EDIT TO THE BELOW: Against my better judgement I came back to Tony Graham as my lease had ended. I did end up purchasing a vehicle, this process went smoothly until it was time to pick the car up. I'd checked the vehicle over prior to purchase and all was well. When I got home from the dealership I noticed a large paint chip on the passenger side. This is a brand new car so I went back to get it fixed. I was given a paint pen and sent on my way. The repair job I attempted looks terrible, Tony Graham is fine to buy from but don't expect any customer service at all. If you go in expecting the walmart of dealerships you should be fine. Original review from 2016 below: Staff seem very rushed, probably not the place to go if you're new to leasing/financing as it felt like they just wanted to get it over with. My rep was 30 min late to initial meeting and the same for delivery. I got a good enough deal I guess but I'd recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to feel like you're inconveniencing the sales people by purchasing a car.
It was awesome experience of buying a used car from this dealer. I purchased a used car of 2012 toyota rav4. The day1 to the day out with a deliver of the vehicle the experience was awesome. The sales execuive Tan vo and sales manager Kris are very kind and helpful in all the way they can from the sale deal, the quality checks on the car and the kind negotiations on the pricing. They didn't lift off their hands after the sale is closed even today they are polite in every aspect to help me out. I strongly recommend this one for your purchase..
My Significant Other and I drove from Toronto Ottawa in our Toyota Venza. While just outside Ottawa, the heat shield came loose, was severely rattling and needed to be replaced/removed. Once we got into our hotel, we call Tony Graham Toyota and they told us to bring the car by. Once we got there, we explained how we're from out of town and we need the heat shield look at before getting back on the road. In a span of twenty minutes, they took the Venza, removed the shield, checked one or two other items and brought it back out to us in the lot. When I asked what I owe them, the mechanics simply said, "a hand shake will suffice." It was the BEST experience I've ever had with any dealership/mechanic. My SO and I believe in brand loyalty and we definitely have it with Toyota (a Venza and a Corolla) and it was reinforced by the great treatment at Tony Graham. We are Torontonians, never bought a Toyota from Tony Graham or even used their services but we were treated right none the less and if I ever have a chance to give them my business, they'll get it. They deserve 10 stars!

We purchased our 2nd Toyota vehicle just before the holidays and had the pleasure of doing business with Rick Hyman at Tony Graham. Rick was very attentive to our specific needs in regards to the Sienna we were hoping for. He managed to find us the last 2015 model that had everything we wanted. It's a nice shop with polite staff with pretty good hours. They offer shuttle service back to your home, which is handy when you have problems with your car. 1) The extended care program (ECP) has not lived up to the hype for me. I only have 1 vehicle and I need a car when my car isn't working/being repaired. It was my impression when I bought the ECP that I would get a loaner car when mine was being repaired, but this isn't actually true. Unless your car cannot be driven at all then you won't be given a replacement car. This is important to know for people who only have 1 vehicle when considering this kind of warranty. Beyond this, I've had a couple of things go on the car that weren't covered by the ECP - including two coolant hoses despite my car only have 74,000km on it and being less than 6 years old (that repair quoted at $650). Also had rusting on the brakes that costed me over 1k. I did have the evaporator coil in my AC break, but that was luckily covered by ECP. All in all, think it through when deciding if the ECP is worth it knowing the types of things that are covered, and that they won't offer you a loaner car unless your car's engine isn't working etc. 2) Staff at the front desk are nice, but my latest experience trying to figure out what was actually wrong with my coolant hoses (if one or both were leaking) isn't what I had hoped. I know it's a busy shop and and everyone is doing their best, but it would be great if the mechanic notes were more detailed, or the person at the front desk spoke to the mechanic to be in a position to explain everything very clearly. I could go on, but I wont' - not sure how coolant hoses go on a car as young as mine. All in all, I'm not sure if I would buy another Toyota based on the reliability of my Rav4, but dealing with the service and sales department is usually a good experience. Josh
Was recently car shopping at Tony Graham Toyota for a new car. I was dealing with Artur. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, respectful and willing to negotiate. Not too pushy either, a real good guy (when i get squeezed or pushed on hard-sell tactics, i shut down... don't like it... don't know who likes it really). In the end, I did not purchase a new car there, but it wasn't because of Artur or the price. In fact, I was so happy with my experience at Tony Graham that I was compelled to write this shining review. I would definitely shop there in the future and I highly recommend Artur and this dealership.
Excellent buying experience - our sales person, Jessica Torre, was wonderful! She is knowledgeable and honest, she goes the extra mile and given how challenging things are right now with Covid supply-chain issues, she navigated complicated questions speedily and with good humour. We felt well-treated by everyone at Tony Graham, and will definitely be back.

2019 review: I have visited almost all Toyota dealerships in Ottawa. On my opinion this one is the best in the city. Great salespersons. Car parts service is also on the highest level. Prices are also fair. I was also impressed my shuttle service, drivers are very friendly. Update 2021. Site appointment form does not work. Also not getting contacted after filling in a form on the site. It looks like they are not interested in providing service to cars. Update 2021.1 Service was excellent as usually. Giving back 5 stars and I hope that that site appointment issue will be fixed.
Tony Graham Toyota is an amazing Toyota dealership. We have just bought a second Corolla from this dealership. Our first Corolla was also bought from this dealership, and from the same car salesperson, Jim Hum. Both Jim and the staff were friendly, patient, and understanding. Jim took the time to show and to tell us a great depth about the Corolla cars.
I purchased a Tacoma from Tony Graham in Sept 2020 and have received quality support since. The buying experience was outstanding! Pedro, our salesman, provided us with all the information I requested and was not the least bit pushy. Some accessories were placed on back order due to COVID19 delays but I received regular updates whenever I asked. I'll be returning to Tony Graham for maintenance and future buys for sure.
From the time we entered the showroom we were well cared for by all the staff. Arthur has a no pressure approach, he offered great advice to help us decide which vehicle would meet our needs. Alexander the finance whiz, helped us stay in budget, he is personable and makes you feel at ease while dealing with all the information and numbers. Luis, the closer, meticulously goes over all the paperwork and signatures without making you want to fall asleep because he shares good insights to future scenarios. Tony Graham associates talk about how they love working for this amazing family oriented dealership. It shows in how they interact with customers, you feel comfortable from the time you walk through the doors until you leave. This is the second time buying a car from Tony Graham and probably not our last. Our Camry lasted 14 years and went 530,000 km. Now we are off to new adventures!
Just picked up my new 2018 Camry SE today and I am extremely pleased with my decision. I was very specific with what I wanted and where I needed my payment to be and Rick Hyman along with the Sales Manager made it happen. There was absolutely no pressure and this is extremely appreciated. Rick was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I was able to take my time and make the decision that was best for me without having to worry about anyone pressuring me into a deal that I wouldn't be happy about after I left. I got my first car! As intimidating as the process may have been, i was lucky enough to get a salesperson who allowed me to make my big purchase a memorable one. My sales person was Tan Vo, and I was truly impressed with his professionalism throughout the transaction. I bought a RAV4 from Mary Jackson a couple of months back. She was professional with personality; she felt a lot more like a buddy than a salesperson. She walked me through all the features of the car and was in regular contact with me while I waited for delivery once the purchase was made. She even managed to bump my delivery time up based on my choice of colours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car from Tony Graham, and I expect I'll buy from her again when the time rolls around to buy a new car.
I purchased this week my Toyota Sienna 2021. I dealt with Mahdi, who was very polite and knowledgeable. He was great! He got me the car that I wanted for the price that I was looking for. I recommend dealing with Mahdi and the rest of the staff. They were all very nice and courteous and knowledgeable when dealing with them.
I bought my second car (Toyota Camry XLE) from Tony Graham. Right from my first phone call to them before proceeding to their office, the hospitality and friendly reception from the staff was so welcoming, that I even felt like part of the team instead of their customer. Though, I actually owe Rick Hyman a very big thank you for your kindness and understanding abilities. Perfect gentleman. On the day I was supposed to pick my car, sometime happened that I couldn't go to the bank on time while waiting for a friend who will drive to there. When Rick Hyman say me, he noticed my mood and asked "what's my problem"? I told him "I need to go to the bank but I don't have a car to get there, though that I am waiting for someone who will take me there". Immediately he said "I will take you there, "just give me a moment to get the car" and so he drove there with the newest model of Newest model of Toyota Camry 2018. What a personality? Anyway, it was an endearing experience and a pleasure doing business with the group and many thanks to Rick whose guidance towards my buying my second car was too valuable. After an awful experience with Ottawa Honda, we came to Tony Graham Toyota and leasing experience was very good. Thomas was a great sales rep and kindly answered all of our questions. It has been 5 months since then and we suddenly received a safety recall. Brought the car to service. Service experience was very smooth, staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got a loaner for a day until inspection is over, thanks to Sam. Couldn't be any better. I could give 6 star if there were one. Definitely should go there if you want a Toyota vehicle.
My husband and me, we had such great experience withToyota. Mr. Farouk is very very helpful, he guided us to the best choice according to our case. We felt he is very honest with us and trying to offer us the best not just to bring money to Toyota as a sales person. We met him once before visiting Hyundai and Honda and we decided to come back to Toyota to meet Mr. Farouk again as we found that he is the one who will perfectly help us make the right choice. He followed with us even in his days off and after buying the car to make sure we are satisfied and everything is okay. He spent a lot of time telling us other customers’ cases and that encouraged us for sure. You are lucky Toyota to have Mr. Farouk in your team. On the pick up day we had perfect presentation of all the car features and was very helpful.
Showed up here ready to buy a truck/SUV. Walked around the parking lot for a while looking at cars. Wasn't long before I realized there was next to no organization in their lot. Sold cars, for sale cars, customer cars, employee cars, all just mixed together by the looks of it. None of the cars had plates showing the year, or extremely few did. Vast majority had no information on sale/lease pricing. After extensively wandering their lot ready to buy a car out right I had zero help from any sales rep. I saw an employee inside notice me looking around. Still nothing. Just got off work so I guess I wasn't dressed well enough to deserve their attention.
Red Carpet service and delivery! I picked up the RAV4 SE last night and Luis Martinez gave us the best service ever. I have purchased few new cars in my life and the Tony Graham service is the best. From start to finish it was a great service. Rick and Tom helped us with the sales, then we dealt with AJ (A. Ibrahim) for the deal and finance, and Jay to sign the contract. They treated us with respect and were very friendly and professional. The show room and all of the building were very clean and modern. I look forward to dealing with them again.

My wife and I purchased a used daily rental vehicle from Tony Graham’s on Merivale road. The experience was excellent and professional. Arthur, our salesperson was great, friendly and informative. A few days after the purchase we noticed some minor body damage that was missed in inspection (no fault of anyone, this was really hard to see). I thought we might have an issue having it repaired but nothing was farther from the truth. There was no issue at all. They were totally accepting of responsibility. The repaires were done promptly with rental car provided, and of course at no cost. Thanks to Arthur and Chris for making the experience of car purchase stress free. I should also mention and thank Curtis and Perry for their assistance with warranty and delivery services. I would very much recommend anyone looking for new or used vehicle to shop at Tony Grahams. It’s very much a team approach and most importantly trustworthy and stress free.

I had my car in for a purchase of new Snow Tires and installation. JD was exceptional with helping me purchase the right tires and Rims to ensure the proper fit and value. Dan was excellent as the service rep and this was the easiest tire change over I have ever had.
Ok...they had already sold the car we were trying to buy. I.e. even the salesperson did not know it was sold. We even test drove it, started the paperwork...then found out it was sold! Waste of time. The second car we tried was used and smelled like wet dog...badly. No way they should have shown us that filthy car. The third car was fine. Used Yaris. Usual bizarre dance about the price. The old "gotta talk to the used car manager". They come back with the "best price". We say we are leaving...amazingly the "best price" dropped. So cliche, but true. Buying a car is never fun. We had a worse time at Orleans Toyota...so this was a slightly better, but still weird experience. Real star value: 2.5 - I rounded up to three.
I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Tony Graham, and I was generally very pleased with the service. The most positive part of my experience was the interaction I had with one of the Product Advisors, Hong Fu. She was a straight talker, very to-the-point, and very organized. Once you know what you are looking for and have a realistic idea of what you plan to spend on a car, I would recommend her.
So, our beloved was finally ready to be replaced-we could still squeeze a bit more out of her, but were doing our due diligence and test driving cars all over the city. We were looking for a RAV4, but after listening to what we needed, the saleswoman, Jody Kirkpatrick, suggested that we may want to try a Camry. Well, she was right. From start to finish, it was a positive experience. At other places when I would test drive the car, after telling the salesperson I wanted reliability and fuel economy, they would stress the "POWER!" of the car-and at more then one place they would slap a deal down on the table and say take it or leave it. Not so with Jody. Negotiating was easy and fair, she agreed that it would be a good idea to sleep on it, and was overall a joy to deal with. As for the car-so far so good!
I chose Tony Graham on Merivale to purchase my very first car, and I was absolutely blown away at the service, level of detail, and care our salesperson Nicole showed us! If you are in the market for a great vehicle at a fair price, I highly suggest paying Nicole a visit!

