By far the best place we've been to in Niagara region! Sergey and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us! I can only recommend this place if you want to deal with honest and reliable people!
Bought my first car from here. Good service, everything went smoothly. Car got inspected and safetied. No issues so far, but if there are; wheels auto group is where I would go.
Everyone at WAG bent over backwards to make the purchase of my car go as smoothly as possible. I was coming from out of town and was thrilled to see the car not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The owners both took time from their day to facilitate the purchase and registration of the car for my drive back home. I would return to WAG again without a second thought. Thanks guys, sending my best.
If there was a 0 star rating I would give that, my experience has been terrible and will continue to be horrible. Neither salesman or manager introduced themselves, they told me the deposit I was going to give was only good for 2 days. That was the least of my worries... I could smell diesel exhaust coming into the cab when I first started the truck and anytime it was idling. I inspected it myself and found 4 of 8 ports on the exhaust manifolds to be leaking. I returned the next day with the truck, they told me leaking exhaust is not a safety concern but a "customer relations" concern. They brought my truck into the shop, and denied the fact that the exhaust manifolds are leaking even though you could see diesel soot around the ports. They laughed at me and told me to leave the shop... Good "customer relations". Also they registered my truck for the weight of a half ton pickup instead of a 1 ton pickup, so my truck is not legally registered. They also never provided a safety certificate nor an etest certificate. I called OMVIC and they immediatly put my through to the MTO, the MTO prompted me to get another safety done on the truck but at my expense. I brought it to a local Ford dealer, they found a worn drag link, a mirror light not working, and leaking exhaust manifolds. I cannot drive my truck after a week of owning it because it is "unfit" for the road, and am now facing MTO investigations and possible small claims court. This is a lesson for everyone who wants to buy a vehicle from these guys. Avoid the hassle and just go to the dealer. Pay the extra bit, Its worth it! UPDATE : The truck was such a disaster from the get go, from getting the keys to the arguments to getting MTO involved... Left such a bad taste that I ended up selling the truck.
Great dealer, got a Toyota Tundra from them, really glad with the service and price!
These guys are your typical used car place - they pick up used trucks wholesale from Alberta. The prices are admittedly good - I travelled 4 hours to buy one. You have to be careful though - every truck I drove on the lot needed one kind of repair or another. They all seem to have "Lot Rot". Be prepared for the usual hidden charges for Admin Fees. They are also one of the few dealers I know that won't fill up your fuel tank with the purchase. I bought a truck that needed the AC repaired and needed brake work. The truck was not detailed as promised on delivery. The AC was repaired as promised, and although the brakes worked, they sounded like a dying whale intermittently. After I took delivery, there was no Safety Certification provided. I asked for it a few times and received it (conveniently) after the 36 days were up. I doubt they ever completed the Safety Inspection. Within 3 days of ownership I found an oil puddle in my driveway - the truck required a new pinion seal. I bought the truck to haul a slide in truck camper and when I went to pick it up was informed the tires were insufficient for hauling a load (my fault for not double checking) and the leaf springs were "dangerously out of alignment and could fail". Additionally, it was noted that when I had my "brake repair" from WAG they had sheared the leaf spring centre bolt. The RV dealer would not allow me to load the camper until the repairs were completed (they were not the company that completed the repair, so they had no reason to lie about it) and after having the repairs completed, it took the RV shop over an hour to clean off the built up mud from the chassis to install my tie downs. Looking under the truck, it was clear the dealership had painted over mud and grime to make the truck look good on the surface - it's been three months now since my purchase and every time I wash the truck, I climb under and spray the underside to get huge clumps of caked on mud from the oil sands off. My brakes still howl like a whale when I drive because WAG replaced the pads with cheap pads and left the old worn rotors on. My mechanic says it's safe for now, so I just put up with the noise. When I called Sergei to express my dis-satisfaction with his company, he told me the mechanics I had been dealing with "should all be shot" and that he was too busy to speak with me about "this bullshit". Short answer - you'll get a decent price on newer trucks, but be prepared to pay for some repairs - these trucks all seem to have been "rode hard and put away wet"
Bought a van from WAG, dealt with Dmitri. Was very easy to deal with, friendly, great service. Had a couple very minor issues with the van after purchasing and they were quick to resolve the problems for me, no questions asked. Very grateful to them and would definitely recommend them!
we have been looking for a truck and were driving by. so stopped in to look around. i know its winter but did you not see our car. no one came out. so we just looked and left. we figured if they won't co.e out to make a sale they won't help after the sale if theirs a problem. read other reviews when i got home. won't waste anymore time there
Just recently bought 2015 Toyota Tundra from WAG. Very professional and reliable service. My truck had a minor damage to the front driver side and therefore was classified as a "rebuild". Truck was in immaculate condition when I drove it from their dealership lot. Serge presented all relevant information, pictures and insurance reports that were in his possession. I even had an opportunity to have my mechanic to have a quick check as I am not an auto expert. Truck safety and minor glitches are done on the premises. I wholeheartedly recommend Serge and Dimitri for your next car or truck needs.
