very luxury cars with the lowest price in the market, its not just the price but I also enjoyed the service, my car broke down 10 months later( wasn't his fault I did something wrong) and he still offered to pay half the price of the repair which was 300 dollars, When he delivered the car it was very clean and put effort into delivering the car with mint condition, I highly suggest this place I had a very good experience

I would like to share my experience with Goldlinemotors. I am a new comer to Canada and came March 2018. I was looking for MB ML 350 diesel and found it many private and used car dealers, I contacted Goldline motors because they had four of them in stock, I spoke with the salesperson and they emailed me the car proof and inspection report. The next day called them again and we dod Facetime and I saw full details. I spoke with one of my relative which lives in Canada over 10 years and he told me dont buy from deals and buy from private but for some reason they spoke with me without any push I felt comfortable and went there and bought it and they didnt give any discount and they said this is their policy for years and no discount. The car was exactly the same was described in the add and me and my wide very happy with the car. One day my wife by mistake put gas instead of diesel and drove the car for while until the engine was shut down. After we found out the problem we called Mercedes dealer and their estimate was $8500 to $9000. We searched for local European Mecaniqye an their estimate was $6000 to $7000. Called Goldlinemotors to help and advised us sovereign motors me motors sent tow truck and towed to sovereign. After one week the car was fixed with the amount of $2800 thanks Goldline Motors for excellent service specially was our fault and sold it few months ago. Best customer service and recommend to all.

It was really random that i found Goldline Motors when looking to buy my first car ever but I’m extremely satisfied with my car and my experience here. Emailed Goldline Motors this morning to ask questions about the Nissan Pathfinder listed on their website. I wanted to ask questions because I live in Whistler and I just needed to know the score before driving all the way down. This is the reply I received: ''Visit our website please for all concerns and questions''. I understand emailing back can take a while, so I gave them a call to ask the questions. As soon as I mentioned I had emailed them this morning to ask questions about the Nissan Pathfinder, the person on the phone cut me off and didn't sound happy at all. He said that I was asking too many questions, and that the price listed for this car is really good. This is a massive red flag for me!! Why wouldn't they just answer the questions?? Especially if their website says: ''You can also request more information about a vehicle using our online form or by calling us''. This makes me feel like I cannot trust them, and that they might be hiding information from customers? I am not sure if he just had a bad day or if this is normal for them, but I told the person on the phone that he was being very rude and that I won't be buying a car from them.

I contacted Tony abut a car and he was very forthcoming with information. He told me about the car and immediately sent me all of the receipts he had for the recent work that was done, which totaled close to the asking price of the vehicle. I understood that he was probably losing money on this particular car. After meeting Tony, I asked about this and he told me about the importance of the buyer being 100% confident in the car, and his 38 years of sales experience told him that those who cut corners don't survive. I spoke to the independent mechanic who worked on it(Nick @sovereign motors) to determine the current condition of the car and became clear that Tony instructed him to perform all required work to get the car into great working order. The common preventative measures (for this particular type of vehicle) were done after a full engine replacement. Late into the test drive, there was an idling issue, which is common for these cars if the car was not being driven and the throttle body needed cleaning. In a no-pressure way, Tony told me he would get it fixed during the week and the car would be fully detailed (per their regular practice), and he could tell I was put off by the less-than-clean appearance (I came in on very short notice, car was sitting for a while as Tony puts convertibles back up online in spring/summer). I went back to Victoria and awaited Tony to make good on it. During the week, Tony provided the updated car fax, Sovereign motors cleaned the throttle body and replaced all of the o-rings as a preventative measure (Nick knows German cars, BTW), and Tony had the car beautifully detailed. I returned, test drove, and bought the car, it looked and ran great!. Purchasing was very easy and he had an ICBC broker waiting for my signature in the back room. While i was signing the docs, Tony went out and put the plates on the car. I was good to go and the car has been great.

Poor uncouth communication. They failed at the very first message they sent by invoking racial stereotypes, and not keeping their own personal ignorance to themselves. There's no hope in gaining trust. Edit : To the business owner's reply, I think you're extremely confused. Nicely put together story but I'm not that person. I didn't have something to sell to you. I enquired on two separate occasions about 2 different cars and both times your response was objectively poor, discriminatory and uncouth.

