I had a horrible experience at this dealership (perhaps this group that total monopoly over the windsor market); I wanted to buy a base glc 300 benz for my family. The sales person (Alex), started lecturing me on how not to export this base entry level benz, let alone invite me to sit down and came in the dealership. Perhaps, he judged a book by its cover and formed an opinion about me & and my family (a visible Minority). The next day we ended up driving to Oakville and picked up the base glc 300!!! With my experience I can tell you that first off all this dealership will not give you a good price (even though there are incentive programs from Benz Canada) as they are monopoly in the market; second: SIMPLY RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BY THE WAY ALEX I BOUGHT THE SAME CAR WITH $3000 DISCOUNT AND WITH NO HASSEL!!. ALSO I OWN 2 BENZ CURRENTLY AND THIS IS MY THIRD ONE. ALSO: I WENT TO PART STORE TO GET A REFLECTOR FOR MY ML350; THE STAFF THERE DIDN'T EVEN GET UP TO ASSIST FOR ABOUT 10 MIN. MR.RAFFI THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL. GET INVOLVED.

We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz Overseas Motors. We looked at 5 different vehicles/dealerships and Mercedes-Benz Overseas Motors staff was the best. We dealt with Moe Chadid who is professional, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, patient and never pushy. Josh Boismier, the financial service manager is very professional and made the finance process a breeze. Hamoody Rafih, the General Manager came to say hi and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I dealt with Lucas the service manager for a minor issue and he went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and fast as possible. I highly recommend this classy dealership.

Took my vehicle in for a one day transmission fluid service and ended up with a new computer gateway issue. Couple grand and a week later after being lied to multiple times regarding the status of my vehicle and how they are contacting corporate for advice (they didn't), I finally get to pick up my vehicle. While I was there they confirmed that all the firmware is up-to-date and all recalls are addressed for my vehicle. They also said they did a full inspection and everything was good. Then I drove it off the lot and encountered a buzzing noise in the undercarriage around 1,500 rpm. It's not normal and it wasn't there before. So I call the service advisor back and he said to bring it back in so that his master mechanic can look at it. I scheduled the appointment and brought it back for them to inspect and the master mechanic said the buzzing is 'normal' and they couldn't find why it's buzzing. I highly doubt they even check the vehicle. To top it off, I received a letter from Mercedes Benz corporate about an airbag recalled that needs to be fixed. I double and triple checked with the advisor that all airbag recalls are addressed and he confirmed that there was no recall for my vehicle. Another lie I suppose. So finally, I contacted the advisor again to try to get the recall done and check over the buzzing noise again and he said he will get back to me in the new year for sure. I waited 10 days and no call, so I contacted him back and guess what? He's no longer with the company and they are forwarding me to a new advisor. They insisted that I should talk to this advisor and leave him with all my information so he can get back to me. It's been days and still nothing... At this point, I'm better off booking something in MB London. Absolute abysmal service and experience. I doubt the authenticity of the 5 star reviews on this page. UPDATE: ------------------------------ The manager had contacted me shortly after this review and was able to rectify most of the issues. The buzzing noise finally went away and recall completed successfully. They did find oil leaks from the turbo seal but that's no fault of theirs. I'll need to address the leaks in the near future. Overall I was very disappointed at the initial interaction but was satisfy with how they addressed the issue and delivered the service at the end.

Are they thieves ? Or are they just retarded ? My car had a coolant temperature sensor problem and the radiator fan was turning at max speed. They told me that i should just change the instrument cluster(thousands of $). My rear window wiper did not work. They told me there was no power in the motor, and that they would have to tear the car apart to look for a broken wire(thousands of $ also...). Plus, when i'm not too confident with some mechanics, i always do a little trick : I tell them that my high beams are not working, but the truth is that they work perfectly. Well, Overseas motors told me that the low beams where also not working properly and that i should change the multifunction switch( close to a thousand $). All this after a few hours of so called "inspection" ; honestly i wonder what the "inspection" look like... Oh well, they were at least capable to do the oil change... Anyway, they stole $534.39 plus one entire day from me for this "inspection" and an oil change. So, i've decided to bring the car to a reliable, serious, independant mechanic in Toronto. Turned out it was just minor repairs. (dead temp sensor $80 ; dead rear wiper motor $400 ; high and low beams $0 lol). Never coming back.

Absolutely sick of coming here and receiving a lack of information and disrespect from the employees just because I am a younger BMW owner. After taking my car to a different dealership for what I thought was a loose whindshield wiper I was told it was the entire motor (which should not be worn down for a THREE YEAR OLD CAR ANYWAY) When I came to BMW I tried to explain that and was completely dismissed by not one, not two but THREE employees. I ended up waiting 2 hours for their “easy fix” causing me to be late for work because Wes did not want to tell me that he messed up and it was a larger repair like I told him it was as soon as I arrived! I was then told it would be a four hour repair on the phone but when I arrived for my follow up appointment I was told I would not be able to get my car for seven hours! I received no apology from any employee for their inconvienience or the lack of information I was given.

So damn rude, the level of arrogance of their workers are just unbelievable !!! & for no reason, they just think they are always right, always want to argue and always try to make you feel stupid and they are above you, honestly Mr. Rafi look into that, i use to own 2 businesses and if my staff talked to their customers like that !!!! Regardless i would've let them go on the spot, in my few experiences, even one mechanic that works at overseas said to the parts guy, heyyyy hey easy now, no need to be rude, i deal with benz in the states and the service is unreal, it's above & beyond and way way cheaper, i rather deal with them vs. Dealing with ignorant Windsor villagers

Bought a 2019 GLC 300 from Moe. Found he was excellent to deal with pre and post sale and he was great dealing with my wife and young son too. My relationship with this dealership and brand is new and I had some reservations about it but feel, at this point anyway, like I’ve been treated first-class with the extras that seem to go a long way. My hope is that it continues for the life of my vehicle and beyond.

I recently bought a car from this place and I worked with Moe Chidid. He was awesome and honestly he was the reason I bought my car. That was 4 months ago and today I couldnt be happier with the car and the service. Moe replies to messages very quickly and I had a problem with one of the sensors once I texted moe he replied in 10 minutes I took the car in the next day and they gave me a loaner. However a couple hours later i received a call from moe telling me to pick it up. I will never buy a mercedes from someone else.

This dealership is with exporters; family run so they sell inside; benz sold to bmw and bmw sold to benz for export purposes etc. they will deny you the product and export it themselves. only non export cars are for sales. most sales guys take 20% cut for the deal to happen. Just exposing so public can see what kind of ring the internal guys are playing. Inside job; all g63 gls 45o and gle are exported that was sold; inside job; top to bottom.
