1. After I took the car, I had some breathing issues probably from the spray they had used, it smelt like room freshener when I called to ask the sales guy, he was not bothered that I had a hard time with my breathing in the car. I am giving a 2 rating only for its low mileage and to the previous car owner for doing that. If you like to be treated fair, avoid this place Later also learnt that they have installed after market brakes and that issue was never sorted after they made me do several trips and told it will not be replaced which was promised. Contacting Jerry didn't solve the problem either.

Bought a 2015 Elantra GLS in January, and have been very happy with it so far. Great looking car, and drives great. Almost as good fuel economy as our old '06 civic, but with more power. Our salesman, Zoran, was very, very helpful in accommodating our times for test drives. Our interaction with all other staff has been positive so far as well.

I really enjoy my service with Hyundai Woodstock especially this morning when I called in for oil change. I was shock that they were able to get me I was not expecting that it will be possible the rep I spoke with was very nice and she is amazing each time I visit she very nice. I was not impress with the service today I felt a condescending tone. She have my name on the form she was holding and she did not even try to say it I understand it's not a common name. I always receive great service but something went wrong today.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. My issues began with the finance manager and since completing the sale there have been ongoing issues. I drove in from out of town and had to wait an hour for him to print off the paperwork, at which point I noticed the bill was nearly $5,000 more than originally agreed upon. Most of this was attributed to the finance manager adding an extended warranty (valued over $3k) to the bill of sale. When I asked about the extra expense I felt pressured to take what was presented and was told that he would have to re-do everything if I wanted the warranty removed. Later that night I emailed him requesting to have the warranty policy cancelled. He followed up with me over the phone and asked me to keep it on for a couples weeks just to give me time to reconsider, and if I didn't change my mind, he would refund me the warranty money. We met over the phone a couple weeks later and I was very clear I wanted to cancel the policy. He counter offered with a $500 refund to the warranty policy as oppose to cancelling it and refunding all $3000.00. Repeatedly, he tried to suggest it was miscommunications. That was not the case. I was explicit with my request to cancel the policy several times. Still waiting for my cheque - not meeting the deadline he originally committed to. Throughout this time it's been me having to follow-up with him as oppose to him keeping me in the loop. This is bad customer service.

Brought my vehicle in for recall work, dealer performed the work on the vehicle which i have no complaints about.. & when i got my vehicle back the front bumper tabs were broken which wasn’t allowing the bumper to mount properly on the driver side to the bumper bracket. Service manager TIM called me claiming the damage was already there, his employee had to REMOVE The front bumper in order to perform the engine swap, but his employee did not notify him about the damage although they know thats protocol to notify them for damages when seen. There was other damage previously on the vehicle in the rear, which was noted down that i knew about but this one thing did not get noted down for some odd reason. Tim offered to put an adhesive on the bumper to keep it in place. When i asked what if my mechanic needs to remove my bumper for whatever reason to perform work, tim advised it would not have to be removed unless its been in a collision. Also stated hes not willing to replace my bumper because my car is in “rough shape, and was most likely broken when it came in” as he claims.. although it did not enter the premises with damage in that area. It is a 9 year old vehicle so it is not brand new.. but i wont accept a temporary fix for a part that was not broken before. Will be calling head office about this.

I'm a big fan of Hyundai products, I have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles now and my immediate family has 4 more. Great cars. This was my first experience with the Woodstock dealership. First, the selection of vehicles was terrific for a small dealership. I bought a 2017 Sante Fe XL demo with all the features I was looking for (which was not easy to find). I dealt with Zoran who was OK. We had some back and forth on price but that's to be expected with any dealership. When I picked up the car, it had a full tank of gas which impressed me. Most dealerships won't do this, or will charge you for it. That's the good part, here's the not so good. When I decided to buy the car, I noticed it had winter tires. I asked for all seasons. They actually tried to tell me that the winter tires were all season. My brother in law is a tire salesman so a quick call on speaker confirmed that they were indeed winter tires and I had them replaced, but not without a debate. Next, I asked specifically for the XL with tow package. When I got home, I discovered that there was no wire harness or ball for the hitch (which it's supposed to come with). Zoran said that the hitch was added afterwards so I was out of luck and would have to purchase these myself. All in, it cost less than $200. So to put a value on my customer satisfaction, it was not worth less than $200 to them on a $40+K vehicle to have a satisfied customer. Pretty disappointed by that and thus the 2 star review.

