Apparently, we weren't the type of customers they wanted, as no one approached us as well looked at cars for a good 15-20 min before we finally saw a salesman. He told us they didn't have the car we were interested in, and didn't seem too eager to take our money. Just because we didn't "look" like Mercedes drivers doesn't mean we can't afford one. Took our business elsewhere. Rude staff.

My husband and I purchased an ML350 diesel in 2012 and had a great experience with Maurice Beasant. It was getting older and we decided we didn't need something as big for our next purchase. I was never in love with the GLK so I hadn't even gone into Mercedes. We had been looking for a smaller SUV for some time and I had even put a deposit down on an Audi Q5. On my way home from Audi I popped in to see Maurice to say hi and let him know I was going to be selling my ML but it happened to be his day off. The receptionist said, 'Let me call him'. Maurice (on his day off) took the time to speak to me and when I told him my intention he said, 'Sherry, have you seen the GLC? It sounds exactly what you're looking for!' He set me up with a sales guy in the showroom and they showed me the GLC300. Maurice agreed to meet me there the next day. Maurice always shows class and I never feel pressured. He spent time with me by going over all the things I was looking for and we found the perfect fit. We ordered my vehicle and he even kept me updated on where it was in transit!!!! I can't thank Maurice enough! His knowledge of the vehicle was astounding. I highly recommend purchasing your Mercedes from Maurice, he is very trustworthy and you can feel that he genuinely cares about my husband and me. He even sends me the random hello and checks in now and again to see how we are doing. Thank you Maurice for everything!

I've recently just purchased a used C300 from Farhad Faiz. He did a exceptional job in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted. Even on his day off he was there answering my phone calls and following up any concerns that I might have. For pricing I believe he got me the best deal, as other MB sales couldn't get the price that I wanted but he did. Since I had the car for a week now he has followed up to see how it is. I have never seen any car salesman following up after the sale is done. I definitely recommend using him.

Arrogant sales staff, both men - one Chinese late 30 something and one older Caucasian male - interrupted my wife and I, and talked over our questions when we asked about about the E and M class. Service Dept will not provide any advice on vehicle that is not their performed by their own service department - in short, they refuse to discuss the vehicles. This is extremely unhelpful as a (now former) multi-Benz owner. Ultimately took our business to Lexus as we couldn't stand the behavior of the sales staff at Benz North Vancouver. You lost three sales as a result of your poor business practices. Never again.

Farshad is the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live in Edmonton, it feels like I've known him for ages. He diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and went far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Farshad was nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. We have been going to this dealership for my partner's car servicing for many years now. They're expensive, but I always felt that I could trust their work. This all changed when they returned my car with a damaged component. At first, my service advisor Gregory did not even acknowledge the break, which was obvious as soon as I saw the car. When I questioned him about it, he did everything in his power not to take any ownership for what happened. Eventually, Gregory told me he would refund me for part of the cost of the replacement. It has been over 6 months now since the repair, and I have yet to get my refund or any info about its status. I have talked to several staff members, including Dina and Isabella, all who promise to talk to the service manager Robert but then never call me back. This has happened several times now. I'm not sure how to proceed at this point. I don't like having to mention any names or leave negative reviews, but nobody at this dealership is owning up to my promised refund. The lack of accountability and professionalism is seriously shocking. To anybody reading this, I sincerely hope you reconsider getting your car serviced here.

Very bad experience. When purchased my vehicle I was promised by the sales rep that he will have my car polished inside out every time bring in for service but when brought in for first service he didn’t fulfill his promise. Also service department Manager told me that I need to replace my tires as they are 80% worn, When brought in papers to the Manager showing the tires were replaced last year and only drove less than 2k since then the manager told me the tires are fine.

