Diagnosing the Can system can be extremely difficult. But Ferrari & Maserati has top of the line computers to scan trouble codes, view live data, reset mudules, & perform diagnostic tests that other scanners cant. Nice people and saw 488 pista!!
So brought my Maserati in and it was $1381 to replace a battery. The labor was $594. And it took two days to get the vehicle back without one call from the department re delay; OH yah and before that, I took the battery out of the car to charge it in 10 seconds so wondering where the "$594" labor came from- aka mark up??? Bad service and price gouging!!! Worst thing is you are stuck with these guys as no other dealer in town.

Very professional, and polite. I am a Farrari fan, but at this moment I am far from owning one. The dealership was very kind in allowing me in a viewing the cars. I was able to ask questions to staff and not feel like I was out of place.

Wow. Well, the Ferrari 599 is one of my favorites to drive as well as ( Corvette ) sorry. My Father's Employer, we'll keep that out, anyway we would have to be sent to Bob Bondurant's High Performance driving every year for 2 weeks because of the information my dad carried was important, we were driving a somewhat of a junker and, Bob chased you all around the track and if you make a mistake (which both of us were Never caught) he has to get out and touch your car which means you do over and over, Bob Bondurant drove a Corvette, but he's a beast in that Ferrari. My Father and I Never I mean Never were caught throughout 8 years by Bob Bondurant driving School. In fact we were both asked back to be Instructor's. Right now I have a very Rare California style VW Bug 1969 that me and my Father are restoring. It has 11 coats of paint and, more to add. You guys/girls are very honest and very helpful, Thank you. ????????????????

Been to the Ferrari dealer on Burrard several times to buy some merchandise. So far never to purchase a vehicle but you never know. Staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. Even though I had indicated clearly that I was not in the market for a car. That is the professionalism befitting a brand like Ferrari. Thumbs up!

Post sales service pathetic. We bought a Mercedes car in Dec 2016 and till date we get follow up calls from them asking us “how’s everything”. We bought a Maserati in July 2017 and not once a single phone call. No courtesy at all. They really need to learn post sales customer support. Not at all friendly. Too much of attitude. We would never recommend this store to anyone.

There is a constant stream of douchebags standing outside blocking the alley while residents are unable to exit their own building. I waited over 15 minutes watching the manager on his phone, doing nothing in regards to the lineup of vehicles waiting to exit through the alley. Instead of assisting, all he could do was complain about how slow it's been regarding business. Individuals such as this have zero right to represent a luxury brand. Go work at Kia, you low brow waste of space and oxygen.
I had visited the dealership a couple of times last summer. On the first visit I was only looking. On the second visit I had a few questions and asked to see someone in sales. Mark Harrison came down and greeted me, showed me around the vehicles in the parking garage. We discussed the various cars they had in stock and other options for ordering new. Last week I returned and ended up buying a car. The dealership and all of their staff, without exception, were very professional and welcoming. I would like to thank Mark, and all the staff for a very positive experience.

One of the worsssst dealers. We bought masArati two years ago and not once we got any courtesy calls to inquire if things are okay. We had flat tire and we gave for service and no one ever called to let us know that car was there at service centre and what was wrong etc. We kept asking questions and all we heard was yes, no. It is you who has to give them options and then they will chose to answer yes, no. Pathetic. Don’t forget a person who buys Maserati could someday buy Ferrari too but with this attitude no one would like to return. We have Mercedes which we bought at the same time and the kind of service they provide makes you loyal to them. In two years no one ever called to see if we were enjoying our car wherein Mercedes guys keep calling and building relationships. Shame on such big store who doesn’t know how to value customers. I will write to Maserati head office and complain about this store. This is how the car looks after service.

Good car, Bad service. Keep me waiting for 2 and half hours for the pick-up service, and then tell me for another 20 mins. It only takes 25 mins from the store to my home.

This was my first time visiting this dealership and it was absolutely horrible. The receptionist was nice and helpful but sales staff is completely useless, unless you show them a bag filled of money or big cheque, you are a servant to them and won't ever be treated respectful. This guy named Alrick Celestine was just horrible and was treating me as low as one can imagine and didn't even provided any value. This was one of my worst experience in car dealership industry. I have dealt with many dealerships and have bought several exotics but this experience makes me never want to own a Ferrari.

I read the reviews on google and was scared to go into the store, but the reviews were wrong. A super nice salesman/sales staff greeted me and the receptionist was a very nice lady. Ended up getting a Maserati. Besides price, there really shouldn't be any problems fro anyone.