i was satisified with my service received on Wed Sept 12, however my wife also has a Hyuandai. (We have been Hyundai customers for over 25 years) The corner of her front fender on her elantra is starting to come off so since its under warranty she thought she would bring it in and see what if anything could be done and the blonde service lady (sorry dont know her name) immediately shut her down, didnt want to have anything to do with her offered no help and basically sent her away..that to me is a big concern....so this rating is for that..very dissapointed

Two years ago my wife and I where expecting our second child and we had an old Nissan that kept braking down and costing us money every so often, we need it a new car and wanted a bigger vehicle. After stopping by in every dealership in Dundas st. And getting told no or that we have to lower our expectations, we arrive at Woodstock Hyundai defeated and with little hope that we could get what we wanted. The friendly staff from the front desk to Zoran Vukov to Jerry Hussar and all the team members made our last attempt to buy a nee car an excellent and memorable experience. Zoran did not try to sell us a car but helped us find the vehicle we need it without compromising our economy. Long story short. For the past years we had enjoyed a reliable car (Hyundai Santa fe xl) and any any service or warranty needs had ben met and taken care of by this great team with a smile on their face, always going the extra mile. Looking forward to the next new purchases again here.

This dealership is shady when it comes to service charges. I went in for a normal oil change and was told that for my warranty I needed a routine service repair. I was told that it would be part of my warranty. When I came back to pick up my car I was then told that I had to pay just over 300$ for the service. When I tried to explain that I was not explained this, the woman at the counter had little to say. I felt un heard. I have tried multiple times to fight this but have gotten 0 respect or responce back from Hyundai. Definitely never going back to this dealership which is unfortunate because it’s the only one close to my home!!

Not impressed with service department at the desk. Mechanics are super nice and did a great job. Service desk however told me it was a 2 hour job so I couldn’t have a loner vehicle, left my car at 830 am didn’t receiver it back till 3 (when I called to check on it). Than I asked on the phone what my bill was as I was paying cash, more than once told me it was nothing it was covered because my vehicle has only 60000km. Again went in to get my keys asked if I owed anything they said no it was covered, and proceeded to $0 out my bill. 2 days later they called me to say I now owe money. It’s super inconvenient to go back to pay for it and I feel if I’ve asked more than once you can’t decide now that I owe money. I’m just not impressed. I’ve boughten 2 vehicles in less than 5 years from them and was looking at upgrading again. But I think I’ll take my business elsewhere

First of all Hyundai Woodstock and Cambridge are both bad and both owned by different owners. I had so many issues with my vehicle and was sometimes lied to. They will sell you any car but then the service is horrible and they just leave you hanging. I have had several electronic issues, doors locking every 20 sec by itself. I had a starting issue and both took them months to figure out including several times dropping my car off and making over 10 appointments and wasting so much of my spare time. I have a 2013 elantra, I have never enjoyed it and will never ever by another Hyundai. Also the heated seat broke after 1 year of using. The radio had to be replaced and the speedometer had to be replaced. Also the pcp valve or whatever that was called. I was told my car had a GDI from the day I bought it and came to realisation yesterday that it was not a GDI and have been told that it was by several mechanics and several service managers, they told me the reason the engine shakes sometimes is because it's a GDI engine.

