Called this place today to buy a replacement snow tire for my car, because I had blown one last season. They told me to come in, so I did, and they had a tire waiting for me in the shop. The guys were super nice, and put it on my rim straight away. He even brought it over to my car. Amazing prices for used tires! Will definitely go back!! Thank you!!

Never go there. I had my truck blow its transmission. The shop I go to says they deal with them to get rid of cars. They told me to call that they bring old tires. Since I just put new tires on. Found out that doesn't happen. There still was no need to yell, scream, call me every Name in the book and call me a lier. I just got wrong information

Very nice "country store" parts place. Very clean, lots of interesting things to look at and check out. In some ways, it was like an automotive museum, fully restored gas pumps for example, and don't forget to pet the goats... The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. They did not have the part we wanted, but helped us track it down at another location. I highly recommend the place.

Very positive experience from both my call and visit. I was looking for a hood for an older car and they had one in stock. Before coming, they confirmed that they had it as well as the condition. When I go there, an associate took the hood off for me, and even helped to put it onto the car to ensure it fit and aligned before I drove off. Used to be a go to place for me and my friends, last time we were there they were very rude and didn't care that we weren't happy... they know my friend by name he goes there so much and they said yeah well these things happen see ya... also my girlfriend had a bad experience buying a sun visor for her car... they sold her the wrong one and the guy blamed her install saying she did it wrong and blah blah blah, finally another guy came out and looked and it was wrong... they lost my business and anyone else I can tell...

I drove three hours as they were the only place that had a door to fit my truck. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the front desk area AND the bathroom! All the staff were so polite and respectful towards me and helped me load it and safely strap it down. It was worth the long drive through ridiculous traffic on the 401! Thank you, Cathcar!

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. I've been here for a few parts now and always leave happy. My last visit was for a window switch and one of the guys came out with his tools and installed it for me. A quick job, but I was very impressed with the customer service. It's rare these days!

This is a part store for vehicles. Call and see if they have your part you need. Staff is very helpful. And they have free stuff on the counter that you can take. Eg: tire gauge , flash light ,pen and candy.

These guys are way out there in the boonies past the trailer park you would never know it good to great used auto parts batteries tires and so on it's a small place but well organised and they are knowledgeable about what they are doing they deal with mostly modern autos though not bad at all.

Not sure why these guys have a toll free 1-800 number if they are part of a North American database and don't ship parts withing Canada. What's the point? A local yard referred me for a $35 small/medium sized module for my console and guy on the phone didn't want to hear about it. Made no sense. Was actually quite dumbfounded by the "Nope. Rather not." response. So now they get to sit on a obscure electrical part rather than sell it. Interesting business model.

Have been going here for 10+ years and haven't had bad service once. Their prices are great for both new (bought my tonneau here for a great price) and used parts. I'm just an average guy off the street and these guys have gone above and beyond for me a few times. They keep a good mix of vehicles around with a lot of late model stuff and their grounds are overall very clean/well organized compared to some of the other wreckers I've been to.

This is a 5 star business and I'd give 5 stars if I only do business with Eric and some of the other regulars i know. It's clean and organized. But unfortunately today my review describes my experience with some douche-bag wearing a jawbone headset employee that works behind the counter . It's obvious this person hates working at a scrap yard and treats hardworking customers like dirt any chance he gets. Would not negotiate price at all...instead choosing to act like condescending A hole and hurting this business.
