There is a saying where I live when car shopping, "bring a man" because alot of dealers here will try to sell women lemons and mansplain...so when I noticed Alliance not only has good reviews but doesnt delete reviews I thought it would be worth a shot and I was not dissapointed! I bought a pre owned Fiat 500 Sport, and I really like this car. I dealt with Jesse Sylvester, and he made this very easy for me. He took his time and and was able to get me this specific vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no hassle. He has kept in touch with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Now I want to upgrade to a larger vehicle . i love the truck they got me the 2 nd try.... but my sales broker gave me some promises that were never kept ,,, and even after this company did a follow up for me ... I explained what i never recieved as promised( all recorded on phone). ... and still nothing from them , not even a paper record to send my accoutant.... i won't post anything of there lack of trying ... but with no return text, or e-mail, or even a phone call... i still get mega phone calls to see if i am looking for a vehicle.... three years later... lol

Wow this place is bar none the best dealership to work with I have ever experienced and heard of. My case was not an easy one I had a few issues at the start with bad credit small downpayment and they assured me they would fix me up, and all the way to the end I had issues with icbc and jesse made it such a stressful situation into something that I left at ease, and in a new vehicle. He even went as far as giving us pointers how to fix our credit over the next year and was so kind. Any questions we had and asked, and asked again he made sure we fully understood and we felt comfortable with that decision. Oh ya did I mention I also live in kelowna! So not only us living hours away he still did everything he could for us to be happy. This is now our second vehicle with them and not our last. We cant say enough about motor alliance and how they conduct themselves and how much pride they have in making sure it's done right for each customer. They have a ridiculous amount of vehicles to choose from. I give them 10 stars! On top of everything I said one more bonus factor they have a wicked referral plan so definitely ask then about that! Good luck to all in getting a new vehicle and good choice in picking these guys!

We had a great experience with Alliance Motor Cars and specifically Hardeep. We live on Vancouver Island and they made the process of purchasing a car from the mainland easy and efficient. Communication was excellent, detailed and accurate photos and information about the vehicle were sent to us, and all our questions were addressed prior to purchase. Alliance Motor Cars also personally delivered the vehicle directly to the island quickly after purchase which saved us the expense and time of traveling to the mainland. We had a small issue with the vehicle within the first month of purchase and this issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Hardeep. We would not hesitate to recommend Alliance Motor Cars to our friends and family and are very happy with our new family vehicle!

The 5 star reviews here are no fluke. I stumbled in here today (literally) where my vehicle broke down nearby. An asian associate came out and went above and beyond with what I required and I was able to make some quick repairs on their property. Now, imagine how they would have your back when you purchase a vehicle here. There are all types of vehicles here for everyone - from trucks, to mercedes suv's to subaru imprezas.

But what was most important to me is that they did not pressure me into a sale, they gave me time and the resources to think it over first. Buying a vehicle from out of town can be a challenge. After seeing one that looked promising on the net, I made contact with Basil who was excellent in providing enough information to warrant a trip to town. He was reasonable and helpful in all aspects of the sale, at a fair price. Then, above and beyond the call of duty, he actually delivered my vehicle to a ferry terminal for easy pick for me. I'm 58 years old been working hard labor all my life ,the only transportation I had was either bus or a car that I could not afford most of the time it was given to me ,so you can imagine the shape and work I had to put into it keep the thing running.I moved up north to a little town were I met and married my wife .She had a little ford ranger which I drove for 5 yrs back and forth to work leaving her without a vehicle so we decided for me to get a second truck I applied a few dealerships shown no respect and feeling like they were looking down their nose at me, then I heard of Alliance motor cars, from the first moment I called and talked to the dealer Randy all I received was respect. He made me feel important again All I asked for was a 4x4 with a heater block ,it gets mighty cold up north in the winter,what he got for me was way more then what I expected.not only did he get me what I ask for and more but he had it delivered to my door .it changed my outlook on life ,my way of thinking.Good things can happen. my work has become enjoyable again my life has improved 100 fold because finally it gives me hope and my life will only get better.So thank you Randy K and Alliance motor cars for not only getting me a beautiful ride but for changing my life.THANK YOU

This is an edited review as I had posted before with a lower review. It was low initially because i discovered after purchase that we were given 3 different brand tires and was informed this is a safety concern by our own mechanic. Cars shouldn’t be sold with different brand tires. I did get a call and had a conversation about my concerns. I felt heard and we were offered reimbursement for the wholesale cost of tires. As well we got reimbursement for a car battery since it needed replacing shortly after purchase. I do appreciate the customer service when things go wrong. But maybe their mechanic should also catch some these essential things rather than wait for the consumer to find out themselves.

They made sure it fit my budget and after they had it detailed they put new tires on because it couldn't go out with the existing ones on there. The driver they had deliver it up to the interior to me was very professional and made sure everything was done before they left. David kept in touch and even followed up during and after with my questions to ensure I had everything I needed. They provided all paperwork required. I was in Vancouver & I left phone with daughter at Hospital said call when am able to. Although she told him i was busy as we had a loss of a loved one. He kept calling and texting. I blocked him,So he had Mario contact me to remind me papers were done. So told him give me time I'll be back once funeral & such are done. Well I go in & sign papers. I get back to Terrace get a call they give My daugher message that 3 important parts of my contract were not signed. I call both cells & text no replies. I emailed and faxed with no replies. I kept all sent emails & faxes as I have no Owners contract no matter how many attempts Made. I SUGGEST record your agreement. You are allowed to as long as you let the person that your recording know. Its been 2.5 months still no papers of ownership.

So he tells me he’s going to signed me up for a vehicle and tells me to come in the next day after he does my identity check etc. doesn’t call me I missed shifts I call him back I miss more shifts . He wasted almost 2 weeks of my time promising me and I’ll come never calls me no follow up then when I purchased a vehicle finally, they signed me up for extras which I didn’t ask for. The car wasn’t washed or cleaned. Empty tank, no tire jack. Excuses for not calling me where they were arranging some party and I asked over and over why they couldn’t accommodate me again they were planning a party. I felt so undermined, disrespected. No walk-through in the car. After this prolong frustration they stopped answering my phone calls. Not once was I rude I stated my point, frustration they promised me etc. I am giving them a very bad review because they are extremely diss honest and very disrespectful to the customer I have never been so disrespected ever
