The White Rock Honda sales and finance department were fantastic. I recently bought a previously owned Vehicle. Ming in sales & Claudia in accounts made the purchase so enjoyable and they went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with the whole process. Tobias the sales manager was very friendly, and approachable. Kevin was very knowledgeable upon delivery of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. I was in a couple of weeks ago and dealt with Greg and Claudia, and the service we received from the team at Honda White Rock was absolutely exceptional! It was an unexpected visit that day, a spur of the moment decision to check out my options for my upcoming lease renewal, and it was truly such a great experience that I ended up walking out with a brand new car within hours. They did an amazing job juggling us with all of the other people in buying cars that day. My only complaint would be that their AC isn't strong enough ;)

Process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely flawless. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. After purchasing the vehicle, however, is when I kept running into issues. I have been trying to get answers on how to simply manage my loan online but haven’t heard anything back after multiple emails and calls. I keep getting “we’ll find out and get back to you” or “speak with your sales rep who then refers me back to the finance manager”. I even went to the dealership but wasn’t able to speak with the finance manager because she was busy. Understandable, but months after purchasing and still no answer. Overall, great place to buy a vehicle, but make sure you take a list of your questions before making that final signature.

Brought my Honda Civic in for regular maintenance and John Jacinto at the Service Department was very helpful and efficient. He took the time to safeguard my car (plastic wrap on the seat and steering wheel) and he also thoroughly explained the procedure and process to me. The service turnaround was quick and all boxes were ticked. In addition, they also took the time to wash and vacuum my car and I was very pleased with the customer experience. Very impressed with the Honda experience from purchase to service.

Been going here for years. Also to be honest I always get good value here when comparing costs against other mechanic shops nearby. I know I’ll get genuine Honda parts and fluids , a vacuum and wash as well. I’ve been dealing with Kim for years and nothing but high marks for her customer service skills and smile. 5 out 5 stars from me based on years of visits.

The salesmen lie to you with blessings of their sales managers. They will gladly make broken promises to get you to put down non-refundable deposits on cars they do not even have secured yet. With telling you it would be available tomorrow, yet unsecured. Bunch of unethical practices took place with one deal. Here's the kicker, Austin, remember when you had told me I wouldn't be able to find another morning mist 2022 civic touring available because you're getting the last one? I ended up purchasing one today at Jonker Honda instead, they actually had it on the lot and in their possession actually available for sale. So no, you did not get the only one available...... Just another lie told by Austin. Shame on you Austin and Steven. Edit: replying to the reply from their manager, she once again twisted the truth and stated the paperwork said I gave them until Wednesday when Austin was telling me I had given them until Friday. Just another inconsistency at white rock Honda, where they lie to you as a matter of fact!!! Stay away!!

Greg has been the best salesman I've encountered in years. He clearly stated all issues that were only visible on person over the phone and lead me to my new SUV. I would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a honest and dependable team that will help you solve your problems in a timely fashion.

Absolutely would not recommend this dealership. The salesperson i worked with continously lied to me throughout the test drive and negotiations. Both the keys did not work within 2 days of the vehicle purchase. When I tried to cancel the secondary warranty, the financing person AGAIN lied to me and said I had 30 days to cancel however when I called a week later, I was told to go through multiple hoops and lost money. Horrible experience.

I already bought a Corolla 2011 almost 2 month ago and its experience is good but as per commitment they have to replace the broken back light cover, now every time I called in they said it didn't arrive yet and I kept waiting and I think after 2 months finally they got shipment and they fixed my car. I wish i could give them zero stars. Had a really bad experience with this dealership as i went to buy a civic after test drive the salesman got busy somewhere and didn’t came to talk to me. I had an appointment so i told him that i have waited enough now i have to go and will come back and tell u my decision about car at that time he said ok. Then with in 1 hour i texted him that from my side its yes for the car and i am coming for rest of paperwork. Where he mentioned i have to give some deposit to hold the car as another buyer was coming to see So i agreed for deposit but salesman call me again that there is no need for deposit come before 6pm we will hold the car. I finish my work and reached there by 5:45 I was really excited about the car but everything turned when the salesman said its sold out just before I reached. Important thing to mention that another buyer came after i said yes for the car but they still sell to him and told me that he was available at the moment All in one they are not trustworthy, they lie to you they wasted my time because if they were sold out why didn’t they call me. Even the manager was so rude thet he was not ready to listen to me at all. Only thing he said that this is market these days I will never recommend place like this ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Purchased a vehicle from this location a few days ago and the overall experience was wonderful. During the initial process Greg was warm, friendly and sincere. He assured me that he would try his best to deliver the good price and I feel he held up his end of the bargain. Very shady, beware--I'm reporting this dealership to the BBB. I went there to test drive a couple of vehicles and considered trading my car in (despite the fact they didn't even bother to clean them before my scheduled arrival). My car WAS in perfect condition, but after the "manager" took it out to determine the trade-in value, the check system lights were on and a tire is completely flat! I expressed my concerns twice to the dealership and they ignored me. Apparently, he only took the car for a spin around the parking lot...does the lot have potholes? Extremely rude and unprofessional service; this dealership is a disgrace. I have to repair the damage out of my own pocket and take time off work, since they won't take responsibility for their mistake. Now I know why they were begging me to come in and the place was empty! Also, very misleading advertisements on the website about financing options.

