Generally good experience with the govt employees, wish their hours were more retail and less govt ie opne Saturdays, open until 6 PM... would be helpful... esp since their office is a "drive to" location.

Staff are generally friendly at this location, although staff occasionally come across as being grumpy/rude. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for service.

I phoned to enquire how to renew my driver’s license without getting the required medical due to Covid-19 restrictions. I was quickly moved through the menu options and connected to a customer service agent, who quickly answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent service from this civil servant!

Randy Mattson was a great resource for car seat installation. Calm, respectful, informative and made us feel safe and prepared for securing our infant in our vehicle. He should definitely get a raise or at a minimum, be promoted. Definitely the best experience I've had at the DMV by far. My wife agrees.

The lady who attends customer need to be little more tolerant and patient. People don’t wake up every morning saying let’s go to motor vehicle office for fun . We go there because we need something done . It’s our requirement not choice .It’s your job to help people whether you like it or not . Nothing hurts with little politeness :)
