We drove from Carberry MB with the intent to come back home with a good car for my colleagues. After looking at a private vehicle we decided to go look at some other cars. I called St Charles used car sales and Tom answered, letting me know he'd be there in about 10 minutes, and that he had plenty of vehicles like what we were looking for. My colleagues fell in love with a 2010 Nissan rogue, and I did my thorough inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and it was just fantastic. My colleagues bought the car, and we drove it back home to Carberry. Tom was very professional and everything went real smooth. It was certainly worth my time to bring my colleagues to St Charles. I would highly suggest to visit them for a car should you be looking.

Tim the General Manager was absolutely fantastic to deal with! My husband and I bought a 2003 Ford Focus Station Wagon on Jan. 19, 2016. We absolutely love our new car! 2 weeks after we purchased it, the muffler was getting loud, so we were told to bring it in. It needed a new flex pipe which they installed within an hour, with no cost to us. Tim has bent over backwards for us and we will definitely buy from him again. I would highly recommend purchasing a great used vehicle from here!!! Tim is such an awesome person to deal with...Tim you Rock!!! Thank you for making our purchase such an enjoyable experience!!!!

No response via email, phone tells me my call maybe recorded, rings and then disconnects. This company does not appear interested in moving inventory or customer service.

I purchased a car here 2 years ago. My first car a 2008 red Ford Focus, went on Kijiji to look for this certain brand and model of car and came across an ad for this company St. Charles Motors. At the time I had the budget of roughly 6K. We called the company and booked a time to see the vehicle within the drive and outside inspection there had been nothing wrong with the car it started great looked great and the owner Tom seemed genuine. We thought for the km and inspection the car was worth 4,500$ with no hesitation tom brought the price down 1000$ to 5000$. At first it seemed to good to be true but Tom seemed very kind and so we thought nothing of it. 3 weeks later there was a large amount of plastic falling off the side of the car we could see what looked like tape and within a month from that 2 large amounts of rust appeared we instantly new what had happend and refused to believe it was true we then went 2 years with a car that was pretty good now here on December 15th 2020 we got to the end, the rust is so bad that it will cost us thousands of dollars to fix and with that the exhaust is rusted so bad it can ultimately cost us health concerns if we either don’t fix it or buy a new car. I’m here to say this is so unprofessional and shady all that just to put money on the table. I hope you don’t support a company whom should rather the customers suffer then to create a relationship for future purchases.

Went to go buy a car at st charles motors as I got referred from a friend. Car was great for 2 weeks then engine light came on and says my fuel sending unit is faulty. Got myself a new fuel pump and sending kit and that seems not to be the problem. Next thing that happened was my transmission was not going into 2nd gear. Called st charles and told the the situation. They told me I do not have warranty on my car because I didn’t want it when I actually really did. Now today I took my car into a guy and he checked my fuses and there was a fuse missing from my ABS. Put the fuse back in and ABS light came on. They said they put new brake pads and rotors on which I believe but also my struts and giving out on my car. I. Sorry to say but I don’t recommend st charles motors. Thought I did a first but all my car has been to me is a money grab and I’m still making payments towards it. Who ever does the safety’s for them is not good what so ever.

Purchase a 03 truck from Tim @ St Charles motors. l found It had a transmission leak & returned it twice to have the leak repaired. It was still leaking, I called Tim & explained the problem & l was taking it to my own mechanic, he didn't seem to have a problem with this. About a week later, with the repair bill in hand, l stopped in to see Tim. He wrote me a cheque for the full amount of repairs, no question's asked. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from St Charles, they have been courtesies & professional. I felt there level of customer service went above & beyond. I would have no problem recommending their business to anyone. If I am looking foe another used vehicle, St Charles Motors would be my first choice.

