Shaun did a great job of coordinating our purchase and delivery at Tesla Park Royal, from answering our questions (including rebate information) to advising on financing and accessories. Eddie did a superb job with our pick-up at the Tesla delivery centre (pictured in photo) and got us set up and on our way back to Kamloops. All in all it was a very positive experience - we will definitely deal with them for the cybertruck purchase (grin).

I recently purchased a vehicle through Park Royal. My issues began with picking up the vehicle at Great Northern Way where I was met with a rude ICBC agent, who upon discovering that I just wanted day insurance, was less than pleasant. Next I was shown to my vehicle and received some basic instructions before leaving. When I arrived home, I discovered some damage to the vehicle that I didn't notice on the lot. There was no inspection of the vehicle and to be honest, being there alone was overwhelming. When I called my sales agent she responded with one line, "I double that it happened on the lot", meaning I damaged the car. I then called to speak with her manager and over the next couple of days felt that Tesla does not care about you once you drive off the lot. In comparison to when I purchased my used Honda 7 years ago, where the agent there, spent over an hour walking me through the used vehicle, inspecting it with me and showing me how everything worked, before signing a document accepting the vehicle as it was. There was none of that with Tesla. No inspection document. My experience was so negative that it made me wonder what further service with Tesla would be like, enough so that I debated for a few days to return the vehicle and purchase something else. Here is some tips for picking up your Tesla. Bring a memory card to install for the cameras, so if something happens on the way home, or doesn't, you have proof. Inspect the car throughly and take someone with you as you may miss something being alone. Speak to an insurance agent prior to picking up your car. Thanks to my insurance agent, I saved the deductible on the replacement insurance and also a $300 fee that ICBC charges you to complete insurance at the Great Northern Way site.

Very nice Tesla as all Tesla locations go. I mean they basically look like every single Apple store, which unfortunately can feel boring as every single store is the same but also it's a plus because no store looks bad.

nice location, nice cars, Poor Services, Don't expect anything you would get from a normal car dealer store. The following is from an Owner Adviser from this store on my complains about not getting an emails response until 3 days after that. ----------- Due to the incentives running low, we are now experiencing extremely heavy volumes of test drives, phone calls and emails. I am doing my best to respond in a timely manner but please expect a response in 24-48 hours (for emails). ----------- You basically go to the store to check out the cars. As soon as you have ordered a car, you are on your own.

We had set up an appointment online to test drive a Tesla 3. We have never driven a fully electric car. Our customer experience specialist, Christy, was awesome! She was great at going through everything, answering all our questions, and taking us out for the test drive. My family enjoyed the whole experience, which is making us consider it as one of our top choices. We're still deciding on the car but would definitely refer others to her if anyone is considering a Tesla.

Great info and help from Shaun. Have been into this dealer a couple of times and had several email and phone exchanges with Shaun. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt with replies, and low pressure. Having dealt with two other car companies and several different individual dealerships for electric cars, dealing with Shaun at Tesla has been the best experience I’ve had. Definitely will go out of my way to try to deal with Shaun in the future.

Tyler, delivery guy from Tesla located at 1712 Powell St., Vancouver BC V5L 1H7 is rude and takes a lot of time to reply to my emails. I traded my Audi and he left an outstanding balance with Audi. I was not even aware of it until Audi called me & said I was in collections and it was about to affect my credit. I told him to not only read my emails but to be kind to reply. Terrible bad experience and awful customer service. Double check what the sales agent says. Don’t get me wrong, I love the car but it’s just the customer service that is disappointing.

Tesla's advertised pricing is misleading. They quote a $38290 price for a Model 3, but when you try to buy it, the price is suddenly $54990. It turns out the $38290 is the price after "estimated savings," which includes possible government rebates AND what they figure you'll save on gas over the life of the Tesla. When I pointed out that no other car company misleads in pricing like this, the salesman at the West Vancouver store started lecturing me on how Tesla is like no other car company and then started speaking over me. Not impressed at all.

Stopped by this location after a series of visits to multiple other dealerships and was met with enthusiasm and warmth at this Tesla and had a wonderful experience that narrowed me in on my vehicle of choice. I was helped by an employee named Jesse who was nothing less than excellent in his service, politeness and most importantly he was a wealth of information that helped me focus my search and gave me a feeling of assurance in my choice; which is not just appreciated when making a purchase of this size, but necessary! Excellent location, excellent service, very happy I decided to stop in when I did.

Our purchase was definitely the best car transaction ever. We were under incredible time constraints due to being away from three young children. Christy worked with our impossible schedule including sick children and seaplane/ferry schedules. Yes our car wasn't cheap, but it was sure nice not having $500 'doc fees' and fob insurance, mandatory useless laser etching fees etc. The car itself blew me away. Would give six stars if I could.

I've mainly dealt with Jesse, but have had some interactions with other reps as well, and they are all very helpful, informative, and patient. I definitely recommend this location to anyone considering buying a Tesla. I wish all other locations offered the same quality of professionalism.

I just want to recognize the entire Tesla Team. Jordan at the West Vancouver location was just so incredible from the very first call I made to the Tesla Sales Team all the way through following up after we brought our brand new car home. There must have been 10-15 touchpoints and in each case he answered our questions with all the knowledge and patience- making our decision clear and carefree. It is clear that he is passionate and proud of the company he works for and to me thats the number one indication that we have a world class product on our hands! We absolutely love our new vehicle and look for excuses to get out and drive her whenever we can!

I've toyed with the idea of going full EV for years and finally took the plunge the start of May when I ordered my Model Y. Samantha was excellent from my first test drive to following up a few days after I got the car. As this was my first Tesla experience, she was wonderful at guiding me through the process including coaching me on how to get my Model Y ASAP and answering all my questions. If you're used to the "old way" to buy a car and want to chat with someone before getting your Tesla stop by and see Samantha - you won't regret the trip!

Poor customer service Last Sunday I was at Park Royal and decided to charge my Tesla at Tesla service station. Unfortunately, all charging stations were taken. I asked a Tesla representative if it is possible to move one of their cars for a while. He said somebody will help me. After waiting 15 minutes I went back and ask him again. The answer was, “Oh, you are still waiting, we don’t have any available spots”. First of all there was at least one spot taken by their new car (without license), and secondly he could let me know without making me wait. They were very nice to potential buyers, but I guess as soon as you buy a car they don’t care anymore.
