I cant even put into words how happy I am with the service I received here! After spending a couple weeks shopping around, I decided on the Escape. The dealership in my hometown took full advantage of me, and I didn't think getting this vehicle was an option. We intended on going to each dealership in Woodstock and price, to see if it was any cheaper. They were the first dealership we went to, and the last. Terry and Cameron were amazing at explaining everything to me, and were not unrealistic whatsoever. Every other place tried selling me the top model on anything I enquired about. There was no point in continuing my hunt as they took such great care of me, and gave me an unbelievable deal. At no point did I feel pressured or bothered by their communication. Laurie in finance spent a LOT of time working with me. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

My experience was wonderful. I had called to have service done to my car. I own a Ford van. I had called the wrong Woodstock company by mistake. The woman who answered the phone was very polite, friendly and pleasant. Once we realized I had called the wrong location, she remained pleasant. The whole time I was talking to the other company, I was wishing I was still talking to the lady at Ford. Thank you for your great service. Brutal excuse for customer service. By far the most disorganized and mismanaged business I have ever been forced to deal with. The only thing worse than the lemon edge they sold me is the terrible service provided by their disinterested and uneducated service department counter staff. Several times my wife has brought her edge in to have the clunk in the differential "looked at" each time we show up they have no clue what were talking about. Even though twice we have received confirmation that the part has been ordered, now I'm sitting here again waiting for the "new guy" to start the entire process all over again. Because he wasn't here during all of the previous attempts to have this issue addressed. Remember when businesses were obligated to be accountable...

I am rewriting this entire review because this is considered to be the worst dealership I've encountered. I own a red Ford escape titanium 2014 Woodstock Ford in Ontario Canada is the worst dealership ever let me tell you why. First time I came here was because I had a flat tire, called in and had to pay around $380 dollars for a new tire and install, they told me it should take no more than 3 hours because they had to order the tire from another location. Almost the end of the day I called in why I didn't get a call that my car was done they then tell me wrong tire was supplied but right tire is on the way. The tire was replaced and walked to my car the fender had scratches they had some kid wax it off, he ended up putting wax on the plastic around wheel and stained it, never coming off. On a later day I told the Ford dealership I had a fuel gage issue it would jump or drop at times. Ended up going with the manager for a ride he found nothing wrong until we parked he saw it, said it needs a software update. On a later day dropped the car off, again no call back so I called they told me the battery died while doing the update so they have put a new battery. Still had to come back another day to get actual update done. In the end it didn't fix the gage issue. So again 2 full days of mine wasted. A few months later I came by and purchased floor mats or a wiper the lady tells me she hasn't forgotten about me and will continue looking into what the issue with the fuel gage could be. It's now been over a year and haven't heard back. Then a couple of months ago my transmission on the Ford broke I hardly made it to the dealership to have it looked at and fixed. They didn't want to give me a loaner car at first because I was told they don't usually do that, although a transmission failure like that should be covered by warranty since it was well within the 100 thousand km. They just gave me a ride home. At the end of the day I realized they didn't call me and I had no idea what was wrong with the car. Next day I called and they told me they didn't even get to check it yet. I told them I needed a rental or loaner car, after some insisting I finally got them to give me a loaner car, okay wasn't the same type of vehicle but it will do. 3 weeks to fix the transmission, but it was fixed, car battery was disconnected and fuel gage works again but now my moon roof cover and window will not close, yes it opens and with some shutting off car and on, it seemed to close but I don't dare to touch it now in case it stays open. On top of that there's a dent in the hood that wasn't there before they had my vehicle. I asked for a receipt of the work done the manager didn't want to give it to me, I need proof for my business that they had my car for 3 weeks, so I told him. He tells me they will email it me. A week later didn't receive it so I called, they tell me case is still open I asked do you have my email address, no they didn't even have my email on file. It's been months now and still nothing. And I told them about the moon roof at the time I called about not receiving the receipt, but I am concerned that if I drop off my vehicle they will brake something else and I currently only have one vehicle so I can't go without a car or without them not calling back and being without a car for several days. If you don't have to use this dealership don't do it, find someone else unless u may need warranty work done for free then do it, but be careful.

