When deciding on choosing a new vehicle, I suggest that you come to Motor City. The staff are amazing and will work with you based on your budget. Not once did I feel like I was being scammed. My sister had told me that the guy to go to is Giovanni and she was right. I felt comfortable talking with him and he was very transparent when breaking down cost and interest. He definately goes the extra mile for his customer and shows what is realistic for the persons price range and interest. I also had the pleasure of taking with Jini and working out the finances with her. She took her time and figured out what my best options were in terms of financing and added bonuses. We went in on the last day of the Black Friday deal for the Grand Cherokee to Motor City Chrysler as I have used thier service department for years for my wife's van but I have never owned a Chrysler before myself. In this year of Covid 2020 when there were few things to look forward to during the season and with not being able to see all the family and friend at Christmas I needed something positive to happen. Low and behold, dealing with my sales rep Marco Tirone and Jini and Kristi in the finance department right through to all the staff there like Rick McKinney - it felt like Christmas with family. I have never had such an all around wonderful experience buying a car - ever.. The 0 percent interest special didn't hurt either, but it was the speed, knowledge and professionalism of Marco and all involved. Keep up the great work folks you did Chrysler proud. Love my Grand Cherokee Altitude with the Alpine Speaker (had to throw that in) and now I would strongly recommend Motor City Chrysler and its people!!!

Service staff are friendly. Prices on par for dealership. Appointment for 11. Was after 5 when I was able to get my vehicle. I had only a diagnostic that takes less than an hour but was left without car for entire day even though no repairs made. Leaves me wondering what the importance of a morning appointment if the car was not looked at until late afternoon. Aside from that, service was good. They provided me with a courtesy shuttle to and fro. Driver was extremely nice and easy to talk to.

Please note that this Dealership does not explain to people that have Bad Credit, Bankrupcy issues or Divorce issue that they must make more than $2100. dollars a month to qualify for a loan or they will need a substantial Down Payment plus a Co-signer to be able to purchase a vehicle. In the meantime they have done a Credit Bureau on you which reflects in your Credit Rating so the next place you go will see even a lower score!!!!! Sad how they advertise to help people but then don't assist them during their hardships. Would I recommend this Dealership.....NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!!!

If you want your car properly diagnosed..... find someone else. They charged me a diagnosis fee for a no start. Told me the starter was no good and of course I didn't believe that. I took a few seconds and looked on YouTube to find a video. The guy changed the starter on a Dart and it wouldn't work, so he shows where he discovered the problem was. The ground wire from the battery to the transaxle was corroded. I cleaned it and what do ya know? My car starts with no problems. All it cost me was getting screwed by the dealer to pay a diagnosis that was incorrect and could have cost me over 600 if I'd let them fix what wasn't the problem. I will NEVER go near that dealership again. Thanks for nothing Motor City. P.S. It's now been a few months since this dealership screwed me and my Dart still starts faithfully everytime.

I walked in out of curiosity, for my son had suggested that a RAM is a beautiful truck. Needles to say I had already made up my mind and settled for another brand,this was just to compare the edition. The first two trucks were just ordinary, even the test drives were out of politeness to James,a great guy I must say. He was more impressive in marketing the trucks to me than the trucks he was selling . Coming back from my second test drive,already dreaming of the Ford F150,there James popped up with this mind blowing LONGHORN. OMG,I didn't need persuasion, I knew this was my dream truck and as I was driving away for a test drive I instructed the bemused James to start the paperwork. It was love at first sight, my instincts were spot on and this truck has blown away many. Thanks to James, he was relentless in his quest to change my mind and he proved to have his clients interest at heart. He clarified things when the finance lady insisted we were wrong. I really was unimpressed by the handling of the registration of the vehicle where I was charged $101.00 for a service that was not there. My son had to inquire from Service Ontario and we realized I was overcharged. James came in to help to recover the balance. We had earlier on made numerous calls to the finance lady about the anomally, she promised to get back to us and never did and she did not even proffer an apology up to now,I guess that's what some people are. You have a great guy in James (sadly like all sales guys he didn't warn me of the Beast and the Beauty. I am working for gas and enjoying the beauty)

This review is for the sales team only. They advertise lowest price, and that they will not be beat. That is not true. Almost every dealership in town will offer you a better deal, but I would recommend the ones outside of Windsor. Tell them that another dealer has offered you a better deal, and they tell you to buy from the other dealer. So we did! Bought both of our vehicles from another dealer!

Had a terrific experience with Giovanni Milana from Motor City Chrysler. I was playing with the idea of purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler. I had visited 2 other dealers in Windsor and found the sales representatives at those locations very "lax" and almost seemed to not take me too serious as I expressed I was not fully committed to making a purchase and more just "shopping around". They also would not provide me with specifics such as trade in value to determine a final cost for a new vehicle until I was completely committed. I found this frustrating. I visited Motor City Chrysler as my final stop and met with Giovanni. He took me out on the lot to view the new Jeep Wranglers, went over the features which are new on the 2019 models, appraised my current vehicle, and gave me what the final cost would be with my trade in value. After being impressed with his service and seeing it was within my budget, I made the decision right there to purchase a new one. We did have to custom build a vehicle and he periodically updated me on the current status and estimated build-out time. I did receive my vehicle this weekend and am more than happy. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will make Motor City Chrysler my first stop. Excellent customer service and follow through from start to finish.

