Our 5th Hyundai in 14 years. Some leased now some owned. Our 2018 Kona is our retirement car, fantastic. Not only have we had great sales and service, tip of the hat to Neil Lazarou, but we have not had a single problem with any of our Hyundai's. That says a lot! Can't wait to see the new looks after renovations are done.

Dealership is great when making a purchase! However the service department is what keeps a customer coming back. Unfortunately after owning 5 Hyundai's, the service department isn't what it once was and is the reason we'll be looking elsewhere the next time we purchase a vehicle!

I had to get my valve stem replaced as it was leaking and they brought my car to Neddy’s. When I called them to tell Neddy’s that my car was coming in via tow truck since that first phone call they have been rude and so disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place

This is the second time they miss us for a new car. Went there in '13, first of all the showroom is too too hot. Finally got a dealer and told him I wanted to see the Santa Fe. Went in the yard, he pulled one out and told me to sit and see all the details in it. I did and 1/2 hr later he still out of site. I was told that he was out for lunch. Honestly!!! This year we went in and just couldn't be served again. Get more sales people. You missed us again.

I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles in my life but getting my Tuscon from Neddy's Hyundai in North Bay has been by far the best and most pleasant experience ever! Friendly and knowledgeable staff all around. I was given all the information I needed and all my questions were answered without me feeling like I was getting tangled up in a lot of legal and technical mumbo jumbo leaving me feeling lost. All thumbs up from me to the whole team :-)

Well, i can't say enough good things about Neddy's North Bay Hyundai. When i make an appointment for my suv to get checked out most people have a hard time sleeping at night... Not me, i sleep like a baby knowing that my vehicle is in good hands,The staff there has done nothing but help us and has gone above and beyond to make us feel happy and safe!

I picked up my new car a couple of weeks ago and the team at North Bay Hyundai went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly. Lucio was there to answer any of my questions and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed in a car and Nicholas in finances was a joy to talk to and eased any of my worries or questions when it came to the financing. Just bought a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy from Joe and Scott, all arranged by e-mail. A completely "painless" transaction. Both Joe's trade-in offer and Scott's efforts to meet all of my wants and needs made it very clear that they wanted and deserved my business. Hyundai's lacking a 7-pin wiring harness for their 2021 tow package even had Scott trying after-market possibilities for me. (Never mind, Scott, we'll get it done in the spring.) It is that kind of "above and beyond" effort that beats the competition hands down. Thanks guys. Looking forward to meeting in person to pick it up on Thursday. __ EDIT - Update: I see that Hyundai Canada's "accessories" web page is now offering a wiring harness for the 2021 Palisade. However, although the vehicle claims 7-pin prep wiring, the harness itself appears to be 4-pin only. Not the dealer's fault. (Shame on Hyundai.) But we may have to live with that OEM limitation if it isn't resolved in time for next season's trailering.

I've been looking for a new car, and thought I had settled on a particular Hyundai, but needed to test drive it first. Showed up about an hour before close on Friday and was greeted by a sales guy (so sorry I forget your name!!) He was great! Super knowledgeable and honest, helpful but not at all pushy. In the end, Hyundai just doesn't make what I'm looking for, which is a bummer because I would love to buy in North Bay and would have definitely bought from this guy. Again, so sorry I forget your name! Young guy! Office near the door! Buy from him!
My husband and I just traded in his 2014 Hyundai Veloster for a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe and we had a fantastic experience here from start to finish! Joe and Nicholas were both excellent to deal with- great with communication, explained things very clearly to us, were both super professional but also personable, friendly and kind, worked with us on the financing, made things as simple and quick for us as possible, added in some bonus things we weren’t expecting, and just went above and beyond to help us get this car! We can’t say enough good about Joe and Nicholas and this Hyundai dealership in general. Very poor sales department. We made a deal (in cash) on a newer used vehicle from Neddy's a week ago as our family urgently needed to replace our vehicle which was recently written off in an accident. A week later, the vehicle has not even been looked at and we are without a vehicle still. Furthermore the sales manager has not been returning our calls and now we are in desperate shape leading into the Easter long weekend, unable to travel, the sales manager was quick to point out that it was his day off (Thursday) after not dealing with us on all of his previous 'work' days. We will not have a vehicle this week and it is apparent that we may not even have the vehicle by the end of next week. I feel very disappointed and will not be using Neddy's in the future, nor will I be recommending this dealership to anyone else. UPDATE May 5, 2017, We now have the vehicle (Santa Fe XL) and like the vehicle very much at this point. The dealer seems to be working with us to provide good service now. I suggest that using this review process had help contribute to an improved effort towards customer satisfaction. I am increasing my rating from 1 star to three stars.