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism of this dealership! I would like to specifically highlight and send a deep thank you to Jessica Torre and Hong Fu. I leased my Corolla (best car I've ever bought) in Alberta and moved to Ontario during the pandemic. My lease was coming to an end and I made multiple calls, emails, left voicemails, and no one would help me except for Jessica and Hong. I kept getting a "not my problem" try this person from both from the dealership I bought from in Calgary, like 3-4 other dealerships in Ottawa, and even Toyota Financials office and customer service through their toll free number. They presented me with all of my options with either purchasing the remainder on my car or what leasing a new SUV would look like for me, including offering me stellar deals. Ultimately, I'd like to keep my car for the next bit but as soon as I need an upgrade to the SUV, I know exactly where I'd like to purchase my new vehicle from! Hong was amazing at explaining to me the steps I needed to take, and why, on the paperwork side. Literally, couldnt get anyone else to return a call or even give me the time of day and these women went out of their way to make me feel heard, and help me with MY Needs. Excellent professionalism and customer service. Which women typically do not get when trying to do anything relating to auto purchases. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Excellent quality of service. You can book online or over the phone. Some services are done without an appointment. You better call to find out the details. Their working hours are incredibly long - very convenient. Excellent waiting area. Reasonable prices and you can combine your visit with buying groceries at Costco near by.

I used to love this garage and dealership. My family also used to have nothing but good things to say when buying cars there. Now, they seem not to care or call back when price shopping for a new car. Here is what made me want to write a review: Plenty of tire service centres and other dealership are charging fair prices for winter tire install. My tires are on rims and it's a small Prius C. Toyota wants to charge me 80.50 for install and 2 front balancing. A (large chain) tire store down the road charges 45.00. Another place is charging 52.00; and another 36.00 and only charge for balancing if it needs to be done (free testing). When I called the service centre and informed them that I've been a loyal customer and because of that would they be willing to give me a better price; something along the lines of other businesses in their area; they told me No. I said that after price shopping, I can not pay that kind of money for that amount of work. She asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment, I said that if they can't budge on a price that is nearly twice as much as their competition, I wouldn't have much of a choice. She informed me that the appointment was cancelled and hung up. I'm disappointed with this service centre. I used to like them but the past few interactions with them have begun to sour my relationship with the Graham family of dealerships... I used to find you very customer friendly; not so anymore. P.S. I normally spend a little extra to get my oil changed at this service centre. They are highly efficient (they only take a few minutes) when compared to other dealerships that make me sit there for 5 hours. So, I don't mind spending a few extra dollars for the convenience but nearly double? Never... I feel taken advantage of...

Upgrading to 3 stars in fairness. Original review below: Service is terrible. Would have given a zero star if I could. Ordered special order part to repair failed hood latch and prepaid and was told it included parts and labour. After several attempts to schedule the service was given a 745am appointment time. When I arrived 15 min early was told labour was not included in original payment and the repair would be done by end of day - even though when the service guy looked up the original order he read that it was for parts and labour. Then expressed that Toyota Canada doesn't want them to ask for prepaid labour. Really!!! Why did you schedule me a time if it will take all day? Pulling into the garage I had to drive over two ramps that looked like they were covering the service bell air line. Car bottomed out. When I explained it to the service desk they said it was my fault as I was driving too fast! Really!! In the garage I was going too fast! The attendant was standing infront of the car guiding me in! How could I go too fast? The staff were not friendly, didn't look at me when approaching the counter, didn't say good morning or even smile. Obviously morale is low, just punching the clock. No apologies, no nothing! This is the very last time Toyota gets a penny from us. Absolutely terrible service.

My wife and I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Kerry Parnell at Tony Graham's this week. We were looking to upgrade our vehicle as we were expecting our first child to be born and needed space for child, dog and all the extras that need to be packed. Kerry greeted us with kindness, empathy and showed genuine excitement for the new change a baby would bring. He was thorough during the test drive highlighting all the great features of the Rav4. Although he was thorough, and highly recommended the vehicle for our family, we never got the sense that we were being pressured. My wife and I felt like we were really being taken care of by Kerry. I first became associated with Tony Graham Motors in the ‘80s when I purchased a new Camry LE. I put 500,000 on the speedometer and traded it in at the same establishment in 1998 for a new Camry CE. In the past week I traded in my ’98 Camry CE for a 2013 Corolla at the Merivale location. I was fortunate to have an excellent sales experience with Mr. “Rick” Hyman. He was a knowledgeable, congenial and pleasant salesman who gave me good advice and the benefit of his long standing experience with the Toyota line of products. I was guided to the decision of making an upgrade of the ’98 Camry to the 2013 Corolla by Ms “Debbie” Merkley, Lead Service Advisor, who spent much of her valuable time briefing me on the pro and con of making an upgrade, as opposed to making a sizable maintenance payment on the 1998 Camry. Thank you Debbie for all of your assistance you made my unpleasant decision easier to take. Needless to say, I have done all of my servicing at Tony Graham Merivale since the ‘80s and have always had excellent service at a reasonable cost. Just let the service door open, drive up to a pleasant personality named Sibbet, and he will efficiently take care of you. I present an experience that I had in the past summer to show that you deal with a compassionate and helpful group at Tony Graham Merivale establishment: “While waiting for my servicing to be done, I had the unfortunate experience of fainting, for some unknown reason. The staff immediately went into action, got me water and made me comfortable. They insisted upon driving me home, at their expense, and assisted me until I was in my own house. I went into Tony Graham Toyota with a unique break problem about which I could find no information on Google. The folks at the service center tried to troubleshoot my issues so we could solve them with the least expense. A mechanic was pulled into our conversation, and we managed to pinpoint what was causing my problem. They included me in the conversation and took my input seriously. They explained the risks in the job if I wanted to use a cheaper mechanic and walked me through how to mitigate them. The people in the service center obviously wanted me to get the repairs done at Tony Graham Toyota, but they also cared that my car was well cared for in case I took my business elsewhere. In the end they taught me how to fix my problem temporarily without any cost and gave me a fair quote for the repairs it in the future. I liked how willing they were to chat and offer me solutions even if it meant they wouldn’t need to do any work on my car. I recommend other customers who are afraid to bring their car to a dealer, in fear of that hefty bill, to visit Tony Graham Toyota in case what seems like a serious problem turns out to be minor.

Tony Graham Toyota has been a fixture of Ottawa for many years. I find they are professional and give good service. Their service people are knowledgeable friendly, and make the whole experience of getting your favorite ride back on the road. Their hours are great and you can even pick up your car at 2 am. You can even buy Toyota Bento boxes at the service counter.

My fiance and I had been looking around at upgrading to a newer SUV for a while and WOW was the experience at Tony Graham Toyota great. Upon arriving Jad, one of their sales team, warmly greeted us and showed showed us to the 2021 Venza that we had eyed prior to arriving. In doing so he was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and best of all it felt like he was there to help, not try and push you into a sale. From there he walked us through the various models, worked to try and find a vehicle with a reasonable delivery time due to the current shortage resulting from production delays (chip shortage). Through all this it felt like I was talking to a friend and not a sales man. Once we decided to move forward with the 2021 Venza, which I would highly recommend, the wonderful service did not stop. Between signing and delivery, Jad made himself available for any questions and provided great updates when status were updatedand when the car arrived on the lot. Overall, I'd highly recommend Tony Graham Toyota I would be remise not to specifically recommend asking to work with Jad. Michael & Mirianne
I had lost my car key and got my car towed to this dealership. I dropped my car around noon and I was told the car would be ready the next day with the keys programmed at 5PM. I went the next day at 5PM to find out that the car had not moved an inch from where I left it. It was clearly marked on the invoice that the car was to be ready for 5PM that day. However, they told me they did not know anything about the order and they'd get some one to get on it right away and it would be ready in 45 minutes. The mechanic tried for an hour and a half and I was told he couldn't do it because he was not trained on the specific vehicle, so they'd get it programmed by noon the next day. It was finally done by noon. I wouldn't go back to this dealership again.
I'm writing this review because I was asked to do so by the salesman Rick who was one of the four sales people I was dealing with during the process of buying used 2013 Scion FR-S last November. He argues that people in most cases write reviews if they were not happy with their experience and those who were happy are usually less motivated to do so. By that logic, even the good companies would be rated badly. I see that Tony Graham has 4.7 rating out of five and my four stars are not going to improve that, but this is what I feel is right. I was recommended to Tony Graham Toyota by colleague from work who's cousin works there as one of the managers and due to that fact I can only assume that I was given preferential treatment. Their used car sales manager Mike gave the impression of an honest person, and was OK to deal with. He went along with my detail oriented and meticulously documented negotiating method and delivered on what he promised. Rick was there to help along the way and was also polite and respectful. He did say the famous sentence: "What can we do now to close this deal today?" but he also did let me walk away to think everything through without much complaining, only to see me come back tomorrow to buy the car. Their Scion sales specialist, Dave (forgive me if I'm getting some names wrong, it's been a while), was also there to land a hand if needed. They were worried a bit about me test driving RWD sports car outfitted with summer tires on a snow day, but did not say much until it was over and they all relaxed. On a side note, I've used FR-S as a daily commuter all winter long without any issues thanks to excellent winter tires that I've purchased from them at the same time. I would recommend Tony Graham Toyota as a good dealership, and although it was not the best car buying experience that I've ever had, it was certainly not bad, and there wasn't anything to complain about.

We had heard good things about this dealership and had a great experience finding a used car! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and quickly introduced to Sunny. He is friendly and has a great personality. Also, Colin was very helpful with financing and always kept us up to date on any issues. I came to Toyota service to fix my van heater because it was broken. The technician called and told me that it was only the servo motor which was broken as he said, then I paid for the part in order to be shipped. I brought my van to Toyota service and they installed that part, in the afternoon I received a called from this company saying that there was another part broken but this time heater wires. I paid for that part too and it shipped. I asked the technician is the first part is broken, he said it wasn't and we would reinstall the old one but this time we had to charge you the labor.However, when they finished and installed everything they charged me $2000 for not enough and precise inspection by some of their disqualified technicians. When I received my van, I found scratch on front the console, cups holder broken can't open it, and cigarette cover is taken away. Someone from Toyota service called me that they found hot chocolate in holder which caused that issue. Is it a funny story? I have an evidence that it I was broken and I am still kept with me. Are we in Canada?
Just bought a 2014 Sienna from Tony Graham Toyota, and it was a good experience. Rick Hyman was a knowledgeable salesman who did his best to get me the vehicle I wanted at the terms I needed. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle, which won't be for a while, because Toyotas are the best on the market!
Perfectly good car dealership if your into Toyota's ... Which lets face it - are boring and hyper reliable with good maintenance costs. Their people are fairly nice - and they have free coffee for you while you wait. I would be far happier going here less frequently - but I haven't been the nicest to my car so...

When I first got possession of my vehicle I was thrilled like most people who give 5 star reviews (see review below) Spoiler Alert: all sales people are very engaged and professional...it’s their job! The next 3 years dealing with the dealership was unbearable! I was lied to on numerous occasions and almost spent hundreds of dollars and unnecessary servicing/repairs. Unfortunately I still got rolled at least once. Today my relationship with Tony Graham is done, I’m buying my next Toyota elsewhere, and the 5-star rating is down to 1. Big difference from what I wrote last time: Great buying experience with a very professional salesperson and extended team. When you go, ask for Jody Kirkpatrick- she not only got my business...she got my kids' stamp of approval! I basically was not allowed to buy from anyone else after they met her.
Went in to ask to look at some new cars, and the sales person was absolutely rude! She told me to "go home and do your own homework, I'm not doing it for you." I specifically asked her to look at a few different new specific models. I've fully come to the conclusion that I will NOT be purchasing my new car at this dealership.
Scheduled service to have a recall done, get a call letting us know all the parts wouldn't be ready for our appointment so we were asked to reschedule which we did. The advisor who helped explained that they would have a rental car ready for my boyfriend on the day of his appointment to make up for the inconvenience of having to rebook. Go figure the day of our appointment the rental wasn't ready yet, he waited an hour just for the shuttle to bring him to Hertz and once he got there the staff wouldn't give him a rental without having a physical credit card on him which no one told him before hand. So Toyota left my boyfriend stranded at Hertz with no car, he had to walk 40 minutes in minus 30 degree weather and all the advisor (grown man with a man bun) had to say was "tough luck man". How effing rude. I can't believe the lack of respect from this dealership.
I experience the same thing, every time I visit this dealership with the intent to learn about and to purchase a new car. Last evening around 6:30pm, I walked around the empty showroom and didnt get approached by even 1 salesperson. All of them were in one room talking with each other and texting on their phones. I guess sales is not overly important to Tony Graham Toyota. I certainly cant endorse this experience...its nice to be greeted and have someone interested to sell me one of their products. oh well...i will try another dealership

The check engine of my 2009 Corolla was on this week and then I sent it to Tony Graham Toyota on Friday to have it fixed. It took ~1.5 hours and at the end of day they charged me $803 after tax including diagnose and replacing air flue sensor, which costed almost my weekly pay-cheque .... In 2016, I paid $800 at a different Toyota dealer to fix check engine light issue and replaced both font and rear brakes, which took ~4 hours.
My girlfriend and I had been looking at cars for awhile when we decided to check out Tony Graham Toyota so see what they had in stock. We actually found the car we were looking for, model, color, price, everything was great from start to finish! Iham was awesome. He was able to answer all my questions I had along the way and kept me informed through every step of the process. I would highly recommend, as a first time buyer, this was truly a great experience!

