john was amazing he was very honest and straight forward, he's an no nonsense guy. Love the guy for who he is I was about to buy a car elsewhere he ask me all the information about the deal and never try to talk me out of it, however he told me he have a car just like what I was looking for so I when down to see him and after talk with him I change my mind and when with his. I'm so glad I did, he's awesome u gotta go see him.

bought a car from this guy 7 months ago from day one it had nothing but problems showed me old car fax then when i brought it up he got defensive had to finally get a new car fax that he made a big deal cuz he had to pay for it and the first car fax did not match the second one (missing pages) then the car started smelling like gas and the rear shock was broken to get it fixed was a hassle and i waited 5 weeks to get the car back. then when i got it i asked how long before the second shock goes out they said its fine, also when buying the car i noticed the breaks weren't so good so he said we will fix that before u pick up ur car and we will do oil change and service etc before u pick it up none of that was done!! i had it checked by my mechanic and gave me a list of things needed fixing so i brought t back and waited another month before i found out that all he will fix is the shock and even that he didnt do because the mechanic who did the safety for the car paid for it himself not even john had to pay! now about 5 months later the abs light is on engine light is on transmission is slipping and messing up and the other shock broke and also the gas smell came back brought it to the mechanic and was told the breaks are garbage the oil is completely black and the shock is broken among a bunch of other things! according to john the warranty i bought for 2500$ is invalid because i didn't do an oil change etc so i have to go and pay out of my own pocket when i called him a lier over email he hd his secretary call me and tell me that john will no longer be dealing with me and that i am on my own now and that the car is at the dealership ready to be picked up so when i get there my car is in the lot but the secretary lady says the keys are not here???? she said they are at the mechanics shop? so now i have bin without a car for over a month now again and i py him 417$ a month plus i gave the scam artist 6000$ cash down payment from day one he has bin nothing but a con artist and avoiding me having his dumb secretary call me and tell me things that make no sense. he lies about everything did not do oil change on my car did not service it did not provide me with the proper paper work to show what was done on the car and showed me 4 year old car fax thinking i wouldn't catch on. so when i demanded my car back she got lippy with me saying a-lot of things about me and my wife which i got on video and i wouldn't leave till i got my car and then she called the police! honestly do yourself a favour and stay away. i will be contacting the right people and make sure he gets investigated and shut down for scamming hard working people this cant go on and i will stop at nothing!!

Great Experience!!. Very helpful and friendly staff. They don't treat you like they are trying to make a quick buck. They develop a good standing relationship with you so you will come back. I have bought many vehicles from them and send many family and friends to them.

I for one would speak very highly about W Auto Shoppers. Funny how some must have buyers remorse so they feel the need to speak poorly about this dealership and the people associated. W Auto Shoppers has been around for 20 years strong!! The owner goes above and beyond for his customers!! Speaking from experience, I’ve never been treated so kindly. Thank you W Auto Shoppers. large selection i bought here 5 years ago and came back for my second car in December 2014 had some bruises on my credit due to a layoff but john in the finance department was able to help me out i got a nice Chrysler 300 at a payment i can afford very courteous and friendly service i would highly recommend w auto shoppers jimi

Not recommended John does not stand behind his products, He tells you he'll take care of everything and never does. I bought a jeep back last june he told me if my check engine light come on to bring it to his mechanic Border City Auto on Walker rd and they will take of it. I brought my jeep back 12 times, they tried to fix the problems each time but these guys really don't know what they are doing. Each time I would bring it back they would change 1 O2 censor after changing all 4 they told me it was the Catalytic converter so they changed just 1, check engine light came back on so they changed the other side. Then over the past few months it starts getting louder and louder and I start smelling exhaust inside the jeep. Now I bring it back to my own Mechanic he tells me that they must have put on the wrong converters in because the pipe's don't line up properly and they used muffler putty to seal the gaps. It's going to cost me $1500.0 to get this done properly. W Auto sale's and Border City Auto what a joke these 2 place's are, They will never see my business again.