I was in for an oil change recently and the staff was extremely friendly. I actually called super last minute considering you're normally suppose to have an appointment, however they got me in within 20 minutes of me calling and my vehicle was serviced AND they actually checked a recall it had as well that I totally forgot about. Once the vehicle was finished being serviced the service advisor lady came up to me and explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Fantastic first visit.

Yes they paid for it but it was all time consuming on a very busy day for me. My car was in for a recall on the transmission. My boyfriend and I went today to look at F150’s and talk about the financing and such. We dealt with Morgan who was extremely professional and friendly. He asked exactly what we were looking for and came back with 3 keys to trucks for us to look at and test drive. He explained some key features and then we took it for a drive. Once we got back, he took us to his office, offered us a beverage, and then discussed the cost and the deals and discounts that they have going on. I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell the most expensive truck on the lot, he listened to exactly what i was looking for and we stayed in that range. What was amazing too is that when we were going to leave he introduced us to a couple other salesmen so that we had familiar faces for when we come back, incase he wasn’t there. Soon enough i’ll be going to back to seal the deal on a truck!

Overall good experience with this dealership .. Only minor negative concern is the limited parking due to the size of the dealership... It would be great if they actually expanded. As for the product , not being a die hard Ford fan, I have been pleased with the performance of the truck to date. Only beef I have had is with the design of the front brakes which I believe were under sized for the vehicle. That I looked after . People are amazed that I tow a 32ft 5th wheel with it. Bear in mind this is not reflective of the dealership but of the vehicle itself.

If I could rate our experience as 0 I defiantly would. I received a safety test from this location. Our Safety test expired as of today. This morning I dropped my children off in Brownsville to make my way too school, I got on the highway and made my way, during my last lane change my car started shaking, next thing I knew my tire blows off my vehicle. I slide across 2 lanes uncontrollably, and watch my tire fly over the onto the other side. I personally felt as if this was my last moment. I was very lucky, even the police officer on site said I was very lucky, he than asked when I had last had my tires changed. I proceeded to tell him we had just purchased the vehicle and had a safety done at the Woodstock ford location. Even though I lost my tire, My car, I am thankful no one got her, but with that being said.. I could of died today, Someone else could of died today. More importantly MY CHILDREN WERE IN THIS DAMN CAR THAT HAD A SAFETY DONE BY THIS COMPANY.... and they could of been injured. We called, and voiced all of this and the woman had the audacity to hang up on us. She Was extremely rude and ignorant, did not care - said she spoke with the owner who also did not care.. And it speaks volume on this company. Unreliable, NOT SAFE, Make sure if you have a safety done here you have another one. We will be pursuing this through court, and have all paperwork. I will pray for all of you who work there and condone this kind of irresponsible behavior. I hope you understand the faults you have made.

Purchased a new black 2018 f-150 Lariat. Decent selection of vehicles and found one of my desire however service was incredibly bad. Introduced to a fellow who was the manager called darrin. Came across as very professional and nice however he sent me to deal with another salesmen employee by the name of Camron. The fellow was very rude. He was a chubby short folk with spiked hair with a vey deceiving grin. This salesmen was very cocky. He didn’t respond to my phone calls. 2 times. Very disappointing. And when I requested a test drive he asked for 2 pieces of ID. And put me on a restriction on time. However, the deal was good. He looked after me financially. BUT, it took me several days to cope with the fellow. I had to argue and keep requesting better deals to finally settle on the right price. As if he kept trying to milk out every penny to the point he would take any price. Why not just give me bottom line at the first place ?? He would not email back. Nor return calls. As if this salesmen thought he owned and ran the dealership. Despite the price I got, I will never return and turned 4 other customers to other dealerships after this experience with this folk. This little salesmen made my experience very bad, however, after me arguing and getting my way with my correct, comfortable number figure price on the truck deal from the salesmen contacting the owner or manager and getting my way made the deal right but the experience VERY hectic and would never return. Overall; 4 star on price , 0.5 star on salesmen, 3 star on inventory and 3-4 star on manager and owners.