Scam. Paid $150 to 'fix' my car. Then, whenever I turned on ignition, the headlights and signals of the car kept going on rapidly. That's not the end of it. I contacted the salesperson, and they haven't replied since. Horrible customer service, and service in general. Shouldn't have 4.5 stars.
Tony Graham Toyota treated us well. The salesman (Rick Hyman) was pleasant and managed to get us the car we wanted for a reasonable price. The 'delivery' (by Louis Martinez) was quite nice with red carpet treatment, same as a new car sale. All of the staff were friendly.
Recently my family and I decided to start test driving vehicles to replace our high-mileage Toyota Matrix. Tony Graham Toyota has been in business for a long time and I’ve visited them frequently for service visits in the past. A Rav4 was advertised online and we decided to check it out and take it for a test drive. We were introduced to Mahdi and he is a likeable Sales Representative that has very good product knowledge, easy to talk to and displays a genuine enthusiasm in wanting to find you the vehicle that is a right fit. I would recommend Tony Graham Toyota and Mahdi to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle.
I recently bought a new Corolla iM at Tony Graham Toyota - The staff there was especially helpful and made the process comfortable and very transparent. Sales rep Perry Mason was very friendly and knowledgeable, with no pressure and lots of useful extra information about the car and the buying process. Luis Martinez also assisted me with a great walk-through on pick-up and careful attention to detail. There is lots of paperwork in the purchase process, and Dale Thompson was thorough, clear and never made me feel rushed. My experience buying a car at Tony Graham was very positive, and I am happy to recommend them!
First time dealing with this dealer, not very pleasant experience. They are interest to make money instead of customer relationship. I was looking to buy used car, put an offer on table with my Credit card, first of all why they need credit card for offer, if person is sitting in front of them. Sales person was back and forth during negotiation to see Sales manager. All of sudden, they returned my CC without being told that they have refused my offer. At that time I was on phone when Sales Manager walked out from his room to returned my CC personally, but he didn't bother or have courtesy to stay for for a minute and give reason of returning CC. Sales Manager Kristopher Mcfalane attitude was unprofessional when I asked why he has returned my card without having any discussion. I was expecting further negotiation on table. After whole conversation, I found him have less ability to make a deal or courtesy to refuse deal in professional manner. I saw at other dealership that Sales Manager walkout and make efforts to personally meet with client to make a deal. Moreover worst part of entire conversation when I was told that they have added trade in price of my vehicle in negotiation without informing me. It means it was not actual deal I was looking and they wasted my time and trust. I asked Sales Manager to meet his supervisor or Manager Customer Service to lodge official complain, he said it takes while (repeated two time) to send someone. I waited 20 mins but no one shown up.

Better check your engine after each service! I have only done my Toyota car service here, after almost a year I opened the hood, I saw some dry yellow tissue towels and dry fruit cores on the engine (I have cleaned them out, but it still left some marks on it)... They looked like almost a year... Be cautious when you finished the service of your car here.

Did a fine job on the small issue we had (minor and slow tire leak). Highly unprofessional staff- sure we are similar ages but we are your customers not your buddies or your pot dealers so don't treat us as such. Most employees speak as if they are former convicts... not a place I feel comfortable leaving my car. On a side note, Bel-Air Toyota act as mature adults, treat the car much better including a complimentary wash and clean and I am not afraid my valuables will be stolen by frightening staff.
My name is Martin Firth and I bought a Tacoma 4x4 Monday March 9th. Jody Kirkpatrick was my sales rep. My partner and I really felt that Jody went above and beyond getting us the information we requested. I almost felt bad for her as my partner is quite detailed but Jody was so pleasant with her and made her feel comfortable. She really made a very nerve racking decision enjoyable. This is my 2nd car from Tony Graham - I first bought a van from them 12 years ago. The sales executive Tan Vo and the delivery specialist Perry Maison (you heard me right!) were just awesome. Tan was very easy going and did not push us to make quick decisions. We took our time and got the vehicle with wanted at our own pace. I would highly recommend them for their service and professionalism.
Stellar experience just now. I called parts to look for a part for an 85 Corolla. They weren't able to help me, but after some digging they transferred me to the service department. I think the fella's name was Vince. He went out of his way to try and help me. Often with old, finicky things, people won't give the time of day. That was not the case hetr. Great service!

Tl;Dr Good service, confusing recommend maintenance We own multiple Toyotas and are looking for a good place for service. These guys were easy to schedule maintenance and did the work in the time they said they would. That's the good part...what I didn't like was the recommendation for extra work. They called and rattled off $1000 worth of things that 'should' be done without slowing down to offer the a la carte price for each service or explain how long that extra service would take...maybe it's petty but heck that's what reviews are for.

See below for latest buying experience A lot of people disparage dealers for service, thinking they overcharge. I have been a customer of Tony Graham for years and if there is one word I would use to describe how I feel when I go to their service department, it is "trust". I am not hugely competent when it comes to mechanical things, but I have been talked OUT of spending money by the folks at Tony Graham time and time again. I absolutely never feel like I am being talked into getting work done that doesn't need to be done. Unlike a certain tire place in Ottawa that told me I needed new tie rods (at a cost of several thousand dollars). Tony Graham found the fault was some bushings that cost a couple of hundred to repair. I have had oil changing places try to sell me a PCV valve, a rad flush, and even an engine shampoo. I don't know if I need a new PCV valve, but Tony Graham has never tried to sell me one and I am sure they will tell me if I ever need a new one. I always feel confident that the service guys at Tony Graham will treat me fairly. Highly recommended. The last time I bought a car here about 8 years ago, I was very happy with the sales person. Less so this time as she did not seem to have much time to talk about the features of the car. When I suggested I was considering both the Prius and Prius C, after asking one question (do I travel much on vacations), she immediately dismissed the Prius C, just saying, "Oh, you need the Prius". I would have appreciated a bit more discussion on why the Prius C should not be considered or what the drawbacks might be of choosing the Prius C AS WELL AS what I would be giving up by going to the Prius (maybe I really WANT a smaller car!) When going for a test drive, she said she had to meet with someone and just handed me the keys and told me to go by myself. When I picked up the car, I was expecting to spend AT LEAST half an hour going over important things about the car. Got MAYBE 10 minutes.

In the past, I briefly worked for Tony Graham Toyota. Ever since then, I had made the decision that for my next car I wanted a Toyota and I wanted it from TGT. My girlfriend wanted to trade her car in recently, so I spoke to her about Rav4's and we reached out to Artur. Artur was great. He provided answers to my ongoing and growing list of questions... he did it during his working hours as well as after (Even on his day off). He got us an amazing deal on a vehicle that had been used for some test-drives and whatnot. We got a white Rav4 XLE 2020. The car itself is awesome, far superior to the vehicle that we traded in (dodge Journey, that was developing quite a few issues even though it was less than 5 years old and less than 50k km). The car itself is peppy, comfortable, has many great features, looks good, runs quietly, drives smoothly, etc etc... everything that you would expect from a Toyota. I was very happy with the service, the experience, and I'm very satisfied with the vehicle so far. There was an issue with a sensor on the vehicle (not uncommon when you buy a new car from anywhere). Artur organized the appointment to fix it at our soonest convenience, which was great. The service department was super kind and provided good and efficient service. The sensor was fixed very quickly and everything seems to be perfect. I highly recommend Tony Graham Toyota. As I previously stated, I had worked for the organization briefly in the past. They were very kind to me and I vividly remember how great management was to not only employees, but to accomodating customers as well. AJ and Chris were involved with the transaction, and they're a couple of beauties. I really enjoyed working under them, as well as dealing with them as a customer. And I don't believe that I got any more of a deal because I was a former employee, as I can recollect how accomdating they were to my customers in the past. I truly believe that Toyota's are worth every penny. The peace of mind of a reliable vehicle is worth the extra money compared to buying a "cheap" car. The TGT team really goes above and beyond for doing right by their customers. The value is excellent, the service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. They're not some dodgey company that will sell you junk. They do everything that they can to protect and enhance their already amazing reputation. And that's really important to me, and I think it should be for anyone considering what dealership to shop from. I haven't worked for the organization for a long time, and even when I did it was brief. Yet, I still always recommend friends and family to purchase vehicles from them - because I know what goes on outside of customers line of sight... and I know that they're fair, reasonable, and dedicated to creating lifelong relationships with their customers. Anyway, this was really longwinded. All this to say that Tony Graham Toyota is a great dealership, their service department is very convenient, their free coffee is delicious, and Artur gave really great service before and after the sale. Something I forgot to say: my girlfriend forgot a lucky charm in the old car and only realized days after we traded in her old car. Artur tracked it down and saved it for us (possibly on his day off?) - which was really great. I really appreciated his service and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. Also, Toyota's are far more affordable than I expected. Years ago, I had associated them with being for a far higher budget. They're very reasonably priced and worth what they cost you. I would agree that my opinion would be biased if I still worked for them today, but I haven't worked there in years and I stand by that statement. I hope if anyone reads this who is on the fence about shopping for a Toyota, I hope that you pull the trigger and check it out. The whole experience was very pleasant and my girlfriend is thrilled with her new vehicle and now I want to trade my car in for a Tacoma really badly. Anyway - thank you TGT, management, and Artur. You guys rock and I'm really happy with everything.

Incredible Experience! When I came into Tony Graham to test drive Used Vehicles I was met with absolute kindness and professionalism by the staff. Manager Mike Glinski kindly matched me up with vehicles to test drive which fit my needs from the get go. I was referred to Rick Hyman (Product Specialist), who treated me with such professionalism and knowledge about the cars and SUV's I was interested in that after two test drives I knew that I had found my next vehicle. The prices were so reasonable and Rick was able to explain everything I needed to know about the purchase I was making. Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. They have twice pulled a bait and switch and tried to charge me for things that were covered under warranty. Booked appointments at wrong dealerships and not honored verbal agreements. STAY AWAY. There is absolutely no clarity needed for my review. I was booked to a location I had never been to and was not told that was where I was supposed to go. The exact same excuse of being passed my service window was used on the previous tune up because they didn't have an appointment window for 3 weeks. I had asked Marco during the appointment booking if the tune was included and was told it was so it was a real "accommodation" on there part to try and charge me 50%.

One of the best Toyota dealers in Ottawa if you want better it's gorge Jackson's Toyota in Renfrew Ont. This review is few years old and requires updates. The last few visits are over an hour wait for oil and filter change, been doing oil here for 10years but as of late the wait times are crazy. Got rid of open pit for 30min max oil change so if you don't have 2hrs might want to chose another place as I am considering. So see your comments, Here agian told two hours????,only way to ensure good service is to leave your car here and bus home and back,no inconvenience there!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in a car dealership . They are not about customer service they are all about their commission . Very unprofessional , and if you are looking to purchase a car this is definitely not the spot you want to go to . This location will only try to sell you and not help you with your needs. Purchasing a car is an investment and it’s a lot of money , do the right thing and do not go to this location. There is a Toyota dealership in Kanata and the customer service is way better and they will actually help to fulfill your needs in a professional manner.

Great reputation, however I don't think I would buy here. I have been to the Hunt club location 5 times in the last year and have never been served. I think they are supposed to be in the business of sell vehicles though I have not experienced it. I don't subscribe to the idea of needing an appointment.

Donnie McGregor provided the right amount of information for both of us on the vehicules that were in stock at the dealership (we were told elsewhere that Rav4 hybrid are never in stock). Donnie was very patient with us, was not trying to push us with our decision and was very respectful. He was available for questions after our first visit. We have dealt with Tony Graham Toyota for quite some time. Our latest car purchase was another excellent experience. Everyone we dealt with in the process (Iham, Thomas, and Mary) was professional and friendly. We did not feel pressured at any time during the entire buying process. We were impressed that Tony Graham finished up our purchase by having someone (Luis) spend time with us going through the car to make sure we totally understood all the features and how they worked. That was a great finishing touch on Tony Graham Toyota's behalf. On top of that, being that we own another Toyota, we get to continue to have our car serviced at Tony Graham Toyota. Sam (the Service Manager) and his crew are simply awesome and I have always felt very comfortable having them maintain our car.

I had a delivery appointment booked for today at 4:00 pm ( Feb. 12, 20018) to pick up my new RAV4XLE. I was so pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the red carpet display! What a unique way to deliver a car to a customer! Luis Martinez thoroughly went through all the "official paperwork" and then really took the time to explain everything very carefully. Taking the time to point out key features and show me all the functions of the controls and where they were located was very helpful and appreciated. Terrible service, they will just tag you along the whole process without anything substantial being presented. It's the only dealership in the city that even with multiple phone calls between the sales person and I, spent the whole afternoon going back and forth, she still wouldn't give me the full price of the vehicle with taxes and all fees, and interest rate included. Every other dealership was transparent from the beginning with their prices, it felt like I had to battle with the sales person for her to tell me the full price of the car. She kept going back to the bi weekly payments, and would never include the taxes, and when she finally gave me the price of the car, she 'forgot' to include the interest rate in the quote. A complete waste of time. I spent more time with them than any other dealership and still couldn't get them to state the full cost of the vehicle, at the end I just gave up. They will play games with you and try to throw costs under the rug in order for you to accept.
This place rocks. I just got my 2020 Toyota Camry. The service is excellent these people go the extra mile for you to pay less than you bargained for. Yes pay less money than you agreed on. Thank you, first time at your store and it will not be the last time.
I have been servicing my 2012 Corolla here since new. Service experience has always been excellent. No problems, or issues. Any problems with the vehicle were dealt with promptly with no inconvenience to me. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I shopped around, and ended up buying a new Scion xB from Tony Graham. My sales-lady Qinghong Yin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, no pressure, and represented the Tony Graham Toyota brand perfectly. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to deal directly with Qinhong Yin (just ask for "Ching"). The sales process was smooth, and with her you will be well taken care of. Kris McFarland, the sales manager, was also very professional, and was eager to earn my business.

