I first reached out to this dealership in search of a minivan, and financing. I live almost 400 kilometers away, and they made this purchase beyond smooth and enjoyable. They happened to have a newer van with lower miles that I was able to get for a similar bi weekly payment, and pointed that out. Originally I was talking to Peter, but Steve stepped in and helped out on Peter's day off, and both were helpful. Emily took care of most of the financing, but she also had a day off in there, when Amanda stepped in and helped out with every question I had. When I showed up to actually look at the van, and finalize the sale, everybody was welcoming and helpful at the dealership. While Emily and I were working on the paperwork, Joe came in, introduced himself, and let me know that if there were any issues with the safety (I live in Ontario, our regulations are slightly more strict), or any other issues arise, to not hesitate in contacting him to resolve any issues. Love and behold, there was an issue that did arise, and Joe held good to his word (even though he could have turned around and stated that was my risk and he's not responsible as it was sold with a Manitoba safety) If I am still in this area when I go to purchase my next vehicle, I will not hesitate to return to Auto Show for that purchase.

My boyfriend and I had visited Autoshow back in March of this year looking at a Lexus. Once going in Josh immediately assisted us and gave his time to talk through everything we needed to know about the car. We actually looked at other cars at different dealerships as well but because of the great service and even the Lexus itself, we returned the next day and got it! David was super helpful in the financial aspect and explained all the details and possibilities on insurance we could have. He listened to all our wants and needs. The fellas at this used car dealership were no hassle, no pushing of products. I had a vehicle in mind they slapped the plates on it and let us drive it by ourselves where we felt comfortable talking about what we liked and maybe didn’t like about the vehicle. They offered us all sorts of refreshments while we were there as well. We did not purchase a vehicle on our first visit and because they don’t work in commission it was super relaxed and a very no pressure environment. Once we decided which vehicle to buy it was a super simple afternoon of figuring out financing and I took the vehicle home! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely buy from them again. Oh and they have a massive tv and lounge where I may just go watch hockey and drink coffee when I drive by. Dealership has a very unique feel you feel as though it’s all about what you want and not product pushing!

We recently purchased a 1-year old used Ford Edge. I was hesitant to deal with an independent dealership, but my internet searches kept coming back to Auto Show on Mcgillivray. It was probably the best car buying experience of my life. The salesmen are not on commission so they are not obviously focused on closing the deal and they do not push you towards a vehicle you might not want. Their used car inventory was impressive and high quality. They don't play games with "make me an offer" type bartering. The price is the price and the don't hit you with extra fees when the paperwork comes out. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have never been a part of any sales experience that was this awesome. I had emailed about a car I thought we could afford and Joe asked us to stop in for a test drive. It turned out it wasn't for us, but while we were out testing it Joe ran numbers on similar vehicles they had that fit our wants and needs and had them upfront outside and running waiting for us to drive. After we drove them one of them were e actly what we wanted. I went Back inside to tell Joe we needed to wait and keep looking, but he said he had ran the numbers on one more that was not on the website or even on the lot yet. He pulled it around and we felling love. A week later we went in to finalize the paperwork with Emily and it was all very informative and went smoothly. Absolutely NO hidden fees or trying to tack warranty on without mentioning it. Emily even took the time to explain a loan protection feature we were interested in to us several times all while our 2 kids were being antsy and noisy. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle. 11 out of 10 stars

Outstanding!! If I could give them a 10 star I would. I bought a car in December and ran into an issue with the radiator fan. Long story short, as we are moving to BC in 2 weeks this had to be one of the most stressful situations ever! They heard my issues and helped resolve my problem even though I didn't have extended warranty. I was frustrated and ready to just hand the keys back. A great first-time car buying experience with a dealership. From the second we first walked into Autoshow the service provided was excellent. We started our car buying journey in the depths of a frigid Winnipeg winter uncertain on what type of vehicle we wanted. When we came to Autoshow we were greeted with a handful of keys. Emily chauffeured us around the lot in a heated Polaris Ranger while she showed us the vast inventory of vehicles to get a feel for what features would fit our family. It was great to be able to compare different makes and models next to each other. We felt no pressure and continued our journey. We touched base with Joe and Em along the way while we narrowed down our search for the "perfect" vehicle. Finally, three months after our first visit we got a call from Joe informing us of a minty 2015 Acura TLX that arrived. When we came into look at the TLX we immediately fell for it but we kept our poker face and said we would need to think about it. They didn't try to lock the doors on us like other dealerships they respectfully understood our buying process and told us they are available for questions. Less than 24 hours later we made a deal. We purchased a Trailer in the Spring of 2021. We had a specific trailer in mind and thankfully Auto Show was the only one to have it in the city. After putting in a deposit for a new build, the wait was on. Of course there were delays, trailers were flying off like hot cakes and we still had the pandemic to navigate through, but communication is always key, so we were very happy with the customer service we got. This was one of the BEST experiences of my life. We had a camper that we desperately needed to sell we tried privately but we couldn't sell it, So we went to Auto Show and asked if we could trade it in for a car (we wanted to pay for something we used daily), Joe listened to everything we were looking for and pulled up the vehicles for us to test drive well they looked over the camper. Once we picked a vehicle it was smooth sailing to Finance where we worked with David. He was so helpful in getting us approved and doing the trade. We have a very high debt ratio due to covid, and David worked his magic on getting us approved. At no time did we ever feel pressured and it was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life buying a car. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be referring our friends and family and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Non-pressure sales guys are polite, attentive and professional. Place is probably the nicest dealership I've ever set foot in. It literally puts any other dealership lobby to shame. Problem is some of the inventory. Of the three trucks I test drove, all of them had something broken inside and out (sunroof not working, door handle jammed, etc) and these are $55,000+ trucks, which isn't good. What was worse was the fact that they wouldn't budge on their listed price AT ALL despite these problems.

