The service department is elite in both customer service and satisfaction. Again, they do not hesitate to support their customers anyway they can. Highly recommend this dealership and their team even if you don't own a BMW.

There was some disorganization with my car and miscommunication about the details of the car and the deal but they did their best to make up for it. They bought us lunch and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable after a long drive from Toronto, and I ultimately got the car I wanted with a good warranty and price.

EDIT: Aamir is no longer the service manager and ever since he left the service quality has taken a nose dive. Do not recommend the service dept. The only person i found helpful is brad at the parts dept else i wouldn't bother going to this dealership.

I ordered a part and subsequent installation service appointment (all done while parts, service, and their appointment department in full communication) . On date of service they informed that no such part was ever ordered. The service and parts department were pointing fingers at each other without providing a solution. On seconds service date (after they ordered the part again) multiple times they asked if I had a proof of their original estimate and I got a feeling that if I didn't have one they would change their estimate to higher. During all of this, there was Zero acknowledgement from anyone including the managers of their mistake, generally giving an overall feeling of disorder and lack of appreciation for their customers.

We can’t say enough about our experience with Overseas Motors BMW. Perry Phetvongkham was wonderful throughout the whole process. He really provided a superior experience from the moment we walked through the door of the dealership last Monday. Bill Matchett was a pleasure to deal with as well. We purchased a 2017 540i. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in. Both Perry and Bill introduced us to everyone, worked hard to answer all of our questions, made sure the car was flawless when we came in to pick it up, and made us feel like we were joining a select club. Perry patiently walked us through all the gadgets and technology. Perry and Bill looked just as excited for us as we felt today when we drove off in our “new to us” car. This place is a joke, if I could give it zero stars I would. The experience is terrible through and through. Sales staff promise you the moon and don't deliver. You complain to management, they talk a big game and then don't deliver. Service has no clue what is going on ever, they have no respect for your time, and don't care when you complain about how terrible the service is. I saw their service adviser today who told me it was his first day when I got mad at him for not having any idea what he was doing, and it turns out he's been there for 5 months. I have an issue that I thought was covered by my warranty, but rather than find out if it actually was, he just ordered the parts anyway and I found out afterwards that it wasn't covered. He just chooses not to learn his job and then you have to find someone else to do it properly for him. Does management care? No. I was a loyal Chrysler driver, decided to try BMW. My wife and I purchased 2 new vehicles from here. I've traded one away already and am looking to get rid of the second one. I dread coming to this dealership, and absolutely avoid it all costs. Unfortunately when I need warranty work I have no choice but to come here. This dealership has ruined the BMW brand for me altogether. Not only will I never purchase from this dealership again, I will never purchase a BMW again. BMW corporate should be ashamed of this dealership and shouldn't allow their name on such a disgrace. Jini is the only saving grace this dealership has. She is fantastic and goes above and beyond and seems to be the only person there that cares. If you are in the Windsor area and want a BMW, I'd seriously suggest going to London, save yourself the heartache. EDIT: Just as a follow up - Sal Kurdi isn't the GM anymore and the response below is just automated - if they really cared they could look up my phone number and call. And for clarity - the service rep in question is Wesley - who is a liar and won't own up to the way he treated me.

Overseas BMW went above and beyond when a massive pothole flat tire stranded us on the side of the highway in the USA on Superbowl Sunday. Coordinating with BMW roadside assistance a cross-border tow was arranged to Overseas BMW who despite being closed on a Sunday had someone meet us at the dealer to accept our vehicle and give us an amazing loaner. Had the worst first experience and I am not sure how are the employees here can continue with their incompetency at this job!!! Read other reviews and you'll know the adviser WESLEY at BMW has a HUGE attitude problem. If he worked for me, I would probably lose all my customers. Bought a 2012 X5 6 months ago and had a check engine light on last week, so called BMW to get INFORMATION. I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I'M PREPARED. I called and spoke to someone, don't know his name, not Wesley btw and I was told, the diagnostic is covered. This is something I specifically asked and he put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back and said, YES, it's covered. just bring your car in. So the week after, today I take time off from work and took the car there only to find out that the diagnostic is not covered, which I suspected earlier and that's why reconfirmed before coming and it would have been still fine if the adviser, WESLEY was not SO unhelpful and rude and unwilling to even listen to me or at least TRY to help! Without trying to understand what I'm saying or asking, he kept talking over me and kept saying this is not covered. When I asked why I was told otherwise when I called ahead of time, his reply, "WELL NOW I'M TELLING YOU, NOW YOU KNOW". No apology! This is probably the most disgusting customer service experience I ever had at a renowned dealership like this. Being covered is not an issue, but providing wrong information and wasting my time is absolutely not acceptable!!! And in addition to that, giving me attitude just made me never want to go back here. And I will surely be telling all my friends and colleagues about this experience and warn them not to go there.

