I entered this dealership about a month ago and I was deciding between the Dodge ram limited or the F150 limited, I was greeted by the lady in the front which I believe was the receptionist and she told me that somebody will be out shortly, I heard when she pages for two different people but unfortunately I waited over 20 minutes and never saw a sales person come out so that made my decision easier I walked out went across the street and now I have my new F150.

Our usual saleman who we puchased multiple vehicles from retired so we decided to give a dealership closer to home a try. Phill did not disappoint. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we will be sure to return when its time to purchase again. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we waited a substantially longer time than quoted for our new RAM 1500 to arrive. This frustration was beyond Phill's control and the shortage was evident in the near empty lots of many dealerships but still a frustration nonetheless. We appreciate all that you did for us Phill. Jamie was also fantastic to work with and on pick up we also spoke with the GM who really took pride in ensuring customers left happy.

Woodstock Dodge's service today on my Ram was outstanding. My partner and I purchased a brand new 2019 Ram Classic from a dealership in Hamilton a month ago, after being treated poorly by their service department and told nothing was wrong, Woodstock Dodge took us in immediately. They were able to fully diagnose and fix the issue within a completely reasonable time frame. Cie took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Randomly checked out the lot seeking a van, they were not pushy and we decided on our own to test drive and purchase a used caravan. They were informative and gave us all our options and quickly had us behind the wheel of our new van! This Dealership is an absolute WASTE OF TIME. towed to dealer for a simple flat and they cannot even find time to get a lock nut off? service coordinator is useless and even tried to tell me she did not have an email to her manager then smirks over the phone. Where to start, Took my truck in to Woodstock Chrysler and long story short got charged for work I did not authorize they quoted me to change my fuel actuator ( the part would be in the next day ), a week and a half later I call and they tell me that they are just finishing up my truck. I ask what my bill is and get told the price which is $3000 over the quoted price. I ask why the price is so different to what I was quoted I get told there must have been a communication error that they changed my hi pressure fuel pump. So anybody dealing with Woodstock Chrysler should get a written quote so you don't end up like me screwed over !!!!

I was on my way back to Windsor from St. Jacobs which is north of Kitchener .As we left the area my 2016 Jeep Cherokee started miss firing and the engine light came on.I had my wife and two friends with us and was at a loss to know what I should do.My friend went online and got some information on what to do under these conditions which was to pull over and call a tow truck .I didn’t want to do that being so far from home. We called the nearest Chrysler dealership which was in Woodstock and asked for advice. She said if the engine light is not flashing steady, try an make it here and we will diagnose the problem. They found a faulty coil on #4 cylinder and worked to replace it right away. I was overwhelmed by the courtesy they paid us by fixing the problem so we could continue our journey home. I thank God for people such as these and pray that He continue to bless their business.Thanks again Woodstock Chrysler!

My wife called for a service appt. For a recall as well as a warranty inspection they were so rude to her both a man and a woman saying that chrysler doesn't do inspections without a charge that's fine we never asked to get for free. Trying to book the appt. Seemed like they didn't want the business and very rude about it. As well about 2 years ago my truck was towed there because I got a flat and couldn't get my spare down it was in there for 3 days for that simple 10 min job then they never even fixed the broken part. You have lost my bussines for good and the $50000 sale of a new truck! Remember your bussines is customer service I think you forgot that!!

Disrespectful and Dishonest. Insulted for trying to negotiate and save some money. A simple and respectful YES or NO would have suffice, didn't need my offer to be criticized and picked apart. Apparently they are 1 offer deals only, counter offers are not allowed or expected. Purchased several vehicle there before, never serviced my vehicle elsewhere in well over 10 years, was not expected to be treated in such a manner. Do not recommend.

I saw a truck they had posted for sale, when I called to inquire about it they said there was a "mistake with pricing" which was $10,000 difference and wouldn't honor the price as advertised. I was willing to drive 1.5hrs just to get this truck as it is a dream truck of mine. As a customer, that is very disappointing to hear but also embarrassing for the company, makes you think how they run business over there. Unless they are willing to sell the truck at advertised price I will not recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service.