So far, I have to say he has the best customer service skills I've seen in the field. He definitely went beyond his job scope. The worst repair service experience ever. In 2021, after $9000 bills paid for repair, they still want to charge another $6000+ bill for similar issue. The manager said that is because 2012 car is old. The first, You said my vehicle was towed to Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. It is total wrong. I drove my car to your store by myself. The second, You said I did not want to pay your bill. Wrong again. In fact, I punctually paid 3 times diagnosis fee, all labour fee and material fee within just half year. What I did is just question your diagnosis unprofessional and 3rd diagnosis fee unreasonable. The third, You said it is a completely separate issue. Unfortunately, wrong again. The both 1st issue and 3rd issue are same which is the front wheel suspension issue. I am not an English native speaker. Don't juggle with words any more. If you do not pay your attention on improve your service quality and professionalization, you will lose more customers.

this is bill.I own a 2014 mercedes e class 250 bluetech. what i have said here is 100% truth what i have experience here in north vancouver. no more no less. exactly what happened. I went here for a check engine light issue and break service JAN31 2020. The rep from the service department told me he would give me the best price, I trusted him. then he quoted me 1500 dollars for the rear breaks service. I was shocked because i remember i had the exactly the same service done in boundary mercedes two years ago for around 700 dollars. i questioned him how come 1500$? he said rear break service is 1500$. no need to doubt, mercedes always charges customers fairly . I told him to hold and checked with boundary, boundary location told me it's lil bit over 800$. then the rep told me sorry, it's a mistake because the part department quoted me some parts i don't need. finally they told me they can do 870 or something which is 50$more than boundary mercedes and they do not match their price for no reason, I did not want to bother switching locations since I am there already so i said go ahead. but I realized i was ripped off . boundary charged me 2 hours labour 2 years ago for the front break service, north van charged me 2and half hours for labour , which is 80 $ more. anyways, that's not the end. when I picked up the car, north vancouver mercedes charged me 50$ more for miscellaneous shop supplies. what can I say? I just paid them but I was not happy and I still smiled to them because they used to do a good job. maybe this time is exception? I don't know but you guys should be aware of. you know , when you look into it, you know they are not that honest. when i headed back home, I found out the repairman tightened my handbreak so tried to call my rep to confirm, he doesn't bother take my call. he just ignored me. maybe I paid them already, no need to answer me .well. would you go here ? I would not to be honest. I would buy another mercedes but not from them because I think honesty is the no1 .

Customer service does not seem to be a priority. Despite making appointments on different occasions for sales and separately vehicle service we have been put in the holding pen for close to an hour. No loaner vehicle, no shuttle despite being confirmed to be provided. Good thing there are plenty of choices out there.

Now that I have accommodated to electric drive I am delighted with it, and do not plan ever again to purchase a fossil-fuelled vehicle. Thank you also for assistance re snow tires, and for aiding in the preparation for re-sale of my '06 diesel Smart, which has long been serviced there and which proved itself to be clearly the best of all two dozen cars I have owned. Absolutely horrible experience finishing with what I’m assuming is them sabotaging my vehicle. Long story, but here we go. I had two of the cheap Plastic Chinese key fobs they use for smart cars and they had disintegrated over the years, plastic and motherboard falling apart. I called to order a new one and they tell me it will take two weeks to order it In and cost 500$. I paid, Multiple phone calls and 3 months later they finally got it in blaming covid-19 for the complications. I was a little frustrated but understanding, I get it. Covid would probably have some implications in shipping warehouses. Whatever not a huge deal. I scheduled an appointment which I ended up missing because of a doctors appointment. So I schedule another appointment for 11:00 am a week or two later to get the key that’s now arrived and have it programmed to my smart car. I show up at 11 and go to parts and services, show him my order slip (from 3 months ago) and give them my old keys and ask when I can pick the vehicle up. The guy gives me a snide look and tells me to make an appointment. I tell him I have made an appointment to have my new key programmed and have brought the old keys just like they asked. He says nope, go over to the front desk and make an appointment. I figure it’s not worth arguing with this guy as he clearly doesn’t have my appointment in front of him so maybe they deleted it out of the system??? I walk over to the front desk and ask to schedule an appointment to have my new key programmed and give him the exact same order slip. The guy goes on his computer and goes “oh you have an appointment for today at 11 for just that... what time is it... oh 11:04.” At this point I’m pretty irritated so I sarcastically say “oh really, no way! Your parts and services guy is pretty convinced I don’t.” They agree to program the keys.... Like the appointment was made for. I leave and here’s where an employee is actually a pretty cool guy. This tall white guy shows me out and gives me a voucher for a free cab ride home and is super polite, (pretty neat) then later that day the same guy gives me a call to pick up my vehicle because it’s ready and because I couldn’t get there before Mercedes closed, he was nice enough to park it across the street for me and hide the keys in the vehicle so I could pick it up later at night. All this guys good deeds were soon dashed however when I got into my car and the diesel engine sounded like garbage and a brand new warning light showed up that wasn’t lit when I brought it in. My fuel water separator had reached its limit and needs the water drained. (Pretty complex fix which if not attended to could result in bacteria and microbes destroying my engine). I’m pretty sure because I was annoyed with them for taking so long with my key and then sarcastic at the front desk when it finally got here they poured water into my fuel tank, my gas cap was also on way tighter than I screw it on. So they definitely opened it at some point. Maybe parts and services was mad at me for giving them grief for being two and half months late and telling me I hadn’t scheduled an appointment when I did. Maybe they thought they could mess with me because I’m young and drive an old beater smart car. Overall experience Parts and services: -30/10 Tall blonde guy: 10/10 super nice dude Front desk guy who could actually find my appointment: 8/10 thanks for doing your job right.