I have to say Joe and Mark went well above anything I expected. I had three cars for them to sell and had my guard up as I have not had the best experiences with car dealerships. They were so calm and explained everything to me start to finish. I kept waiting for the catch... everything was too good. Well they came through on everything they promised and very prompt payments. I started looking for a travel trailer in February 2021. Due to the pandemic, prices went high and dealers had limited number of trailers on stock. I visited several dealers close to Calgary, AB (where I live). After determining what we wanted, I found the website of Auto Show as a dealer for Forrest River trailers out of Winnipeg. The trailer I was looking for was being offered to be put in production (not yet in stock) but it was the newest 2021 model (new features from the 2020), and it costed at least $2K less than in the Albertan dealers... Even paying for transportation to Calgary it was a great deal. I sent a request and made a phone call that ended up being attended by David. What an awesome service! It was way beyond my expectations. He helped me through all the steps and kept me informed of the production progress. He was never pushy and was always clear and honest. He even walked the extra mile to give recommendations and to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them!). Everything happened as it was planned, discussed and agreed. No issues at all. We are super-happy-campers now thanks to Auto show and David. 100% trustworthy and recommended!

My first ever car purchase as a young adult, 10/10. I was dreading the experience, the time that gets taken up by browsing around with sales people following me around or pressuring me into a sale as a naive customer. However this was not the case. Here my boyfriend and I were able to explore, walk in on our own, discuss what I was looking for as well as get clarifications throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. As someone who has no experience in this sector, I appreciated the honesty I was given and received zero judgements on my lack of experience, knowledge when it comes to the paperwork, only open explanations! I was able to call them up afterwards to get further questions answered as well. Price was as stated on their post on Autotrader. Location is nice because test driving on the road 80kms “highway” sort of feel as well as can turn off onto side gravel roads to see how the car feels with that as well. I felt good with the process and didn’t feel like I got taken advantage of - which was something I had previously feared of when going out to look for my first vehicle purchase. I’ve since recommended this establishment to a friend who’s looking at cars online based on the positive experience I had. The process was quick if want a vehicle the day of. The process continued close to closing time but they managed to wrap things up for me to drive my car home that day which was so unexpected and not necessary, I was okay with waiting to finish it off another day! Hands down this is the best used dealership to deal with. I found them on line was looking to purchase a truck I seen. The sales team showed me to an even better truck they had i loved it, they offered to have delivered but from my past experience with out town i offered to fly out deal in person. When i arrived the paperwork was not ready so they gave my wife and I gift card to take the new truck and go for breakfast. The best customer service you could ever deal with. On our travels home I have some issues with gps and satellite radio, i contacted them when i got home they ask me to go get it diagnosed so i did, they cut me a cheque for the work done also diagnose. We flew to Manitoba from Windsor and drove it 31 hours home if I'm ever shopping for a used car again i will 100% call them first also will trust they can ship it instead of flying there cause they are very trustworthy.

What a difference compared to other dealers! No pressure to buy, no waiting around while "negotiations" are going on behind closed doors. I would most definitely come back to buy next time. Steven was great to walk us through the process and answered all of our questions. Emily was fantastic to deal with as well to complete the deal. Bought a 2019 Ford Flex from Kale Robertson. The experience overall was pretty good and the price was fair and similar to comparables we were shopping. My son loved the "man cave" while we chatted numbers or were waiting. My only negative was our discussion around trade-in value. There was some fancy word play used to make it seem like our trade-in value was closer to what I had suggested, while in reality lower. They weren't hiding any numbers, I felt this was used as a sales tactic and I appreciate being talked to in a straight manner. The trade-in offer fell in line with what had been offered at two other dealerships we shopped around at, so at the end of the day, the numbers made sense. The staff was overall really good to deal with. We were offered refreshments multiple times and made to feel at home as we went through the process. We will definitely pop in and browse the next time we are shopping.

Just bought a really nice, clean truck from Peter and Joe at Autoshow. I don’t write reviews, but had to on this one. I walked in thinking of being hounded but was surprised at having a discussion with a person instead. Pointed out the vehicles I was wanting to look at and they brought them around for me. Did my own ride and assessment at ease with no hassle. I’d be buying there (from a local business) than from the big multi location dealers that don’t put the personal touch in the experience anymore. I say this as I deal directly with many of them (dealerships) regularly, so I appreciate what Autoshow does. Coolest showroom in town too, a must see. This is what car buying in 2019 should be like.
