Friendly staff and free coffee while you wait. Only issue I have is that they should change their "quick lube" to "slow lube". I waited about an hour for an oil change. Nothing quick about it. Most quick lube places do it in 10-15 min tops.

This Nissan service has three strikes already. First, they didn't fix my complaint about rattling sound when engine was on. It was fixed by Kal tire. Second, they didn't put a reminder sticker on the windshield after oil change. I was not happy about the incident. Third, the TPMS light was always on even after repeated complaints. They were able to turn the light off but it always comes back. Costco fixed it. Fourth, before my paint warranty of five years expired, I complained about my paint bubbling and fading. They said it was still good and they wont fix it. It came to a point when after the warranty, the paint had a clear coat failure on the roof, hood, trunk and door handles. Fixed by Emeryville shop and I paid $2500 for it. Fifth, one of the tail lights was busted. They fixed it but the job was poorly done as I have to come back to them to do the necessary adjustments. To tell you honestly, I don't know why I kept coming back to them when their service was very unsatisfactory. But I realized now that they lost a loyal customer as I am not coming back to them anymore and I won't be buying another Nissan car. These strikes have been coupled by a very bad customer handling of the General Manager when I called her about one of my complaints. If there is a zero rating here, that would be the best mark for her.

I will never shop here again nor will I recommend anybody to buy from this organization. Go to Chatham where they roll out the red carpet and treat you like a human.

The staff was great, all wearing a mask. All surfaces were properly disinfected, down to the keys, door handles and other surfaces of the cars - both when they received the car and returned it. Service quality and attention was great. Even had a multiport charger for those waiting for their cars to be looked at and serviced.

Initially refused to cover an issue under Nissan manufacturer warranty because the car was bought used. After days of waiting they decided to fix it on a 1 time only basis and was told if I have the same or other warranty issues it won't be covered. I guess Nissan manufacturer warranties are in the end useless. Of course I am now having the same issue with the car. Avoid any car company that doesn't stand behind their product.

Sad but great experience. I bought at 2013 Rogue last week and exactly a week later had the transmittion blow out.. I do have a warrenty but at another dealership - 500km away. Instead of addressing my concern, and the fact that she didn't even know my complaint history, her comments was justifications based only on my last visit. VERY VERY BAD .. 0/10 I am writing this review on May 15, 2016 for those who planning to buy new Nissan cars and about their services and inconvenience that I have faced. On May 1st 2016, I was sitting in my car and heard blunt sound from the roof. I immediately start looking in and out of the car but couldn’t find anything. It was weird but I couldn’t find anything and I had to go to work so I started driving. While driving I tried to open my panoramic sunroof and what I see is it can’t open all way. Sun shade fabric was caught in tracks. I was so upset coz within 2 months this was second big problem I was facing with my brand new car and now again I have to deal with the people who are not at all interested in helping me. I knew it’s going to be tough but I had no choice to face it. So same day I called Windsor Nissan dealership and they ask me to come over and that’s what I did. I drop my car for the day and explain all the other concern that felt in 2 months (like felling vibration in steering and paddle brake area, increasing in outside noise while driving etc.) And went for work. I went back to take my car in evening hoping I will get my sunroof fixed and all the other concern answers satisfactorily. All they did is gave me paper which has written my concern and answers below it. No body bother to explain me. So I had to ask them coz in paper I saw that sunroof is not fixed, problem confirmed, parts ordered. So I ask receptionist can she explain me what is it all about. She call one of the lady (may be the manager just guessing). She told me they had to order the parts and now when they receive parts I have to come back. I told them isn’t that something that you people should tell me instead of me wondering what I should do. She said oh we are sorry we were little busy. Well I wasn’t surprised with this answer. Now within 4-5 day I got call from them that they got the part and all I have to do is schedule an appointment and drop the car for day or a two so that they can fix the car. I told them that I and my wife both are working and it won’t be possible for us to drop the car on weekdays except if you can provide a car for us or schedule installation on weekends. The answer that I got I was stunned with that. She told me that they are busy on Saturday and can’t put me on that day. I ask them if they are busy this Saturday then put me on next Saturday as I can’t just take leave from work and lose money during weekdays. She said she can’t do that and about the getting car from Nissan for day I have to talk with manager. Now the manager told me that she will try to get me a car but I have to wait coz she is trying to get approval from higher authorities. Meanwhile I was waiting for manager to call me back its 7 days that I am driving my brand new car with broken sunroof. All my friends and relatives saw it and I was so embarrassed in front of them. Please take a note till now I haven’t received and call back from any of the Nissan employee regarding the problems that I am facing for last 7 days. After 2 more days I called Windsor Nissan manager and ask them whether they have any update on my car or not. She said she about to call me and tell me that my application for getting a rental car for the day they have to fix my Nissan rogue was denied. I asked her what is the reason and she said she doesn’t know as she got reply in email from higher authorities. I was so angry but I couldn’t do anything except getting frustrated. Now I have no other choice then to call Nissan Canada and complain them regarding the problem I am facing. I did then on May 10th but till today (May 15th 2016) I am still waiting my sunroof to be fixed, no call back nothing happed. I am even wondering right now do they even have my complain on file ??? I HOPE THIS MESSAGE OPENS THE EYE OF SO MANY PEOPLE AND HELP THEM TO MAKE BETTER CHOICE PARIMAL PARIKH