I had a great experience with Tony gram from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Brandon who made me feel welcome and made the process easy. Later dealt with curtis who was my as finance advisor and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very prompt at responding to emails. I finished with Luis upon delivery of the vehicle who was fantastic .
Our two year old Jeep was becoming an everyday driver, and that was turning expensive. Since we didn't want to spend more than $500/month just on fuel for one car, we started looking into alternatives. The Prius C was what we chose to replace it, and this dealer was the only one in the area who had one in stock. With that last fact in mind, we weren't expecting much movement on the price of the car (there wasn't) but they gave us a very attractive number for trade-in on the Jeep (which usually depreciate fairly quickly). Our salesperson, James Hum, was knowledgeable, courteous and followed up well on our behalf even after we signed the dotted line. The finance guy was pretty high pressure in trying to get us to add rust/fabric protection, as well as an extended warranty (which we wanted anyway), so that was a little annoying. Overall a successful transaction. Definitely happy with our purchase.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Tony Graham Toyota and am very displeased with the treatment and poor business ethics I was subjected to by the sales staff. Delivery was late by over a month, zero communications during that period. The car arrived lacking some of the options that were specified. Worst of all, because I had waited 3 months and was obviously motivated to complete the purchase Tony Graham decided to adjust the financials in their favour at the last moment. I was told 'take it or leave it' four times on the day I went in to complete the transaction. Do yourself a favour and find a better shop to deal with.

I was recently in another dealership to get my car serviced the previous week. During my visit I received horrible service and decided not to get my car repaired at that location. I then proceeded to call my regular dealership Tony Graham on Merivale road to inquire about the same fix. I was put through to one of there service members Fouad, where I was greeted by professionalism and also an apology regarding the other dealership which wasn't even expected. He greatly helped me through my problem and although I didn't end up going through with the fix he was extremely helpful. I even received a call back from him later that night with him Thanking me for choosing Tony Graham. There isn't enough customer service these days but I definitely found it here. And I will be a returning customer.

Unlike other car dealerships that pushed me towards new cars or leases that I could not afford they provided amazing service in the purchase of my used car. Just got my 2nd Toyota Sienna from Tony Graham. My 1st one was a used 2010 Sienna which I bought from Tony Graham too. When asked about the same salesman, I was informed he left. Felt a bit discomfort, but I was assisted by a great agent, Dily Larochelle. Dily was very helpful and was able to work around my needs, making sure that I got what I need within my budget. He is very friendly and is is great to work with and I would I highly recommend contacting him if you are looking for a car, he knows how to get you what you want. He also helped me with the financing options. Maryann Renaud the financial service manager was extremely friendly and super efficient... She knows her stuff!! I have been dealing with this dealership since 2013 and I highly recommend it for all your auto business!
Update 2018 02 01 So we have come a full circle. All the issues associated with the car have been addressed. The last step was handled by Sam the service manager. If you want to read the story below you can. Just remember that TGT did everything they said they would and I am a happy customer! ************** (Not so) Great and attentive staff. Willing to go the extra mile for customer service. Would recommend buying a car there. ******************* Update 2017-12-21. When they promise that "If you find anything wrong with the car within 7 days we will fix it free of charge" they don't really mean it. Our car's dash had two doors that fell off on our way home. Turns out that it's a $350 part. They will only pay $100 towards the part but charge me $60 for labor. So in other words, not "free of charge " We also have an issue with the front suspension and they first claimed that they couldn't hear the noise. I insisted and all of a sudden now they can hear it. Hmmm. Turns out we have a leaking strut but that too is too expensive for them to authorize. So after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment we now have to wait a week for the used car manager to return from his Christmas vacation. If we are lucky for him to honour the promise we will have to wait another 3 weeks for another service appointment and another day for me off work. Sorry guys for the bad review but but this is the reality of live reviews. If you are able to honour the promise of "no charge repairs" then I will edit this post to reflect that. In all honesty, if I wanted a 10 year old car with issues I could have payed A LOT less somewhere else. *************************************** Edit 2018-01-08 As promised, I am updating my review to reflect the latest interaction. I have just returned from the service department and the front end suspension issue has been resolved at no cost to me. The shuttle from and back was prompt and professional. I was hoping to give them a full 5 stars but Tony Graham is not budging in the dash doors being replaced. Unfortunately it falls under the "Too Expensive " clause to be repaired free of charge. If they had held true to their word and fixed "anything that is broken within 7 days" slogan I would have given them top marks. But backing up and telling me something is just too costly just doesn't cut it. But hey, if they read this and decide to reach out I have no problem once again editing my review. You have my word.

We have leased at least 4 cars from this dealership, over the past several years. We have never had any issues with any the sales people here. Ashley Wang, our current sales specialist, has always been honest with us, and has contacted us on several occasions as a follow-up...just to see how things are. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in managing your needs. As for the service department, I, unfortunately, can't provide the same type of review. We had used their Express Lube in the past, but, can't seem to find the right time over the past couple of years, where there is at least 30-45 min, for what could easily be a 9 min-job, and usually more thoroughly done elsewhere. Honestly, I have prepaid for 4 free oil changes, and have used 1 of them, in the past 2 years, ...as I rather pay for something and save time, then spend my entire morning for a free oil change.

Buying a car is stressful but Mahdi the salesman was very pleasant and did not pressure us. He was professional and easy to talk to and showed us the features of our new Corolla. He and AJ negotiated a price to our liking. Then Alex the finance guy was also very nice and we had a long chat about cars in general. Lastly Perry delivered the car to us and explained in detail all the features in a very pleasant and easygoing manner. Thank you all for a very positive buying experience. I just purchased a Hyundai Elantra 2012 like a week a go. The car is amazing and has all the services I requested for and the experience has been amazing. I want to thank Jody Kirkpatrick for her expertise in this domain. She introduced the car to us and explained the features and benefits of having that particular car. She went through with our paper work with speed and accuracy. She took her time to called and explain why this is that, the benefits of having any service and if there is any problem. We met with Nicole to discuss our interest in finding the right secondhand Prius v. She was friendly and professional and quick to let us know when one arrived on trade. It pushed all of our buttons... even colour! We were offered a fair value for our trade and they agreed to our requests for the car, including new Michelin tires, a navigation map update and winter floor mats. Nicole jumped through a lot of hoops to earn our business and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. On delivery day Luis gave us his full attention during a tour of the dealership, the paperwork and a demonstration of the car's features. We drove away very happy. In our experience, both Nicole and Luis are a credit to Tony Graham Toyota.
Just had a great experience at Tony Graham Toyota. Our salesperson was Brandon, very nice guy, super easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about all the models and during the test drive he was super thorough and informational. In the end, he showed us some great leasing and financing options. I’ve always believed in giving my local dealer the first opportunity to earn my business and they stepped up (as well as above and beyond ) to the plate. Even though I can be hard to reach I was followed up with diligently from start to finish and all of my questions were answered. There was only one model of the Tacoma I was interested in and being a very popular model I wasn’t sure that I could even get a discount. I was offered a fair value for my ford Edge trade in so I didn’t have to go through the pain of trying to sell privately. In addition i was able to negotiate a discount off the purchase price in addition to a great trade value. This made me feel that both my time and hard earned money was respected and valued. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience, from the negotiations, through the intricacies of the finance application and options available, to the hand over of the keys to my brand new Tacoma. I had a very unpleasant experience recently with Tony Graham Toyota. On May 13, I dropped by the dealership shopping for a minivan or SUV. I provided my credit card for a $500 deposit, although I was hesitant to do so. My wife and I were initially interested in a 2012 Highlander, but later focused on a 2015 Sienna, because we felt the Highlander had too much mileage. I took the Sienna for a short test drive on May 16. I then went in to work on a deal for the Sienna with business manager Jay Routliff. We talked for a while, but I was unsure about going ahead with the deal because of the 16.5 percent interest rate that I was being charged. The next morning, I told Jay that I would not be moving forward with the transaction. He told me to come in and pick up my deposit. That evening, I was told to talk to Used Cars manager Kris McFarlane. When I requested my deposit back, Mr. McFarlane hesitated, but then told me that I could not get back my full deposit. Mr. McFarlane said that I had created a flat tire on the right rear side and that would cost me $300. During the short 2 km test drive, I did not feel any flat tire and when I parked the vehicle, there was no flat tire. Mr. McFarlane dropped the price of the van by several thousand dollars in a desperate effort to get me to buy the vehicle, but I was not interested. He then told me that I would have a $300 credit for purchasing another vehicle within one year. I was very disturbed by this situation. On the evening of May 16, nobody told me that there was a flat tire. This information was given to me 24 hours later. It seemed as if the tire was defective to begin with. I want the $300 to be refunded to me. I would then be able to look at the Tony Graham dealership in a more favorable light, because I believe what was done to me was patently unfair. May 31- I was contacted today by Tony Graham General Sales Manager Dmitri Senkov. He is reimbursing me for the $300. I am satisfied with the manner in which Mr. Senkov resolved this situation and my respect for the Tony Graham dealership has been restored. I am pleased to say that Tony Graham will respond positively to consumer complaints.
My sister and I had a very great experience here. Parvir made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. She took her time to really help us out in finding a good car within our budget. She was always very friendly and was available to answer any questions we had. Parvir was very professional and did an amazing job in giving us a great Toyota experience. Luis the delivery specialist was very patient and kind to us. He explained and answered all our questions during the signing and other documentation process. He made sure to go through the features of our new car to make us feel comfortable. My sister and I came all the way from Orleans and we did not regret coming to the Tony Graham location. From the receptionist to every other staff, everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend this Toyota location to anyone looking to get a new car. Make sure to ask for Parvir when you get there, she’s an amazing and funny person!
We just bought a 2017 RAV4 from Tan Vo and he did a fantastic job taking our needs under consideration and providing the best options for us. This dealership has the worst customer service. So disappointed that this dealership and service center have forgotten it is about customer service. Im never going here again and suggest that others demand respect. Never recommend anyone to visit u. We walked around the empty showroom and didnt get approached by even one salesperson because all of them were in one room talking with each other and texting on their phones. I guess sales is not overly important to Tony Graham Toyota. I certainly cant endorse this experience. It is nice to be greeted and have someone interested to sell me one of their products. Oh well...i will try another dealership.
Our car kicked the bucket this week, and it was a stressful experience to say the least. The team at Tony Graham Toyota - including Shawn and Gord - were incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. They looked at our car even though we showed up without an appointment, and counselled us on our best options going forward. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our third time purchasing a vehicle from Tony Graham. The first time we met Kris by chance and we were so happy with the service that we sought him out for our next purchase. I have 2 toyotas: Highlander and Tundra. For more than 2 years i have been serviced at Tony Graham Toyota in Kanata and couod jot be more happy. Just once i took my Haghlander for regular service to another dealership, not Tony Graham and was ripped off for absolutely useless service. They literally lubricated just a couple parts and charged me $300. I did not jave any issues and never asked to look at anything. That was very disappointing. So ever since I take my cars only to Tony Graham In Kanata. Another good experience i had here was when i had to repair my car when i run over a boulder on a road. They fixed my car and made a detailing. It was a nice surprise. I am really happy and highly recommend Tony Graham Toyota in Kanata.

I bought a used car from Tony Graham Toyota. Paul Keefe was the sales associate who helped me. He was easy to work with and accommodated my busy schedule. I was always in a hurry and Paul was able to meet at times that were convenient for me. He clearly explained all the options and had a great knowledge of the current inventory, which helped me narrow down my search. I purchased a 2011 Corolla and I am very, very happy with it.
Just had my 2011 Rav4 in for service and a detail. Vehicle has 300,000kms so it was time to get every fluid changed on it, changed all the filters while i was at it and decided to get it's first detail. The car looks almost new! They even shampooed the ceiling! The service was fast and professional and I am very pleased with the work done
Currently had a service done on my Toyota Corolla. The lady who assisted me upon arrival informed me my bill for the day would be 193, to which I agreed to that cost. When I retrieved my vehicle the cost was 406, double to what I agreed to. When I talked to their service manager, he recognized that they could have been more forthcoming about the cost, and then offered nothing for the additional 200 I paid. This is the kind of sneaky sales man tactic that I have never appreciated.
Sales person, Mr Hum, was great - low key, patient and very knowledgeable. He showed us the various options, and demonstrated them on the test drives. Very satisfied with the experience and the sale. Mr. Curtis provided all details for sales information. Mr Mason took me through the new features (after 10 yrs there are quite a few improvements and changes. Staff were all helpful and pleasant.