Was looking to buy a new car sometime next year but my current car started breaking down and I didn't want to pit anymore money into it. I started looking around and found Woodstock Hyundai. I started by emailing for information on a car they had on there lot. I received an email back to acknowledge my request since it was on a weekend. On Monday I received a call message from Amar asking if I was interested in setting up a test drive, after a little phone tag an appointment was set up. I went for the test drive and was given as much time as I needed to see if I liked the car. I went ahead with the paperwork to get the purchase started as it was close to closing time I wasn't rushed or hurried to get out of there. Amar took his time to give me a trade in value and set me up with Moe to get financing started. As it was close to the weekend again when I was completing the paperwork I received a call over the weekend to let me know that it was still being processed. I was called Tuesday with the good news from Moe that financing had been arranged and when would I like to pick up my new car. I picked my car up after work on Thursday and as it was close to closing time again I wasn't rushed through any of the steps. All the paperwork was explained with great care from Moe and I had my car and all it's functions explained to me by Amar. I have 2 dealerships closer to me but the service I received from Woodstock Hyundai was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a news car.

My boyfriend has had the absolute worse experience with this dealership, 6 months after owning his new velosoter he had a warranty claim on his engine and it needed to be replaced. They refused to give him a rental car in the meantime because he's 21. They took almost month after claiming they would only take a week. It sat for 2 weeks untouched and was finally finished after a month. They had to fight to get a rental car several times and they ended up paying for his rental from a different service. More recently he had to get his window tint re done because it was done horribly and is bubbling everywhere. They took 2 days longer than they told us and they only tinted one back window... it's blue and the rest are a different colour and they didn't fix the other windows messed up tint. Awful service every single time he's dealt with then after the purchase of his vehicle.

Ask for Dino!! We recently were on the search for an SUV to fit our growing family.. and upon meeting Dino we knew we were in good hands. He listened to our needs, was direct and honest, and found something perfect for us in our price range, and they traded in my previous Hyundai car for a good price. While I cant speak yet to the service side of things on our new vehicle, the experience and customer service we experienced with Dino was absolutely excellent right down to even after the vehicle was purchased and we came to pick it up he spent a good half hour or more explaining all the features and making sure we knew exactly how to use everything in the vehicle before we left! We would 10/10 go back to Dino again for future car shopping!!

I really don't like to give bad reviews, but I am compelled to with Hyundai Woodstock. I have been experiencing very poor and diahonist service. My car is in for technical issues with the transmission and I was told on several occasions that some switch had been installed to solve the problem, about 2 weeks later after no updates I find out that they are saying the same story that they are just putting the switch in. Finally when it was installed, I was told the car was ready for collection. When I turned up to collect the car, nothing had changed with the problem, the car was still ubdrivable! Not only this but I wasted hours at their showroom waiting for a loan car which eventually came. In the meantime, they didn't have a loan car for the first 2 weeks, and as it it the only car I have I was forced to rent a car, causing huge extra expenses. I asked if they would reimburse me for these costs as the car is u see warranty and they have been very reluctant. Overall I feel very disappointed with the lack of service and I wouldnt use them on my next car.

Service was polite although it took longer than expected to complete all issues. When I booked the morning appointment more than a week in advance I stated that I wanted a thorough check over and a tuneup for sure. Update: After further unanswered messages, our missing parts showed up on our doorstep unannounced about three months after purchase. Given the lack of response from the General Manager and Sales Manager, I would hesitate to purchase another vehicle or service from them. Original review: Although our Santa Fe XL is great, the sales experience was not so. Many communication problems and when we came to our appointment to pick up our vehicle, the sales person was not available to help us learn our new vehicle's features. Accessories that were supposed to be in the vehicle were missing. They didn't respond to the chances for me to pick them up. Although the sales manager claims they have them for us, after asking about getting them delivered, they haven't responded to my messages.

Went in for some service work a couple of weeks ago. Been dealing with Sheri at Brantford Hyundai for years, but since moving to Woodstock its been hard to travel to Brantford. Having 2 Hyundai vehicles in our family and looking to expand shortly, this first time experience was lacking. Dealt with Jody. I brought my wifes car in for an oil change and a warranty item. I didnt have the ownership on me, but decided to take a picture of the VIN# because I know they need that. Approached Jody and when asked, I told her I didnt have the ownership. Before I could show her the solution I had, she looked at me and said "well, we need that, its the only way we can enter in your car, so try to find it". I showed her the picture I took, and she didnt like that i guess. Waiting for my car, Jody proceeded to stare at her cell phone, text and swear with other employees...in the waiting room. Throughout the service she was rude, standoffish, short-worded and lacked the basic needs of customer service. With that being said, Marlene was everything a service advisor should be....polite, friendly, attentive and professional. She gave out information about reviews and next time servicing.... I will be asking for her next time.

