Can't say enough about my buying experience at CW Autoking, I highly recommend them. I was looking for something new and after going to other dealerships, Craig had the best price and the best used truck selection in Winnipeg from what I saw. I looked elsewhere, but another dealer was just wasting my time, wasn't listening and just trying to sell me anything. Go see the difference, truck was clean came with new rubber, and a full tank, the guy went out of his way, but as far as I'm concerned I got a great deal.

Craig CW AUTOKING is a scam artist. We purchased a Murano in Feb. for my pregnant wife there and have had nothing but issue after issue with the vehicle. He said he would make it right but after 3 months of his "mechanics" chasing issues with this lemon he stopped returning my phone calls. DO NOT Trust the Lemon King he will tell you what you want to hear but do nothing to assist. If I could leave zero stars here I would.

I looked at a SUVs online and found CW Autoking. I was a bit skeptical about the quality of their used SUVs and I didn't have high expectations to begin with, but my husband and I went down to see. I was completely WRONG, their vehicles are in great shape and Craig was fantastic to deal with. He wasn't pushy and made sure I was comfortable with what I was financing for my Honda CRV, He never wasted my time and I never felt pressured to buy the car, in fact I was in a rush and CW Auto King took care of everything on delivery day. I'm very happy with my new 2011 Honda CRV and my daughter will be looking for a pre-owned car for university, so we will be going back for hopefully our second vehicle from them this fall.

Aug 19/2016 My daughter was in a bad accident on Aug 17 and her Honda got T BONED. I called Craig and went to see some Suvs with my daughter. Had issues with my vehicle that tell me the mechanic he has doing safeties, Giardinos on Plessis, do not do an adequate job and cater to Craig’s budgeting on repairs instead of safety. That being said I had one vehicle from him work out, luck of the draw, but this one has too many issues in important components for me to sleep well not letting others know what can happen. He treated me well and respectful but for these issues to have “slipped by” I lost respect for both businesses.

Good value, car was in immaculate shape, I took it for a test drive and I guess because of the cold weather the tire pressure monitor showed that one of the tires was low, so with out me asking he had the car sent out, had all 4 tires re-sealed and remounted, so when I picked up the car, everything was ready to go, excellent customer service. After talking to the manager he laughed at me. terrible customer service. strongly advise going to a different dealer. don't be fooled by the nice trucks.. the are crooks in every sense of the word. go to a different dealer rather then waste time and money

April 2021: Was happily going through the process of purchasing a vehicle after approval for financing, expecting to close the sale the very next morning. The owner/operator decided he wasn't going to make enough profit from my sale, and cancelled without notice. Craig didn't even have the decency to call me. I wasn't given any options, or opportunity to renegotiate. He yanked the vehicle out from under my deal, and sold it to someone else instead (apparently). Unprofessional, lacking integrity. Would not recommend.

Craig is the greatest! My husband and I just bought a Jeep from CW Auto King and the vehicle was immaculate! We called Craig to see if it was still available and said we would either be there that evening or the next day due to some weather conditions and we live a ways out. Well, we showed up that evening, the vehicle was sitting inside, washed, ready to go. We took the vehicle for a test drive and loved it. After a week the vehicle developed a squeak in the belt, we realized that the harmonic balancer pulley needed to be replaced. We did not get the extended warranty. My husband called Craig, and Craig offered to get the vehicle fixed, we did explain we understand completely we chose not to have the extended warranty and of course it is a used vehicle. We personally didn't want the vehicle in a shop, so we replaced it ourselves. (10 minutes of work). Craig then provided us a cheque for the part when we stopped by. The vehicle is still amazing and I cannot express the amount of good customer service we received, no questions asked! My mom will be needing a vehicle soon, CW Auto King is where I am sending her!

We bought a vehicle here last August. At the time there were a few small issues with the car that gave us some concern however he took care of them and gave his assurance that these should not be issues over the long term. After a winter of driving it looks like we might have a reliable vehicle that we can be happy with for a few years to come. You never really know how a vehicle will turn out for you in terms of repairs and reliability however in this case it seems like we were treated fairly at the time of sale and overall it has been a good experience for us.

Bought an SUV 2 years from CW Auto King. First day we started having issues with it and it should have been our first red flag to just cancel the deal and look at something else, but with our growing family and my husbands car breaking down we were desperate for a vehicle. So we decided to talk to Craig about getting the SUV fixed or figuring out what the issue was. First time we took the SUV into the shop, we were told there was nothing wrong with it. Then a few days later SUV went back into the shop, this time for several days. We got it back and the problem was "fixed" We were never told what the repair shop did, when we asked we were given very vague answers, and even our paperwork was very vague as to what happened. Not only that, but Craig agreed to pay for my rental car for the few days the car was in the shop and it's been 2 years and I'm still waiting for the cheque in the mail. So fast forward to 2 years later (today) we are having the exact same issue we had when we bought this SUV. I would expect that a vehicle we have done regular maintenance on would have lasted longer then 2 years. I personally will never go back to CW Auto King for a vehicle, nor will I go back to Desco for repair work and will make sure none of my friends and family do in the future either. I wish I would have given the car back from the start instead of now having to deal with this headache.

Talk about a hassle-free car purchase. That's what Craig delivered when I had to buy a new vehicle after my old RAV4 was written off in an accident. I test drove a number of SUVs in Winnipeg from private owners and dealers and narrowed my search to a Ford Edge, but my budget was tight. I came across the CW Auto King website and read a lot of positive reviews so I checked it out. Craig is upfront, friendly and didn't mind me asking a ton of questions, many based on the research I had done. Buying a vehicle is stressful and I wanted to try to avoid getting a lemon. The Edge I liked looked immaculate, but he also let me take it to my garage for a pre-purchase inspection so I'd have peace of mind. It passed with flying colours! Craig even drove me to get it insured because he was running an errand near an Autopac outlet. How many people would do that? Top-notch customer service! I couldn't be happier with my experience and I won't hesitate to refer friends and family to Craig in a heartbeat.

Needed a new battery, couldn't find block heater cord and the service engine light came on. The first two were taken care of right there and then but the service light comes on, then goes out and now back on again. Bought my jeep off Craig a year ago. At first, I thought oh great! I’ll be fine now for awhile with this great vehicle. Boy was I wrong. A year later I’ve spent close to 6 grand In repairs. It’s barely been driven! Engine timing cover, rad, transmission cooler, ac heater housing, spark plugs , power steering pump, and others. Craig promised to fix the ac/heat problem months after purchase when he was going to fix the heated seat issue and busted tire sensor, but then didnt. Promised to pay some cash toward the big repair job, then disappeared . Seriously save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere unless you want to be shelling out money non stop for a lemon. Craig knew from the beginning I was a single mom of two children. This has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never recommend this business to anyone .
