Poor service. Had tires shipped there for installation on a trip. Called two weeks prior to insure they had them. Got there and the parts guy couldn't find them in the computer. So when I told him I knew they were there (politely), he barks at me and tells me to go to the service counter. They look around for them and finally find them. When I told them to adjust the chain to 2.5cm when they put the wheel back on, they said they don't adjust chains. Huh? So I convince them to adjust the chain. Also when I called prior, they said they would have the type of oil I specified no problem. Didn't have any synth or partial synth 10-40. So I walk across the parking lot and buy some at Canadian Tire. Then I clearly specify I wanted 3.3 liters only put in out of the 4 liters I gave them because I wasn't having the filter changed. So of course they end up dumping almost all of the 4 liters in there. I picked this place over the Whitehorse Yamaha dealer as it was only 1 mile from my hotel so I could walk back after I dropped the bike off. Don't recommend, if you're coming thru on a trip like I did and need service try the Yamaha dealer.

The Mechanic at Yukon Honda put way too much oil in my car then when I went back...he started up my car and then pretended to check my oil and said it was right on the money... When I told him that checking the oil while the motor was running was not an accurate reading he lie to me and said "Sure it is" I wouldn't let that Hunda mechanic near my car ever again! The manager was notified and I left unsatisfied. I had to get another company to drain my oil then put it back in MINUS the Whole EXTRA LITER Yukon Hunda carelessly put in and did nothing about.

Had tires shipped from Montreal ahead of time for a planned ride to Tuktoyuktuk. The people at Yukon Honda were accommodating and friendly. The tire swap and oil change was completed quickly and, more importantly, professionally and with care. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I can recommend them without hesitation.

On a cross countries trip from Atlanta, GA through Yukon and Alaska, my bike needed a replacement chain. One of the other shops in town told me they were backed up and couldn't help me - said all other shops would be the same. The guys at Yukon Honda took great care of my bike. It was a quick job, they gave me tips about my bike and riding in the area. Very much appreciated!

I sent my honda generator in to have the pull cord replaced at Yukon Honda. A half-hour job, but ok - one hour minimum is to be expected. When the generator was returned to me, the cord-handle was dangling/hanging down. Apparently the mechanic/repairer had failed to rewind the recoil spring properly. In a few short days, the rope wore through and broke from rubbing. Fix my own cord now.

Needed to have the chain and sprockets replaced on my adventure bike to get home in time before my father's passing and with discussing with the service manager he had me fixed up and on my way. Excellent service. Booked in a Goldwing and Can am spyder for service while traveling through Whitehorse. Although they don't sell Spyders anymore they keep the Service technicians upto date for warranty and service work on Can am on road vehicles. They provided a ride to and from hotel while oil changes completed. Very caring and professional highly recommend.

My son has a Honda Fit and was traveling home from Fairbanks to Chicago. During the first day of driving he noticed an odd rattle as the engine passed through a certain RPM range. I was in Connecticut and tried to hear via phone what was going on. I told him he needed to get a professional opinion and was he near any mechanics. He said he was in White Horse and said there was a nearby Honda dealer. I told him that was a complete stoke of luck and he needed to get over there and see if they are available on a Saturday. I though at best a salesman could listen and give advice to drive on or wait until Monday when a mechanic can check it out. I told him not to continue on until it was checked out as he would be no where near anyone once leaving White Horse. He arrived at Yukon Honda (he graduated from UCONN CT) and not only were they open, but service was too! They said to wait a couple of hours and they'd take a look. I got a call from him a couple hours later and his mood was quite happy. They found a loose heat shield was making the racket and removed it at no charge. He was able to continue and only lost a couple of hours. VERY LUCKY on his part and THANKS to Yukon Honda service for fitting him in and being honest and generous to help him out. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I bought a Honda motorcycle. But service is the worst.　I saw your writing and visited the store again.　I talked to the service manager. However, he did not have a warm heart. He told me to go to court. What he is saying is not wrong. My motorcycle has already expired its warranty period.　I visited Yukon Honda for repairs within a year of buying a motorcycle.　But they didn't admit the glitch.　And I left the store and repaired it myself. There is another problem. I'm riding a motorcycle without fixing the problem. The service manager said he didn't know who wrote the comment. Also, even if I sent an email, there was no reply. I will leave a message here again.

Bought a new CRV and the vehicle kept running the battery down if it sat for a week or two, in winter this damages the battery. Dealership never could fix it and I'm on my 11th battery. Now i either disconnect battery or keep a charger on it. Also recently did a repair that I had to return four times before they got it right and caused damage to my car. I asked for a discount but did not hear back and the service dept staff initially denied doing the work and were kind of snotty about it except the service manager was polite.

Customer Service was the worst I have ever experienced. I booked ahead to have 2 new tires mounted which I had removed from my bike. They sat for 2 & 1/2 hours before they looked at them. They mounted them and charged me $ 175.00 for a half hours work.

I waited for nearly 5 minutes before being helped, and it was not even busy. When I did recieve help, i found them to be rude. I bought a chansaw that day from listers motorsports and was very happy with their service.

The very first time I walked in the dealership, I could feel that it wasn't your typical dealership, right away they made me feel like family.