What started out as an okay experience, quickly derailed and was the worst experience ever! The salesman was friendly that we originally dealt with. But when it came down to signing and doing paperwork for the financing is where it went terribly wrong! We were handed over to Ramy Hanna, and we have never been treated so horribly! We were approved for our financing with the extended warranty, and when we called him back a few days later to say we did not want the warranty, he treated us awful. He assured us that if he redid our application for financing it would be denied! He did not even give an explanation as to why, other than the “person” reviewing the reapplication would not approve it. Why? We are asking for LESS than what we were approved for. He continued to compare us to a lady the previous week who had been denied after resubmitting (go to find out, she lied about her employment!), and even went as far as to pull out her file in front of us. I could see a copy of her license...pretty sure that’s confidential!!!!!! I kept questioning him, how am I being denied for LESS?? After he snapped at me “don’t tell me how to do my job”, I lost it, and demanded to see someone else. Lance worked with us, and in fact worked a MIRACLE (that’s what Ramy made it seem it would take) because we had been approved and completely fine in the matter of 20 minutes, and no one needed to review the reapplication! The only reason I did not walk away, was my vehicle had already been delivered, why should we not get what we want....in hindsight we should have left immediately and went elsewhere. How many other people have been bullied into keeping the extended warranty from Ramy?? Because he CONVINCED them they would be denied without an explanation or him even trying. The entire dealership is guilty by association as far as we are concerned. I informed Lance while he was dealing with us of what had happened, I even called the dealership back the following week to inform them and tell our story. I was told without question the owner of the dealership would contact me. Nothing. This was my first new car experience, and it was hell. I owned a Santa Fe previous to my XL now, my sister and my parents also own Hyundai’s. This is not how you treat loyal customers! Extremely disgusted in the way we were treated by Ramy.

She was probably annoyed that I had someone check out a previous recommendation of a rusty oil pan needing replacement and declined it. When the estimate for an oil change appeared in the ipad around $169.00 I refused to sign. She said there was something wrong with their system and it would correct itself after I signed! I didn't sign - I walked. Fix the thing first to help me get rid of the idea that something sketchy is going on! Be honest with us!

We had the strangest experience last night while looking at Vehicles at Woodstock Hyundai. My husband and I have been keeping our eye on vehicles online for the past few weeks as I am in need of purchasing a new car ASAP. My husband came across two Demo models for a very reasonable price that spiked our interest immediately. My husband called and spoke to a sales representative (Cliff) and mentioned that we would be out after work that evening to take a look. Cliff clarified they would be open until 8pm. We arrived from London after the rush of Child activities and dinner stops just before 7pm. One of the vehicles were on the lot, the other is apparently stored on another lot. When asking if I could view the other one, I was told they needed a days notice to get it over there. When mentioning a test drive, we were told it was "too late". As an employed person I totally get being ready to go home by the end of the day but I was taken back by the lack of interest in obtaining our sale. Perhaps informing customers of the difference in hours for buying a car and viewing a car would be beneficial. I wasn't aware that if I wanted to test drive a car and make a deal that I would need to be there mid-day. Common sense would have told me that would be better however I work, have kids and needed to drive from London. I'm not one to take the time to leave reviews good or bad, but as I said I was taken back but this experience.