Read and review their paperwork very carefully.. I reviewed a mechanical inspection form and there was white out on the comments section. I was able to read through it and mentioned to the sales person that I noticed the forgery. He denied he did it and said “it must have been someone else”. I immediately lost trust and left the office.

When I had asked whether there were any issues with the car I was looking at, which was well under 100 000km, the response was a resounding no. It was apparently an excellent car. We showed up. They had detailed the car reasonably well, but there were telltale signs of bigger problems. It turns out the car was imported from the East Coast. Once you looked further than the paint job, the entire thing was a ball of rust. Not only that, but there was a very poor looking repair to the underside of the exhaust manifold that wasn't noted at all when I asked about previous problems. The person who met me didn't know how to turn off the car after accidentally remote-starting it.

I called Goldline and asked a few questions regarding the Mercedes I was interested in, they gave me all the details and they emailed all the paperwork, inspections car proof etc. I did facetime with them so they could show me the vehicles interior and exterior and then I purchased the car and asked them to ship it to me, I received the car here and it was exactly the same it was in the ad. *EDITED* Well, i went there to buy a car as promised. We had been discussing the sale of an Audi TT 3.2 Roadster for a few weeks previous. I gave 1 day notice that I would be coming to do a test drive and conclude the deal. I was shocked and disheartened that the car was in extremely poor condition inside and out when I arrived. Upon lifting the hood, saw dry leaves in the engine bay etc.. harsh engine rattling (bad sign). The car was extremely dirty and had bald tires (not as advertised) - The proprietor there was too busy watching the Adesa Auction to address any of my concerns except 'you can have $600 dollars discount from full MSRP as my margins are razor thin and you can go buy your own tires' Which begs the question: Auction cars? Razor thin margins? I go to the same auctions as a consumer and the prices are about half of used retail. Very disappointing as I had gone there by Uber to specifically buy that car and drive it home. Sales 101: Fail. Old review: The guys there are very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Tony and found him to be very honest and transparent. He tried hard to make things work, but I just couldn't pull the trigger on a Porsche there. Sometimes both parties have to feel 100% right with the exchange of value. Although we weren't able to make a deal on my trade-in, I still feel Tony deserves a great review here. All respect and best wishes to Tony and Goldline Motors. I'll likely come knocking again in the spring:)

Tony is a great person to deal with - he is honest, patient, and very accommodating. I called to inquire about a truck, and he held it for me to look at for the following day because I was coming in from the island. In the time that I viewed the vehicle, three separate people inquired about it. Tony gave me my space and all the time I needed - never pressured me because of other interest. He even let me put a hold on it as I mulled over the decision for the next few days. Tony is upfront about the vehicles he sells, he is honest about the work that has been done, the condition that it's in, and will not try to embellish the truth. Although I ended up not going with the truck, I will be keeping my eye out on future offerings that he has. Great guy, great experience!

We recently purchased a 2009 BMW X6 from Goldline Motors. 100% the best choice we made in visiting this dealership. First off, Tony is a lovely person, genuine, sincere and refreshingly not a stereotypical grinding sales person.. Secondly, the car we purchased is in great shape, had been inspected by BMW, and came with fresh new tires. Basically, it feels brand new! We are very happy. As most know, the thought of purchasing a car is one of those gut-wrenching feelings experienced in fear of shady car sales and spending hours to close a deal. We had originally looked at a similar vehicle at a "large named dealership"( I won’t name here, but if you ask me I will be happy to tell you) and unfortunately experienced that gut-wrenching, frustrating treatment. Ironically the sales manager of that larger organization felt the need to bad mouth a list of smaller dealerships such as Goldline. We spent 2 hours and 40 minutes and left the unnamed lot knowing it was going to take even more time to come to some agreement over a vehicle that had bald back tires, a 12 inch crack in the windshield, no safety inspection and a damaged front headlight casing. We spent less than an hour in total with Tony, and his ICBC guy and drove off happily with our new vehicle. The most refreshing experience we have had buying a vehicle, ever!! When purchasing a used car, you just never know, however, if you want to purchase one from a business that tries to present the best to you, go see Tony here at Goldline Motors. Thank you, Tony!! Steer Clear of this dealer. He is unscrupulous, incompetent and dangerous. I paid a premium for a Diesel Jeep grand cherokee and it ended up having several safety issues which I had to pay for out of my own pocket. The owner doesn't fulfill his promises and hides the problems that a vehicle has instead of disclosing them. Especially be carful if you purchase from out of province because you have absolutely NO RECOURSE! Caveat Emptor... Let the buyer be ware. I got seriously stung. Don't let it happen to you!!