Deliveries and products are prompt, no problem there, would appreciate more contact from our wheels auto rep.
Great service, fair prices. Serge was very helpful and accommodating. When an issue with VW prevented me from getting the car right away (out of his control) he delivered the car to me instead. After a week with the car I had a couple of concerns (minor) he made sure I got into his shop the next day, and corrected the issues no questions asked. Would definitely recommend, and would buy there again.
Great service! We got our first truck from Wheels Auto Group and it was one of the best purchases ever made. Easy team to talk with!
Awesome
Pretty fair guys, shorter serge is best
Great service. Bought a vehicle during the pandemic. It was everything Serg said it was. Delivered to me when he said he would. Prompt, polite, returned calls, emails in reasonable time. Fair prices. I definitely recommend buying from here. You will not regret your decision.
Looked at a ram 3500 here a few months ago. Gave them a deposit on it but they couldnt produce a carfax that night. Once the car fax was produced days later turns out truck was from alberta and was in an accident.
They were very helpful and even rushed to prepare our Ford F350 for the same week we signed for it. .. Until a few months after purchase!! They didn't torque our nuts and we had out DRIVE SHAFT FALL OFF THE TRUCK. The engine had NON FORD parts and they TOOK OUT THE TURBO!! They are a group of THIEVES!! NEVER GO HERE!! As any Ford dealership SERVICE CENTRE... They are the ones who will tell you the TRUTH!!! Go to Mike Knapp or Ed Learn and THEY WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! ... To the dealership: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR SELLING ANYTHING!!
I Bought a truck from Serge it needed a lot of work it took him over a month to get it done everytime I phoned I was told something different! Not what I wanted to here! When I did get the truck it was undrivable there was smoke billowing out from under the hood and under the truck turns out there were missing bolts from the turbo to the exhaust the cab was lifted from the frame to fix the exhaust when put back togeather half the bolts were missing the other half were lose! The truck was not certified when I got it and it was sold certified! I took it to another garage for a proper certification! Serge also told me that one his mechanics is not licensed but he can do the job! I had to fork out another $4000 dollars out of my pocket to fix the rest of the truck front end work, air conditioning compresser, alternator, door mirror, steering box and the charging system! all this was to be replace or fixed Serge told me!! When I called him back he told me that my truck would not fit on his hoist!Pretty much told me to Get lost! I will never do business with you again Serge ever! You and your team are nothing but compulsive liers lie after lie you think people are stupid I hate liers! Here's the kicker I was a Third time customer and I get treated like that! If Serge replies to this review I would pretty much bet it would be another lie or two he's good at it!! You don't even deserve a 1 star! Totally Disgusted! Beware people!
Have not been there
We bought a 2013 Sierra truck a couple months ago. The owner Serge was fantastic from beginning to end. I’m in the market for purchasing another truck and I won’t hesitate contacting Wheels Auto Group. Great job guys, keep up the great work! See you soon.
Be extremely careful with these guys. I called looking for a price and a price only. They submitted all my information to 5 banks after i clearly stated not too. Extremely shady responses and business.
I bought a 2010 Subaru Outback a few months ago (waited to submit review). The car has been great from the beginning with no issues. Serge was easy to deal with, car was as it said and when I picked it up it was clean, gassed up and warmed up for me. Thanks for all your help and for providing me a great car.
Great people to deal with ! Kept their word !
Above and beyond. I found a car on Autotrader that I was interested in. Living in Renfrew and WAG being in Welland it was inconvenient to check it out. I phoned them anyway and spoke with Serge. He sent me videos of the car with close up pictures of the imperfections. He also spent lots of time on the phone with me answering all of my questions which made me feel like a valued customer. At no point did he try to cut the call short. When I decided to buy the car, all paperwork was conveniently done electronically. Serge also arranged for on of his employees, Vitali, to deliver the car to me at a reasonable cost. There was ongoing communication through the entire transaction. The car was delivered detailed and exceeded my expectations. You must give them the opportunity to earn your business. Thank you once again WAG (Serge).