Three times to fix an issue. I paid for towing twice and had to get very aggressive to have Hyundai tow the car the third time. Also had to fight for a loaner. No talk of reimbursement of costs incurred for the repairs made twice before that did not fix the issue. But they were quite willing to give me a list of other problems with my vehicle. EDIT: Hi Tim, thanks for getting back to me. No one went over the details with me. I asked for just an oil and filter change, the lady on the phone just asked if I've been there before or if I had bought a vehicle there. Both answers were no. Then she proceeded to ask me when I was avaibale. When I arrived to drop my vehicle the morning of my appointment, they just took my keys at the service desk and didn't go through anything with me. I asked if there was anything else after I had said I'm here for the oil and filter change, they said "nothing else, just drop off your keys, should take less than an hour". As petty as this sounds, during these times, I don't want to be spending unnecessary money.

Worst service shop ever , I had a recall on faulty calipers , they replaced them and the new ones are seized twice now I've been back to have them replaced , and all they do is lube them up and push u out the door , saying there nothing wrong with them ,but feel free to spend 500 dollars on brakes and pads that the seized calipers have caused 4 months and I already need new pads bc someone diesnt wanna do there job properly and I Lazy, so being a women and thought I might be wrong , i took it to a independent shop and the mechanic there said they were seized, but you drive 2 kms to Hyundai and they magically unsieze ,also was told by the service rep on another occasion that feel free to take it to another shop if I didn't like the service there my warranty is good anywhere , that's customer service at its finest right there SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THE HEADACHES!!!

Nobody acknowledged we existed the receptionist was to busy on there phone to even look up at us, and when we asked if we could look at a vehicle the salesman directed us to an empty seat and said someone will be there to help us and we asked him a couple questions he said again someone will help us I guess he couldn't even be bothered to answer a couple questions, then when we actually had a salesman to talk to we asked if the vehicle was a hybrid he told us we didnt even know what we where talking about and then proceeded to give us a break down of the difference between a hybrid, electric car and a phevs cars we asked him again if we can get a electric kona and was told that we would have to go to korea to get one and that we should buy a Nissan leaf and when we told him that we didnt want one he then told us to buy a hyundai ion which my wife had already said she wanted an suv and didnt want a car . After all of this the finance manager wondered out and told us that we shouldn't buy an electric vehicle because he knew someone that bought a audi electric and that they could only make it to Barrie and had to recharge the vehicle, never once did I say anything about going to Barrie we were going to buy an electric vehicle to drive to work and where only going to drive 50km to work and 50km back. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership no wonder nobody wants to go to a dealership to buy a vehicle.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited from Woodstock Hyundai. The sales consultant Dino Ding was a pleasure to do business with. I had to drive to Woodstock from Montreal to pick up the car on a Friday evening. I arrived just as the dealership was closing. Dino welcomed me after a long trip, and proceeded to stay an extra 2 hours to help me complete the transaction. I ended up having to do a bank draft to fulfill my payment. However all banks were closed at this late hour. Not only did Dino help me find a bank that was open the following day, but he came to the closed dealership on Saturday to accept the draft and deliver the car to me (this was outside his normal work hours). Talk about going the extra mile to accommodate the customer, he did this and more. Bravo Dino. Bravo Hyundai Woodstock.

Well let’s see here! We’ll start with Zoran the head honcho sales man. Professional until you need a warranty claim from a garbage Kumho tire. Zoran had told me I had a tire warranty with the purchase. Not the case as the dealership does not want to pay for it when the time comes as I had a severed tire. Then there’s the low class finance chap Craig who didn’t like that I wasn’t interested in extended warranty so he said ‘you’re stupid for not taking the warranty’ not once but three times. Really now. So I purchase a car and I’m stupid. Sounds great. Just another car dealership who’s aim is profit before people. I get it. I hope I get to deter people from Woodstock Hyundai. No sense in offering a visit to the dealer to make it right as I’m way out of that general area. Anyone reading this should avoid the dealership.

