OUR FIRST CAR = GREAT CAR & GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Highly recommended! Me and my wife are very happy with our first car. We just got a 2021 Nissan Rouge from this dealership. It was an awesome experience. First I wanted to thank Rhett Gapoy (Sales Consultant) for being the best and honest adviser we've talked to. Very knowledgable consultant. He isn't like any other consultant who just wants to sell you a car- he really listened to what we want & need. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision. He took his time-guided us thru the process and we felt he is sincere in helping us. During the negotiation, same great experience- with Rossana Leung (Sales Manager). To be honest, I was a tough customer because it was our first car as a couple- I want the best car for our hard earned money. But again, I didn't feel the pressure to make a decision just because they wanted to sell me a car- Rossana was so patient and explained to me everything. All the pros/cons and the benefit of the route we chose. It took me at least a week to decide. And we decided to go back to them and talk again- Rossana and Rhett were the difference makers in our decision making. I would like to thank Samantha Tso (sales manager) and Vincent Chen (sales consultant)- they played a role in the process as well. Christina Lange (Business Manager)- she only recommended us what we need. And lastly, Kenneth Ng (Service Manager)- great job on the service side. We had requested an additional installation on the car but he went above and beyond our request. They checked the whole car- from updates, to recall, etc. He made sure we were taken care of. My words says everything. Overall, great team. Great people to deal with. I would surely recommend it to all my friends, family members and to you guys as well.

This is a little late, but my wife and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Southside Nissan. We happened to come into the showroom in early July and were greeted by Rhett Gapoy who ended up being our sales associate. What we didn't know was that it was his first day! We never would have guessed - Rhett was knowledgeable and professional and attentive. He made our experience very pleasurable and very memorable. My wife and I are happy to say that we were Rhett's first sale (on his first day!) at Southside Nissan. We highly recommend Southside Nissan and Rhett Gapoy!

KC was patient with me and answered all of my questions, provided extra documents and information regarding the vehicle that I was interested in and finally purchased. Rossana, was very friendly and helpful as well. They did their best to make it possible for me to purchase the vehicle that I had in mind. The car have been taken apart. Not ended up having to wait a long time for replacement parts to arrive.

I bought a Nissan out of province, so I can't comment on the car buying experience here. But I have taken my car in twice now for minor maintenance, and I was very pleased with the service. The tire change was cheaper than other companies in the city, and the service counter staff are so, SO friendly and courteous. If you have a Nissan, this is a great place to get things serviced efficiently and at a reasonable cost. No problems so far, definitely recommend!

First new car I've got from a dealership in over 20 years and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had visited many dealerships around the lower mainland over the years and was constantly put off by the cheezy and somewhat annoying tactics of high-pressure salespeople. I had all but given up on finding a replacement for my aging vehicle which was getting more costly to repair each year, so I reached out to family members and was pointed in the direction of Samantha Tso at Southside Nissan. To keep a long story short, Samantha really hit it outta the park -- she put extra time in on a long holiday weekend, arranging the financing for my complicated transaction, and most importantly, she never made me feel any of those ill feelings I'd experienced before at other dealerships. I was shopping for a new vehicle for a week til i came to this dealership. The ambiance could have been better and the reception felt a bit cold but the sales rep KC was more welcoming than the previously mentioned concerns. KC was helpful, felt approachable and knowledgeable. We went to do a test drive for my car of choice and gave me a run down of options of their inventory. KC answered my questions to my satisfaction and it was an easy done deal for me. After the test drive we talked numbers and and closed the deal. Upon car delivery, KC gave me an informative tour of the store and services department which i find was really helpful for future use. In October, I went to Southside Nissan to find a car after my SL Platinum 2017 Nissan Rogue was unfortunately rear-ended and totalled. I had gone to several other car dealerships, which didn't have any comparable car available on their lots; many were asking for a deposit and offering loose estimates of when their cars would arrive. We always go visit the store just to keep our-self updated as to what is new in the market.