Friendly staff. It takes 1 hour for oil change, it destroys the experience at this location. I thought it was 1 time but i came about 4 times and they have not improved on that.I wont be returning.

That should be a minus -1 based on my two encounters, the second encounter was better (recall replacement of both air bags) but only because the service manager was not involed. Most of the staff seems genuinely kind and helpful but the service manager was the rudest person I have ever met (referring to my first encounter for a recalled transmission). After verifying with Nissan canada (3 times) the included coverage of the recall, the manager, Dot, basically called me a lier, after directing her to Nissan canada's own website that verified i was correct, she refused to look at it and ridiculed me for believing anything i read on the internet is factual. I have been a faithful Nissan owner for over 30 yrs, but this encounter was unbelievably the most horrific customer service Ihave ever encountered. I'm amazed the ownership of this dealership puts up with it! From this last visit, tgey refuse to pay for a part they put back on improperly after the transmission replacement, that fell off the car. I'm done, selling the car so i never have to deal with this dealership again!!!! Please share!! UPDATE: I will never ever visit my local (Windsor) dealer. I'll drive back to Toronto or London before ever submitting myself the the abusive and extremely rude customer service manager Dot. I have and will repost my Google review of this dealership! The parts manager was very nice trying to apologize for her behavior. But apparently management has not removed her, so they must support that inexcusable rude and demeaning customer service. Nissan Canada needs to step in or lose the respect of Windsor people. I've been driving Nissan for 30 yrs and never experienced anything as rude as the CSM Dot from any dealership! please like if this was helpful

Great experience Easy no pressure sales staff at lease signing. Update I had an engine light come on under 10k km. I brought in for appt next day at 1pm and had car returned by 530pm. Pressure sensor loose simple fix done in a timely manner. All safety protocols followed. ????

I dont think I have seen a dealership worse than this in entire North America.I took my 2009 Altima to this dealership when the driver side window is not working.I paid 125$ to get it checked because it is urgent for me to go to work across the border.They took about 2 hours to diagnose and they gave my car back and then they gave my car back with all the windows and switches not working.When I asked them as to what happened they told me that its not their fault but the car's BMS is faulty and it has to replaced along with switches and gave me a quote of 1100+ $.Luckily, I work across the border and with great difficulty I drove my car for work and took it to Nissan Dearborn dealership and they told me that there is no issue with BMS but the fuse broke and it has to be replaced along with window switch and they did it and car is working fine for last two months.This dealership never even tried to follow up on concern at all and just took my money and failed to return my car in the state I gave them and covered up the issue that the fuse broke while they are doing diagnosis.I didnt get my money back but its a lesson learnt.I had to give at least one star to write this review if any one is wondering why I had to give a star at all.

