John Tsirimbis Is the man!! Plain and simple ???? Saw a great deal online for the vehicle I wanted... Called and got through to John regarding said vehicle... As I was from out of province we built a rapport with each other rapidly and struck a deal. Together we we’re able to finalize everything over the phone ???? Finance was set up, we were set up... I mean he took care of everything!! When we flew into Vancouver, we were picked up from the airport, brought back to Weissach, completed some paperwork, met a lot of great people, and then he handed me the keys. If my fiancé wasn’t with me at the time, we would have kept it Canadian and went for a rip ???? Long story short, John is a beauty!! Fantastic experience! This was my first time purchasing a high end sports car, and it couldn't have been more different from my previous encounters with other dealerships. My salesman, Mike, seems to genuinely want to see his customers get the car they want, and enjoy the vehicle after purchase. No high pressure tactics, great service before and after the purchase. There were a couple of minor rattles after I picked up the vehicle, they had me bring it back, diagnosed and remedied them incredibly quickly and at no charge. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for their dream car.

In March I bought a 2017 Lotus Evora 400 from Weissach's new Lotus Vancouver and recently my wife bought a 2004 Porsche C4S from the main store on W. 2nd. It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur Power at Lotus and Oli Strong at Weissach. Both made the transactions seamless and were a pleasure to deal with. I didn't once feel like we were dealing with "salespeople". Oli even worked while recovering from minor surgery to make sure that my wife could pick up her car a day early so that she could take it on an unplanned trip. I had the Lotus in a couple of weeks ago to deal with some annoying rattling noises. Chad Wookey, Service Director, responded to my email immediately, and we scheduled an appointment for a convenient time for me. Took the car in and they took car of everything. Even followed up a couple of days later to make sure that they got all the noises. I've also been very impressed with how customers become part of the Weissach family. My wife and I took the Lotus on the recent Hublot Diamond Rally as part of the Weissach group. We hadn't participated in this before, so didn't know what to expect. We had planned to do it on our own and then received the invite from Weissach to join them. The Weissach team took care of everything and made it a great event. After the event, they held a dinner for their customers, which was great fun and capped the event. Looking forward to taking part in their various track days and organized group drives.

They were able to get me top dollar for my European Import and gave me an unbelievable price on the GTS. The service department at Weissach are the best in the business and understand the nuances and vagaries of older model Porsches. They are fair in their pricing and always do their best to respect their customer's interests and limits. I don't think its her fault though i think she needs proper training. Talked way too much about herself when I am supposed to be doing the talking. Her eyes were bloodshot and she smelled like Cannabis. The vibe was pretentious and very cold and not friendly environment at all. Definitely not the right fit for me or anyone wanting a warm, friendly and down to earth place. Completely disorganized as they had no record of our appointment when I got there.
