Last year my car broke down and I've was searching high and low for something I can count on! I visited best motors in late August and they just got something in that was up my alley. They are super friendly and gave me a good deal but It was to perfect to be true I was told my ac and clutch would be replaced and would be in perfect working order well it was until this month everything went at the same time I turned my ac on one hot day to my surprise all they did was fill it and the clutch I have no idea if they even changed it last time. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone not keeping your word is a big no no in bussniss

Mike was an incredible salesman. I came from Prince Edward County/Kingston area (about 4 hours away) - passing by countless dealerships - because of the great reviews, the car options they had, and the great prices. I’m very happy with the service I received; Mike went above and beyond to make sure that everything was as seamless as possible. I knew what kind of car I wanted, and he didn’t push me or try to up-sell me on something else. Instead, he talked up the car that I wanted, giving me a lot of confidence in my decision and my purchase. I appreciated how easy he made the paperwork process, and how closely the Service Ontario is located. He handled all the licensing stuff for me, which was a giant relief. Overall, super happy I made the drive to buy my new car from here. It made an overwhelming process super easy and I’m so excited for my new (used) car! I was ready to make a purchase of my vehicle but he was quick to inform me of the same model vehicle that had just been brought in to their second car lot. My dad purchased a car from here and everything went smoothly at first. We went to pick it up on the day the seller said it would be ready only to find out it wasn't done. Obviously with covid we understood that things may be delayed but found it upsetting that the employee was quite rude during the encounter and didn't even call us to let us know (since we drove from Niagara Falls area). My parents then went on another day and called ahead to make sure it was ready. They picked it up, but the rust proofing wasn't completely as the seller had said this would be part of the purchase price (we let it go at this point). Honestly, overall we were quite disappointed with the experience.

Recently bought my first car here. I was working with Mike (who was fast at responding) and he assured me everything will be ready when I pick it up. When I did pick up the car, it was cleaned, buffed, they repaired/replaced the windshield that had a crack on it, and they even gave me winter tires!! Absolutely worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a car with a broken transmission and did not want to fix it. The insurance they gave covered only 900 dollars and I had to pay 2400 out of my own pocket. Started a claim with OMVIC as it is listed on their website as being partners, that yield to no result. I totally felt being completely scammed. If you ever think of buying a car there - AVOID AVOID AVOID. Buying a car from a seller on Facebook is better than this dealershit.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating!!! When we bought our vehicle from them, the AC was not working but it was listed as having AC. We were told that they would replace the AC. Now that summer has come, we turn on our AC just to have the compressor quit working after two weeks. Turns out they replaced our AC with a USED compressor and since it has been over 30days, they won't fix it. RIP OFF! Do NOT trust these hacks! Our $10,000 used vehicle has cost us $2000 in repairs since February!!!!

Sold a car that had bad Ti-Rods a month and a half later. If you know much about them they go over time, not even 1000km put on it. How did these Ti-Rods pass safety... Get your car checked by a mechanic before buying from these guys. *Edit/Update* Car is now reading two engine light codes. One for air to fuel ratio (intake) and one unknown. Truly unfortunate. Avoid.

My Daughter and I went to purchase a car for her. We found something she liked. We spoke with a salesman who came across as a well expierenced salesman. He did make the purchase process very friendly. We had some minor concerns with the appearance of the car as being used it had some minor scratches. He mentioned the car will come with a warranty. detailed, oil change and undercoated. The scratches will be delt with by his detailer. He even added they will probley find stuff we did not even see. When my daughter went to pick up the car she was told they were waiting for parts and the shop was just putting them in. It was late in the afternoon so she offered to pick up next day. I actually brought my daughter the nexr day after work. She was excited to finally get the car. The salesman came out to move the car as they parked it in a tight spot. When he pulled out the car i noticed that none of the scratches were buffed out as promised. I mentioned to the sales person and he said it was overlooked and the detailer must have not done it. Further more he added he didint relize i was coming with her. As if he would have let her take it that way. They had the car a extra day and the salesman couldnt bother to check that it was ready. He asked us to wait while he had the detailer work on it. When my daughter drove the car home she noticed the change oil light was on. We called and found out they forgot to reset but the oil was changed. they did offer a free oil change. The salesman should learn that if he is going to make promisses to his customers he should take the time to folow up on them and ensure they are completed without excusues. I was told by the salesman they go above to be a 5 star dealership. He even pointed to the 5 stars on his shirt. My own personel opinion. Expectations were set but far from being kept.

