Sales person & counter clerks were a very nice, but the new truck was provided with less than 1/4 tank, was charged a year's worth for the plate, but the sticker was less than 4 months. Went to service a manufacturer's defect on the door while also getting a oil change and got charged for the warrantied part. I won't be dealing with them again.

Too costly for body work, And they estimate you too high so you give them authority to use your insurance claim on fake storylines to repair minor damage or correction. They estimate me $1600 to $ 1800 for just 4 inche scratches (done by sharp object) on both side of plastic bumper and there was no body damage or repair work. In that cost I can probably buy 2 new bumpers. They told me that they will claim estimated amount from insurance company you just have to pay nearly about $150 labour charges. I can't believe that they use fake way to steal money from people. I took appointment in Brampton for same work everything done in $190 + tax.

Unfortunately after a crappy year in dealing with Anderson GM on a variety of issues pertaining to my 2014 Cruze, I decided to book my routine oil change with them for 8:30am. I commute to Waterloo, so I was hoping to be in and out relatively quickly. At 9:50am, I was wondering what was taking so long when a gentleman from service came to ask to speak to me - I assumed I was getting my keys and would finally be on my way, but that was not the case. He admitted that they hadn't yet started the oil change on my car because the vehicle ahead of mine in the 8am appointment slot required a full maintenance, tire change, etc. Why they waited an hour and a half to tell me that is beyond my own reasoning. He apologized for the inconvenience and they booked me in for the first slot next week. He offered to cover the cost of the oil change (~$65), which is the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one. I wasted 1.5 hours this morning, and will have to sit through another however long next week for my actual oil change.

Purchased a brand new truck at this dealership just over a year ago, with the purchase I received 4 "Free" oil changes ( I take it to get buyers on to getting their vehicle serviced at the "dealership"). Well toady would have been my 4th free oil change and it is the same consistent poorly managed timing! I always have had an early morning appointment and arrive 10-15 before the appointment time and everytime I've waited at least 45 min past my appointment time for the tech to take my truck in. I know they offer a shuttle service, but that doesn't work well when I have a 2 year old with me! If you want timely service, Anderson's GM is TERRIBLE if not the worst dealer I've experienced. Sure the service personnel are nice, but to be consistently very late for 4 consecutive service appointments is Very Poor business! I'll be taking my truck back to my local mechanic even with a few oil change outstanding. At least I know my mechanic can keep on some kind of a schedule!

Brought my Cadillac CTS Coupe in for a window regulator replacement (window control arm would not go up or dow). Along with this service was on oil change. Waiting 2 hours in the waiting room for my vehcile, I get told they have shattered my window while doing the repair. They checked their gm database for a replacement and there wasn't one in Canada. They then said they had to order an aftermarket window and they need my vechile as it was in pieces. I had a tire appointment in Windsor the next day but that didn't seem to matter. 2 weeks later they tell me the window has arrived but it's aftermarket, and now needs to be tinted. Days after that I finally get my vehicle, it's been 3 weeks at this point. The inside panelling to the door was not put on properly, constantly rattling. Shards of glass come out to this day (it's been almost year). With the oil change ! They left the plastic underbody paneling off with my underlay touching the road. I went back and they acknowledged they messed up here and replaced it free at cost. Again, more of my lost time waiting, plus driving there for my appointments. I paid full price for them smashing my window, keeping my car for 3 weeks plus my time waiting for them to construct whatever damage they did to it. Would highly not recommend this dealership, my dream car is not the same. The picture is when I enjoyed driving the car.

I limped my Silverado there from the 401, 2 hours from home. Only needed an idler pulley, they couldn't be bothered to help get me back on the road. Parts counter was closed and his effort was zero. Good thing there's a Parts Source around the corner, with an amazing employee named Tibor. He stayed after closing and loaned us tools to get us back on the road. Bought a 2021 chevy equinox from here a couple months ago been nothing but issues from mirrors and camera glass cracking, over oiled door panels leaking into car, oily substance dripping from sunroof area onto seats, is equipped with auto emergency breaking which has activated with nothing around me while on the highway. horrible customer service and just completely unprofessional vehicles quality is just garbage and when you make a complaint they just say oh we have never had these issues so must be just you. Then do nothing about it.. you have been warned never buy a vehicle from this establishment.

Terrible dealer ship! They sold me a pile of warranty junk! Purchased a 2013 Silverado. I even drove 40 minutes to the dealership because I thought I was getting a good deal. By the time I got home (40 minutes) the truck sounded terrible. Turned around and that was the beginning of my landslide! The truck had issues that were covered under warranty, but what made my experience terrible was the staff, sales manager, service manager and technicians. These guys would tie up my truck for a week trying to solve problems and return my truck with an empty tank and over 350km's added to the odometer. One mechanic was taking it home! Eventually I was told by the service manager to take the truck else where, that it was causing his mechanic to have marital problems! WTF? Never even meet the mechanic! Sales manager couldn't have cared less. He was too interested in drinking his Diet Coke and using his computer through out our conversation. These people are supposed to be qualified sales people with strong work ethics and represent a major company, but sadly did not do their jobs, perform or represent. Shame on this dealership!

