Great experience whether its the Sales or Service team. On multiple occasions i find that you get the right advice, support and service, with the marketed quality and experience met by the team. The team is professional and super nice and as a customer makes you feel good about taking your business there, which cannot be said for other dealerships experience. I can also tell that the team enjoys working there which says a lot about management, this is huge because evidently you get a much better sales and service quality when the environment is set up for it. Really glad this is where i need to go. I want to commend Shelley Dennison, Product Advisor, for going above and beyond the call of duty. My entire process at Murray has been great! Shelley kept me advised on a delivery date for my car, since it was not yet made (Ioniq Electric 2017). She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. If she didn't know the answer, she found someone who did and gave me all the information I was seeking. The car came within the estimated delivery time they gave me when I initially ordered the vehicle. It also came earlier than the specific delivery date that was given, which was a relief for me! The entire team at Murray was available to help me through this process of buying my first ever new car. I spoke with several different sales associates and the finance team. With such an amazing team staff atmosphere, it is obvious that professionalism, transparency, dedication, and customer care are the top priorities here. So it was time for me to get a new vehicle which is great except for the process which I absolutely hate! Long story short, after doing my research I had narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. Went to a local dealer to test drive it and wasn’t impressed with it which left me with my other choice, the Hyundai Tucson as I live in Vancouver, I have 2 dealers somewhat close so I went to the dealer on boundary with the intention of test driving the vehicle. Wandered around the lot looking at vehicles and nobody came to ask if they could help so I ended up leaving due to lack of service. So I thought I’d try the next closest dealer (also a Open Road dealership) but this time I’d call to set a appointment I called 3 times and twice it rang and rang before going to voicemail and the one time someone answered, they asked me to hold and after being on hold for almost 5 minutes I hung up. I decide to try one more Hyundai dealer and if unsuccessful I’d try another brand. Murray Hyundai White Rock came through for me thanks to the general sales manager Melissa Milnes Talking to Melissa on the phone to arrange everything before I arrived there was easy, non stressful and pleasant. Melissa said she would call in the morning once everything was approved and true to her word she did. She asked when I would like to come in and when I arrived, Mellisa was actually in the process of parking my sparkling new Tucson out front. Melissa was extremely professional yet friendly and approachable which is a complete 180 from the usual pushy sales pitch I’m sure everyone expects. After showing me my vehicle, Melissa introduced me to Melissa in the finance office who I’ll refer to as Mel to avoid confusion. Lol. Mel was just as friendly (yet professional) and we had a good chat before she explained everything about my finance agreement and terms. Mel also pointed out a error on my credit report with one of the credit bureaus (thank you!) that I need to get fixed. When I finished with Mel, she led me to the insurance desk and once done there, Mel handed me a folder with all my paperwork and walked me over to Melissa who then went through all the features on the vehicle with me. Finally I just have to say a HUGE thank you to Melissa and Melissa (haha) for making the whole experience a enjoyable, relaxed and easy experience which is what buying a new vehicle should be. Go see the two Melissa’s, you will be glad you did!!!

I purchased a used 2009 Ford F-150 4x4 truck from Murray White Rock. Not only did the staff go way out of their way to get it ready, get the right loan for me and when all was done I even had 3 months free Sirius XM radio. I have had them service my previous vehicle and their service staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in had two days to find a car. Tryed santa fe out but wasn't approved for loan. But they were able to find a vehical in my approved budget. Never pushed me to make descions,or rushed me. Didn't get vehical I wanted but happy with what I have and looking forward to working with them again to finally be approved for Santa fe. I delt with Adam's he answered all my questions and car test drives. Carly in financing watched my young children so I could test drive and very patient going threw what I was approved for and all payment and warranty. Dealt with the sales guys a few times and they all seemed great. So I decided to bring my car in for an oil change and a concern about my breaks. Ended up with a $580.00. This is partly my fault, I feel for the BS up-sale on some "level 4" servicing package which literally incorporated almost nothing, yet cost $300ish. But that $300 doesn't include a break inspection thats an extra $200ish. Oil change was reasonable at $89.00. I should of went in been firm and said no all I want is the oil change and not fallen for the sales BS. I honestly don't know why I agreed to it. I guess I thought I was doing the right thing by getting my car checked out. Next time I'll go to a private shop and get an inspection for $100. The second I walked into that place the selling began on "maintenance" packages. Glad I avoided the first one which was over $750, but I dropped the ball and feel for the last one. They also replaced my air filter which was 6 maybe 8 weeks old, great eye guys. Hopefully wherever I go next when I ask for an oil change they say "sure thing, come back in an hour" Not " hey can I interest you in package x,y, or z". Just go in there and stick to your guns make sure not to get up sold and I'm sure you'll have a better experience. Expensive life lesson learned.