I've never bought a vehicle from a used dealer before as I always hear horror stories about it. But when I finally found the vehicle I was looking for I figured I would give it a shot. I'm so glad I did because I received nothing but the best quality service I've ever had when buying a car. John and Evan are both great guys and went above and beyond for me. This dealership has the most honest group of guys working at it and if only all dealerships could be like This One. My vehicle had a couple of small problems right after I bought it and John and Evan took care of it right away no questions asked. 11/10 for service I would definitely recommend coming to see these guys if you need a used vehicle and want to be treated fairly and with respect2

Bought a vw for $5000 and have paid $3500 in repairs in the first year. Tim at St Charles seemed honest at first but after a few phone calls explaining the issues, his vocabulary got quite small. "I don't have to pay for that " became the most common thing out of his mouth. Won't go back, and wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Stay away. Yes vehicle repairs happen, but $3500 in the first year? The problem is these guys do their own safety certification and are way too lax in their tolerances. For example, shortly after buying the vehicle I had to replace a tire. Found out the tires were all original from 2002, with 130000km on them, and the garage said there was no way they should have passed safety. The only reason they are sorry for the bad experience is because of the bad review. Stay away!

I finally am getting around to writing a review, I purchased my 1st vehicle at St Charles Motors 5 years ago and have purchased 4 more since for our family. Tim the general manager, as well as J.C. and Jason have never stopped their quality service since I purchased our first vehicle. I have strongly recommended St Charles Motors to family and friends ever since. I don't even trouble myself to look else where for vehicles or service. P.S we still own and operate the Chevrolet Trial Blazer, Chevrolet Camaro, Toyota Tundra, and Ford Escape we purchased with no problems and only have to get regular maintenance done concerning them. We have not purchased a vehicle anywhere else. Great Vehicles and Great Service.

This review was from 2 years ago. We went to buy a nice car from St.Charles. The condition of car was satisfactory and the customer service was excellent. Tim the manager was very kind, pleasant and took time to give all the details and even when we ran into a minor issue, he was there and was able to rectify it without further costs. I would highly recommend buying vehicles from him. It was a pleasurable buying experiences. Today’s review: This was originally a 5 star rating that has now turned into a 1 star rating. I’m so angry that my car that I bought was sold with a corrosive battery. I was originally told it was new and that it tested well when I first had issues after less than a week of buying. Fast forward to close to two months, I had to get it boosted and was told the battery was 2-3 years old and corrosive. I called to inquiry about the warranty and one of the managers was not aware of any warranty. Needless to say that Tim was very honest and he did his job well and he would not have missed this. I went to another mechanic and they confirmed the same information and stated that the holder for the battery and bolt that holds it is broken. So I no longer recommend this company as this part of the government safety requirements and they told me it passed safety.

My wife needed an affordable car and Tim had one that fit the budget and type of car she wanted. The car was old, 2000 Toyota Echo (we didn't have a lot of money) but in decent shape and good price. He was considerate and helpful. Found one issue a short while after it was bought and they fixed it without any trouble or added cost. Due to the age of the car it had to have one more fix after the first year she had it. Tim's mechanic did the work at the shop for a very reasonable price. The car is decent and solid and the team at St. Charles motors are highly recommended.

I purchased my Jeep Liberty from St Charles in October of 2014 and the staff were amazing when it came down to finding the right vehicle, and an affordable vehicle. If anything happens to my jeep I take it right back to St Charles Motors to get fixed, due to I trust the staff who work there. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to go there.

Went to St. Charles Motors to look for a first car for myself, I have to say sadly had to deal with a terrible salesman named Tom Papaioannou, I was interested in a car and during the process of this Tom was katy and rude. Went to get a pre inspection on it and it came back the car needed $2000 worth of repairs, Tom laughed and didn't want to negotiate, not a single dime, I have to add I never low balled him, my advice is unless the car doesn't have a single issue you probably don't want to do business with this company! - Also wanted to mention that he NEVER asked to even see my licence or any form of Id, also wanted a deposit just to take the car for an hour to get it inspected, just please don't waste your time and or money at this place