Kudos to Toyota Roadside Assistance and to Tony Graham Service! On the Saturday afternoon of Labour Day weekend, the tire pressure warning on our 2018 Prius Technology came on. On arriving at home in Ottawa some minutes after the light came on, I discovered that the tire on the front driver side was flat. The tow truck from Roadside Assistance arrived about half an hour after I called (the telephone agent told me it would be about 50 minutes) and towed the car and me, at no charge, to Tony Graham. I arrived one hour before the service department closed for the long weekend. I had called ahead, so they knew I was coming. They removed the tire, which was unrepairable. Tony Graham Service Department replaced the tire before they closed for the weekend, less than three hours after I’d noticed the warning light while driving home on the 417. The weekend was saved, as well as not having to wait until Tuesday or later to have the car back in running order! Thanks to all involved! By the way, the tire pressure warning light was a godsend and should never be ignored. I couldn't tell from the way the car was handling or sounding, at 417 speeds (around 100 kph), that there was any problem, so I drove home for another 10 minutes or so, thinking maybe the warning light was defective. Until I parked the car in the garage and saw the tire ... which was quite noticeably flat. I am amazed at how well the Prius handled at that speed with a flat tire, but I'll never ignore that light again! Fortunately the wheel rim itself wasn't damaged, only the tire rim. Not to mention no accident having resulted on the highway. The Prius is the fifth Toyota I've owned since 1974 (never having owned any other make of car since that year), and the third I've purchased at Tony Graham. I won't consider any other make of car.
Had a great experience, I went to the dealership in Kanata 4 times and could not get anyone to talk to and even had to ask for a brochure. I went to the Scion dealership, told Sunny what I was looking for , in less than an hour the deal was done (included test drive). I told Sunny that I wanted to know the total price and in less than 5 minutes he was back with the total. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was clean and all the extras that I purchased were installed. Sunny ensured that everything was ready when I got there, including handing me the touch up pen that I requested with the vehicle. It was a great experience compared to the last new vehicle I bought at another dealership, where the car was not ready and it did not even get a fully tank of gas. If you go to Scion Toyota, ask for Sunny.

Nice experience at delivery. Luis did a great job. if i had to comment on improvements, i would suggest a bit less time at the table and a bit more time at the car. Particularly, a few bottons/indicators were missed, and the use of cell phones (specially Android) with the system, which requires additional app downloads needs to be explained.
Was in late last night with the intention not to buy, just to look around. All staff were very helpful and polite. The young greeter girl (didn't catch her name) made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely return when I am ready to make the purchase.
I was interested in buying a new vehicle and first thought of Toyota as I have an older model Corolla. The service I received from Tony Graham Toyota was great! Even though he works in Financial Services and not Sales, Wesley was fantastic in helping me decide what Toyota vehicle was best for me. Wesley also expand the differences between leasing and financing which was completely new information to me. He did a though analysis of what options and add ons worked best for me! Pedro was also very helpful in going on a test drive and advising me on the car's features. Both took the time to explain what Toyota models were available and what each had to offer me. I ended up purchasing the 2020 Corolla. When I picked it up, Perry helped me with all the documents and everything was straight forward. Perry then went through the car's features with me again which I needed as it had been a couple weeks since my test drive. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received!
Very poor service. Took my corolla for the second maintenance after which a voice appeared from front tire. Took it second time, they said they fixed. Then realized that the same problem, took it 3rd time. On my way to salon had a tire puncture. Instead of compensate for an inconvenience they claimed $50 for that which I clearly refused.

I love TGT! I've been going there since I moved to Ottawa 6 years ago. I'd give a 5/5 except on the sales side of things, they can be a bit "hungry" to sell the extras. I know that's where they make the money, but it can be a little much. I suspect, though, that this would be the same at pretty much any dealership. The folks on the sales and closing end, though, are very nice and they do make you feel like your patronage is very important. The service department is fabulous. They have awesome hours of service and the folks there are always so nice and helpful. I love the Tony Graham Rewards program, too - it saved me over $600 on my latest vehicle, on top of the freebies I've gotten over the course of the past few years as I've had my cars serviced. I'd definitely recommend TGT!!

If you have a choice to go elsewhere for service please do! Not happy with the quality of service provided and at a premium cost. Started experiencing issues within 2 weeks of my service that should have been caught during my 8000km service. This issue did not happen overnight but rather over a long period of time. If there was a concern it should have been brought to my attention and in this case it was not. I have read reviews that go on about the great hours, free coffee and wifi and if those perks are what you are looking when getting your vehicle serviced...Tony Graham has you covered but if you value knowing your vehicle was serviced professionally with all safety and maintenance concerns taken care of.... I recommend going elsewhere!

I had to buy a car rather quickly after a recent accident, Tan over at Tony Graham on merivale road gave me the best price I could find in the city and was very polite and very helpful. The staff members are much nicer than the other dealerships I've been to and overall my experience was amazing.
We bought our first car from Tony Graham about a month ago. Buying your first car can be daunting. My mother has been buying or leasing cars through Tony Graham for around 30 years. For that reason and because of several other recommendations we made an appointment to try to get a clear idea of what was available to us. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The goal of the sales staff was to find the vehicle and the price range that worked best for us. Nothing was pushed on us, we were encouraged to take our time, and the honest advice of everyone we dealt with at Tony Graham helped us make a choice that I believe we'll be happy with for years to come.
We came to this dealership and interacted with Hong. She came off as incredibly busy and made us feel as if we were a nuisance. She was very rude when we were trying to negotiate and told us our deal was impossible (our negotiation was fair and was accepted elsewhere). When we decided that the deal would not go through, she was disrespectful. We were quickly rushed out and do not feel comfortable seeing her again.
My wife and I went to Tony Graham to buy a Corolla and were lucky to have Tan Vo as our sales representative. He was very courteous, accommodating and professional, and answered all our questions. We got a great deal on the Corolla too (Thanks Tan)!!! Curtis (the financial advisor) was excellent as well. Overall, fantastic experience buying my first car at a dealership. I know where I will go when I buy my next car!!!
I would give this dealer a zero star if that was possible. I went here to test drive a used 2015 Civic Si. I was greeted by the ladies at the front very politely and the sales associate I was "assisted" by was Rick Hyman. The test drive went well. While on the test drive another employee checked out my car for a trade in. When I returned from the test drive we went in to negotiate a price. I offered a decent price that was quickly shut down and they wanted full asking price with no room to negotiate. No problem with that, as that is up to them. As I am about the leave Rick was holding my keys pressuring me to buy the car. The gentleman in the finance office rudely yells out in front of another client they were working with into the floor where I was standing saying he will lower the price without the winter tires as I quote "you would never know there was winter tires if they were not in the car" (There were advertised in the Kijiji ad). Upon getting my keys back I could not find my car in the parking lot and I had to go back in to ask where they parked my car, which was at the opposite side of the dealership. I was very disappointed with the service and found it very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car here, however if you do, definitely don't purchase it from Rick Hyman.
I grew up in a Toyota Family and have only owned Toyota's. The Tony Graham Facility is amazing but the customer service i received from Parvir. She never mentioned to us that our Vehicle only came with one car Starter. We assumed it came with two key and two starters. The day we get our vehicle she says no i told you there is only one.... Management stepped in and gave us a second set for free. She also never mentioned to us the option of putting warranty on our tires. I wish we did as 3 weeks after we picked up the vehicle we got a flat. (Run flat tires so that was a lost....) After i received my vehicle i had many other questions and never got responses from Parvir. I called left voicemail's and also emailed. I currently use there facility for my vehicle maintenance services and i am very happy with customer service, & quality of work I have received.

This was my first time leasing a vehicle, and it was not a good experience. Went to see a Sales Representative named Iham who I was referred to by a second party. Tony Graham Toyota did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock so they had to search elsewhere. Iham let me know that it may take weeks to a month to arrive. I was ok with it as long as he kept me updated, which he said he would do. Iham never called to update me. I had to call him every week to get an update, sometimes more than once a week. And every time I called he lead me on with a prediction of when the car should arrive. Eventually I got fed up and asked to speak with a Manager. Coincidentally Iham answered and confirmed the arrival of my car. All of this happened within the span of a month. I was not upset at how long it took, but at the lack of communication. That month of waiting with no solid update cost me money as I was continuing to pay my car insurance and a parking spot. The day I picked up my vehicle, I expressed my frustration to Wesley White who I believe was one of the Floor Managers. He was able to offer two free oil changes. It's not much but it's better than the trinkets he originally offered. So I left feeling a little better, but was not as ecstatic to have my new car after all that I went through. My frustration grew even after I had my vehicle for a few weeks. I had questions about my car and asked to speak with Perry, who showed me the ins and outs of my car the day I received my keys. Called multiple times and left messages with no return. To add, I went to Service Ontario to get a refund on my license plates. Again, this was my first time leasing so the whole license plate process is new and unfamiliar to me. It was Sept. 13 when I went to sign the papers with Iham, and I had told him multiple times that I still have a set of license plates from my old vehicle. The sticker was expiring on October 17 but it didn't cross my mind to mention it. Iham disregarded everything I said and got me a new set of plates anyway to which I had to pay for. He instructed me to get a refund at Service Ontario. So when I went to do this, the Service Ontario employee notified me that you don't get a refund on plates, just stickers. I explained my situation to them and they told me Toyota was negligent and over charged me. They stated things like this happen often. I am partly to blame as I did not mention my expiring sticker to Iham, but my expectations for a Sales Associate is to cover all bases so things like this don't happen. Immediately, I called Toyota and spoke to Wesley White and explained my situation, to which he apologized but could not do anything for me. I asked to speak to someone higher up, to which he replied he would bring the issue to his boss instead, and that if his boss did not contact me it meant there was nothing that could be done. I had a feeling he didn't bother taking it to his boss so I decided to call in to speak to a Sales Manager myself. I left a message for Jennifer Oldford, a Sales Manager, and called mutiple times, with no response. Also called and left a message with another Sales Manager who I can't remember the name of, that ended with the same result. I've given up. It's all been so draining. But hopefully this helps with anyone who's trying to decide which Toyota dealership to go to. Highly would not recommend this location, or working with the named individuals above. Late Update: I followed up with AJ after he responded to my review. He stated there was nothing he could do about the situation and claimed I threatened staff so he was not inclined to give me any free oil changes. After hearing my frustration he offered two coupons, both only enough to cover one oil change. It's not much. But I had to take what I could get for such an unsatisfactory experience. Will continue to update my experience for the duration of my lease.
Great experience buying a new Tacoma from start to finish. James Hum was a zero pressure salesperson and helpful with the process. Chris Burton in parts was great to deal with for the accessories I needed and very knowledgable with all the products they offer. Shaun O'Connor answered all my warranty questions and was able to get my truck into the shop right away to have the accessories installed.One of the mechanics Tyler was able to answer all my technical questions and made me feel good about the vehicle I was choosing. The truck has been awesome so far and these guys made everything easy.

For Toyota this dealership and service centre have been here for a long time and every time I go, I've found service so friendly. They seem to have added service managers of some sort to their roster which give you a very personal feel to the service call which I love. Inside its under Reno bur even still, it's clean and nicely laid out. Prices are average and they are detail oriented in their report of various tests when I got my emissions precheck done.
Artur was our salesman and he was wonderful getting answers to our questions and following up - all without pressuring us to make a decision. All the staff at Tony Graham on Merivale were wonderful to us. All very friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend this automobile dealership.

I dont think anyone should be going here until the right actions have been taken towards John Moutsatsos, The man threatened to KILL ME for trying to take back my cheque he told me he was going to use for his PERSONAL USE. Ive contacted the General Manager and got no response yet, and currently speaking with CBC news to release this story, I do have recordings of all of this as well. this has effected me greatly, and I dont wish this happening to my WORST enemy.

Beware Buyer Beware BAD experience Sign nothing before you have thoroughly checked it. We had the worst experience of our car buying life in this (in my opinion )poorly run place. Do not believe the promise, Do not sign until you have show your paper to an accountant or someone who is on your side and not there to get as much money from you as they can and treat you poorly. We went to lease a car and trusted that what we agreed with the sales person was what was going to be on the paper. Once we where in the little uncomfortable room with the sales manager we where under the impression that all will be as the agreement with the sales person. In full trust and good faith we looked forward to our new $67000.00 purchase. Once back at home we noticed that the trained sales manager had manged to twist the contract to confuse us and charge us for the pro missed reductions and discounts, charged us for unnecessary insurance and list of things we could not understand. Once confronted they would not take the time to explain and if any explanation was given it was not with patience and nor with clarity. We manged to cancel our contract simply because of their lack of professionalism and in our opinion for lack of respect for the clients money. We purchased the same car with better options for thousands of $s less in another Toyota dealer where being a part of the family and honesty is their foremost intentions and they were as transparent as possible. We will never go to Tony Graham Toyota and will not recommend it to any one. Save yourself from tears and heartache and do your research and reach for other companies. My two cent will save you thousands.

I came several times to service my old Toyota, which was always done to my satisfaction and well explained. However, it was the first time that I bought a car on my own, as my late husband always did this. The salesman John Moutsatsos was great at explaining all the options. The exchange and purchase process was very smooth. Once I received the new car, John took care to re-explain the features, install Bluetooth, set mirrors and seat, etc. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.