Worst place to buy a car from. Staff is very business minded, just wants to sell their vehicle. Once its done, they don’t care for whatever happens to their customers. I bought 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It had millions of issues since the first day. Its totally a lemon car and they dont care about it. Few times they have tried helping me out but my car is never fixed properly. And now they don’t even care to give me a call back, even after providing me with a specific day for it, regarding updates on current issues with my car. Dealt with Jack Bryan on new Dodge Ram. Can't say enough good things about this gentleman. After comparing all the other local dealerships inventory and sales people, he was by far the most helpful, honest and least pushy to deal with. I will definitely come back to him when it is time for a new vehicle and have no issue recommending him to others. He was able to deliver on all of his promises. Motor City should invest in cloning technology. This is the type of person you want to deal with when buying a vehicle.

Was quoted $1800 for replacement of fuel injectors and spark plugs on a vehicle with only 34,000 kilometers. Took the vehicle to another mechanic who diagnosed the car and tested the fuel injectors. All 6 of the injectors and spark plugs came back perfectly fine and the codes were the result of a lose fitting connector. Motor City was quick to charge me an $1800 quote without even testing the injectors, or spark plugs. Service manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with, would recommend taking your vehicle to an independent shop considering FCA does not warranty fuel injectors as mechanical at all. Would rate 0 stars, if given the option.

Two months ago I brought my son's car into their service department to have a warranty issue resolved regarding his interior front door panels. I had to bring in his car twice for them to look at it because they did not have record of the initial visit and had to redo the inspection. Over the next month every follow-up I conducted had to be done in person because I would never receive a return call from their service advisor. As I have yet to receive a return call on this issue, I finally called Provincial Chrysler who had the issue resolved within 10 days. Needless to say I and very disappointed in the service that I received from Motor City's service department.

I had a creaking noise in the front end and had another dealership look at it. All 4 tires were loose. No Bueno. Not exactly their fault but they need to be advised to double check outsource work.

Do not take your vehicle here for service unless it is being covered by warranty! I brought my truck in notifying them of the issue I had. I already knew the problem I just didn't have the time or tools to fix it. I come back and they didn't even fix the problem I brought it in for, instead they did a tire balance and a bunch of unnecessary stuff that didn't solve anything. First bill was almost $500 for nothing. I had to book another appointment to bring it back to do the work I requested initially. I was also told I would receive a discount and they would "work with me" since they didn't solve anything the first time around. "Work with me" ended up being $1500 for $400 in parts that their bill stated cost them over $800. I priced everything out myself before ever bringing it in. They mark prices up nearly 200% on parts then charge you their outrageous hourly labor fees on top. I thought that was bad enough but then on top of that they checked my AC which wasn't working by temporarily charging it with a dye. When I brought it back in they quoted me nearly $1600 for a new condenser, lines etc to fix the leak they claimed was there. I bought the parts myself for $300 OEM, when we went to install it there was nothing wrong with the condenser!!! It was a leak in a seal that could have been a $100 fix tops. Beware these people try to take you for a total ride assuming you know nothing about part costs, labor or your vehicle! Do not get screwed over thinking going to a dealership is safer to get your vehicle fixed. Find a trustworthy mechanic if you can or learn yourself, at the very least do your research so you know when they're trying pull one over on you. You should be ashamed of yourselves trying to scam people into buying parts at overpriced value during a pandemic when soo many people are out of work and struggling to get caught up! Expect a report to the BBB.

Our Town and Country was displaying a engine light and hesitating. We brought it back to the dealership and they tried to tell me the issue was with the thermostat and low coolant..lol. I had them repair it at my cost of $300. A day later the hesitation and the engine light was back on. I ended up replacing the 02 sensor myself and it cost me $100. If I were a customer I would not trust one mechanic in that building. I will NEVER bring another vehicle back there to be serviced.

Bought a vehicle from here and would never do it again nor recommend anyone to purchase from here. They were of course very nice and polite while I was buying the vehicle. The second everything went through and I showed up to pick up the car it was a “Okay I’ve got your money now. Don’t talk to me and get out of here with that lemon I sold you.” They will walk right past you, and if they do notice you, it’s to walk you out of their property because they already have your money. Do not expect them to answer you once they’ve got your money. Do not expect them to contact you unless there is a chance for them to take your money. Do not expect to buy a used vehicle or have a vehicle with an issue and for them to fix it. At least I got the car I wanted and fixed it elsewhere, even though they were supposed to fix it. This is a place that definitely lowers the bar on bare minimum.

Service department is horrible. Bought new $54 000 van with all extra paint protection and extended Warranty, roof leaking and paint on hood is bubbling. Brought it in and they wanted to charge over $150 to fix the roof leak. Dealership the van for 3 days they would not supply us with a loaner. A little hard to get 3 kids to school with no vehicle. 7 weeks later still waiting to hear back if Chrysler will cover fixing the rust. Called to follow up left a message, and no response, no call back. Will NEVER buy another Chrysler.