I just had the worst experience ever I purchased the car from them, but received ZERO service. Their service department is the worst. They do not care about your business. I went in with a problem, they claimed to have fixed it but they made it worse. When I went in to get it fixed again, their mechanic even had the audacity to lie to me. After visiting the dealership multiple times and leaving the vehicle with them 3 full days over a period of a few weeks, problems kept arising. Today, when I asked for a service vehicle for the day, because they screwed up my perfectly fine sun glass holder, the service reps kept telling me that their manager doesnt allow that. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that they only give out service vehicles for customers whose vehicles will be in the shop for multiple days. Well, guess what, my vehicle HAS been in the shop for multiple days, all because your shop screwed it up the first 3 times. I will never go back to this dealership. Even if you bought your vehicle from them like i did and had a wonderful experience, DO NOT EVER use their service. I have received better service and care from competing dealerships. Go to Anderson Kia or GM. Their services are cheaper, and they actually take care of you. Anderson GM's service department even took the time research the specs on my Hyundai to help me and service my vehicle. Woodstock Hyundai, you have lost a customer forever due to your lack of customer service and care.

I came in to have a tire inspected for replacement on Monday Sept 16 at around 10:45am as directed by service. I was there for over an hour, just find out if I could drive on the tire while waiting for the new one to come in. While I realize I was squeezed in, thank you, it shouldn’t have taken that long. I was told the tire would be in Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning at latest, I did not receive a call until after 1pm on Tuesday and since it was now too late for a Tuesday afternoon appt, i booked an appt for 830am Wednesday 18th. I arrived at 830, and at 9:16am the mechanic was only just putting my tire on. I accepted the free car wash, so I again, was waiting for more than an hour for a very simple and quick service. The wait times at this dealership are excessive and it is often clear from the rumblings of the mechanics as they walk by that there could be better organization. However, the tire was replaced for free as covered by warranty and there were no hassles when I came in to use this warranty.

Bought my car here today! Sales person was very nice and all, but the car was not chipped at the front when I initially put a down payment on it. There was a jeep pulled up on a gravel ramp (obvious pits in the gravel where the tires were spinning when they did it) and the car was right behind this. In August 2019 I decided to purchase a new vehicle. I drove a 2012 Accent with little issues so decided to try another Hyundai. Doug Bannister was my salesman and I enjoyed working with him. He asked me questions to find out my needs and any questions I asked he answered. I felt he was straight forward, which I like, and I did not feel any pressure buying from him. I decided on a 2019 Elantra. Moe was the financial person I dealt with and I felt very comfortable with him also. He showed and explained everything he was entering into the computer. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with these two. Unfortunately in December I was in an accident and totalled off my vehicle. I went back to Hyundai to purchase another vehicle because I was pleased with the Elantra. Again I dealt with Doug and we talked about possibly upgrading to another vehicle but realized the Elantra I had previously purchased suited my needs. I picked a colour that was not on their lot but was assured that one was found and would be brought in quickly. This is where the pleasant experience ends. My financial person this time was Ramy Hanna. Ramy explained to me about a secure loan and I asked the cost of it. His response was "not much". When he entered numbers in the computer I never once saw anything he was entering. Due to the fact that the car was not on the lot, the exact price was not available so no papers were signed that day. We agreed to email back and forth if there were any questions. I really started to think about the "secure loan" but still could not get a dollar amount out of Ramy. I did email a couple of times and the response was usually the same "when we get together to sign the papers" was usually the answer. The day I thought I was picking up my vehicle, 5 days later, was horrible. I arrived at the dealership to realize I was only there to sign papers. When I asked why I couldn't have my car he said "it's not clean." How dirty is a brand new vehicle?? He left for a few minutes and when he came back he gave me another excuse; "your windows aren't tinted". When he finally told me the cost of a secure loan, which was a ridiculous amount, I said no and he was not pleased. "I will have to redo all of your paperwork". After I left the dealership that day I felt sick, and really wondered why this guy could make a customer feel like this. Ramy even offered to cut me a cheque for $500 if I would get a secure loan. That really made me feel uneasy. At the time Hyundai offered various incentives and to this day I am not sure if I received everything because nothing was broken down on my contract. I do know that I did not receive the "do not pay for 90 day" offer because Ramy told me my first payment was in "76 days". I was also to receive a $500 credit for winter tires which was never mentioned. I also see I was charged for a " FCPP Auto Plus 36 months" which I did not notice before nor was I charged for this in August. I was even asked to sign a tire warranty registration that was not even for my vehicle. I'm glad I caught that mistake. I felt very uneasy dealing with Ramy. I did not trust him, especially when I never saw any numbers entered, and also when I was offered $500 for a secure loan. How much did he make by selling this to me? I understand he does not work everyday so I asked him if I could pick up my vehicle and sign the papers with someone else and he said there wasn't anyone else. Seriously?? I got to the point I told him if the deal was not complete by a certain date and time then I would walk away from the deal. I do know I will NEVER deal with Ramy Hanna again regardless of how much I like a vehicle. I do enjoy driving my Hyundai Elantra and very much enjoyed my experience with Doug Bannister. My experience with the service department getting my windows tinted was ok too. Unfortunately dealing with Ramy was horrible.