*UPDATED* really poor business practices...sales team was really friendly and helpful, especially shelley who i was dealing with (she was amazing) but as far as the sales management office, (andrew, who has since called and apologized for his poor sales practices, hence the 2 stars update) was in terms of negotiating price etc. just plain shady and NOT knowledgeable! he was argumentative about lender terms that he had absolutely no idea about and threw all kinds of “monthly payment numbers” at me which i had specifically requested him not to do. had come by to trade in one of my cars for a used vehicle they had on the lot but the “sales manager” (andrew) not only didn’t know how to operate a manual transmission vehicle, he also wasted a lot of time trying to negotiate absurd and unrealistic deals for my trade...absolutely disgusting! went somewhere else and couldn’t be more happy with my new vehicle purchase! anyone looking to buy a new car definitely take your time and shop around but this place left a really bad taste in my mouth!

The wife and I purchased a 2021 kinda EV which we love. I would rate higher but we left a deposit for the EV model and was told to wait and we would be contacted but we never were. Only reason we knew it was there can I had to go looking again. Finances depart was great. The other issue we had is that after receiving the car (late Monday night) after a week of commuting to work we decided to install car seat covers and install a dash cam on the weekend there was a ton of things not done in terms of car cleanup for new customers. Still had tons of plastic all over the center console. Every seat belt had elastic bands on them from the factory still. Yellow EV sticks over the seats and rims still. Suction cups marks from where they installed the glass in the factory still and the rear driver seat has 2 small punctures in it that now we need to get replaced. Felt like they never finished prepping the car.

I had bought a new Santa Fe in May of 2012. I was involved in a head on collision and expected the vehicle to be written off. I came in to see what the projected value would be with high kilometers and was immediately helped by Gene and Cedric. I then found out from Melissa that my extended warranty would cover replacement and get me a 2016 Santa Fe. I had a series of delays with my Insurance company but through it all the staff at Murray were very helpful I told them what I wanted and they ordered the vehicle and sat on it until the claim was finished. The cost of a rental vehicle was becoming prohibitive and Tom offered me a brand new loaner vehicle until everything was resolved. Kudos to all above and to Sara who finalized everything. On the safety aspect of this I was very impressed with the fact that my wife and I were not seriously injured thanks to Hyundai's impressive engineering and safety features.

Well, I just recently visit Murray Hyundai White Rock. I m owning three Hyundai cars right now. I visit the service department for services my Hyundai Sonata. I have been back to Murray Hyundai after a long time. I normally go to Jim Pattison Hyundai. I got bad service experience from Murrey Hyundai even they didn't do vacuum in the car. Jim Pattison Charges are less for some reason and received better services and they always clean my cars properly. I am done with Murrey Hyundai I think I will never go back again for service and sales.

Full disclosure, I haven't yet purchased a car from this location, however I felt it important to give credit to Shelley for her excellent service. She really was a joy to deal with and I'll gladly drive the 30 minutes back just to buy from this dealership (and Shelley). This is a very trustworthy team from what I can tell. The opposite can be said about the Toyota dealership next door. Will be making a decision soon. ***Update*** I ended up choosing to buy a vehicle from this dealership because of the excellent service I received while looking into it. I have to say, the excellent service continued right through the entire process. I would certainly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. I may even do it again sometime in the future.

We've been a Honda customer for over 20 years and I finally had enough with the local dealers arrogance, fully believing we would just trade up with whatever they offered. There's a lot more, but on to the great things I found at Murray Hyundai. From the start, there was a no pressure desire to answer whatever we asked and what we felt was a strong desire to make sure we go the best vehicle we could for our budget. Simply put, we came away with what we thought was a very fair deal that was our choice to accept or not. I needed a part right away but when Danny Jang checked it would take 6 days. I said my wife wouldn't be able to drive it without turn signals. Is there any way of getting the lever sooner. Customer service and retention is poor at this location. Called in 2 months ago, reception took my name and number said that parts would return my call, never happened. I simply wanted to order a part for my Hyundai that needed replacing. Unfortunately I have worked for Hyundai at another location & this would not be tolerated. You don't meet customer expectations, or Hyundai standards on customer care. I previously worked for Hyundai in another city. I know that this type of negligence would not be tolerated from Hyundai head office. You're location is literally 3 minutes from my work BUT I will be driving all the way to Langley or Richmond; where the service has always been 100%.