I worked with Luis Martinez who was very helpful and professional. We spent all afternoon on Wednesday looking at vehicles and options and I came away with a great deal on my first Toyota. Luis fully explained the options and answered all of my questions. It was an enjoyable experience. Dale Thompson was also very helpful by explaining the details on the multitude of available warranties as well as setting up the financing.

PLEASE DON"T GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE. I'm never the person to complain about customer service but this place real ruined my day. I paid for a new battery to which they gave me an old one only to stop working a week after. They also charged me for services they didn't do, which I didn't even ask for in the first place. they have now given me a "new battery" but I'm pretty sure I will be going for battery replacement with them soon. I was really disappointed because I paid so much money for them to only play with my car. Did I also mention the price we spoke over the phone double after they finished "fixing" the car and couldn't explain to me why. I just wish they would do business better not love money so much.

Very good service. Tom Doyle was friendly and folksy, but I appreciate his attentiveness the most. I was interested in one car, mentioned curiosity about the Hybrid, so he suggested I take that for a test ride as well. I wound up purchasing the Hybrid. Tom was very attentive. I didn't take all of his suggestions but a couple really met my needs. His strength is in listening. While taking possession of the car, Luis Martinez took me through the final paperwork and showed me key highlights in the manual. I know where to go for the key information I'll need. He brought the car indoors on a wintry day for the final inspection. In comfort, I was able to learn from Luis about how to operate the many features of the car. As the Hybrid has special features, I appreciated Luis showing me how I could read the use and efficiency of the Hybrid system. As a caution there are many options presented, from car trimmings to financing to tires. I suggest researching vehicles before going in. There were a couple of decisions I didn't anticipate. That is normal, but having a strong idea of what I wanted helped me deal with surprises and a few dozen options presented to me.
Best Parts and Service department in Ottawa! I Ordered a hitch with wiring, and 2 replacements parts for the Tailgate. No issue for parts arriving on expected ETA set out by dealership. The installed parts quickly and washed my Rav as well. Thank you Tony Graham Toyota.
Staff upon being greeted were friendly and our salesperson Hong was very helpful and personable. I test drove a 2011 Corolla to find that the clutch was slipping. Not the end of the world - had they offered to replace it I more than likely would have purchased the car. Upon passing, our salesperson stopped the used car manager who was very ignorant. She simply stated the vehicle needs a clutch and he replied "I highly doubt that, I'll try it on dry pavement. Not the right car for them." The salesperson also pointed out the rust on the vehicle (not myself) and he stated "I suppose the pictures online don't do any justice or they decided not to look at them." In all of this, the car manager failed to introduce himself or even simply make eye contact. Very belittling and condescending.
My leasing experience with Tony Graham Toyota was excellent. Tan Vo from the sales team was very helpful and accommodating through the process. l like Tony Graham Toyota so much that when l wanted to get a new car, l went back to them for a 2nd Toyota. They have very convenient service hours -- you can drop off your car in the evening and pick it up the next morning. They have shuttle service, and a large comfortable waiting space. Their service has always been good and reasonably priced. Give them a visit.
I have bought(or leased) three cars in 5 years through the sells person, Mrs. Hong Fu. She is a very good sells person with warm heart, patient and professional manner. I felt that she treated the customers in the same manner both before and after sale. I would like to ask her some advice if I want to buy a car and she is always available to help even she is very busy. I think it befitted both Tony Graham and the customers because of her hard work. Also, Thanks General Manager, Matt (not sure spelling is right), for giving me a lot of help for both before and after sale. I would say both Matt and Hong are the real sells people I would like to trust.

I must say I am very impressed with my new Corolla XSE. The Corolla has always been a very good reliable vehicle. The 2020 XSE takes it to another level. It is now actually fun to drive! The delivery specialist Perry Mason was very knowledgeable about explaining the cars features including Toyota's safety sense. Overall dealing with Tony Graham was a very enjoyable experience!
I recently purchased a 2016 RAV 4 from your dealership. This is the 4th used vehicle that I have purchased from Tony Graham Toyota in the past 20 years or so. This purchase and service was as expected, I was helped along my purchase by Jad Salem who did an excellent job all the way through the process. On the date of delivery, Jad even spent some time with me in the new used vehicle helping me program the audio system as well as programing the cell phone to the vehicle. With service like his, it's no wonder I keep going back to Tony Graham Toyota. I should note that I appreciated the fact that a few days later, Jad took the time to see how the vehicle was handling and wanted to make sure that I was totally satisfied with it's performance Needless to say that yes I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and more than appreciated Jad's professionalism in dealing with me and taking the time and trouble to follow up on this sale. We had a terrible experience with one of their representative, Hong. The test drive went well but as soon we starting discussing our options the sales representative was pushing us to make a decision right away. The employee showed no respect once we said that we needed some time to decide. I am disappointed to receive such a horrible service Tony Graham. Decided not to step back their again. Ended up buying a different make just up the road where they treated us with much more respect that everyone of us deserve.
My partner and I recently had a very negative experience at this Toyota dealership. We purchased a used 2017 Toyota Corolla LE (which so far has been great, no complaints there) and dealt with Jessica. The car had a large scratch on the drivers side, but we needed the car that weekend . After some negotiating, Jessica and her sales manager Kris Macfarlane agreed to the arrangement that we could take our car for two days to meet our personal obligations, and we could bring the car in the following Monday morning to have the door repaired. At the time that we made this agreement, we asked about timeline for the repair to make sure it wouldn't interfere with any plans we had and were repeatedly assured that it would take a maximum of 2-3 days, with Friday of the same week being the absolute latest, but definitely no later than that. After not hearing anything for days, we contacted them to follow up and they gave no indication that the car wouldn't be ready by the agreed upon time. Friday afternoon rolls around and still haven't heard anything, and when we call we're told it won't be ready until the following Monday. The most disappointing part of our experience was the way that Kris Macfarlane handled the situation. I spoke with him to see if there was anything they could offer, as I had very important family engagements in Toronto that weekend (which is why I originally clarified multiple times with them that the car would be ready in time). Also note that this was just a door that needed to be repainted, nothing major at all. I missed a bridal shower for which I am part of the wedding party, as well as leaving a family member with dementia who lives alone unsupervised for an entire day as it would have been my responsibility to visit her that weekend. Kris was extremely manipulative and blamed the situation on myself, telling me that I shouldn't have agreed to to the arrangement in the first place. He offered nothing in exchange, no voucher for a rental car and no loaner for the weekend. I ended up cancelling all my obligations at the last minute and was very embarrassed. When I escalated to Dimitri, the general manager, I was also offered nothing, not even a free oil change or tire change for the winter. It was definitely a testament to how little this car dealership and the sales reps and managers care about customers once they have already gotten their money. If you have any respect for yourself and your time, I would urge you to not deal with Tony Graham Toyota, because they will not offer any respect. I was shocked at how our situation was handled, and am still left wondering why no one could have bothered to pick up the phone and let us know in advance that our car wouldn't be ready. They knew it wouldn't be ready and still insisted on not letting us know. I could have tried to make alternate arrangements and not let my friends and family down - this was such an avoidable situation, yet Jessica and Kris continuously and explicitly made decisions that left the customer stranded, without a single thought about it. I ultimately asked the general manager that Kris apologize, as he was the person who was the most disrespectful and careless but of course I didn't even get that. Overall, just left feeling disappointed and powerless. Please try literally anywhere else! I will say that Jessica was the only positive part of our experience, so the one star is credited solely to her just because she was friendly and seemed to genuinely feel bad about the situation they caused for us. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Kris, who proved himself to be the epitome of a slimy used car salesman. If you do choose to buy a car from here, at the very least try to avoid dealing with him in particular.

Hi, I did purchase a new Sienna from them. The service was excellent. My sales person was Luis Martinez. He was excellent from the first meeting till the end of the key handover. Very good reliable person. Very honest in everything.
I was buying a new Sienna FWD LE (2017). Since I initially was planning to use it for 10 years and more, I also inquired on available extra features for comfort (like remote engine starter and ceramic windows tint) and packages to prolong the minivan's life (like Body-Gard program and clear film protector for hood and front bumper). Since it was February, I also wanted to get it with nice looking set of alloy winter wheels. Many may find that I am a quite meticulous guy, which actually helps me in my work. So I really had many questions on how every detail works and suggested lots of "what-if" scenarios to my sales assistant Tan Vo. I can say I had several appointments and finally explored (got answers on) every sentence of the Body-Gard program and every feature. The trickiest questions were answered by the sales manager Dmitri and the answers were not just formal/hackneyed phrases. The answers revealed the substantial logic of every point and feature. This absolutely helped me to become determined in what I needed and what could be excluded to save money. I also communicated with parts and service departments. I was pleased to talk with Gord (assistant service manager) and others. I should say I was not in a hurry and ordered the minivan (of a certain trim and color) a month in advance. I was finally happy to get what I wanted without sad surprises. Generally the atmosphere in the dealership was quite friendly and sincere as in a good team. My observation is that the head - Dmitri is a good manager and the "body" is good too.
Very happy with Service from Tony Graham, I want to thank the Service Manager at Tony Graham (I believe his name is Sam) who went above and beyond to help me sort out the problem with the memory seats on my new Toyota Rav 4 Prime a few weeks ago. I bought a Rav 4 Prime from a dealership out of town (1.5 hours away) due to the limited availability of the car. A day after getting the car, when back at home in Ottawa, I noticed the memory seat feature was not working. After researching online I figured that the dealership I bought the car from may have missed a step in the PDI. Not wanting to drive all the way back to the out of town dealer I called the Toyota dealership up the road in Orleans and figured they would fix the problem for me quickly. Unfortunately, the dealer (Orleans Toyota) didn't want to help which I couldn't believe (the car is less than two days old) and said I would have to bring it back to the original dealer which meant I would have to take a day off of work and drive 1.5 hours each way to get this sorted out. After asking the original dealer's Service manager for help and asked him to call Orleans Toyota they came back and again said Orleans Toyota didn't want to help. The out of town dealership offered to send someone to pickup the car and bring it back to their dealership to fix the issue. I wasn't keen on having someone drive my car all the way back there. Flustered, I asked the service manager from the original dealer to call Tony Graham and see if they would help. Less than an hour later Sam called from Tony Graham and asked me when it would be convenient for me to bring in the car and said he would get it sorted out. True to his word a few days later I brought in the car and Sam met me at the bay and offered me coffee and said he would get his tech to fix the issue. About an hour later Sam met me with his Tech, said they fixed the issue (minor programming issue) and walked me to my car so I could setup the seat the way I liked. This was excellent service and I was truly impressed by Sam's genuine willingness to help. I told Sam I will be bringing my Rav 4 to Tony Graham for all future servicing and I will also be looking for a new Tundra in a year or two and will definitely give Tony Graham a call at that time. Thanks again Sam for your help. I truly appreciated it and I hope to do business with you and your dealership for years to come!
Kanata tony graham. I purchased a used vehicle and was happy with the service however once paper work is signed Problems arose. I have received no call backs after nurmwous phone calls and emails. I recommend not buying used from this location. I bought the car 1 day later wife notice a chip I. The windshield, called them told me to take it to service, after an hour was told used car manager needs to approve and will call me back. No call back 4 days later tail light went out which should be a safety issue. Called no response, went on vacation for a week sent an email and still to this day not one response hope this initiated some sort of customer service from the used car section of Toby graham? Very disappointed.

Visited the Tony Graham location to view a vehicle that recently came out, the store was clean, had a great vehicle selection however our only complaint was the sales representative they sent to us, Jose. We've visited around 4-5 dealerships now to view 3 different vehicles from different companies and our experience with only Jose was unprofessional and disappointing whilst the others excelled. Firstly, Jose was unfamiliar with the area and did not attempt to give us a route to take to test drive the vehicle, he did not even try to help us find a test drive route/route back to the dealership. Back at the dealership, Jose was unprofessional in the manner he spoke with us and quite rude. He was visibly was red, and started speaking in an unprofessional manner. He asked us if we were interested in purchasing the vehicle and if we had any other cars we were looking at. When we told him that we had to consider the difference between cars we were viewing as another one we were looking at was significantly cheaper. He failed to listen to us carefully, we asked if there was a discount if we paid cash, he said no and we understood, we said numerous times in an attempt to clear the confusion as he kept thinking we were asking for a $5000 discount when we were saying something completely different. The other car company we were viewing has a promotional canadawide discount on a 2018 model and the dealership was also offering a big discount that was $5000. He insinuated that we were lying about the price (all in), saying countless times he bet that it isn't true/that it was a lie and that it did not include taxes even though, we told him numerous times that it was true, it was a price that included everything. As customers viewing vehicles, we had to consider two things, the price/quality of the vehicle to us. If the difference between vehicles is for example around $5000 difference (new to new) we have to consider the options and we politely addressed our concerns to Jose. I think there was miscommunication, however to have a sales representative act in the manner Jose did, made us feel unwelcome while Jose acted as if he were high and mighty insinuating we were liars as he laughed numerous times to our face saying he bet it didn't include this or that. I think this was the improper way to deal with a customer and I sincerely hope management can work on improving Jose so he can be his best version. Edit: Since I posted my review, management has followed us via a response. I appreciate how proactive the management has been to rectify the situation and improve our relations. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! This was by far the worst and most stressful experience I think I will ever go through car shopping. The gentlemen that work at Tony Graham Toyota on Hunt Club Road are the most arrogant and unprofessional group of individuals I've ever met. After having deciding on a used 2010 Corolla I decided that it was best to find something newer in the price point I was in as it was possible due to their large inventory. I found what I thought was a great used 2013 Corolla. Perfect, signed the paperwork and was pretty excited. From there on after the lack of communication on my "business manager's" behalf was pitiful. Granted he was "in training" it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and proved his complete incompetence by sending paperwork to the wrong place, not even being able to write my phone number down properly, etc. It was embarrassing. When I finally called him to tell him I wanted to cancel the sale when they refused to help me out after I had been inconvenienced due to his mistake, he seemed almost elated and was way more informative in how to conduct a refund for my deposit than how to fix this situation and maintain the sale. When I went into the dealership on Monday for my refund the Used Car Manager Mike G. was a complete as***** who didn't even take the time to try and salvage the sale and inquire as to why we were cancelling it. He barely spoke two words to me. This was by far the WORST customer service I had ever experienced. So - that same Monday afternoon I went to Mendes Toyota on Bank Street, got real numbers and advice from the Sales Manager there and by Wednesday I had the paperwork approved, completed and ready to go. I bought a new 2014 Corolla from Mendes and couldn't be happier with the honesty and professionalism they exude. This is an honest review - go to Mendes and run far, far away from buying a car from Tony Graham Toyota on Hunt Club.
Had great services for the past couple of years until bringing my 2018 Corolla in for a fuel pump recall in Jan 2021. Got the car back with major starting issues that were not present prior to dropping it off. After running a Blue Driver diagnostics scan and ruling out battery issues, I provided them with the two persistent engine codes that came up in the scan (P1603 - Engine Stall History & P1604 - Startability Malfunction). After calling their service advisor to discuss this I was told it was simply a battery issue and I just needed to take it for a long drive. I then drove it for over an hour and it still will not start properly. Will be taking it to a different Toyota dealership to deal with this further, as not only myself but my friends and family have had nothing but negative service experiences here.