I would like to extend my thanks to Woodstock Ford Lincoln and in particular Kathy and Patrick in the Service Department. I was 5hrs from home on a Friday of the long weekend with a trailer attached to my F150 when the truck indicated it was overheating and went into limp mode. After checking on the temp of the motor (normal for the heat of the day) and the coolant level (full) I managed to get it the 10kms to Woodstock Ford. Kathy in service explained that they couldn’t look at the truck until next week. I explained my circumstances to her with the equipment I was there to pickup and the trailer I had and she was sympathetic to my situation and went into the back to see if there was anyone that could have a peek at the truck to help me out. Patrick came out with a code reader, cleared the trouble codes for the cylinder temp sensor and the temp gauge immediately returned to normal range and the truck was running fine. Patrick made arrangements to get me a code reader from a local supplier so that if I had trouble again I could check the codes and clear them. I managed to get my piece of equipment and return back North 5hrs without any issues. Glad for the Royal service I was provided by Kathy and Patrick to get my equipment and not be stranded on a long weekend! Thank you again!

If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, go elsewhere. Staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and won’t honour their safety guarantees. I purchased a used vehicle in July 2018 (safetied and certified) and was told I had 36 days of safety guarantee. Soon after I bought it, oil started leaking everywhere and the engine started making weird noises and fuel economy started dropping. After an inspection, it turns out the oil pan was cracked and the threads for the oil plug were completely stripped. It was also missing a gasket seal. The worst part is that the threads and crack were repaired and held together by shotty workmanship and work arounds instead of fixing the real problem. After contacting the dealership, I was told that “it was fine after inspection and no oil had leaked in their showroom, so it’s my problem”. Well no wonder no oil leaked, it seemed to be held together just long enough that I could drive it home without noticing any problems. To this dealership, certified and safetied means “an easy way to get an extra $300 from you”. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable vehicle, go elsewhere. Don’t give these crooks your business.

Service department gets you in as fast as they can ( always book an appointment ahead just like any other business:) they don't make you buy your vehicle and they certainly didn't break it but they will get it fixed for you ! By far one the best buying experiences we have ever had. We have purchased ten Fords prior to dealing with Woodstock Ford. We told Matt Roberts how we prefer to handle our car purchases and he was nothing but accommodating. After service on my vehicle. They left my car window open overnight, & failed to call me to come get my vehicle for two days. After letting me know they would need it overnight initially, which was not a problem. You would expect a higher level of service for such a basic task. Call customers, and close their windows. When I arrived, I asked the Service Co-ordinator if the service technician could install 2 sun visors which needed replaced on my convertible Mustang. It takes a special screw driver, which I don’t have at home, to take the few screws out and replace visors. This is a job that would literally take 10 minutes to do (max). She advised me that they would not be able to do it, since she didn’t have it scheduled in her books and only slotted me in for the recall work (which took less time than I was booked in for). She told me that I needed to reschedule another day to replace the sun visors. I’ve never been to such an un- accommodating dealership. I could understand if it was a big job I was asking for, but not to throw on 2 visors. I live out of town and it’s a big deal to get to service appointments. I’m very disappointed in the lack of accommodation, not to mention her snippy attitude with me.

Can't say enough about the awesome team at Woodstock Ford. Just recently purchased my second Ford from this dealership...and both my experiences have been great. I had a lot of questions and concerns...made many phone calls and emails before I was 100% sure about signing on the dotted line. Cameron answered everything and never made me feel like a bother. It's a big purchase....I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal for me. He took the time to explain all the features in great detail...made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle....and most importantly...the price. I truly appreciated the extra time he took with me. I never felt rushed into the purchase...Cameron was beyond patient with me. His knowledge of the vehicles and easy, laid-back demeanor made the whole process for me just that much better than any other dealership I've been to. Sometimes you just feel like a "number"...definitely not here. I've also since been back many times to the service department for basic oil changes, etc. and been met with the same sort of experience. Usually in and out fairly quickly and back on the road. Thank you to Cameron and his amazing team at Woodstock Ford. I will definitely be back for my third Ford....when the time comes.

Terrible service in the service department. Mechanics can’t fix anything and every time I leave something else is broke. Apparently the lady at the counter says “Well it is a 2012” so I guess if your buying a Ford you better be prepared to get a new one every 7 years or less. Last time I’m in that place to get my truck fixed. Thanks for nothing Woodstock Ford. Also 700$ to fix my water pump.