Love my Elantra. Be prepared to fight for all you were promised. Service can be spotty at this location. Be careful of the program re small dings and chips in the first year. I had several issues and all that happened is I had to buy my own coloured pencil and fixed my own chips. The vehicle is a honey... be careful!

We had an awesome experience at Murray Hyundai. We purchased a Kona Electric but this is not the first car we have purchased from them. The people that work there are so helpful and go above and beyond. Specifically Gene and Sam on the sales side. Gene went out of his way to bring the car to my husband who is immune compromised to let him test drive it (We are a 30 min drive, one way from the dealership). He replied to texts while he was not working to organize a test drive for me. He is personable and reliable. Sam, the sales manager, is friendly and worked his magic to give us a great deal on our trade ins. He also came to our home with dealer plates so that we didn’t have to reinsure the car we were trading in. I am just blown away by their customer service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and kind. On the service end of things, I have been coming to White Rock Hyundai for years. Charlie, Danny and Lucas are all fantastic to deal with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and make you feel like part of the family. It doesn’t feel like a chore to bring my car in. With an electric vehicle I will be there less often which is a good thing, but I’ll miss catching up with the team. I highly, highly recommend going to White Rock Hyundai and experience what buying a car should really feel like.

We were looking for a used car and came across a Mazda 3 that was competitively priced at Murray Hyundai in White Rock. We scheduled a appointed to meet a sales rep Gary Ali. We found the entire purchase experience very good and purchased the vehicle. What blew me away was the after sales service. Shortly after driving the vehicle home we noticed a noise coming from the front end. I decided to take it to a Mazda dealer to have it inspected and they confirmed a part Connected to the suspension is damaged and needed to be replaced. We contacted Gary and explained to him that a part is damaged, not expecting much. Gary was sympathetic and spoke to his bosses Andrew and Sam. We were told to bring the vehicle back so they can do an inspection on the damaged part and repair it! Good service to get a sale is to be expected. The after sale care we received is beyond what we or anyone could’ve expected. We would not hesitate to recommend Gary or Murray Hyundai White Rock to any of our friends who are looking for a new or used vehicle. 5*

Great trade-in price for my Acura TL (I will miss you) and they had my car prepped and ready for a weekend trip I had planned with my gal to Seattle/Phoenix. Loving the car! Drove nearly 900km, stopped at the Aldergrove border crossing on our way back to fill the tank (still at 1/4 full). Whooping bill of $23US. Wow! Now that's value! Found a slow leak in the left front tire after picking up the car. Brought it in this weekend to get it looked at. Charlie explained that the tire was unrepairable. Murray Hyundai went out of their way to not only replace the tire, but also ordered two new premium Goodyear tires (free of charge) to ensure the tires were balanced -- never a good idea to replace just one tire. The salesperson I saw seemed very nice, but the car I went to see had visible damage that was not openly disclosed and was unknown (of its existence in general and how it happened) by my salesperson. A few other issues were brought to my attention, which I didn't understand, so Charlie explained it to me in a way that was not pushy nor condescending at all. Once I chose which services I wanted them to go ahead with, they acted promptly to get the necessary pieces into the shop, and I was able to get my car back by the end of their working hours. I bought a car from this dealership and was charged something they like to call a "financing placement fee". It is a complete scam and a cash grab. When I was buying the car the dealer and I made an agreement that I would be charged the agreed price of the car, the $499.00 documentation fee and 12% tax "all in". To my surprise when I got home I noticed another $490 added to the price of the car. It was not listed as a fee it was just added to the price. The next day I contacted the salesman and he said he'd have the finance person call me. I was at work so she left me a message. She stated that "it's a standard industry fee and it's because it cost the dealership money to find me financing". This statement was also repeated by the sale manager. FYI the banks pay the dealership to bring them clients. If this fee is ever brought up while buying a car get up and leave. It is my STRONG recommendation that you take your money elsewhere. If they try to charge you any fee besides the administration/documentation fee it's an unnecessary fee. You don't have to believe me just call some other dealerships like I did and ask. There are way too many places to buy a car and spend your money. I am hard working construction worker with three young children and $490 is alot of money to me and my family. In the end the dealerships sales manager took the $490.00 off the car and an additional $250. They also apologized for the experience I had.

