Back to April 20 I took my Van to Redwood Auto because of front brake noise, I told the Garage owner to tell his mechanic take my Van for a road test, his mechanic drove my Van around the block and when he returned to the shop and try to get in to the garage diagonal he crashed my Van on the wall beside the garage entrance... I hear the noise when he crashed and I saw him backing up to get in to the garage, he never say anything to me about my vehicle, he was hoping me to drive my vehicle home with out noticing the right front bumper damage, but them the garage owner told me that the front brake and rotors need to be replaced and also the rear brake and rotors too, he told me he wanted to show me how bad the brake and rotors looks like, Was a good opportunity for me to take a look at my Van front bumper, when I noticed the damage on the right side front bumper I asked the mechanic why he didn’t said anything to me about he crashed my Van, he didn’t respond and he told the garage owner about the accident, the garage owner told me not to worry, this wasn’t a big deal, easy to fixed and he will look after, no problem, I didn’t say anything, I let them fixed the brake and rotors, I pay him $508.48, when my Van was ready I told the garage owner I was going to take my Van to the dealership Easter Chrysler to get the front bumper fix, he wasn’t happy, I told him I was going to pay my $200 deductible but then his mechanic will have to pay me back my $200 his response was that he will call me when MPI send him a letter saying that was his mechanic fault... are you kidding me? He crashed my Van and he wants a letter from MPI Saying he’s responsible wow anyway I called MPI and I was told that the letter was send to his mechanic long time ago, the total cost of the repair was almost $3,000 and he knows because I show him all the repair papers with the total cost, I send lots of friends and coworkers to this garage, I think I make a big mistake, I use to think that the garage owner was a honest person and responsible but I make a big mistake because he never pay me my $200 deductible, if you read my horrible experience with Redwood Auto then be careful and maybe consider going to another garage.
