Rudest person I have contacted about buying a car is L Alchikn. He could not answer a question unless you call. Wouldn't answer the question in an email .Told him I moved on but he still sent me emails harassing me . Doesn't help the stereotype of a used car dealer .

Bought an SUV from them a couple years back. Shady people. Pulled the old trick where someone comes to buy the vehicle while you're about to test drive it. Then you catch the same person hanging out in the office a couple days later. Should have ran then but I'm not easily swindled. Thought it was a great deal so bought the SUV anyway. Cruise control broke on the way home from the dealership, like 5 seconds after turning it on as if they had stuck a bandaid on something. Had to jump the battery two days later, which revealed so many electrical problems that different mechanics never figured it out. We're talking major wiring problems like the radio flashing on and off when it rains and a drain on the battery so bad that the vehicle is dead every morning. Can't tell me they didn't know about this when it sat in their lot for who knows how long. Within the first two months, I lost track of how many times I had it in the shop, and I easily wasted a couple thousand dollars trying to fix everything that you don't realize is wrong when you look a vehicle over and give it a good test drive. And of course all of this wasn't covered in the warranty. Still stuck driving this lemon and using a trickle charger every night. I haven't even mentioned the people I dealt with. Maybe they've gotten better, but I doubt it. It's all about making the sale at this dump. Buyer beware!

Bought my grand Cherokee diesel there 2 years ago,it's been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned(owned 9 so far) havent put in a single part,oil change only.Joe is extremely fair,never pressured me into a deal.I love my Jeep ,and I will definitely be returning in the future,Thanks JOE!!!!!!!(update December 15,2020 STILL RUNNING STRONG,AND STILL NO PROBLEMS)

Bought a Jeep Patriot in March for him. Had nothing but problems. Missing fuses in relay box, leaking back light, and car caught on fire because the muffler had a hole in it. Been smelling burning metal since bought. Don't trust this guy. Have put over $2000 into it and still not finished. Never again from this guy.
