Will never reccomend to anyone and surely will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again. I purchased a 2016 town and country for $39,000 and within 2 months my rear passenger side door was making noises. I went to JJ's immediately to see if they would check it out and if I had warranty from them for the vehicle. I was told Unfortunately they only warranty their vehicles for one month. If I was told this before I purchased a $39,000 vehicle I would have never purchased from them. In my opinion this is no way to show that you back a product you sell.

We looked at a van they had for 1800$. Told them we wanted it e-tested. Dave offered to e-test it and would get back to us. In the meantime we were offered a vehicle from a family member. My husband called back to explain that we would not need the van because we were offered one for free. My husband apologized and offered to pay for the e-test that had been done. Dave Stewart was so rude about it and when my husband tried to apologize again Dave Stewart hung up on him. We will never go back to this dealership again.

Had called twice about information on a vehicle and both times the man that answered the phone was beyond rude. Iv heard there mechanics don’t have much sense either. Would not recommend just on those facts. You wanna get into a vehicle that can cost uppwards 50,000$ buy from someone who’s gonna treat you like family because your paying lots of money that keeps them in a job. Treat all customers with respect you never know who you may have pissed off.

The dealership was recommended through a friend, was told to speak with Dave in particular. Dave was an absolute treat to work with, treated me with respect from the first meeting and made sure I was taken care of. Ended up having to get my truck from another lot and personally went to go get it. Made sure I got the accessories I wanted as well. The financing department was great to work with and very helpful throughout the process, this was especially helpful considering I don’t know the first thing about that part of the transaction. I was looking for a particular SUV, which Stewart motors happened to have. Talked extensively to Sean Triggs days before I even drove the 2. hours to see it. Sean was very helpful, very nice and even stayed past his normal work day when we didn't arrive on time. ( we were late because of construction issues). He didn't rush us and even drove the Jeep Commander when I had an issue with a sound it was making. Decided to buy the Jeep, and Sean went out of his way to get the documentation I requested. Sean was great, as was his team and support staff. All in all a great experience, which is not always the case these days. The Jeep was clean and he even filled the tank when we went to pick it up. Thank you Sean! I would recommend you and JJ Stewart motors to anyone! Chris Taylor UPDATE: Unfortunately, my Jeep Commander's engine's head gaskets went suddenly and I ended up without my Jeep for many months. A $4000 fix was way too much. Found that my engine had problems from the beginning and was never recalled for this. I will never buy another Jeep product.

Bought a Jeep Patriot 2 years ago and it was a great experience. 3 months ago we bought a used Ram 1500, not so great. Was told the road noise was from the aggressive off road tires. Ok, sounds right. On further inspection the tires had permanent flat spots . i took it back to see if anything could be done about this and 2 employees looked at them and agreed there were flat spots. Said I could buy 4 new tires at $279 each. Apparently the flat causing the noise passed inspection because there was still enough tread. Truck was also supposed to be detailed but there was still a lot of road salt build up on the carpets. Buyer beware!!!