Great place to buy a car. Did a lot of test driving before purchasing our latest vehicle, and by far received the best service at Nissan. The person looking after us was knowledgeable and accommodating (Shebaz was his name), and even found us a great deal on a slightly used Rogue. Haven't been to their service department yet, but will update this review if the service is anything less than the stellar service we received from the sales department.

They did work on my car to fix a problem, and it WAS NOT FIXED...they refused to give my money back!! Don't go to Nissan of Windsor. *** In response to the reply from Nissan.. I did not bring my car in for maintenance. I brought it in to fix a noise that it was making before I had all my rear brakes replaced. The noise was still there, and got increasingly worse. I was told that the " maintenance" would take care of that problem, and it did not. Of course I didn't realize it did not take care of the noise until I paid the $185 for "maintenance" (that I didn't want, and is bs maintenance just to make $) and 5 mins after I left the dealership. When my car went back in, I am told "oh the problem is the wheel cylinders" and they are covered under your warranty. Hmm...so why did you clean my brakes? Oh cause you thought I needed it and said it would fix the noise but did not! I want my $ back, and you refuse to give it to me. Though you will give me $60 (that I will get back in a cheque mailed to my home in a few weeks after it goes through accounting ????) and a credit for the next time I bring my car in for service??? The next time?? Nissan of Windsor did work on my car they said would fix the problem, and it did not, and would not refund me!! Period. That is how you do business? Sad. I am a mom working paycheck to paycheck...if you think I would rather "clean" my brakes then pay my rent you are wrong!!

My first bad experience here was in 2010. When I went to pick up my car, I got in it and it was the WRONG car!! Not only was it not the car I had negotiated for but they had sold the car I had chosen. I drove away with no car. I got the manager involved and he ended up finding me a demo for similar terms. I did love the demo and ended up buying it at the end of the lease BUT, when I went to buy it, the sales person tried to charge me an extra $200 fee above what Nissan Canada told me on the phone. I ended up buying directly through Nissan Canada and the local dealership had the nerve to phone me asking for payment again AFTER I completed the transaction. I had forgotten the pain of the transaction (similar to what happens with child birth I suppose) and was going to go back this week to look at a new Rogue. As a person with a disability and a medical exemption including a doctor's note, I could not be accommodated like any other human. Instead of trying to make this better, the general manager emailed me, making it worse. I feel sorry for the employees there as I am now buying in Chatham.

I was here on a Saturday morning for an oil change. The service was quick. The people not so friendly and seemed a bit disorganized. When I went to pay cash and my only option was credit or debit when I asked why, apparently the managers where in a meeting and no one had time to bring the cash box to the front. Do not like this place. I went there with an issue they said was an A/F sensor. I requested to order the part and they gave me a bill and a service date. I asked for a loaner car and they did said I didn't need one. I urged and they decided I didn't need one so I left and the car broke down the next day. I towed it back to Nissan which came back with 3500 dollars needed to fix the car and I lost it. They tried to get me to finance with them but during the talk with the finance lady I caught her whispering stuff to the sales lady so I decided to not go with it I towed my car elsewhere for a second opinion. To which I was told the factual and sold that car for alot more than what Nissan was offering. They were telling me my car wasnt worth the 3500 and kept pushing me to finance another car. The other dealership I went to offered me about 7500 for a car that Nissan was saying wasnt worth the 3500 to fix it. I ended up resolving the issue by speaking with mr. Revenburg personally and was happy moving forward. Not happy what so ever with the treatment of the service provided by Nissan however I love the car.

I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle here about 6 months ago. The sales staff was friendly and informative, however there was a squealing with the breaks less than a month after I bought it. I called the service department and they got me in and fixed the issue no problem. If I had bought from a used car lot, I probably would have been stuck with some bad breaks or had to pay to have them fixed, but the staff was friendly and they got me in for an appointment as fast as possible. Would 100% recommend.