I bought a 2018 gmc sierra in June of 2021 my sales lady marry was great she was fast and prompt. She was very friendly and informative. I drove the truck home and noticed it had a leak in the exhaust I called my sales lady and we booked an appointment my wife took it in and the service desk told her there was no appointment booked that she would have to rebook. We rebooked and I brought it in and they welded it very poorly it is still leaking and I have called my sales lady and left a message with receptionist to have her call me back I received no call back i alled her cell and still have not heard any thing. I'm not impressed with the dealerships

DONT TRUST THE MECHANICS My last 2 visits cost GM about 2 grand because of poor mechanical work. I had my tires and oil changed, they didnt torque one of my tires down hense the 2 grand on GM, they also mentioned my oil pan was leaking. My last visit they told i needed a new oil pan and oil cooler ($1800). I brought it to a different mechanic and i was told that there was no leak. I had 5 bolts on my oil pan loose. (Free repair and diagnose). The same mechanic that screwed up my tire told me about the leak....

Terrible service, and terribly handled. Book truck in for what I was told was a 7 hour warranty oil pump repair. Anderson’s messages me repeatedly in the morning asking why my truck is there, for something I booked with them. After messaging me back I show up to pick up my truck at 4 pm, and am told it’s not ready. No prior contact to let me know, something I left work to pick up as per the booked appointment on Thursday. They then make me wait, to set me up in a rental that I have to pay a deposit and gas on. Terrible service, they seem annoyed when you ask questions. Deal with someone else.

We've had our Traverse serviced here since we moved to Woodstock June 2016. We put about 50,000km per year on the vehicle, so we are in for service every couple of months. The service advisors are professional and friendly and the interactions I've had with the technicians have been positive. The service manager also has been pleasant to speak with when it was necessary. Everyone gives the impression that they care about the customers who come in. That said, we've had several situations this past year come up that showed lackluster service from the technicians and poor communication from the advisors. 1) Wrong oil filter was installed on the vehicle. When checking my oil level shortly after an oil change I noticed that a very small filter was in place of the larger one that is called for in the owners manual. I was told that it should be okay and that the filter used in place was interchangeable with what was called for in the book, I was not happy with this response. They booked me in and replaced with the proper filter when I insisted it be fixed. 2) Poor measurement of brake pads and extremely shady communication from the advisor over the phone. Upon having my brakes serviced, I received a phone call at home that my rear pads were almost metal on metal and had less than 1mm of pad material remaining. The advisor was pushy and was insisting that I should have the pads replaced that day. Due to nothing really standing out while driving that would indicate heavily worn brakes, I declined the service and thought I would pick up a pack of pads on the way home to check it out for myself. After getting the rear brakes apart, I measured the pad thickness and there was over 3mm of material remaining. I figured while I was there, I would install the new pads anyway and hit the road again. I brought the pads in to the service manager and explained my frustration. He covered the cost of my new pads, which was much appreciated. 3) Earlier this summer I discovered a very slight hissing noise when I turned my steering wheel, I also noticed a drop in fluid. I was due for an oil change so I took the car in to have that done, and asked that they have a look for any leaks in the power steering system. I was told all was well and that no leaks were present. I came back another time and spoke with a technician who came out for a drive with me to listen for the hiss. I was informed that this was 'normal' despite the vehicle not making this noise before. I kept an eye on the fluid level and had to top up a couple more times. While I had the vehicle raised to be oil sprayed, I discovered my pressure line had swelled up and was wet. I booked the car back into Anderson for inspection and quote for the repair. I was quoted 5 hours of labour, plus the new line. This was estimated just shy of $700. This seemed awfully high for me, so I made a few calls around town, no other shop I spoke to came in over 2 hours for the repair. I had it repaired at 1.5 hours labour, under $230 in total - no leaks, hissing is gone. So much for everything being fine and normal... Over-estimating for jobs, advisors being pushy and technicians not giving accurate information about the status of customers vehicles is very poor practice. I worry very much about anyone who might not have a very good understanding of their vehicles and need to trust the information that is presented to them. $700 for a $230 job is completely unacceptable, being told that brakes are more worn than they really are is unacceptable, advisors guilting customers into approving work is shady business. Unfortunately Anderson GM has fallen short too many times for me and has lost this family's business and recommendations.

I would never recommend anyone to go here. I bought a 2014 Chevy Trax 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with this stupid care. Everytime i take it in to get looked at ( about 15 times now) they think I'm lying and keep it for a day and say oops didn't act up for us so there is nothing we can do.