The sales here are not willing to do business and they do not make eye contact to an extend they do not even give me a chance to greet them. The moment I walked in they started to size me up but no one would bother to talk to me. I asked the reception for a sales rep and guess what, the same sales person who just walked by me, like I was't there, was called to deal with me but he was not willing to provide pricing structure or to show me features of the two sedans I was there to look at. He even said"I am very busy" and I was like , well, sorry to bother you. I ended up with a Mazda a few days later.
Overall pretty good experience, considering I generally don’t like going through the car buying and negotiating process. Had been to other Toyota dealerships and this was the clear winner. The part owner was Hassan Khatheer and he took care of us, and really liked Mohamed Banay.
Wesley White was an extremely attentive, informative and kind sales representative. He did not pressure us at all and provided an adequate comparison of cars from other manufacturers. He knew his cars well and negotiated with respect. Pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

This is the second car we have purchased from Tony Graham. Arthur was helpful and informative when we were test-driving several cars. Mary clearly explained the paperwork. My husband wanted to know more about one of the chemicals used on the upholstery. She got back to him promptly with the information. We met with Luis when we picked up the car. I appreciated it when he sat in the car with us and explained the instrument pannel. We discovered the car only came with one key so Arthur and Luis arranged for me to have a loaner while another was made. The dealership was pretty busy on the Saturday we were choosing the car. We had to wait a while to do the paperwork. It was nice to have all those coffees available and cookies too.

My 89 year old father made an appointment this past Saturday for a wheel alignment and a tuneup. He arrived at the scheduled time 8:45 and told the service adviser that he needed the car back by noon. At 11 am he received a call saying his car would be ready by noon. Five minutes later he got a call and was told it wouldn't be ready at noon but would be ready at three pm. At 3 pm he showed up at the service desk and was told that the service for his car hadn't been started. He then waited and the work was finished at 4:55 pm. The problem is that he wanted a tune-up and they did a service check, no tune up. Dad was upset, told the service guy what he thought and left. On Monday he called the service manager explained the situation and was told by the service manager that he would check with the service adviser and would get back to him that day. He didn't. And he didn't on Tuesday either. So this is how they treat a senior citizen. They provide work that wasn't asked for. They don't reply to concerns. And their service adviser doesn't know that tune ups are not required for vehicles before 200,000 kms. The much vaunted Toyota creed of treating our customers well and doing the work right the first time has taken a hit. Most importantly they are disrespectful of our seniors. If you are thinking about getting any service done here expect that it won't be done right the first time and you will wait and wait for them to decide to start the work, appointment be damned. Go elsewhere!

From the day one (the first time I have the opportunity to access and experience a hybrid car) till the final day of closing the deal and picking up the nice, well cleaned, well maintained used car, John provides fantastic and very professional services, in terms of patience and all detailed introduction of the hybrid technology, all nice features equipped with the car, smooth transfer the ownership, and all well arrangements in the whole process (two test drivings, provided all detailed maintenance and repair history of the car, detailed and informative financial and insurance options, picked up me for final deal closing at the dealership and enjoyably drive away the car from the dealer, etc.). I bought a Rav 4 XLE. My main contact was Tan Lo. I also dealt with Jennifer Oldford, Curtis Munro and Perry Mason. All were most pleasant and professional and my experience with them was very positive. My one regret is that when it came time to close the deal I was not able to deal with whoever was making decisions for Tony Graham. Thus I was unable to form a personal bond with my opposite number in one of the biggest negotiations of my life, which would have greatly strengthened my bond to the Tony Graham dealership.

My wife and I bought a new car from Tony Graham Scion Toyota on Merivale road and had a great experience. We did a lot of homework comparing other cars and dealerships, especially their customer service, and found Tony Graham`s excellent. Our salesman Ian was very patient and answered all our questions and even made suggestions when performing comparisons. He was honest and very hard working. Their service centre is open to 2am! What other dealership can boast that? I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to visit their dealership and talk to their staff.
Horrible experience!!! Incredibly expensive service!!! Was charged over $800 for the customer service. Was only telling the parts needs replaced but was not telling why. Ridiculous. Very angry!!! Wanted to replaced the brake for over $1500 but refused. Will never come back again. Feeling completely cheated!!!
Use at own risk. Service department botched a simple job, damaging my new vehicle. The damage required a 2 day fix at the collision centre. Nothing but a "sorry about that" from both Tony Graham Toyota and Toyota Canada. Buyer beware!

We were able to make a good decision in a very short period of time. The whole experience went very well and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Tony Graham.
I dealt with Mahdi Najem who is both a Product Advisor and Finance Consultant (such a great setup) and from the first communication over email he was quick to respond, helpful and respectful. He did not do what most sales reps do which is get you to call or they ignore any electronic communication. He took my query seriously and worked with me and with my timeline. He secured the vehicle for me, gave me sound advice, was open and honest. Clearly Tony Graham Toyota pride themselves on being 100% customer focused and despite the chip shortage and very low inventory, they are not taking their future customers for granted. I cannot be more pleased with Tony Graham Toyota and especially with Mahdi Najem. No pressure, no issue, just collaborative and helpful. I am incredibly pleased with my 2022 Corolla Hatchback manual transmission. 100% positive experience.
Luis, Pedro et co have been great to deal with. A minor mix up was quickly dealt with via a rescheduled appointment to get my Tacoma sorted. Luis diligently explained the vehicle features and Pedro was approachable and laid-back throughout the sale process.
Hello all - this'll be a bit lengthy but I'll post a summary at the bottom for anyone interested. Issue: Car stereo completely stops working (becomes stuck in a software boot-loop) I'll preface this with the fact that part of the reason I am so disappointed is that I have had good service from Tony Graham before, so this exceptionally poor service is unfortunate. About 2 weeks ago my car's stereo (Toyota Corolla S from 2014) randomly stopped working. I turned on my car one day and it no longer would boot. The loading bar hits about 90% then stops, then eventually reboots itself and fails again. I did a good deal of research online for why this was happening, and for any solutions. Turning off the power, unplugging the battery etc did not work. It is a VERY well documented issue and seems to generally effect Toyota stereos from 2014-2017. Google does not permit links to be posted, but you can find information easily by searching for "Toyota entune radio boot loop" or "stereo frozen Toyota" There are no direct solutions and the general resolution was "I took it in to Toyota, they charged me money to look at it and then told me to buy a new one" While I knew there was a chance I would end up spending $80 for literally nothing (the fee that it costs to even have the dealership look at your car), I had hoped that Tony Graham would offer a better solution. However it unfortunately ended up exactly as it did for many other customers. I took my car in this morning and waited while they looked at it. I was told that it would need to be replaced, the cost would be "thousands of dollars" and that reason was "computers just break sometimes." My only option was to speak with Toyota Customer care, who simply asked if my car was under its 3 year warranty or not - seeing as it is not, they also told me there was nothing that can be done besides a full replacement. Obviously, the price for an OEM replacement is insane. You can buy an aftermarket stereo that is 10x better for a third of the price, but I had put some faith in Toyota to handle what is VERY OBVIOUSLY a manufacturing defect - big mistake. So unfortunately I can no longer recommend purchasing a Toyota, nor can I recommend going to Tony Graham. I am usually an advocate for going to the dealer directly - you pay a bit more but generally get good service, but that is no longer the case. With an issue this common, it would have been nice if the technicians could have at least told me "don't waste your money and time bringing it in - it isn't fixable" On top of this, the sarcastic "well computers just break so you shouldn't be surprised or upset by this" attitude was extremely upsetting. If you happen to have a Toyota manufactured between 2014-2017 and your radio randomly stops working DO NOT WASTE YOUR $80 going to Toyota just to have them tell you you need to spend $3000 on a replacement. It seems the only fix is to buy an aftermarket solution. For a stereo with similar capabilities to the OEM one, you're looking at around $800-$1000 for a replacement. I suppose the add-on $80 fee was just a nice "Merry Christmas from Tony Graham" Summary: Car stereo randomly stops working entirely. It is a known issue and a manufacturer defect in Toyotas from 2014-2017. Tony Graham charged $80 to tell me it will cost "Thousands" to fix it and that "computers just break." Don't waste your money and time with Tony Graham or with Toyotas in general.
Dealing with Tony Graham this time around was essentially one of the most pain free purchase experiences ever for our family. Our salesman Tan was great....Very courteous and prompt in dealing with our questions and issues surrounding the purchase. Highly recommended! UPDATE: Recently purchased another vehicle here (a 4Runner) after a total loss of my previous 4Runner. Once again, our salesman Tan Vo was beyond excellent in the delivery of his services...Very responsive, straight forward, and helpful...I cannot say enough about Tan. Great guy. If you are looking for a professional sales experience look no further than Tan. Do yourself a favour and ask for him if shopping at this dealer. Had some problems during the delivery of the vehicle that were a bit frustrating, but in the end Tony Graham took responsibility for the problems and made things right to my satisfaction. Problems can happen. You can't ask for more than a company taking responsibility for such issues. Tony Graham did right by me in the end, so this is ultimately all that matters. This was my second purchase from them. My impression is that they definitely care about doing right by their customers. 1 year from now we are replacing another vehicle, and I certainly plan to go back and talk with Tan. Cheers
I had very bad experience with both Sales and Service department at this location. When I was buying my first used car, they promised to fix all dents and scratches on the body but they later refused to do it (after they cashed my bank draft of course!). And be aware of the Servicing department ( and it's manager Sam) who is installing used parts on your car and charges you like it was new. They misdiagnosed the issue with my car just to do a $1000 work on it which did not fix the problem. They also were trying to convince me that I need to pay for expensive diagnostic on the car locks system, and then for a new chip key. Guess what - I went to "no name" locksmith just to discover that my car's key does not have a chip at all!
Just bought a brand new corolla and the service provided by Colin Mayr and Ashley Wang was superb. Colin was professional, approachable, informative and a pleasure to deal with. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this location. I look forward to dealing with this dealership in the years to come. I'm a bit puzzled by the negative reviews for this dealership. They keep their fast lane open late at night on weekdays so you can get an oil change without having to wait for a long time like most dealerships. They have experienced staff including their leasing specialist who is great to deal with (no pressure tactics, very helpful). I've always been a Ford client but poor experiences at local dealerships caused me to move to Toyota and so far things have worked out great with these guys. I recommend taking the time to meet with them to make up your own mind.
My hubby and I leased a Rav4 yesterday and I am a repeat customer. I bought my first Toyota in 1998 in Saskarchewan and moved back to Ottawa in 2000 and have been dealing with Tony Graham on Merivale ever since. Eric S. In service is a customer service gem, it really feels like family visiting the dealership. John Moutsatsos (?sp) was the excellent sales person I have dealt with-my last car was 2005 and I went back to him specifically for the warm, friendly and informative service and he did not disappoint. Jay in financing was very helpful and friendly as well. Overall a consistently good experience. If you are looking for Toyota service or to get a new car, I would highly recommend them. It's rare on earth now to see companies that value a human approach to dealing with customers and the excellent staff here will be a refreshing delight to you.
I was very disappointed with the level of service at the dealership. I was treated well by the sales rep but the finance person, Curtis, should be fired. He never returned phone calls, screwed up my credit application and generally did not follow through. I went to another dealership and was thoroughly impressed with their service.
The Parts department at Tony Graham Toyota have never disappointed me. The staff there have been doing it for many years, and their knowledge base is unparalleled. They sometimes know what I need before I can even get to telling them. I'm always comfortable recommending them to my close friends and family. Thanks guys!