Just bought a 2021, Ram 1500 Laramie and I absolutely love it! I mainly dealt with Phil who was extremely easy to talk and get along with. How are you suppose to know when it says drive thru service. This will be my first and last time here. Next year buying a truck it won’t be from here. One star for friendly service - but then again, what con-person doesn't come across as your best friend? Don't waste your time considering buying a vehicle from Woodstock Chrysler. There are lots of dealerships with integrity in SW Ontario. Go to one any those instead. If you go there despite my advice, then the phrase "BUYER BEWARE" was never more appropriate. Ask every question, get everything in writing. Don't trust "the friendly small town dealership" to have your back. Because they are out to screw you to the floor. That's my experience, anyway. The redneck sales person that we just dealt with judge my husband and I b fore we even walked through the doors.... we were there looking at trucks as we are in the market but have grownup in a GM family. He started off by just rhyming off all the trucks they have instead of showing the difference and what was available... I had to ask to see the trucks.... and then when he did take us out he acted like we were wasting his precious time didn't bring keys so we could see inside and just stood there putting down our car we drive now. DO NOT COME HERE for service!! It’s not worth the risk to your vehicle or personal/family safety. I took my vehicle into this dealership for a safety recall for a part that has become known to catch fire causing a huge safety concern. After being told on the phone that all vehicles are having this part replaced this dealer tried to tell me my vehicle did not require it. They misdiagnosed my vehicle as having a replaced engine, and it never has. They said because the engine has been replaced it does not require the recall. After checking with another dealer not only has my engine never been replaced but my vehicle definitely required the part and recall repair. This dealers service department was careless and negligent in diagnosing my vehicle and I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle there for service

Brought car in for a safety inspection. They charged for a brake service with no estimate or approval and refused to release the vehicle without payment. They said an incorrect phone number gives them approval to make unauthorized repairs. Also they try to charge a $200 fee to transfer a warranty from one owner to another this is a made up fee by the dealer.

Without going into too much unnecessary detail. I will say that every bad review on this place is bang on. The shops customer service has been the worst of any Ram dealer out of the half dozen or so in the province of Ontario that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with (and there are some great ones). You can sense it from the moment you walk in that it’s not a positive work atmosphere for the employees, no one seems happy there, that was the first thing I noticed second to the fact that the lot was empty and void of any other customers but myself. Any good dealer is busy with hustle and bustle, but it’s clear to me they have a history of screwing over customers. Let’s just say they wouldn’t know integrity if it was stamped on their foreheads. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. But there will be no chance for a second opportunity, that’s my guarantee Do not go here for service

I've had my truck in for service here several times and each time dissatisfied with the service, today I brought my truck in on my own time for the dodge cruise control recall and while it was in I asked if they could adjust the parking brake while it was there, I got a call shortly after dropping it off saying that the cable needed to be replaced and would cost over $200 to do so, so I passed and said maybe another time when I went to pick up my truck from the recall I was informed because I had them look at the parking brake cable I would be charged 51 dollars for a diagnosis fee which is ridiculous. They did zero work and the parking brake cable takes literally seconds to look at, this was the final straw for this dealer I wont be back. Edit, just got home and decided to look for myself and as I thought there was a adjustment bolt under the driver's door, tightened it up and the parking break works perfectly. Don't believe everything the dealers say ask questions get second opinions they stole 51 dollars from me but didn't get the 200 they where looking for. Discolouration on bolt is were it was to where I tighten the nut in to remove the slack.

I was quoted a price for a break job on my caravan and was told the parts would be a few weeks. They assured me the price would be the same as the quoted price. I had the breaks installed this morning with the price reconfirmed. When I picked the van up it was $80 dollars higher than they said. Because they never printed me out a quote I had no grounds to stand on. Since the new ownership the dealership has continued to become worse with each visit. I will not be returning ever. I you choose to do work there, make sure you have a quote in writing. I was also told that it was going to be $200 more than the quoted price, but they were able to save some time. Lol what a joke

I work overseas and own a 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While my wife was driving it 1 day in the winter the coolant temperature warning came on. Sent my wife into this service department. They charged for an inspection, inspection report oil cooler needs replaced (common pentastar v6 issue) and radiator needs to be replaced because they saw coolant around the tank. Being cautious, authorized only oil cooler replaced, and pressure test of radiator. Dealer service advisor calls wife after replacing the oil cooler, and now says that they can get it to bleed to the cooling system, most likely now the head gasket is damaged and needs replaced!!!! Dealer then calls back a few hours later and tells her that it was just air in the system and it’s good to go system was pressure tested and all is good. Wife proceeds to pickup vehicle and another service advisor that has not dealt with the vehicle now proceeds to tell my wife that the radiator is cracked and must be replaced right away or she will damage the engine. It’s been 2 years now, and the supposedly cracked radiator has never been replaced and has no leaks.