We went to buy Honda SUV and had terribly bad experience with the employee name August Wilder who was very rude. He refuse to disclose the papers for the Honda SUV. His behaviour was keep pushing us out of the door plus lied about ordering the parts. Later complained to the General Manager Alison also about August behavior. I would suggest if anyone going their to buy the vehicle do not deal with August, talk directly to the General Manager. As August has no regards for the salesperson on the floor and sales person has no say in the deal.

Amazing experience buying my car from start to finish. Our sales man Jason was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying and very friendly and was not in one bit pushy with trying to make a sale. Claudia was the BEST finance manager that we have ever worked with. She was so friendly and positive and made us feel 100% comfortable with the decision we were making. Sales rep. Scott Pu was super friendly and helpful, was very understanding about our needs in a vehicle. Kevin Brown was also 5 star all the way. He was teaching us the SUV operating features and never hesitated in repeating anything we were confused with till we got it right, he gave us confidence to call him anytime. I bought a Honda accord from WRH back in 2002 and enjoyed many years dealing with your great service department, and now that I've bought a CR-V I'm looking forward for many more years of that friendly service. You have a lot of great guys there.

Had a feul pump changed as a factory recall. After that we had a hard time turning on the car. Returned it, they said nothing is wrong with it. The issue persisted. Took it to north shore honda. Turns out they used the wrong rings and gasoline was leaking Slightly with air going in the lines. They said it's not safe to drive. We could have died.

I contacted this dealership to get some information about purchase. Within 48 hours, I have been called from this store numerous times. I advised multiple callers about my decision and requested to remove my number from their call list. Still I received call about 4 time after speaking with 2 agents on the same day. I ended up blocking number and now this morning somehow I have 2 voice mails from this dealership in 2.5 hours. Since, they don't listen request, I have to put this up here and hope it helps some to think twice before sharing information with this dealership. I will contact relevant authority, should I receive any more vms or calls from this dealership. I REAALLY DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE EVEN. SOMEONE ALSO HAS THEIR PRIVACY. ONE OF THE REASON, I WON'T BUY FROM YOU OR RECOMMEND THIS STORE AS IT SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE VERY DESPERATE. Interesting thing to note is that I spoke with Leo (if I remember correctly) and gave him criteria that what I am looking for and my budget is. He said he will look for something and call me. Instead, I started getting calls form some private event taking place. I never heard back from the person I spoke initially. Anyways they lost my business at the end.

Bought a 2021 Honda Pilot thru White Rock Honda. Tobias and the rest of the White Rock Team were amazing. Thoughtful, attentive, and an overall hassle free experience from the moment we arrived. Honestly there is so much I can say about the AMAZING service I received from White Rock Honda. For starters, this was the first time that I was going to service my vehicle at this dealership, and I ended up trading in my civic for a CRV. I have NEVER received such kind, thoughtful, respectful and fun customer service...and this started with Greg Perlman (Sales & Leasing Rep). The guy is amazing at responding to the needs of customers. I simply asked him one question and advised him about my need for a larger vehicle and by 3:30pm, I was driving off the lot with my new car!!! Greg was pleasant and super professional. Courtney Sitoski (Finance Manager) was the icing on the cake...super nice and accommodating. While I was waiting, I was able to witness her address the needs of a customer who came in without an appointment and it was already a busy day for the staff. I don't do reviews, but honestly these guys deserve the highest praise as far as service goes. They made me feel valued and special as a customer/client. I am glad that White Rock Honda is closer to wear I now live so I can maintain my car and pop in occasionally to say hello to new friends! I am writing my review in regards to my own experience from White Rock Honda . I’m giving it a 5 star rating because I thought that my entire experience and purchase was fantastic , flowed easy, and was extremely stress free. The entire staff that I dealt with... Greg Perlman, Kevin Brown, and Courtney Sitoski were nothing short of perfect in my opinion. I never felt rushed or pressured during my buy and all 3 of these people made me feel at ease during my purchase. Buying a car is a huge decision, so I very much appreciated their way of communicating with a no pressure tactic. Greg helped me with the decision factor of what would suite my lifestyle and affordability. Kevin showed me with great patience all the bells and whistles that my new car got me, and Courtney was so sweet and patient with all the signing. I actually left Honda and thought to myself what an exceptional staff they had . I’d recommend it 1000x to anyone interested in buying a new Honda. I love mine and have zero regrets on the purchase.