My vehicle purchase was was a smooth process from the start to finish. (4.5) I was very happy with the delivery side of my car purchase. The gentleman responsible for this (Luis) certainly went above and beyond in making sure all the paperwork was in order and in answering any questions or concerns that I had with some of the legalise in the documentation. He also took the time to walk me around the dealership so that I might feel more comfortable in considering it when getting after service care for my vehicle. Overall he treated me as if I was purchasing a brand new vehicle instead of one four years old. My salesperson Tan, was extremely good. I found him honest and straight forward, and willing to answer my preliminary questions before I arrived at the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of these gentleman to future customers. The area where my husband and I became somewhat confused, was in financial services. It may have been our fault, or the way which it was explained, but after signing a bill of sale, we found we had agreed to pay for something which we had thought was part of the advertized price. Irregardless, the dealership was good enough to honour my request to cancelled that, and print me a new bill of sale without that particular add on. Other than our brief confusion and distress when we thought we were paying for something we didn't want. Everything else about this experience was excellent. I would not hesitate to use this dealership again the future.

I recently purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid from Tony Graham Toyota and had the pleasure of being assisted by Derrick Lister. He is very knowledgeable on his products and helped to guide me through the many options that were available. In this particular situation, I had sold my old car through the dealership and was waiting to receive my new car. Derrick arranged to provide me with a loaner for the entire duration that I was waiting for my new car to arrive. In mid summer my wife and I dropped into Tony Graham's Showroom to view what might be available in used vehicles to suit our family. Our current minivan was failing us. What happened after was nothing short of awesome! Paul Keefe of the sales team greeted us warmly, educated us on the process (as this was our first used car experience). A few days later, Paul got wind of a RAV4 just coming in off a lease, and gave us the heads up to check it out. We were amazed that it was just what we wanted. After a test drive, we negotiated a bit and settled on a fair deal. He was fantastic to deal with, and we would enthusiastically go through this same process with Paul at Tony Graham for any future vehicle search. Had a wonderful experience here at Tony Graham. My salesperson Tan knew a great deal of the vehicle that I had in mind, and was able to address my concerns in a timely and effective manner. Luis, who was responsible for delivering my vehicle was very thorough, and again, resolved any of my concerns very effectively. Her attentiveness to what you want, and not what the dealerships wants to push, is refreshing to say the least. Incredible place! Bought my first car which was a 2014 Toyota Yaris. Car is in excellent condition. They had done a job on the brakes prior to me buying the car. Oil change was done as well and the car was spotless when I picked it up. I strongly recommend you check this guys out, their customer service is off the chart and they truly care about their customers. The whole time I was there I felt like I was speaking with human beings and not robots programmed to sell anything to you, which I greatly appreciated. I will return to this place next time I'm in the market for a car!

We came to Tony Graham because of their great reputation. We were looking for a RAV4. We received great service from Jad. We wanted to buy new and Jad interviewed us as to our needs. He answered all our questions and for what we wanted it would have been a long wait for the vehicle to come from the factory. He did suggest a used model and when we saw it we knew it was the one for us. Saved us a bundle and we got most of the options we wanted and more. the purchase process was seamless and efficient and the turn around time was amazing. Jad even came in on his day off to make sure we were able to pickup the vehicle at the agreed time. Thanks Jad, the RAV4 drives like a dream!

In 2015 i bought a brand new Toyota Corolla LE and my mother bought a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from this dealership on the same day. My sister bought 2 brand Toyota Corollas from here back to back. Needless to say, we as a family have been loyal to Tony Graham. However i m so dissapointed in this place now that i traded in my 2015 Corolla for a 2014 VW Jetta at VW Myers in Kanata within 3 days of the rude and dissapointing treatment. Service had been good except one time where an employee made a rasict/sexist remark, but the manager was all ears to our complain, and the employee apologized during our next visit. Another time, an employee under quoted us on the price of a repair, we reached a deal with the service department where we only paid 50% of the real price, although the original quoted price was far less than what we ended up paying. Another time, the service department chastised my partner in front of me for having the winter tire direction wrong, however, after closer inspection, the service department had mounted the tire on the rim the wrong way when i bought the car brand new. No apology was issued by the service department. However the most disappointing service was when at the end of 2018 I got an email from Tony Graham saying i would receive a discount if a purchased another car from them since i have been a loyal customer. When i went in decided to buy a used 2014 Prius V from them. I even paid the deposit, however the problems listed below stopped the sale. 1) The financial advicer at Tony Graham insisted that we buy a $800 theft prevention package that he said was optional but mandatory. Go figure! 2) He also misquoted us on the price of the car, and when we brought it to his attention, he immediately stood up and gestured to us to leave his office like cattle before using his words to tell us to wait in the lobby, so he could check with his supervisor. His supervisor agreed with us. 3) So we told him lets sit in the lobby and get all the details right before returning to his office to start the paper work to avoid being kicked out of his office again and again. At this point, he flat out told us that the deal is off, and he is not going to sell us the car. The supervisor came and told us to come in tomorrow and he will arrange for us to deal with another financial advisor. 4) By the next day, i was so upset with the treatment, that i decided not to go ahead with the deal, so i communicated to the supervisor that im not going ahead with the deal, and i m coming in to get my deposit. When i went in, the salesman gave me a hard time for cancelling the deal, even though his team member, the financial advisor had no problem cancelling the deal on us. 5) Tony Graham was giving me $10 000 for my trade after hard negotiation by me, and VW Myers gave $11 600 for the same car right off the bat. All in all, this is why i m very dissapointed with Tony Graham. I am now the proud and happy owner of VW Jetta TDI with unlimited free car washes as long as i own the car and a lifetime lubricated powertrain parts waranty except wear and tear as long as i do my services on time with them for a slight premium. :)
Tan was great in working out a good deal for me and accommodating request for rust proofing just one day before delivery and directly communicating with insurance agent to save my efforts. Kris really helped in deciding to go with Tony Graham Toyota and working out the deal I was looking for. Luis was very thorough with paper work and made the pick up process really smooth, along with explaining details related to services and had already booked me for first service. Worth the experience, will surely recommend it.

I once dreaded the new car buying/leasing experience: with its negotiation ploys and high pressure sales tactics (there are two Kanata dealerships in particular that I will never step foot into again). Luckily, I discovered the folks at Tony Graham. I recently leased a new automobile from them…my third in the past decade. Toyota’s are fine cars, but they are not my preferred brand. So why do I keep coming back to Tony Graham? Simply put, I lease from them because they don’t treat me like a chump. They make the car leasing experience straight forward: I tell them what my needs and budget are, and they find me a car. That simple. I dealt with Ian Blais this time and he was great. Ian was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I did need to go back and forth a bit with a counter offer, but that is expected and at no time did he make me feel like I was being unreasonable. And in the end I got a decent car within my budget. I would highly recommend seeing Ian at Tony Graham next time you’re in need of a car.

Dily gave me great service! He arranged for me to end and start my new lease at a time convenient to me which was 3 months in the future. At pick up time he surprised me with a reduction in the monthly payment as the interest rate had gone down, but kept to all our other deal components, so the benefits all went to me. I am impressed as it is nice to see honesty in a car salesman! Really, I enjoyed my experience and Dily was great.
1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option. Gentleman in the service department was nice to deal with, but they try to upsell you on things you don’t need/then gouge you on those services. Sales department has refused to help us buy a car on multiple occasions. More interested in talking with each other in their offices than they are to sell automobiles. Not one to complain/post reviews, but as someone who uses reviews to be an informed buyer, I hope this review helps others when they are in the car buying market.
Almost one month ago we purchased a new 4Runner at Tony Graham Toyota. During the period following our purchase we have reflected on the wonderful purchasing experience that we received. Jennifer Oldford, Mary Jackson and Luis Martinez (in addition to a host of other Tony Graham employees) provided extremely polite, professional and friendly assistance as we seamlessly acquired our new vehicle - mere days before Christmas. I suppose the sense of effortless professionalism is what distinguishes one group/team/dealership from another. Tony Graham has it in spades.

Ali was very professional yet friendly at the same time making my SUV buying experience nice. The delivery process was also very pleasant. Everything was explained and I was not rushed through. I’ve been a Toyota vehicle owner for over five years. I’ve owned a RAV4 which I’ve recently traded in for a Sienna. I loved my RAV4 but needed more space as our family grew bigger. Now I must say I really love my new Sienna. It’s a great family friendly vechicle. The power sliding doors are a big hit with a new baby and all the stuff that comes with our new little addition. We did have a few mishaps with the buying of our new Sienna but was painless corrected by the wonderful used car manger, Kris. I did enjoy our delivery specialist, Luis. He was thorough in showing me all the features of my new Sienna. Especially thorough with the display screen opinions. The delivery experience was slightly lengthy but enjoyable. Also my husband drives a Corolla. He’s hasn’t had any issues with it. Overall, We’re happy with our vechicles and service. Gonna enjoy this new Sienna for many years.
I bought a used car from Toyota 2 weeks ago. The exhaust was broken and I told them that before I bought the car but they refused to fix it. Then it started leaking about a week after I got the car. My battery died a couple days after that I didn't leave any lights on or anything like that. I had to change it myself even though it was the original battery and they definitely just charged it a bit for me knowing it was bad. The lack of effort and responsibility is terrible. The fact that they just looked over two safety issues, and told me it's all good knowing it's bad shows how little they care. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SELLING USED CARS BUYERS BEWARE!!!
3 weeks ago I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla mi, I absolutely love it! Tan was awesome and very helpful, Mary who helped with finace explained everything to me. I was in a big rush and they knew my time was limited. They got me in and out along with a test drive in 90mins all paper worked signed. No hassle. It was great experience with Graham Tony Toyota in Nepean, which was not the first place that we visit, but we choose this one. So when to this dealer 2 weeks ago to look at a 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition The sales person I met with was very nice but I could barely understand what they were saying. Didn’t test drive and was willing to buy that night. When I got into discussion about price I asked what discount they could offer and they flat out said with the current reduced interest rate that Toyota was offering they couldn’t do anything. So basically if I wanted it it was full MSRP. Then I told the sales person I would need to think about it. She then proceeded to call her “Sales Manager Colin M”. Needless to say he’s the rudest person you can imagine. As soon as he walked up to me he was like what it is going to take for you to buy right now. How much can we make 1000$ - 500$ I was amazed at his demeanour and that the owner would let someone talk to potential customers like that. Rude cannot begin to describe Colin’s attitude. He made me feel like I was bothering him from something more important. The whole time he was being rude to me he was looking elsewhere and talking to other salesman walking by. On a personal note I own several businesses and if I ever had an employee treat one of my customers the way Colin at Tony Graham seems to treat people daily he wouldn’t even see the door hit him on the way out of my business. Your car will likely be stolen. I've had 2 Toyota Highlanders stolen from my driveway in the last 15 months. If you live in Ottawa, you should know that these vehicles are being actively targeted by criminals. Google Toyota Highlander in Ottawa and you'll see a string of media articles about the 200 Toyotas that were stolen in Ottawa in 2020 alone. When I picked up my rental car, the agent there told me I was the 5th person that week coming to rent a car after having their Highlander stolen. Unfortunately, Toyota's anti-theft systems are obsolete and thieves can steal your car in about 45 seconds. I have the video to prove it. Neither Toyota nor Tony Graham can provide any solutions to this. The dealer will tell you that you have $4000 in additional coverage for theft from Toyota, but there is a significant catch to this - you have to buy another Toyota. I know most people don't think about security when they buy a car, but I would suggest you do some research on the Internet about Toyota's anti-theft system and you'll find that it's not very good.
I have leased a total of five cars from Tony Graham Toyota. I was happy with how I was treated through the negotiation process and I always returned. However, I received a invite via email about a big promotion in December. There was a fellow named Simon who had been brought in for the promo, I was then introduced to Hung Fu, Salesperson. I clearly told them that I was just looking to see what kind of deals they had. At one point through the negotiation process, the Salesperson said to me"are you here to get a new car or what"? I almost walked out of the dealership because of her rude and impatient attitude. I don't know if I will go back there. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth about this salesperson at this dealership. Sadly the Toyota I got in December was in a bad accident and I may be car shopping very soon.
For the second time in a couple of weeks, I have had a sudden problem with my car. I have called up the service department and spoke to Paul. He told me to bring my car in and ask for him. I just wanted to say since moving to Ottawa in 2015 and dealing with Tony Graham Toyota on Merivale and dealing with Paul, I have nothing but praise for the service I have received. I would highly recommend this dealership and when the day comes down the road and I have to look for another vehicle, they would be surely be my first choice.
Bought our first, second, and third new Toyota vehicle here from Hong Fu, fantastic lady really knows her stuff, very pleasant no pressure awesome to deal with. We returned to buy from her for this reason and recommend her always. The Service section is fantastic and yes we pass two other dealerships to make sure we always come here. This was not the first Toyota dealership I visited when I had to replace my 2009 Prius due to an accident. Honestly, I did not like the salesman at the Barrhaven location close to me, although I am glad there's a dealership there. At the Merivale location, I met Perry Mason, whose calm demeanor and sincerity was refreshing. He was more interested in my needs for a new vehicle than his ability to sell one. No pressure, no sales closing talk, no scripts. Only help and advice. I love my new car! Thanks Perry!