I went to murray hyundai with my friend to buy Santa fe 2020 and my experience was not so welcoming. My attending sales person was Gene and he was very good with us in the beginning, we talked about the car and all. He asked me If I have took a test drive already and I said I have not, then he said lets take a test drive but before that he took my information. I told him that my credits score is fair and I do not have any car to trade in. Then he called the manager and he asked me to send my information to the bank for the loan approval( as he was in doubt about my approval) and I agreed. Then Gene got me the weekly figure for the car, and I asked for the overall quote which he didn’t gave me till today. After that Gene was missing but melissa came up and told us that they will inform if it gets approved or not. Then I found gene and asked for the quote again and he said that he will email me but he haven’t. I asked him before leaving if we can take a test drive, but his response was “ I AM NOT SURE IF WE ARE ALLOWED” so I asked to look at the car and he agreed. Then he vanished again and I leaved from there. After two days I messaged Gene about the qoute and the approval, but melissa called the next day which I couldn’t take it. I didn’t call them back, because I think they were not interested in selling car to me as Gene was not showing interest and rejected to take a test drive and he also haven’t contacted me till today about the car. That was my experience. Would I recommend murray hyundai? - Yes, but only if you are likely to get loan approval or you have trade in vehicle or you are giving good down payment. Would I recommend Gene? - Definitely Not because of his rudeness.

My entire experience from beginning to end was FANTASTIC. From the moment I walked in, Peter (make sure you ask for him) was incredibly knowledgeable, soooo kind and honestly just hilarious! He truly wants you to have the most enjoyable car buying experience and that you find the car that rights for you (and your wallet) Love him! Then there's Melissa who helped me with all the financing, she's AMAZING. This was my first time buying a car on my own so I was understandably a little nervous about staying within budget. She could not have been more wonderful or patient (I had a gazillion questions) through the whole process. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to and kept my budget in mind as she walked me through every single financing/insurance option. Not once did I feel pushed to go over my budget - seriously the best! And last but not least while I waited for my appointment to pick up my car, Brad took the time to show me every single feature my new car had to offer. This particular one has Apple CarPlay which I've never used, and Brad sat with me and helped me sync my phone, set all the settings to my liking, and basically made sure that I knew how to use every feature. I've NEVER had someone take the time to do that before but it was INSANELY helpful. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone even thinking of buying a new or used car.

The Service department at this location is fantastic. I have had my vehicle serviced here regularly at this location and really can't say enough about the service staff. Danny Jang and Charlie Calbury are two of the most knowledgeable people in the biz. They truly care about their customers needs and do everything they can. Bring your car in here if you want true and honest service. Yes! It often does cost more when going to a dealership for service, but you won't be disappointed.

Beware! Took my car in to address a spongy brake pedal this month. After two visits, they failed to diagnose or fix the problem, but told me the car was still safe to drive, and I needed either a new master cylinder or hydraulic control unit (HECU), they weren't sure which. So repairs would be either $1,500 or $4,000. A quick google search found the car should not be driven in it's current state, and also that the HECU part quoted at $3,000 is only $1,400. Increasingly frustrated, I also got a quote for the master cylinder elsewhere for half the price. With this in mind, I asked Murray Hyundai to keep the car longer and determine which of the two repairs were necessary, and to match the lower prices I'd found. At this point, they changed their tune and said BOTH repairs were necessary, and the best they would do was 15% off, so it would still be $4,500. Really annoyed at their lack of expertise and apparent price gouging, I picked up my car and took it elsewhere. Good thing I did, as NEITHER repair was necessary. Another shop did a quick fix to the ABS unit, and did not charge me a penny! I'm in disbelief. I just saved myself nearly $5,000 that Murray Hyundai wanted to charge me for fictitious repairs. They've lost my family's longtime business of three vehicles. I'd pay a premium for Hyundai's expertise on Hyundai vehicles, but this whole experience destroyed years of trust in this dealership.

