I purchased a civic from Rocky Motors and after going to the mechanic for a cracked engine block (unheard of!) I was told that a scrap engine was put in the vehicle and that the car was clearly in an accident. When I purchased this car, the car fax showed NO accidents... I am not sure how they can morally do this to their customers, but I would strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere for your used car.

My son and I arrived for our appointment today. There was some confusion about who was going to meet with us (Joe?, Joey?, Joy?), we weren't listed in the book, so we walked around the lot looking at vehicles since we were 15 minutes early. Walking the lot looking at cars without any asking prices listed is a tremendous waste of time. Eventually, someone came out to touch base and we told him about yesterday's unsolicited phone call in which we were invited to bring our vehicle in as a trade on a car from their lot. He invited us into the building to start the paperwork on a loan application and asked which vehicles we may be interested in but price was never mentioned. How can anyone be interested in a car unless they know the asking price? The manager was busy in a meeting and nobody came to examine/appraise our vehicle, instead he said they're more into financing. We left an hour later feeling a little frustrated. Apparently the call we received was from their call center and not a salesperson at this location. That system is a little disorganized and unprofessional. ** Update ** A short while later, we received a personal call from the manager who was very sincere and apologetic and made an real effort to make things right. We appreciate his kind gesture and his reaching out to us. Thanks.

The suv is undrivable and im stuck paying for a vehicle i cant use. Very disappointing. Our car didnt even last 2 years. Just problem after problem since we got it. We are now looking for a new car while still having to pay for something we cannot use.

Every vehicle I test drove had issues. (Brakes we shot, completely rusted out undercarriage, electrical issues with comfort features) and yet I was pressured to make a purchase quickly. I ended up buying a brand new vehicle from a different dealership for only a few thousand more at a MUCH better interest rate (making it cheaper in the long run) was not impressed at all and I have friends that have bought vehicles here with warranty packages and when the car breaks down the dealer simply claims that "the issue being experienced isn't covered under your warranty ". I was and continue to be very disappointed with rocky motors.

Also very contradicting as they had told me first that they would accept my vehicle back as a trade in after 1 year and then later advised they cannot guarantee that they can do that. Do not buy a car from here! I was recommended to buy a car from here by a friend because they offer a free car payment if you refer somebody. But it was the biggest mistake I could’ve made. I went their with a car in mind a new Ford Explorer and they just so happened to have multiple on the lot, I picked a 2013 model with low kms and a great price. Took the car for a test drive and decided this was the vehicle I want, they started the finance paperwork and the next day I receive a call saying that the financier wants me to buy a car that will hold it last value better so they want me to take the 2012 Ford Explorer with higher Km’s because it has more “features” this was clearly a bait and switch because they wanted to move a car that was more difficult to move so I told them no I want the other car and to try the financing with another company then. I was then told that the original explorer I test drove was sold, I needed a vehicle desperately as I just opened a new business and it left me no choice so I took the 2012 Ford Explorer that I was approved for. When I arrived to pickup my car I was surprised to see that the Ford Explorer I test drove was still their on the lot so I asked I thought that sold but apparently they buyer backed out but now it was too late for them to switch the financing to that car snd I was stuck with this car. They knew I was not happy with the deal so they gave me a small discount off the price to make it better. But the worst part is I knew when I got this car that it wouldn’t last the 4 years that I financed it for and within a few months the car needed $2000 in brake work done that my mechanic told me should’ve never passed safety 60 days ago. And now the car needs an all new transmission not even 18 months later, in total since buying the car I’ve put $6000 in mechanical work into the vehicle and now with transmission work it will be another $3000. Be wary of this dealership I’m not the only person with a knife experience like this.

I did have a lower ball joint go bad on the new car and Rocky Motors was very quick to replace it and do the work for free. Rocky really surprised me.

In February 2020, while driving by this dealership, I saw the featured car on the display ramp. I didn't need a vehicle because I was driving a newer one but the Cadillac caught my eye. After deciding to take it for a test drive I was sold. They gave me a great trade in price and were the most wonderful team to deal with. During the summer months and Covid, my Cue system was acting up. Rami ( owner) and Scotty ( lead mechanic) provided me a loaner while they ordered a new replacement. When they delivered my pretty car back to me, there on the seat was my bill for repair.... total price 0.00$ I can't say enough about Rocky Motors! They are kind and take care of their customers and I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. Proud owner of a beautiful Cadillac from Rocky ????

They are cheap and will cut corners wherever they can!! I drove away with nails in the right side tire right after purchase.. Within 4 days of having the vehicle it was in a shop needing to rebuild the transmission. They refused to let me trade it in for a different car and refused to take responsibility for the repairs needed. That first repair cost me over 1000 dollars and within 6 months after that it needed a brand new cooling system which cost over 700 again they refused to take responsibility for taking advantage and selling me an extremely unreliable vehicle. I've now had this vehicle for over 4 years over this time is has continually caused me problem and 1000s on repairs. They will take advantage of you! Awful business go somewhere else. I am still stuck paying for this vehicle that I no longer can drive. It's been sitting in a driveway for close to a year now.

Had purchased two cars from Rocky Motors. Both have been awful purchases. My van I purchased was supposed to come with an operating A.C system. I had brought the van in 3 times and the A.C was never properly fix, the car has been giving me trouble since the start! Buyer beware! Editing this review to add that I believe that most of the five star reviews of this place are fake reviews.
