UNSAFE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Don't take your car here for maintenance. They looked at my brakes and changed the rears. However, when they put my front breaks back together they did it wrong. This caused a line to rip off and I lost all breaks. Also, whatever they did stopped my ecu from working. This unit provides power to my abs, stabilization, engine and a/c fan. Go somewhere else if you want your car to work and be safe.

Rob, Lawrence and their team at Boyce go above and beyond every time. Not only did I buy a vehicle from them, but brought it to them for repairs. They honoured the warranty the vehicle came with without any hesitation, were incredibly quick with the repairs, and provided me with a courtesy vehicle at no charge! They provide the cadillac service, without the price tag. I could not be more impressed, and recommend them to friends and family.

I recently purchased a used truck from Boyce. Thou the truck did have to be returned for servicing, Boyce did complete all the repairs under their warranty. I feel I received genuine and honest service, and they even provided a ride when needed. I will also mention that when the repairs were made, Boyce did use used parts when they could to repair my used vehicle. This did add some extra time to the repair. I do recommend Boyce and will buy from them again.

Rob Boyce was great to deal with, straight up no games great pricing presented carproof safety with out asking let me go over the vehicle without him being the pushy sales guy. Settled on price took deposit , as was cash deal he gave me bill of sale t.o.d. safety so i could come back with plates and cheque saving extra trip.At pickup time had my plates on and out of there in minutes.Had a frozen starter issue no fault of anyone called rob gave me his tow guy number had it towed in thawed out ready to go the next day no attitude just handled it like a true professional.Would recommend Boyce auto to everyone!!!!great job guys

Cars not get well repaired, and display to me, and customer service is not considerate enough, in such cold winter when i arrive i can find entry , they didnt invite me to walk in , and i made 2nd phone call to them , and then i still waited outside for a long period finally someone waved to me ... I got inside the office, however it has not finished yet, the car they prepared for me which has terrible smell inside car and surface of car didn't get repaired at all.....

If negative stars were a thing this place would get them, dont waste your time going here the staff are not friendly and the vibe from this place is shady at best. One of the cars that was there for repair they just left the keys hanging in the door for anyone to do as they please

We found the exact vehicle we were looking for way below the market price with low KMs and in good condition. There was a minor issue a couple months down the road that was dealt with professionally by Rob. Approximately two weeks ago I called to inquire about financing a vehicle. I was specifically looking for an 8 passenger vehicle. The guy who answered the phone (Unfortunately I forget his name.) Was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude for absolutely no reason. I only asked if they had any 8 passenger vehicles available because they recently sold an 8 passenger Eddie Bauer SUV on their website. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me that those don't 'exist'. I gladly took my service elsewhere and made a purchase on a vehicle at another dealership that week and have so far been very happy with their service.

You sell lemons i dont recommend. This place takes advantage of young ppl who dont know what theyre getting. Numerous repairs by me as a mother in the end once the payments were done i was glad the boyce name on my sons truck got scrapped crumpled and done. Boyce does not deserve a rating.