Seriously, the worst of the worst! I have two family/friends members who bought two brand news SUVs from them, and even with me willing to buy a thrid, their customer service has been the worst! They would even go to the extent of asking you for a deposit when you buy a car, fully understanding that you might not buy a car from them, and they would literally tell that they owe you nothing if you wanted it back! Telling you (again, literally) that you either buy the car from them, or wait for the vehicle to be sold. If you, do, make the mistake and deal with them, make sure you read every little detail they ask you to sign on, because they will have you sign papers and not tell you about any legal consequences. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! And I am going to make sure none of my friends/family fall into the trap of dealing with them anymore.

I’m very disappointed for the team of Nissan of Windsor And from the salesman name Israel Ganai .. i was having a Nissan Rogue in lease and I was having contract till 2023 July and this January 2022 they called me to offer me a choice to get out of the lease and get a new car.. i was going to Nissan of Windsor and I was wanted a Nissan Murano2021 I applied and the price was higher around 692$ monthly with 2000$ down payment for 4 years and I made the credit application and never approved it me … then i was calling to Nissan Chatham i go there and they was very nice people all the team was kindly helping me and I get a Murano SL AWD 2022 with 1000km And I made the credit application and i was approved fast and my payment is a 550$ monthly with 2000$downpayment. My question is why I need to go to drive 75km to get a better deal from Nissan then Windsor… I’m very disappointed with Nissan of Windsor and the sales guy was so rude and didn’t help he wanted me to take a Murano 2018 with 92000km but I definitely declined that option… next time respect your costumers . This place is a joke i brought my car there for a trany flush and they quoted me 199.00 so i made an appointment to have it done. An hour after droping the car off they called me and said they gave me the wrong price it was 349.00 they wouldnt do anything either pay the 349 or come and get the car. OVERCHARGED FOR STICKER RENEWAL FEE!!!!! I recently did a lease end buyout of my Nissan vehicle through this place. Dealership conducted safety inspection of the vehicle which I paid and Ann gave me a written quote of the amount payable including government fees and DEALER Fee of 105, to help with the transaction. Since my sticker renewal was due, Ann told me to add 120 for annual Ontario vehicle sticker fee. I made a bank draft for the whole amount due, including sticker renewal. Everything was good and fair up to this point. When I went to the dealership to get the paperwork done, Tandra asked me to pay extra charges( 22 dollars plus change). When I asked explanation for the extra charge, she told me that this was ADDITIONAL FEE charged by ONTARIO Govt. That was a big lie, Instead this was a money grab/fee by the dealership.

I didn't have a good experience with Nissan about a month ago, I bought a brand-new vehicle from them, and they gave me one year free oil change but before the year end I went to change oil, after they completed oil change they charge me close to 100 dollars for oil change I told them I have a free oil change for one year, the shift manager just start working for Nissan keep making excuses and not let me talk to her Manager. I left a message for her Manager to call me no body ever contact me and I am very disappointed with Nissan organization... I don't think I will do business with them in the future and I recommended every customer be very careful whatever contract you do with Nissan on Tecumseh.

Very disappointed about my experience at Nissan. I brought my car in today and everything was perfect fine, I just had to get an oil change. I then waited for 30 minutes till It was done and got my keys and headed to my car. I then turned on my car and as soon as I put it in drive to get out of the driveway my steering doesn’t work. I then headed back inside and said what’s wrong with my car and they told me to wait a couple minutes. Then a manager walks out and tells me my power steering rack broke off and that I was just unlucky. The manager was so rude and did not help me at all. All she did was try to get me to fix it and gave me an estimate price. She told me that there was nothing that she can do and that it unfortunately happened. Worst dealership, very bad management and I would love to get a reply from one of the top executives from Nissan to deal with my situation.