Here is the thing. I saw a used car on craigslist. I made a appointment with the sales and drive about an hour to him. Arrived on time and he is with another customer. Hate to wait for the sales. But we test drove the car and he told me someone put a deposit on it already. My appointment is 3:30, the car sold at 2:30. I don't expect you hold the car, but at least you should tell me is sold then I can save the trip? (North Van traffic is horrible) We he didn't call because he don't know. Then he told me I can still be a backup plan. I been contact with this sales over a week and finally come with my family of 4. And not only I have to wait for the sales person, moreover is for nothing(car had been just sold)! Really turn my day off. They can do 2 things to avoid that. 1st put a hold sign in it when you have someone book a appointment to see the car. You can still show others customer but appointment customer should be treat first. 2nd don't takes up when you have a customer appointment. Especially he text confirm with me and I texted the sales guy the time. Last thing is this sale guy not really paying his respect with me. I know, I am driving a 05 celica not worth much and coming to see a $17xxx car. Not a big sales for M.Benz. But at least you can try to make me feel you are sorry, all I feel is just "oh, you are too late"

I had my car stolen then found, so I had it taken to MB-NV to get inspected and fixed. Long story short, my experience was not a positive one. Poor organization, miscommunication, incomplete paperwork and me having to chase after them repeatedly to get information on the status of my car. I didn’t notice it at the time of pickup, but they didn’t remove the left-over adhesive film from a tarp that had been covering the open sunroof during repairs (pictures included). I did send an email to their service manager to let them know I was not satisfied with my experience, but I didn’t get a response. I am happy with the mechanical repairs done (my car is running fine), but I wouldn’t go back there again.

My husband took the entire family to try out the new GLC 300 early january 2017 and the welcome and level of service we got from Mr Maurice Beasant was so professional and pleasant that he placed the order right after trying the car and he never did that before when buying a car ! but Maurice was always pleasant when we asked question ... and we had a lot of course... and his marketing approach was never pushy when it came to order extra packages for the car and we enjoyed that because car salesmen need to make money but Maurice only wanted to advise us on the best products and service for the car and he did a magnificent job ! My husband and I went in to get the 2016 c300.We wanted a white exterior with a grey interior with some additional options (sports package, etc). We were hoping to get a vehicle the day we went in but with the specifics of the colours we wanted, it was hard to find! Therefore, we had to order it and we had to wait 3 months for it; to our surprise we only waited 1 month. We worked with Maurice Beasant, he was great! I recently purchased a pre-owned SLK350 from Farhad at MB in North Vancouver. I found Farhad to be helpful and knowledgeable without the unwanted characteristics often associated with a Car Salesman. We of course, had to negotiate on the price but I felt that I got a fair price and the negotiations were relatively painless. When it was time to pick up the car, Farhad picked me up from the Seabus terminal and drove me to the lot. After the deal was done I mentioned getting a MB baseball hat in lieu of re-writing a $5 error on the deposit. Instead the company gave me back the $5 and Farhad bought me a hat with his own money as a nice gesture. Since the purchase Farhad followed with me a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my new purchase. My family has been a long-time customer of Mercedes-Benz at the Boundary location for many years and were always satisfied with the customer service. However, we recently purchased a financed GLS450 from the North Vancouver location and we were very disappointed. The salesperson Leo first misrepresented to us that we could pay our vehicle's down-payment in separate installments after we pick it up. When we arrived at the North Vancouver location, we discovered that we had to pay 100% of the down-payment before we can drive the GLS450 away. The manager understood our frustration at being misinformed and promised that Mercedes-Benz will deliver the vehicle to our house once we pay the down-payment so we did not need to make the drive out again. I was happy with this proposal and the customer service of the North Vancouver location up to this point. We decided to pick up the GLS450 in late January 2021. On that day we noticed there were missing car seat mats. Leo promised that he will arrange for the mats' delivery to our house. It has been more than 2 weeks and we have not heard back from Leo or the North Shore location. When we texted Leo about some other issues we had with the vehicle, we received no reply. We had a high expectation for customer service from a Mercedes Benz dealership; instead we got the bare minimum and less after our purchase was completed. Will never bother with the North Vancouver location again. Update (February 16, 2021): Was contacted by the salesperson today and he addressed our concerns. Upgraded the review rating to reflect this recent correspondence as having met our expectation for Mercedes' customer service.

