Yesterday we WERE NOT Planning on buying a vehicle. That was until we met Vik and Nathan the GSM. I was truly blown away with the fantastic customer service. We had a Lamborghini in for trade and planning for a new Lambo, but Lamborghini, directly across the street, was NOT able to provide a service worthy of our business. We ended up purchasing the Mclaren 570s in Mclaren Orange. Extremely satisfied with purchase. Vik is a FANTASTIC SALES ADVISOR. We bought primarily because of VIK and NATHAN the GSM, absolutely brilliant. VIK did a 45-1 hour TEST DRIVE, blew me away with the workmanship and precision that these vehicle are made. You will be highly recommended, believe me. Thank you for not PRE JUDGING me as a customer.

I would like to thank Mark for the hospitality he afforded myself and my 2 sons (11 and 14). It was obvious that we were not there to purchase a vehicle but to indulge a super car fantasy but we were treated with respect, were given a couple of posters and allowed to sit in a couple very beautiful cars. No matter, you have some life long fans, and when those 2 boys are in a position to buy a car such as the McClaren, these cars will be their first choice. Thanks again Mark!

Great first experience. Was greeted promptly upon walking in which, in Vancouver, is rare for me and I'm often ignored until I basically want to walk out of the dealership at the lack of care for my being there. Admittedly- McLaren is one of those cars that I know very little about, but thanks to Adam who spent 25 minutes or so with me, I have a much-better understanding of the products available and will be able to make a choice based on the time we spent together. Nothing short of perfection. I visited McLaren Vancouver earlier this month and wanted to share my outstanding experience. Entering the immaculate showroom full of beautiful super cars I was greeted by Shaun and offered an espresso. We spoke about the amazing cars, stats, build, performance and driving experience. After a short talk Shaun insisted we take out a 570s for a drive so we could really feel that car. Shaun came back after a moment and said “bad news gentlemen, the 570s is currently out on a test drive, now, we can stay here and wait for it OR we can take out a 720s in the meantime” So there I am, driving a 720s, possibly the greatest performance vehicle ever made, cruising around the twisting roads of Spanish bay, Vancouver. Needless to say, we got out in the 570s after that and it was a thing of beauty. I was sold. McLaren, Shaun, the whole experience. From beginning to end this dealership is nothing but class. Well done.

I love cars with a passion and had been looking at particular McLaren(675 LT spider) on their website for sometime now. I can’t afford it and was always hesitant and nervous to go to the dealership and just check it out. But today it all changed when I walked in with a friend. We were greeted by Shaun and right away asked us if we would like water or coffee. And then there it sat my dream car. And Shawn being an incredible guy,passionately told us everything about it and also showed us every car in the showroom. They have a brokerage service and can help you find whatever car you need while providing the white glove type service you would expect from a high end dealer. i had an extremely unprofessional receptionist interaction with this business. I believe the woman's name was Katie, and was rather hostile in a very brief phone call I made to this business. I called twice over the course of month to get a hold of an employee in the business, and failed to reach them both times. Finally, to wash my hands of it, I called to leave a message for said employee to let them know I had emailed them instead. I was met with a receptionist reaction as though my third call after a month was the most annoying, and taxing thing I could possibly have said to her. She proceeded to talk over me, in an attempt to hastily end what was maybe a 15 second phone call. Shame on you. Nobody needs your making them out to be a pariah for calling in twice, and then leaving a message. Shame on you, your hostility was utterly contemptible in any position let alone that of a receptionist.