Good place to buy a car Bernie hook me up
I bought a F350 Harley Davidson from them and had lots of trouble; - I had to involve a lawyer and OMVIC to make them keep their promises - the work they do in their shop is less than temporary: - they bypassed a cable for the fuel sensor; the new cable was not installed, but hanging under the truck and touching the drive shaft - they had to replace the hub assembly, as the 4x4 didn't engage and the old one shouldn't even have passed the safety (he told me he installed OEM parts, but actually he used the cheapest one on the market: Mevotech) - while installing they didn't remove dirt or rust and split the O-ring completely in half - they had to replace a broken mirror. the new one didn't function (did not slide out) These are only some of the issues I experienced. Please be cautious dealing with them. I was really disappointed not only with their terrible workmanship but also with hearing nothing than lies from them. Their slogan "Wheels Auto Group is committed to 100% customer satisfaction." doesn't mean anything to them.
I bought a used 2016 Ford Edge from Wheels Auto Group. At time of purchase there was work needed to repair and Dimitri , very professional, ensured that the repairs were completed and that I was very happy with my purchase. If I need to buy a new vehicle in the future I would definitely purchase thru Wheels Auto Group and Dimitri!
Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Was interested in one of their suvs. We had some concerns regarding codes and previous accident claims on a ford edge. Seemed bothered and unwilling to reach customer concerns. Felt it was a bother to do business with them. Would never recommend a disrespectful place like this to anyone!
They have a truck for sale overpriced 7k, I told them to look at the Canadian black book to see how far off they were considering the truck had been stolen and had 237,000km on it. The problems were Brakes felt like a sponge Drivers mirror you can barley see out of (hazed over) Drivers heated seat doesn't work Engine light Fender flare scratches passenger side Pushed in front bumper Steer wheel air bag missing or gone off and has been cut open of steering wheel Tires need replacing passenger door window sticks DVD screen missing remote The sales man didn't know what the Canadian black book was and also proceeded to mock be about using the black book to give used sales values. I had every intent on making a offer but with the lack of knowledge and not willing to negotiate its been my worse 40 minutes in a dealership. *buyer beware* they buy all their trucks from Alberta or auctions and won't produce a carfax - I was scolded when I forked out my own money to get one and uncovered the information.
Very courteous helpful and patient staff.
Great guys to go to talk to The serge’s they will find what your looking for at a fair price and will look after you for years to come. And if your reading the negative reviews they are not true at all as most of these people haven’t even bought a vehicle through wheels auto group. I Bought my Toyota Sienna from them love it I’ve also needed parts for my truck they’ve helped me so much I’m very thankful. Will be going here for life for vehicles and it’s a 1 1/2 hr drive for me
watch out for added e test charge omvic fee admin fee lol just cause you shake on a price doesnt mean they dont try and sneak them on the final bill.
Purchased a truck and had no problem dealing with the staff. Recieved a fair offer for trade. Don't expect more than what they have to legally repair for a safety certificate. Even after noting concerns during initial negotiation and being told they would look into it. Even that is being kind. I also found some very half arsed collision repair after further inspection, recent work, but won't say it was them as I can't say otherwise. The only reason I am dealing with all the repairs needed including safety concerns is because I literally could not be bothered to bring it back (5-6 hour drive) as I'm a licensed auto Tech.
I purchased a vehicle from Wheels Auto Group and recently had some body work done on my other vehicle with them. I worked with Serge both times and the service was fantastic. He was attentive to any concerns my wife and I had and worked hard to ensure that we were comfortable and confident with our purchases. The body work was professionally done and ended up including extra fixes at no extra cost. We have been extremely satisfied with our experiences with WAG and I highly recommend them.
Really stepped up recently in quality and business. We looked at trucks last year and hadn't found what we were looking for to pull our rv. Happened to be driving by and stopped again this year and it was a world of difference. Found a truck, it had a minor issue like any used vehicle and it was fixed zero questions asked, no hassle, and it was done quite promptly by the mechanic.
Decent amount of vehicles of varying quality but we're easy to get a hold of and deal with. found a vehicle that I would have bought if I could have made the finance work not their fault though my credit was garbage.
One stop shopping for all your truck needs. Serge and his team was phenomenal. Very easy to deal with and they went above and beyond. Definitely will be going back to these guys!
My girlfriend I just recently purchased a truck from Wheels, I have to say those guys were amazing, everything that I asked for was done and any little problem that came up Sergio rectified immediately.? They treated us well and we will definitely be buying another truck from them Robb Cerroni
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I drove 2hrs to see a vehicle. It has none of the features listed. The alignment was so bad the truck wouldn't drive in a straight line with the steering wheel level. They advertise car proof reports but sales guy wouldn't give me one. Instead he assures me it's accident free. He said the report costs 40.00 and he wanted me to purchase before I got the report. They should spend the 40.00 right away. Save the report and then they can give it to any potential buyer right off the bat. Seeing the report is part of the decision making process. Poorly run organization. Would never go back nor recommend anyone to go there.