I love these guys so much. Mike from sales was awesome, was really chill and helpful and knew answers right away to our questions and said he would get back with an answer if he didn't know. Deb was a champ for getting financing done and went above and beyond to get the deal done. Service was really friendly too and took me in right away when I backed into a hay yard and popped my tailgate back in and were helpful on next steps. I Bought a new truck here in June 2018. When I picked it up it was not detailed and had some dirt and a few scratches. They fixed the scratches while I waited and washed the vehicle. I was not impressed however; I accepted delivery and went home. Over the weekend I noticed dirt and grass underneath the vehicle on the frame and tire wells. Originally I posted on Google reviews my opinion without contacting the dealership which I probably shouldn't have. The owner of the dealership reached out to me on Sunday afternoon and offered to do whatever it took to make it right for me. It turns out that there is a lot next to the dealership where they store the overflow vehicles and that is why there was some grass under the truck. My advice would obviously be to make sure the individual washing the vehicles looks underneath them. I thank Cameron for his excellent followup and customer service. The gesture of him taking time on his Sunday afternoon to make a customer happy does not go unnoticed. Because of his follow up on his own time he now has a happy customer!

My 2017 F150 's electronics failed and the driver side window is stuck open, radio, heat, A/C, NAV etc... are not working. I called Woodstock Ford service and they said they would be able to get me in on April 25th (2 weeks from now). My window is stuck open, the temp controls do not work, I have a 3 year old who oddly enough still needs me to drive him places and I would like for him to be warm and dry during these drives ( I know, what a princess). I went to a local garage instead, hoping they could fix Fords problem, but unfortunately after 1.5hrs of looking, he said that he call Ford and they say it is not a warranty repair and it will require quite a bit of diagnostics work. I have actually purchased 3 Fords from Woodstock and will never go back. Good job on customer retention, and thanks for stepping up to help when a customer really needed it. You received 1 star, because 0 wasn't allowed. You make a faulty product and you won't even schedule me in to fix it. Put aside the fact that you won't cover it...smh Now I need to get a rental, find a dealer who will help and take a day off work to sort it out... sounds great, this should be cheap

I can’t express how much I enjoy using this dealership! I have had some very bad car buying experiences in the past where sales people have talked down to me because I was a young female, tried to rip me off, etc., etc. However, Woodstock Ford was such a great experience! I never feel like the sales people are trying to rip you off or suck more money out of you. It was just a very fair and trustworthy experience. Additionally, I have had started using them for all my servicing needs. In the past I’ve been leery of using dealerships for servicing and oil changes and what not, because it always feels like it’s just an extra “sales push” from them, but Woodstock Ford has really earned my trust. It never feels like a sales scam, the appointments are always running on time, and my car always comes back in great shape and clean! Anyone who can help keep my 11 year old Ford Focus chugging along and in great shape are winners in my book! Everyone I’ve dealt with at the dealership is super nice and always make me feel comfortable – the sales people, reception, the service people… and I always have my kids in tow, and they never make it feel like a bother that they’re in there touching all the display cars and looking in them. It’s such a friendly environment. I will definitely continue to use them for service and if/when my Focus finally kicks the bucket (although it seems like that’s still a long way off at this point! The service is just too good), I will definitely be heading to Woodstock Ford to buy my third Ford! A big thank you to everyone at Woodstock Ford for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience to keep my cars in such great shape!

We informed Cameron that we were on our way (from Mississauga, over 1h drive) to this Woodstock dealership to view a car, and and upon arrival, were greeted by a woman who welcomed us incredibly rudely and asked us "what are you here for" and responded "ok???" when we explained politely that we were there to see the car in the showroom and were meeting Cameron. Then we noticed a "SOLD" sign on the car we were supposed to be viewing. Cameron arrived (not a particularly polite guy), and told us that a deposit had been put on this vehicle "only an hour ago". Wasted over two hours of our time, 200+ kms on our prospective trade-in which we obviously drove to get an estimate on trade-in value, and gas money, because a salesman was incapable of sending a "sorry, the car has sold" message. Perhaps I shouldn't have expected more from a Ford dealership selling an Audi R8. :)

He was very responsive to my emails during Covid-19 and was very honest and upfront with information. To sum my experience up in one word, it was "SUPERB!!!" The staff was comical and sharp. Came in with an emergency repair(alignment popped out) a technician then became available within 15minutes.
