Came from out of town and was able to get an oil change last minute. The staff were pleasant and the building was clean. They have a good assortment of beverages for people waiting. The water cooler was bone dry but I had a tea instead. Service was prompt, they apologized for the wait but I didn't even feel like I had to wait that long. Had a good experience all around.

Had a horrible experience getting my truck repaired here. Had to go back 2 times. First time they didnt fix anything i told them to, they said they tried to call me but had no missed calls and charged me 200 just to stare at it all day. 2nd time told them again what was wrong and they only fixed half the problem and replaced parts that didnt need replacing then charged me double what it would cost anywhere else. I only went here because i was told they had a "Special tool" to repair my truck. I know any dealership is going to be more expensive but these guys take it to the next level, they will make any excuse to drain you bank account.

We are traveling through Canada on our way back to the lower 48 when we started having issues with our truck about an hour out. I spoke with Randy and he let us know we could come in at 8 am the following morning after explaining our situation (we made it in to Whitehorse well after they closed). After having it towed there they quickly took a look and had it fixed the same day. Moving is stressful as it is, but dealing with these issues during a pandemic, freezing weather, and in another country adds to the craziness. I really appreciated how quickly they got us taken care of, and how nice they were...it was much appreciated and won’t be forgotten.

Apart from the fact that the dealership left me in a position where I may have driven on an unsafe tire through the Rockies and on the Alaska highway on the 4 day trip back to Vancouver, the staff were condescending and rude. After telling me that my tire on my Cadillac was punctured in a place that wasn't really safe to patch, they patched it anyways because they could not be bothered to find a more difficult, yet safer, solution. They didn't have a tire my size in stock, and neither did any other tire place. Rather than order a tire when they knew I had a week before my trip, they did nothing. When I asked why they patched the tire, after telling me it wasn't particularly safe, the representative I was speaking to condescendingly said "Let's put it this way, patching a tire makes it better". Less than a week later, when the patch on my tire failed, I was fortunate enough to go to a better and much less disrespectful repair place where they solved the problem and had a replacement tire flown in within less than 24 hours. I'm offended and seriously angry that GMC would leave me in such a precarious situation, and that their staff was so condescending and rude. Nice one GMC!