Do not trust this place. I purchased a car from them and within 1000km, I've paid $4500 in shop bills and the car still isn't running well. They do the bare minimum safety check, he told me that they checked everything on the car and it was in great shape. When in reality he knew nothing about the running order of the car. Codes were cleared off the computer, so within a few 100km the check engine light came on. Whether this place cleared them or the previous owner, he did not take due care to ensure he was selling a good product. I couldn't feel more ripped off and unhappy by my experience with Goldline. $12k turned into $18k within 1200km of purchase. His response to this is 30% of the truth, I called multiple times telling him of issues, it took 3-days to 'fix' my brakes, which are still grinding. His own mechanic told me not to trust this guy, so I took my car elsewhere. The fact of the matter is a car bought from a 'trust worthy' place shouldn't need to be in the shop for weeks, if the salesmen states ALL parts of car are in great shape, INCLUDING the clutch a customer should not be pinned with thousands of dollars in bills.

I bought a 2008 BMWX5 From Tony in November 2018. I own the car approximately 6 months. I will share my experience since then. Dont get me wrong i understand that buying used cars that there is always a risk of problems happening to the car and i went with my decision to purchase from Tony because of the outstanding reviews he has on this. The car had multiple problems and he said they will all be fixed for ME to bring it to a garage in which he told me to go to and also the passenger side was missing the cover for the dash which he has ordered and will be fitted within weeks. I believed the problems were fixed after going to the garage 3 times in the space of a week. 2 weeks later i realized the sun roof didn't work which was one of the main reasons i bought the car. I never checked this of course with it being winter. The same day the rear air bag suspension blew in the car. I went with the recommendation from tony when i bought the car to buy the extended warranty which cost me $1200 i will quote his exact words. ' it is piece of mind that if something happens your car you are covered and it costs less than a coffee a day' .Now I understand that everything that has happened to the car hasn't been covered on the warranty and this is not Tony's fault. I am just outlining that i did purchase extended warranty. So The air bag replacement cost me $600 . Stuff happens i took it on the chin . The mechanic outlined that the car had an water pump issue that will eventually need to be replaced so i went to tony and told him and he said if the warranty company dont cover it come back to me. I also got him to order me window wipers which i still owe him the money for but who can blame me not paying for them when you spend $14000 on a car and have noisy window wipers after 2 weeks. I spent the following 3 months going to the garage once every 3/4 weeks and spending $100-150 each time because of the water pump. i was told that the warranty company wont cover the water pump until it actually brakes completely. Which it eventually did and guess what! The water pump was never covered on the warranty. It cost a whopping 1200 to be fixed! So i sent Tony Numerous of emails and calls and texts with no reply what so ever. Today as i write this the car is in the garage as the other side on the rear air bag blew and i am going to be down another $600. Still to this day the passenger side is still missing the piece my sunroof is still broken and i have spent exactly $2672 since buying the car. Consider my experience I have had before you purchase a car from Tony and Tony if you want to treat your customer right you have my number call me and compensate me or even take the car back from me for the same price i bought it for and i will take my loss on the warranty and the repairs $3872.