My family and I have been Honda people for as long as I can remember. Then my fiance (now my wife) came along and bought a Hyundai Elantra. If I had it my way she would have bought a Honda Civic, but I had to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with how stylish and well designed the Elantra was. When we started shopping for a new SUV this year we decided to look at Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai. The sales persons at Honda and Toyota were extremely off putting (a first for me at a Honda dealership) and there were a few things that we didn't like about the CR-V and Rav 4. We turned our attention toward the Sante Fe and while there were still a few things that we didn't like about it, we still preferred it over the CR-V and Rav 4 and the new model year was only a few months away with rumours of a minor face lift that may address our concerns. While researching the changes that were coming to the Sante Fe we stumbled across the completely re-designed Tucson. It looked great, it was bigger, it had every safety feature we wanted, and they improved on the few things that we didn't like about the Sante Fe. We decided to wait for the Tucson and our sales person, Andrew McCullough, was great at keeping us in the loop. We pre-ordered a Tucson as soon as they were available and it arrived a few weeks earlier than expected. Once again I had to admit that I was surprised with how stylish and well designed a Hyundai vehicle was. We ended up buying the Tucson and after a month of ownership our only regret is buying it too soon. There were no promos when our Tucson arrived and since then there has been one after the other, including one for a free 7 year/120,000 km warranty. Unfortunately the dealership will not honour the promo for us, citing unexpected costs for body work on our trade in that "ate away in some of our profit". Next time just tell me no, don't tell me its because you (allegedly) incorrectly assessed the value of my trade in. Anyways, lesson learned. Next time we'll wait for the promos, but you wouldn't think it would be an issue after paying nearly $50,000 for the top model of a brand new vehicle with several dealership add ons. I'm sitting on the fence of whether I would recommend this dealership or not, but aside from the issue with the promo, which has really left a sour taste in the mouth, our experience has been otherwise positive.

When I wanted to buy a new 3-row SUV, I tested every 3-row out there and ended up choosing the Santa Fe XL because it had all the bells, whistles and performance of a luxury car at a great price. Took my genesis in for a faulty sensor which is covered under warranty. When I get there, the service rep Lucas tells me that it's 430 and they might not be able to get it done by the end of the day. First off, your company was the one who booked me in for 430 and knew what the issue was. Second if the day was busy then you could have called and informed the customer to rebook their appointment. Anyways after telling him this, he says we will try our best to get it done by 6. Once they finished looking at the car, he comes to tell me that the sensor was damaged and will not be covered under warranty. I tell him I've had the car for almost a year and have not gotten into any accidents, it also doesn't make sense electrically for the sensor to fail years after a collision. If it was due to damage it would fail upon impact. Then he says it could have been from a parking lot bump, again there's no physical damage on the bumper and makes no sense. So I ask him I'd like to take a look and see this "damage" and he says oh sorry the bumper was put back on. Why would you put the bumper back on when replacing the sensor is only a 15 minute job! Everything seemed very suspicious and I felt scammed as they took payment still for checking the car. Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Took my Genesis in because the navigation screen failed which also controls my radio, air conditioning, heating, etc. Quoted me $1300 to replace to a REFURBISHED unit which comes with a 30 DAY WARRANTY.....(really????). So if it happens again in 2 months I'm out another $1300? And to make it worse, the software on the new system will be older than my current one, so they want to charge me another $500 to update the software. I've been happy here previously, but this is pretty ridiculous. Hyundai needs to get their act straight. I rarely leave reviews I'm relatively easy going, but I'm reminded everyday and it's been quite frustrating driving without being able to control the temp/radio/navigation/vents, etc. Going to start looking to sell all 3 of the Hyundais we own.

It's all good. The only comment I make is this: I think the sales staff needs to be better informed concerning all possible pricing options. The purchase of the Sonata should not have cost me the extra $1,000. If I had known that the 2013 Sonata SE existed and had the interest buy down, there is no way I'd have made the original purchase of the 2012 Sonata 2.0T I am a big boy and I should have inquired further. And this will not prevent me from buying from you again. I like the dealership and I like the way I am treated. So, no one needs to be called on the carpet about this. This is, simply, a suggestion.

My one criticism which would apply to any Hyundai dealer is the costs of filters for your car. Amazon cabin filter $8.87 USD while at the dealer $40.00 CDN. Were not talking quality here, just a sort of ripoff. And I will not go into the large cost difference in engine air filters.

I had brought in my hyundai ioniq electric yesterday for service. my customer number is 34045. I had a really bad experience wherein i was given the car with a flat tire and had to fill up air from the gas station. My invoice says a complimentary car wash and vacuum but I do not think any of it was done. I will attach pictures for your reference where you can see that the car was extremely dirty. this was very unprofessional and I do not think I will ever come back to your dealership. You lost a customer today.

When they steam clean a nice dry used car (without asking) they shouldn't use so much water that two cups of water are discovered too late in the spare tire well. What was a nice car is now a moldy car with 30,000km and no leaks anywhere! Add to that the incredibly over tightened wheel nuts (I had winter tires put on there) and over torqued oil drain plug. Now I am afraid of bringing the car in to them (or anyone else) for a power steering pump sensor recall. :)

I will never buy car from this dealership as they sold piece of junk to my friend. We went there many times to get it fixed but they unable to fix it as they said it is beyond repair as the issue comes back. My friend bought new car from them and after a month it started giving problems. They even don’t hear the customer properly and start getting ignore after selling product. There customer service is not at all good.