We had an exceptional experience purchasing our C-Class from Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. Despite arriving at the dealership half an hour before closing due to traffic and ferry delays (from Vancouver Island), we were warmly greeted and promptly put in touch with Maurice. Maurice went above and beyond to make the process seamless and efficient, including pulling the vehicle out of the detailing bay to allow us to test drive it. The entire time we were there (at this point past closing), we were in no way rushed and were given his full attention. Amazing experience! I was introduced to Maurice Beasent, Sales and Leasing consultant from Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver through my sister who has worked with him before in getting her dream car. From the first interaction I had with Maurice, he was extremely pleasant, polite and knowledgable. I felt very confident in proceeding with getting my first Mercedes with Maurice's assistance. I was set on getting the 2018 CLA 250 and possibly custom ordering. I had sent my car specifications to Maurice and he instantly gave me detailed information regarding cost and an estimate time of when my car would come in if I were to custom order. But even better, Maurice provided an option of a CLA 250 that was in stock and ready to go. It was exactly what I was looking for but with more and better features/packages! Very poor service. The ml350 we bought in 2015, the mileage of less than 20,000 kilometers in 2017, said that my brake pads are worn out seriously, can not be used, I spent all the money; in 2018 I changed the snow tires, when the mileage was less than 30,000 kilometers(incuding half snow tires mileage),they tell me that all tire wear can not be used. I want to chang the four seasons this year and they said that they though all season tires out and asked me to buy a new one. When I bought a car, I added insurance, including tire insurance..... I really don’t know if I drove Mercedes-Benz. I have never had such a garbage in a car that has driven too many brands..... Complaints to the headquarters, two No one was in the week, no one answered the phone. I had a lot of calls before, and no one answered afterwards! This service is simply too bad.