My wife.and I bought a previously owned Alantra from Neddy's This dealership really knows how to pick the best used cars. Our Alantra is in mint shape, not a tear, scape or scratch. The tires are brand new and.the clutch has been looked after too. This car is 5 years old, but you'd never know it. We had a really good buying experience with Joe Ammerata, he treated us like we were purchasing a $50,000.00 vehicle. He was so professional and coutyess. There was no back n forth with price! He made the experience effortless and memorable. It's really worth the drive to the Neddy's in The Bay! The customer service is amazing and the quality of the vehicle is unbelievable! As the experience was a short one, the salesperson (Kyle) was organized and well prepared, He answered my questions and texts in a prompt manner. There was no pressure to purchase. In a nut shell, he bent over backwards. Whereas Sudbury Hyundai, the experience was horrible. Would never purchase a vehicle there. No negotiating the price. The salesperson called me, and I told him, I got a better deal somewhere else and he said have a nice day. He did not bend over backwards to hold on to a customer. The only problem with both dealerships is I feel I did not get enough for my trade in.. Neddy's was tolerable, Sudbury Hyundai was an insult. Wait a go Kyle Patchet!!!!!

I've driven Hyundais almost since the company's entry to the Canadian auto market. Have found them to be well suited to my needs. Love my new(ish) 2020 Kona Ultimate. Best purchase yet. Have had great experiences with the dealership's sales and service department. Friendly and helpful staff.
North Bay's only Hyundai dealer
Sales person was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. He explained all the features in great detail and he made sure that I understood each one before advancing to the next. He also provided me with all the information of the different packages available through Hyundai for future services and better care for my Palisade. He also took time to introduce me to the support staff and the owner of Neddy’s North Bay Hyundai.
My wife dropped a vehicle off for servicing, I picked it up and noticed some expensive charges, I confronted the gentleman at the counter and he removed the charges, at that time I thought they were very reputable, my wife dropped the vehicle off again for followup servicing, this time she picked it up and the same questionable charges were on it and was unable to deal with the staff, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN or don't buy a Hyundai in. The North Bay area

I will never take my vehicle to a car dealership that doesn't do criminal background checks on their mechanics. I do not feel safe leaving my possessions with thieves and criminals. Other staff are amazing
Had to come in for an emergency visit after driving 2 hours away and turning around when the back break pads went bald because they weren't replaced even though we asked for them to be serviced twice before. Having problems again with them not replacing the front break pads. I don't trust them at all. The Hyundai Elantra is a good car, too bad I don't trust the service to protect my family.
I have been living in North Bay for almost three years. We go to Neddy's to have our car serviced and I have been disappointed over and over again by their service. The mechanics do a great good but the administrative side frequently makes mistakes with our scheduling and notifications. I have brought my displeasure up with the service manager twice now and nothing has changed. We are currently looking for another place to bring our car in to be serviced.
Wasn't to impressed that e- brakes service isn't included with an annual 4- wheel brake service. At least try to inform valued customers out of curiosity and inconvenience.

I love my Hyundai, and would definitely buy one again. But my experiences with this dealership have been less than ideal. I got a run-around just needing the bill of sale submitted to my insurance broker, and I have found other interactions with them haven't always been friendly in the year since I've bought my car. Overall, I would recommend a Hyundai to friends and family, but not necessarily this dealership.
