Doesn't matter if you move across the country and you politely tell them to remove you from their calling list. It's been 3 years that I no longer live in Vancouver, which means I have asked them 9 times to stop calling. It never ends. Buy your Kias somewhere else.

They did not quit looking for several days until it was finally concluded that nobody in the service department could recreate the issue...but they agreed it was a safety issue that we could not ignore. Tim and Sab in the service area are great. Very interactive and friendly, and dedicated to quality of repair. When the manufacturer agreed to repair my failed engine after warranty expiration the process was painstaking, smooth and communication about the process was gracious and informative. It even included a video (now i know what valve lifters look like!) I highly recommend these guys for any repairs or maintenance. They even detailed my car prior to delivery! Hats off.

I get my car serviced here and its always good. This time I needed my car front driver axle to be replaced as it was leaking. It was under warranty and yesterday got it installed. I got my car back and went home. Later evening one of the person from service staff named ' Charles ' send me the video for my car in which it showed that the new axle been installed and old axle was put down . I could see in the video as a proof of new part been installed. I loved it here this time. No service person at other placed offered me this proof. Dec. 5 2021 My Wife brings the car for the mechanic, having issues with the door having a hard time opening the door, and making a sound. Then when she went there to Kia to fix. The issue doesn't show up. Opening the door and closing several times and there is nothing. So the mechanic advice her to let them check anyway. What is there to fix. If there is nothing to fix or to check. So we end up paying 175$ for something nothing to fix. I made a complaint to the manager named Ryan. And he agrees with me and he will do something about it and return the money and get back to me. After a week I got nothing and tried to call him back and live message and I got nothing. Thank Ryan. Never come back again. Sep 8, 2021 I buy my car here. But parts and labor are expensive as other dealership.

After searching for awhile, I finally found one that appeared to be available with the trim level we were hoping for. I sent a message through the online chat interface and was surprised to have a response from Adrian so quickly, being well before regular business hours. The negotiation also went well, he even came down a bit on their posted price and threw in a couple of extras, even though the vehicle is a very popular model and tough to find without a factory order. It was much appreciated. One of the accessories we ordered wasn’t in stock, Adrian offered to deliver it to our house when it arrives…did not expect that! Thanks to Adrian, Christine and everyone else that helped make our buying experience a pleasant one!

The actual service was terrific but making an appt. is very difficult. There’s a huge disconnect between the people answering the phone who book the services and the Service Shop itself. The woman gave me a service date but wouldn’t accept a mechanic looking at a tire that had a slow leak on the same day. She said “there are no diagnostic spaces available on the day that I booked my service”. She was ready to book my car in for 2 separate days. As it turned out I lost all air, so had roadside assistance tow the car to the shop. The next call I got was from the shop man, who asked if I also wanted a service while the car was in getting the tire fixed. I laughed out loud and said YES. They have problems with the girls doing the booking and I don’t know if they don’t give them enough instruction or if their tools are inadequate but there you go. My advice would Be to call and ask to speak to the service manager then book directly with him.

So, this morning I reached out to find out more about the Sorento SX plug in Hybrid I got a response from Anthony which was an awful experience. I've been a kia customer for over a decade and have bought 5 kia vehicles over the decade and after talking to Anthony who mentioned that this unit was sold already, but then responded to me when I had mentioned how is someone supposed to buy a vehicle without test driving it, and then asked him how does he expect to sell a vehicle without being able to go for a test drive... And clearly with the photo his response to me was that I have no expectations, LoL. I'm not sure where this guy got his training to be a car salesman, but it was absolutely the wrong way to be talking to a kia customer of 10+ years.... The fact that a salesman would laugh at you for such questions makes me realize he's not there for customer service but just there to try get a pay day.... If anyone goes to this dealership, I would highly recommend you talking to another agent unless your ok with being laughed at for asking questions.... In my years of buying vehicles, Anthony has proved to be terrible at customer service and would highly recommend you talking to a different salesman... Infact, I'd even recommend going to kia west on United Blvd, because they actually treat you like a customer and would never make you feel less than for asking questions.... Brutal!!!