"You'll need a tetanus shot after that." The owner is wasting his time so you can too. Went to go look at a lifted 4 runner there today. Biggest pail I've ever seen, and I have worked at used car dealerships before. The frame was so rotten that it shouldn't even be on the road. Painted over rust/corrosion on the frame, wiring under the vehicle, and wheels. A/C condenser is completely corroded to a powder state - same goes for the wheels which have so much aluminum/magnesium oxide on them. Just completely caked with over 2 gallons of trem clad. I know you're going to read this, and yes I'm talking about you Tony or whoever owns this establishment. Dont even try to deny this one. Or you can continue to lie to yourself and everyone else by denying it. Give your head a shake bud. Dont buy anything from this absolute scrap yard.

I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership but there was a vehicle I was interested in and I called in and asked for car proof and vehicle inspections and they sent it to me and then I asked to do FaceTime so they could show me the interior and exterior of the vehicle then I gave them my credit card and asked them to hold it for me for 48 hours, during this period of time an emergency matter happened and I left the country and came back after 1 month and a half and I called the dealership and I spoke to Tony and he immediately refunded the money back to my credit card in full, so this is the reason I gave them 5 star, because they are very honest and trustable, I suggest these people to anyone interested in buying a car.

Super sketchy dealership. I bought my first car from them around a year ago. They were advertising a local, accident free midsize sedan and I decided to take a look. I called to ask their hours and immediately had "Tony" ask what car I was interested in seeing. I told him the car and scheduled a time to come take a look. Upon entering the dealership, Tony was very friendly and seemed like an honest guy. He explained how his "wife had been driving the car (i was interested in) for the past 2 years" and how great of a deal it was. I checked it out and decided to buy it. When we were doing the paperwork, I noticed that Tony had checked off "out of prov." as this was news to me. At no point did he say it was an out of prov. car and I would have not known had I not read the entire page. He brushed it off as if it was not a big deal and how good of a deal I was getting (full list price). I was still eager to buy my first car, so I went ahead and purchased it (big mistake) for exactly what he was asking. I was able to negotiate a "30 day warranty" but on the transfer paper, he wrote "30 day safety inspection warranty" -whatever that means. Upon driving off the lot, the gas light was on and I made my first trip to the gas station. Literally 1 day after buying the car, the check engine light came on and i was forced to spend$160 on a diagnostics report from a local garage. It was determined that the thermostat was the culprit and was quoted $900 to replace the existing one. I called Tony and explained what was going on to have him say I broke it and I was responsible for the repair costs. I somehow managed to get him to pay for half the repair cost, as long as it was at his specific garage. I said whatever and took my car to this sketchy place in Burnaby. 1 day after buying my first car, I was left without a car, $100 in gas, $160 for the report and now had to pay $400 for the thermostat to be replaced. To top everything off, when i got my car back after being "repaired", 7 days later, my windshield was chipped and my power windows didn't work. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and demanded goldline fix the new issue of the power windows not working. Tony again, suggested he pay for HALF the cost to repair the windows which was another $200 out of my pocket. 1. did not verbally stated the car was out of province 2. reset engine codes prior to me viewing the car 3. $860 of additional costs within 48hrs of buying the car 4. carfax report shows the car never being insured in BC, and hadn't been insured in over 1 year suggesting his wife never drove it let alone for 2 years prior. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy

DO NOT GO HERE. Tony is an absolute crook. He sold us a car that needed an entire new engine upon 1 week of driving it. When we came to him to get it fixed he continued to lie over and over again about what was actually wrong with the car and did nothing to help us. We ended up having to cut our losses and lost around 14k because we refused to sell it to someone else without disclosing the damage. Gold Line Motors is running a complete scam and you should NEVER buy a car from there.

I found a Silver BMW X3 2008 in Goldline's website. Very clean & beautiful car like new with lowest price in Canada. Even with shipping cost was totally worthed to transport it to Ontario. We checked the car with Tony on Face Time & car proof with BMW inspection report by email. Everything was fine & no accident on the car. I bought it & Tony sent it by transportation . Even Tony helped us on financing too. Easy deal with no hassle or any issues. I am very satisfied with his service . Gold line is the best place to buy used car. Worst customer service in a long time. He kept answering his phone in front of me like I wasn't even there, then I called earlier asking if I can come down for a test drive and says no problem. When I get there they tell me to sit there for hours and wait. Great service!