Bought my brand new Elantra 2019 from this dealership and they literally sold me a piece of junk. Called in a few times and left my name and number but no one called me. Asked them for an exchange and was told we don't do that. Why even advertise if you can't replace ? The car has serious steering alignment issues to the point that it is unsafe for driving( have been working with diff dealership and even they say that it is beyond repair as the issue comes back) Will be escalating it this week beyond dealership level. You just lost a bunch of customers as my friends and family are never going to buy a vehicle from here based on the experience I have had since December 2018. THANKS A TON FOR RISKING MY LIFE

They over service and over charge for regular maintenance appointments. I had my service invoices reviewed at another dealer because after three phone messages I left to inquire about my invoices from service done White Rock Hyundai, NOBODY called me ever. After receiving more solicitation emails and phone calls, I called and emailed to be removed from all lists and I am still receiving calls to come and have service done. I will not be returning to Murray White Rock Hyundai for service or refer to this dealer. Very disappointed and I feel taken advantage of.

First time visited this dealership , Have been servicing my vehicle from open road richmond and then guildford from last 6 yrs since I purchased this vehicle. All other agencies work ethically . Which I couldnt see at this location. I specifically told the rep that I wanted a basic service this time and after i dropped my vehicle they called and informed me that I needed a engine air filter replacement for which I refused and they added a special fuel which none of the other dealership recommended ever in past , it was the first time I saw that on my bill for $30 which I dont know ever needed or not. When I saw my invoice in that there were 2-3 categories additionally added to my bill and for all those it was written ( declined by customer ) whereas it was only one option that was advised by the rep to me over the phone. I was surprised and I tried calling the service centre few times and wanted to talk to the agent on counter and never able to get hold of him. Its my vehicle they dont have authority to write any kind of comments on things which were refused by me. Invoice is invoice ( not a recommendation paper) . all other categories they additionally added to my bill and to their system shows they feed wrong comments in the bill so when someone comes by next time they will get it done and this the way of making money . even if the customer refuses 2nd time then they get it third time. Watch out people for your invoices . Read manual provided by the mfg of these vehicle. It has all the information. Very disappointed with this dealership and they spoiling brand image of hyundai.

I drove 5 hours down from the interior specifically to buy a specific model car. I knew what I wanted but felt the best all in prices I was getting we're not the best!!! I was SO BEYOND done talking to other sales people at other dealerships until I found the car I wanted at Murray Hyundai in White Rock! They had it on the lot! I was less then enthusiastic about talking to yet another sales person. However Peter Vethanayagam was not deterred by my less then enthusiastic quiet demeanor! He was so happy and attentive right away when I met him his energy was great, friendly, approachable, zero pressure, easy going. I told him I was not happy about talking cars. And he said, "I will make it happy!" He totally did!! Cause I bought the car from him and got a great deal! All the staff there are actually happy to be there, with a good sense of humor and it was a wonderful experience! Make the effort and go!! It was worth it and I am more then pleased. I just got my 2018 Mazada 3 GT from there, they offered a very competitive price for this super low mileage pre-owned car. Not only the vehicle itself but also their attentive services impressed me. My salesperson Gary, a very straightforward Chinese guy, was always considerate and tried the best for customers. He was very helpful! Also, the vehicle delivery guy Brad gave me a very detailed explanation of the car features and helped me set it up! Being a loyal Volkswagen owner for many years, I went to two local VW dealers with the intention of trading in my Jetta for a new Golf. Neither dealer would negotiate. I researched the Elantra GT which is a comparable car to the golf and even has some more features for a lower MSRP! I met Peter V on a Sunday afternoon. He was very friendly and outgoing. Although it took me several days to decide which car I wanted, Peter was very patient and did not pressure me to make a quick decision. Had a Synthetic #1 oil change - $149.95! Called my dealership in Ontario and exact same package is $74.95. They charge double for a simple oil change! Was told my car was out for wash 2x when it was just sitting there. Waited 1/2 hour for car wash, never happened. Total ripoff. UPDATE: Concern was actioned by Charles, Sales Manager. Charles listened to my concern, acknowledge concern and, offered an acceptable solution. As with all complaints, recovery is key. Thank you to Charles for understanding my issue and helping me move forward.