TL;DR: Terrible sales service: avoid at all cost. I was in contact with Frank in this dealership for the purchase of a new car. Not only was he repeatedly trying to make me go for a financing plan I did not want or need, and suggesting going for cars I had no interest in, he also tried to rush my purchase decision by inventing fake sales arguments (such as government rebait fake expiration dates). Last time on phone after rationally explaining that I chose a better KIA dealership (better sales service, and way better price offer), he complained I had the audacity to make him prepare the car for a test drive, cut short the conversation and hung up on me. If you consider buying your car in this dealership, avoid dealing with this person.

These guys are clearly money hungry and will try to tell you to pay a $2000 non-refundable deposit for a factory order. Who does that? On top of that, they are charging $2500 more than other dealerships for the 2022 Kia Sorento. If you want to pay a fair price for a car, go elsewhere.

For my most recent visit, they sent me video links of select services that they recommended for my vehicle so that I could see exactly what needed to be replaced. They even sent another link for me to digitally authorize which of these services I wanted to approve of before they started completing them (with pre-tax/fee cost estimates) -- and they were separated by "urgent" and "recommended" to make my toggled selections even easier. The video links help remove any doubts you may have about the reality of whether your vehicle really needs some services "urgently" or not. I plan to continue taking my vehicle to this location for as long as I own it!

Bought an used 2017 Kia Sedona minivan from Kia Vancouver. Saw the minivan advertised online. A bit apprehensive about buying from a dealership. Met with the Kia sales staff Homer and Nav. Homer was very helpful and attentive. No pressure sales approach. Received the Carfax report and Kia full inspection report which were provided quickly. Okay, first Google review here. Came over from the island for a medical appointment. Woke up the next morning to find our rear window completely shattered. We called Kia Vancouver and they helped us immediately. They covered the window with some plastic and tape to hold us over until we get home, cleaned up all the glass fragments and didn’t charge us a dime. I purchased a car from Kia Vancouver around the end of November 2020. I dealt with Adrian and he really made the process enjoyable. When I arrived the car I had wanted to test drive was ready at the front to go, which is not the experience I had at other dealerships I had appointments with. He made the experience easy for me as a first time car financer. Some negatives about the experience is the sales manager. That is where I experienced the “hard sell” and I felt I was talked down to about rates etc. However, I loved the car and I liked Adrian. My partner liked the car and Adrian so much we chose to go back and finance his car through Kia Vancouver also. The biggest negatives was the finance department did not enter in my banking information correctly which caused a mix up with the bank, luckily the bank did not penalize me. The other negatives was with the new car I was promised life time car washes at the dealership. What they don’t tell you is the only time they offer car washes is Monday - Friday from 12-4. How are people with jobs supposed to use that benefit? When I asked why I was told it was because of a labour shortage. If it’s a labour shortage why not offer it from 2-6? It’s just disappointing. *edit to add that I was told a manager would contact me two weeks ago and I have heard nothing.

I traded in my former car for a 2020 black Kia Rio. Adrian was fine to deal with for test driving and inquiring about the car itself. When it came to negotiating Malcolm the manager was brought in and was very condescending and patronizing from the start. I had questions about interest rates and total all in costs that I had to repeatedly ask about because I was being given different numbers each time. We eventually reached an agreement which I found reasonable that included a cash back cheque that I would receive to making the financing loan work. I was told I would receive it in the mail. I received the cheque with $100 less than agreed upon. I emailed Malcolm inquiring about the wrong amount and voiced my displeasure in not honouring our agreement. I waited for a week and received no response! I then had to text Adrian the initial salesman and he said Malcolm said he emailed it a week ago. It has now been three plus weeks and I have not received a cheque and no response from Malcolm. I find this unbelievable that I’ve basically been lied to and cheated over $100 when I in good faith made an agreement to buy a car from Kia motors! There has been zero response from Malcolm only a text from Adrian that Malcolm said he sent it which I have not received. This is incredibly unprofessional and has been the worst car buying experience ever.

We are extremely happy with our new car and pleased to report that we had the best experience. Oh and one more thing… Even though we took delivery of our New Seltos less than a week ago another friend of ours also just bought a new 2021 Kia Soul after we referred her to Adrian (something we only did because of how good our own experience was).