I walked in and walked out happier than a pig in poop! Went in to ask about factory and extended warranty and got the answers I needed and more. Service Advisor Devanne Reinhardt was amazing! I'm tempted to take the car in even though I don't have a problem with it; just to experience more great service. Lots of thanks from someone who never does reviews but it deserved a five star.

Not a great first experience at this particular Hyundai dealership and quite a shady one at that. I've been going to the Orillia Hyundai for the last few years and have never had any issues whatsoever but I just recently moved to Woodstock so I figured I would book my oil change there. The service was good and I had no complaints until was told that I needed a new battery as mine (that is only 2 years old and has not had any problems or signs that it was going bad) needed to be replaced for 300$ they even had to boost it there because it was so weak. I didn't replace it then because $300 is quite alot and I needed to talk it over with my wife. I got home and my car died completely and wouldn't start at all. I started to think that it was really wierd that it was doing this as I hadn't experienced any sort of battery issues before I went in to get serviced ( a simple oil change). I called the service department back to see why it would be doing this as I didn't have any issues before this and especially that morning either and I was told that it was probably just a coincidence and was basically brushed aside. It had been cold that morning and basically the entire week prior to that and the car started fine all week but it was just a coincidence that I get it serviced and all of a sudden it needs to be replaced? Ok tell me another one. While I was waiting for roadside assistance, I took a look at the battery myself and ended taking the negative terminal off cause it was a little loose. I put it back and tightened it up and heard a spark which indicated it had juice, so I tested it and the car started up just fine and has been running fine ever since. I'm very disappointed that an actual Hyundai "trained" mechanic couldn't figure that out and instead tried to make me waste $300 of my hard earned money for something that simple. I'm not sure if I will be returning to this dealership for another simple oil change as it may cost me an arm and a leg for incompitance. **EDIT (The dealership has reached out and has profusely apologized, I will give this another Hyundai another try.

This dealership is not what it use to be. The service booking area is understaffed. They also called me to recommend I put on new rotors because they look "Rusty" Now rust appears on the edges of new rotors but that does not make them faulty. This was what I believe a money grab while they have our car. Now senior staff have left and I believe this dealership is hurting and for that reason I will buy/service my next car in Stratford or London. I believe others are buying/servicing their car elsewhere.

I would not recommend Hyundai, we bought a second hand Hyundai and thought we would be better off having the dealership do regular maintenance. Well, we found out that they are not very good in the service department. It is of my opinion that they are only in it for the money grab. You know, like when you hear of salesmen taking advantage. This is them, I got my winter tires put on, they charged me $40. the next oil change which was not even a month later and they told me I needed new winter tires (so I paid to have bad tires put on only to have to have them replaced that was $40 down the drain). I went to Friendly City Tires (awesome place), go there for your tires. We had our brakes done at Hyundai less then 6 months ago and now the calipers are going, they were sticking and causing the vehicle to shake Hyundai said they could not tell us that this would happen. People, we paid $653. for the brake job December 17th 2017, you tell me, should they be going on us already? They will tell you a lot of things that just don't add up. I didn't want to go to a backyard mechanic because I thought the dealership guarantee and would stand behind their work,,,THEY DON'T.. Take my advice, avoid Hyundai service. I am thoroughly disappointed. We will be going to the backyard mechanic from here on.