In February 2017 my husband and I visited the Mercedes dealership. We had just come from another showroom and were just looking at as many cars as possible. We had been looking for several weeks and could not find the right car nor the dealer. We were uncertain about the kind of car that was appropriate. I had a BMW convertible and my husband had a Lexus SUV. We were leaning towards another big car and were considering a Range Rover. Before buying one however we decided to look at the Mercedes SUV. I told my husband this was not the vehicle I wanted. Maurice Beasant Helped us make a decision. In his kind way he showed my husband and I all the features of the new C300 convertible. He was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with my husband and I going back and forth explaining all the features of the car. He followed up with many emails and phone calls and in the end we were confident about buying the new Mercedes C300 convertible. Maurice has incredible customer service skills. He is an asset to Mercedes. He knows what people want and is not a pushy salesman. Quite the contrary he is gentle and kind and so helpful. My husband and Maurice worked together on the right car for me. When we made our final purchase and the day came to take our new car home, Maurice Beasant spent two hours with us going over all the many features such as self parking and answering all our questions. He told us both to come back soon for a follow up drive. We went back the next day for another session and until we were confident, he stayed with us. He has told us to come back as soon as we felt we needed a refresher. He is a wonderful salesman and I have given his name to several people and told them to just go into the North Vancouver dealership to see Maurice. My husband and I spent a Saturday test driving a number of vehicles and decided a Smart Car would fit my needs and wants. We looked online and noticed Mercedes Benz North Shore had a used blue Smart Car Passion edition convertible on their lot. We ventured up to their location to take a look at this model to see if it was to my liking. The dealership was extremely busy, but a wonderful sales representative by the name of Maurice Beasant took the time to show us what he had available even though he was dealing with another client at the same time. Unfortunately the blue model turned out to be a hard top, but he did show us a black Smart Car convertible with the options we were looking for. After negotiating a price we bought the vehicle. We told Maurice that we would pick up the car a couple of days later, but as it turned out we needed to pick up the vehicle sooner. Maurice managed on short notice to get the car in to the service department to prep it for pick up. He also arranged for an insurance representative to be there when we arrived so we can get insurance immediately and once that was completed he had the new license plate affixed to the car. Even though we weren’t his biggest client Maurice treated us like we were. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that Mercedes Benz North Shore and Maurice provided. He told me to come in, and I'm glad I did. Farhad talked to me about the 2011 smartcar they had and, in the end, ended up giving me an even better deal on a 2013 model, for practically the same price! I even left and came back twice to compare it with other offers. None was as good as this one. This is one of very few reviews I have written, but my experience with Araz, our sales rep, and the staff at Mercedes Benz (MB) North Van as well as with my new GLC 300 is worth writing one. With a budget of 60k - 70k and after test driving Q5, X3, QX70 and a couple of the higher-end non-luxury ones we test drove the MDX. Between the ride quality and cargo space it was by far the better choice. Although the dealership offered us an incredible deal ($ 65k for a fully loaded MDX tax inclusive), my wife insisted that we test drove a Mercedes. Ten minutes later we were in the North Van MB talking to Araz. Highly knowledgeable about their products, he walked us through them one by one listening carefully to what was and wasn’t priority for us. Soon we knew GLC was the right fit. I started the engine on the demo car, drove off the lot and on to the Marine Drive enjoying every second of the experience. Araz recommended that I tested the engine on the steep slope of Taylor Way using the Sport Plus driving mode and Oh My God, this car was no longer a gentlemen’s car rather a wild beast roaring and clawing up the steep hill at an incredible pace and power. Half way through the steep slope my wife was looking at me asking and saying at the same time: we are buying this one right now, OK? Here we are three months later enjoying every second of driving our very own GLC 300. I say no more about the quality, expert reviews of GLC and comparisons with its rivals are plentiful. We paid more than what we would have for the MDX and waited three months to drive our own, happily satisfied. I have to say that the highlight of my entire experience with MB was the way we were and are treated. Immediately after walking into MB North Van we felt and knew that there was no strings attached to our visit. Araz never gave us a feeling or indication as to putting an offer or anything like that was going to be brought up at any time. We were having fun buying a car, no pressure, period. Our GLC got here on Friday. Araz and his team worked hard to get all the paperwork ready for us and we drove off the lot on Sunday at 7 pm, when you cannot even get to the answering machine of most other businesses. I call that quality service. Thank you Araz and thank you MB North Van.

I normally don't write reviews but I've decided to take my chance at North Vancouver Mercedes because I have had bad customer service and experience from the terminal and boundary service department locations. Let me start off by saying the service advisor name Morris along with shop foreman Patrick, are very good at what they do. Both were fantastic at customer satisfaction who actually listens to the customers problems and addresses the situation in order to keep the customer happy. Morris and Patrick takes pride in their jobs and actually tells you the right and truthful knowledge unlike most dealerships who just tells you whatever so they can move on to the next customer. But most importantly, fixes the problem with the car. Both gentlemen did their best at providing me with knowledge of why my brakes were squeaking even when the brake pads were new from factory. No wonder this location has 4.5 stars rating!