We purchased an used BMW X3 M40i at this dealership. From start to end, the whole experience at this dealership was fantastic. Very much laid back and relaxed experience. The salesperson Perry explained every small detail in the car from the time we started to check the car through a video call and till final handover of the car. He is thorough in what he does and very patient in explaining all the details. Bill, who did the paper work and executed the final sale was very detailed oriented and took a lot of time to explain each and every detail. Overall I would rate our experience as "Excellent". I would definitely go back to buy another car and would recommend to others.

Have “unsubscribed” electronically every time an ad arrived and sent several emails by direct reply but the notes keep coming. So this review comes from someone that has purchased 12 cars sight unseen over the past decade and a bit and had them shipped from all over the US and Germany to Calgary, AB. I have realistic expectations and understand that a used car is never perfect. At the end of September 2020, I purchased a 2017 BMW X5 35d with ~90,000 km. When I initially called this dealer, I was left with an uneasy feeling by the next day having never received a call back after speaking with someone that assigned leads. Regardless, I called again and spoke with a younger guy that was personable, super friendly, easy to talk to and eager to help but was then informed by him that he could not assist as I had been assigned to Moe (the girl that assigned me, called and apologized profusely when she found out that he hadn't bothered calling me ). Moe not only consistently over-promised and under-delivered (told me initially I could get $2,000 off the asking price no problem, that everything would be perfect with the car passing inspection, etc.). The one positive thing I will say however is that he did provide me with requested documentation such as a CarFax and history on the vehicle which I sincerely appreciated as it was a significant purchase. In the interest of brevity, and character limitations, the following other issues were extremely disappointing: - Rear seat was not clean and sticky (to the point where my kids didn't feel comfortable sitting in it at the depot where we picked it up). Next to the driver’s seat there was an almost-full package of cigarettes, the vehicle smelled like smoke, coffee stains on multiple surfaces and any gloss trim had at least some guck on it somewhere. - The dealer was kind enough to mount new tires as well as rear brakes (included fluid flush) and complete an oil change however I mentioned it several times that the fuel filter should be included in with the oil change as this is a service item that is important on diesel vehicles, especially since it did not appear to have ever been done. It was verified in Calgary during the course of the out-of-province inspection that it appeared to have been the original filter (they are due every second or third oil change) so I was left with an unexpected extra cost upon arrival that I thought had been addressed at time of purchase. - Check engine light was on (CEL/MIL) that was and is, an intermittent issue going forward (EGR exhaust gas temperature sensor as it now turns out). - The cost of a second key was split with the dealer upon purchase however they only sent half the key and told me that the other part was an additional $180 and thus was not included. - Deceptive sales practices. Overseas Motors/Moe initially wanted to add etching at a cost of $399 (I wasn't made aware of this until I saw the final invoice prior to full payment - a $3,000 deposit had been made via credit card). As soon as I noticed this, I called and told them this was not agreed to. Moe said he would take it off the invoice. Fast forward a few weeks later when I get my mailed documents (I had to request them twice), the final invoice shows an administration fee of $200 and an etching fee of $399! This contradicts the bill of sale which shows an administration fee of $599. Which one is it?! - Lastly, this dealer was the only one I provided my credit card information to over the phone (it was a fairly new card) but suddenly within 3 weeks of making a deposit, I had 3 charges on my card one of which was in Mississauga for $1,107.94 at KAR Auto Parts. Odd timing. in summary, I brought this all to the attention of Bill Matchett, the Business Manager at the dealership on November 9, 2020 in the form of an email. His immediate response was apologetic in nature and that he would bring it to the attention of the GM and get back to me. I am still waiting and it is now November 26th. Needless to say, my personal experience at Pfaff BMW with Chris Battaglia (highly recommended by the way!!!) several years ago was a million times better when I purchased my used M3 with similar mileage.

Terrible Service. Vehicle came back to me washed, was quite suspicious about it. After doing a walk around next day noticed that there a huge brown stain on the front bumper and Left Fender. They spilled a fluid and tried covering it up. Luckily i was able to get it polished elsewhere and not have to get it completely painted. Bolts and Screws were also not tightened inside the vehicle. Had to have a facility elsewhere do that as well. Not sure why they refer to their technicians and themselves as "professional". Worst service i have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Need some serious changes.

