They were trying to talk me into getting into 5% interest rate for a Mazda 3 lease only because I was new in the country. I got 0% lease from Ford a few days after. Not comparable to other dealerships like Ford, GM or Audi in my humble opinion. Not recommended.

I have been dismissed and treated very poorly here, I've even driven over to Toyota dealerships in Michigan just to get better service. Arrogant, miserly people, just avoid them and save yourself the headache.

They took my deposit and then emailed me 2 months later saying that the car I had ordered could not be sold because their allocation had been cut. They would only sell to 'regular customers'. I know I won't be one. You guys are horrible.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at BMW! Bozena was the first person I met upon entry and she greeted me with a smile and offered me a drink! She sat me down and understood what I needed and didn’t force me to do anything. She walked me through a few vehicles and allowed me to take my time and decide! She was friendly and professional and knows her stuff!! Bozena is my go to girl for all my car needs! She helps me even after my purchase with service appointments and any questions I have! She even reached out to see how I liked my new car! I also met Bill who did the financing and kept in touch with me for a week while we played phone tag! He was very through with everything and made sure I understood what I was getting — he also explained all the warranties, and what the cover IN DETAIL! The service department is the best of the best! My car looks brand new. The interior and exterior! They are a very honest team who genuinely want you to be happy!!!! They want you to get the best deal and be affordable! I LOVE MY MINI COOPER! I purchased a car from the CPO dealership a couple years ago. After trying to sell me a car with a takata airbag failure by telling me i can "just unplug it" i somehow trusted them on another vehicle on the lot. This car wasn't the issue- but the warranty they sold me was. Its an "engine, transmission, and 4x4" warranty that covers NONE of the above. But thats okay- im legally entitled to receive a cash refund if i don't take out anything on the warranty. UNTIL you realize the dealership in question has to file that paperwork and they refuse to return your calls- for a year. This is one of my last attempts at getting ANYONE from this company to care about this issue, which is actually criminal, and make it right. Do yourself a favor and don't get the warranty- it doesn't cover anything and they won't honor your legal refund. Currently in the process of contacting the current new owners (rafih) to see if anyone at that company is concerned about this issue. THEN i contact rafih auto group and the person gives me an "official" mercedes benz number that didn't even work. Wow. Just, wow.

They purposely advertise cars they already sold. Rafih is among the BIGGEST crooks and cheats in Canada. He does not keep his deal. Avoid at all costs!!

I enquired about a car for sale in their inventory. Nobody got back to me. I enquired again, and informed them I had previously messaged them and had received no response. Again they did not write back or call my number. The car in question has been in their inventory for over a year. Hardly surprising. You do actually need to respond to potential customers if you want to sell your cars. If I could give zero stars I would.

Tried to buy a Lexus. Tried to negotiate a better price. Sales Manager and Saleperson in chorus said it was the very best deal they could do. Put my deposit down and went home. Pulled my new used car up on their website and it was listed nearly $4000 cheaper! Went back the next day and took my deposit cheque back. All Rafih owned dealerships function at the same, crooked level. I've tried to make purchases at a few of their dealerships with the same result of them trying so hard to burn me. Terry Rafih didn't grow his dealership empire through hard work and dedication. He built it using Tayfour's bankroll and dedication to ripping off unsuspecting customers. Zero stars.

Went looking to buy a new Toyota Corolla, customer service was poor, sales guy didn't even offer a test drive. All he was interested was showing his computer screen. Even after mentioning utbwas a cash purchase. No follow up either .

I recently had to have my wifes Audi Q7 towed to the Audi Rochester Hills dealership. Since buying the car , we have always used this dealership for all oil change/ service, etc. I had the pleasure of working with the actual Service Manager Dave P. Dave is definitely in the business of building and keeping relationships, and his loyalty to the Audi brand and dealership is obvious. I highly recommend Audi of Rochester Hills, and Dave P.

I sent an email to your company to inform you of my dealing with one of the dealerships you own and it's been two weeks since I've heard anything back. I've also in that time have contacted your customer support via chat and have been told that I would receive a callback. And that's been twice in the past two weeks. I'm glad I'm not bound to bring back my car to the same dealership. If I'm being treated like a number now after purchasing my SUV, I don't want to even think of what it would be like if something went wrong.