On their website, they offer a few different ways to contact them. The first rule of sales is to get back to your customer the same way they contacted you (as this is the customers preference) otherwise why even offer different contact methods at all. I first filled out the contact form to request a test drive. I waited several days with no response, so then I sent them a text message requesting a test drive as it says on their mobile website to do. Several more days pass with no response. Lastly, I called and was told I could come right down to take a look at the car. The listing for this vehicle went on and on about how they do financing, and everyone is approved. I went down to look at it and they said they can't finance it because it was too old, but they could sell me a newer one no problem. It's very misleading to offer financing right on the listing but then when you are ready to buy, tell you that you can't because of the age of the car. At that point, all trust is lost so why would I spend my money there on something else. I ended up getting a nice car somewhere else later that day.

Honestly I changed my review because they asked me to, but I’m changing it because I’m overall not happy. They said that the car comes freshly detailed and my car was not. My seat covers were still dirty, the car compartments were all dirty the door cup holder had gum stuck in it disgusting the mats weren’t even vacuumed there was even CDs still left in my car from the old owners and my car was given to me with the engine light on which I had to take to my mechanic to fix because I don’t trust them. If you say you’re gonna do something do it! If I could post photos I will, and they’ll include the date that I got my car so it was not me! And let’s not forget me having to chase them down for my deposit back either if I didn’t ask they probably would have kept it because I’m young and female always go with someone when shopping here! They clearly tried to take advantage of me

A year ago eh, a year ago I was asked to change my review due too a lie about someone's health, cut they hit a break he says.... The guy lied to us, we bought it in winter he guaranteed everything was in working order hard to tell for an in freezing cold. Never had ac all summer or ever in the vehicle we bought. And there was definitely an undisclosed accident at some point as per our mechanic whom we visited at least half a dozen times. There remains of this review is hog-wash I elected to revise regretfully.......Lu'ay was friendly, and great to work with. TD financing rep was awesome and professional. We did have a broken wiper and Lu'ay got that ordered same day we just had to go get it, which was great as it rained the next day. We got the car a day early which was exciting. My suggestion to any buyer check it over don't rush and ask questions They are happy to help and answer. I want to add that Sam was awesome, as the owner he took the time to meet my husband which was nice.

I bought a Kia Rio two months ago from Best Motors. Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, which made it very easy to make a decision. As I was driving my car home from the dealership, the check engine light came on. The first thing I did was call mike, and he made sure it got taken care of. With help from the team at Best Motors and Arnotts garage, they figured out it was the gas gap and replaced it for me (not charging me anything for the fix) and the light hasn't come back on! I purchased my first car from Mike in July 2020, the process was new to me and he made it very simple. A week later my back up camera stopped working (it happens), I called Mike and he sent me to a mechanic that fixed it right away for at no charge. Today my battery died across the street from the dealership and they walked over and gave me a boost, again at no charge. Over all their customer service has been outstanding. Definitely would recommend.

I bought my first car here last week. Great dealership, Mike was very informative, straightforward and helpful with everything. The car is great and it came safetied and is in great shape. UPDATE: 7 months after having the car I bought, I have already had a multitude of issues with it and spent well over $1000 fixing things. I understand it’s a risk buying a used car but the issues I have had should not be happening 7 months after buying it. My mechanic told me underneath the car was spray painted to hide the rust and the rotting. The check engine light has come on 3 times and has been 2 costly repairs. I would avoid this place at all costs. The warranty you get and are made to believe is so such a good deal, doesn’t cover anything at all. I would recommend if you’re a first car buyer to go to a reputable dealership.

Bought a 2012 Mazda3 here recently. It was a great price with low KMs. We worked with Mike who seemed to not hear us when we agreed to buy the car if a few small things were fixed. Upon picking up our car only 1 thing was fixed. A few days go by and we notice the sales price for our vehicle was ~$1200 more than agreed. Needless to say we were very upset, BUT Sam came to the rescue! He explained that it was the bank that was charging extra fees and worked diligently to get us our money back. After the headache and effort, Sam & Mike were able to get everything sorted for us. Edit - Sam was able to hook us up with some cheap snow tires back in November or else I'd lower my review to 4*. Bought the car less than 4000km ago, needs lower ball joints replacement(~$800) and the window switch we had asked to be fixed before buying finally broke(~$100). Risks of buying used.