If your looking for the BMW dealership experience it doesnt happen here, I came for service a few times and were their mechanics are honestly very good their other staff is just lacking. They will not give loaners for service or warranty repairs unless you bought the car from them, this is unheard of in the BMW world. Their management is sub-par. They dont return calls, their answering system usually puts you through to a VM instead of a person, they always have new service advisors, and the managament staff make you feel unwelcome. Its hard to book appointments for service and if you do get an appointment and your there just browsing, the management will make you feel very unwelcome. Many of the car in the showroom also aren't new or even BMW's which is also very odd.

Incompetent, rip off, unprofessional. These are some of the words that describe Overseas. I paid $1200 to fix a check engine light and window malfunction. I got my car back with after paying $1200 with a check engine light and window still malfunctioning and now other electrical problems happened because they didn't know what they were doing. So essentially I paid them to make my car worse and they didn't fix anything for $1200. I called them instantly, and their solution was to drop it off again and they could order a $15,000 wiring harness (part only) and tear down the engine to find out why there is a check engine light is on. This is obvious that they didn't know what they are doing because no one would be okay with paying $15,000 to fix their window and totalling $25,000 (with engine tear down and labour) to fix a 2009 car. They threw out that number so I could move on after they collected my $1200 for nothing. It's a scam, I will never go there again. Save your money, buy a real luxury brand car like a Tesla. I have one and the service and competency is much better, along with the performance and quality. UPDATE: Sal responded to this review by asking me to reach out to him. I did via e-mail. It's been well over a week, and no response from Sal. I understand that it is hard for Sal to come up with any excuse or response, or put any kind of positive twist on what they did to me, they know very well that they scammed me. That's all you need to know about this dealership. Take your money elsewhere. BTW, was going to purchase a Mercedes in the next few weeks, but I noticed its owned by the same person and they reviews from that dealership mirror the BMW reviews. So not getting a Mercedes either, and if I do, I'll go to Chatham.

There were a few items on the vehicle that needed to be addressed at the Audi dealership after the vehicle was sold and Perry's after-sale customer service was second to none. By far the worst service department I have had to deal with. They fixed my 2013 BMW in August and they had forgotten to screw causing the car to empty oil on the side of the highway damaging the engine. They refused to take responsibility at first but they ended up re-doing the repair as it was their fault. Then again the car was leaking oil on the same day and they claimed it was "normal" and didn't accept the car till it had massive oil lost from the same repair site. The original repair was supposed to take 2 days but due to their incompetencies that car has spent over 1.5 weeks in their shop and they refused to provide a loaner. Again, after two months car had the same issue and was returned for repair just because the repair was on warrant. Although, we are going through all these troubles and discomfort because of their mistakes, they declined to provided a loaner simply as they say "car was not purchased from them" which is a shame and new low in customer service.

i was inwondsor Ontario for business and had an issue with my BMW , had the lights keep popping up and getting messages i had a very short time had to go back to Toronto next day and they didnt probide me any fast service were going to keep my car for all day. asked them for a loaner car wouldn't provide it to me, asked them if they can give me a call 5 min before they want to take my car in so i can bring it to them which i was 5 min away from them they saod no very unprofessional and horrible customer service. for a brand like BMW this is really unprofessional.

The entire staff from Sales to service to finance Overseas has always been a pleasure to deal with. They make sure that our family can have loaners in a timely manner and really show their passion for the brand through all the knowledge given in every visit about new and upcoming models. Purchased a vintage vehicle from Overseas Motors and they sure pulled a fast one on me, they sold me a car that was unfit for the road - they passed a safety inspection on a car that should not have passed a safety - we very nearly killed ourselves the first time we drove it. Since that first drive the car has been in the garage - this was April of 2021 and is still in the garage being repaired. We tried to work with Overseas Motors to amicably rectify the situation only to be told to buzz off. We had to involve OMVIC to get results. Our advice is to go elsewhere as it will save you your money, time and aggravation.

good service. i come here to change my winter tires and every season i come here price is different. i came to change my winter tire few days back and guy told me more price than i paid few months back when they put back summer tires. i showed him this is how much i paid and he said " ok i will do the same price then" so make sure you keep the record of the price you pay because it might be different next time.

Avoid at all costs. Been to this location too many times. I was dumb, and didn't learn from my previous mistakes, because nothing got fixed and they charged thousands of dollars for NOTHING. I thought taking my BMW to BMW dealership meant knowledgeable professionals. Unfortunately, this particular location, they are incompetent and don't know what they are doing, and on top of that they are liars and scammers! I had to question them quite a few times as I caught them in numerous lies throughout my experience with them. The advisor has an attitude problem, and the service manager is an amateur and completely unprofessional. The service manager and advisor both act like weasels and get pleasure from ripping people off. You've been warned, avoid this place at all costs.