We had superlative service from the minute we walked into the Mercedes- Benz dealership in North Vancouver. Everyone treated us with respect and were really genuine. These qualities are but of the few that Maurice Beasant possesses and he was our sales consultant. We had never set foot in the Mercedes dealership before and it is thanks to Maurice that we ended up purchasing a vehicle within very short order. His honesty and professionalism are refreshing; his patience with us as we learn the Mercedes-Benz 101 and 102 are extraordinary (lessons are not over!), and his personality won us over. The entire team at this dealership made us feel welcome and special, and not like a number. Furthermore, the relationship we have just forged with Maurice will be ongoing, as he assured us we are now part of the Mercedes Benz family. And we have no reason to doubt him. Service is incredibly overpriced. $800 for a new headlight bulb and an oil change? I regret purchasing a Mercedes and despise the absolute punishment that this company exerts on their customers. The dealer service is very polite as they overcharge you for every single item possible. It feels like they are salivating as you approach the counter. I am not struggling financially, but I hate being ripped off. I highly advise you to shop elsewhere. Perhaps you can buy my car. If I broke it into pieces and had Mercedes sell the parts it would be worth about 28 million dollars. I provided an overall rating of one star, but that's only because you can't submit with zero stars.

Absolutely suggest working with Jeff and tracy, they are very friendly, helpful and always give the best deal to their customers and when it comes to service they do an amazing job of helping, on the other hand there are few other sales person who are only focus on making you pay more and sell you what they have left in their inventory. Service and part department also doing the great job comparing to Porsche Canada, and other similar brands

I purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz North Van. The dealership has been excellent to deal with even though I wasn't buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. They still gave me the care and attention as if I was shopping for one of their higher priced vehicles. Farshad Shafiekhani helped me through the entire process of purchasing my dream car. He stayed late on my initial visit so he could accommodate my schedule and passed me the keys for a test drive with a high level of trust. The worst experience ever. They are liars and deceive you to buy the car, after that you are on your own. I have paid more and above than 10k from the market value for the car because they told me you are covered under the star warranty for two years and anything happens to your car mechanically it’s covered by Mercedes Benz Canada, That’s a big lie by the sales person( Ash) and the sales Manager(Tyler) and Jim before he leaves this location. Please be careful what they tell you. If it’s not written then it’s just a lie. I will have to file a complaint with MVSABC and even go to small claim court to get this sorted out. Even if I need to get this as a class action case to stop this dealership from taking advantage of trustworthy clients. Please join me and let us stop them from doing this to others.

I spent 6 weeks looking for a Mercedes Benz Bluetec and had nothing but disappointments while doing so and wasted a lot of money on mechanical inspections. When I went to Mercedes Benz North Vancouver, I was obviously gun-shy. Upon my arrival the vehicle was parked right outside the show room and my salesman Michael was very prompt in helping me. I knew what I wanted so I looked at the car and went in to begin the dreaded negotiation. Guess what there is a shortage of used cars … so they are going for a premium, who knew? When I sat down and began to negotiate for the car, I heard that the couple behind us were also interested in the vehicle. Despite the shortage, and that interested couple the salesman and the manager did not use this situation to manipulate the price they gave me a fair counteroffer and I was very pleased. I thought that they would use it to leverage higher price, not only did they give me a good price, but they guaranteed that the car would be in great running order, and they would fix anything that was wrong with it upon bringing it to mechanical inspection. With that in mind I put deposit down and paid for the vehicle the following day. When I came to insure it they had it on the showroom floor and it was awesome and I was impressed… never had I driven any car off the showroom floor never mind a Mercedes! The next day I drove it to my mechanic where it checked out and I then proceeded to drive it all week and then continued onto Prince George. Upon arriving in Prince George, I noticed that the service light for the coolant came on I contacted my salesman Michael and he assured me (on his DAY OFF) that not only would they take care of me, but they would reimburse me for any kind of expenses I would incur. When I came back, he already had followed up with me four times to ensure that I was making it home safely as it was during the recent BC flooding. When he called Monday and said that they were going to look at it I expected it to be a week or two down the road. That was not the case they took it in that same day. When I got to the dealership, they took it in directly to the service shop and told me it would be a couple days. They did not have a loaner car so they took a car off their own lot insured it in their expense and let me drive it home. Never Never have I been treated in such a great way by a car dealership. Thank You Michael Chung and Peter Stellatos for your GREAT service!

I brought my car in to be repaired, when it was returned the interior was damaged in two places. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager he dismissed my concern and said there was nothing they could do because the workers didn’t touch inside of my car. I felt like my concern were being dismissed and they didn’t believe me. I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I CAN NOT recommend this company specially if you bought a previously owned vehicle. Whether bought my car brand new or previously owned I should be treated with respect and curtesy. Customer is customer!!!
