Really happy with my service from Emery Mendria - I felt no pressure, like I was talking to a human being who explained everything and dumbed it down for me to be able to understand comprehensive information. Wasn't too pleased with the financial side, I felt like the lady was rolling her eyes at me when I spoke and both myself and my guest felt as though she was quite rude. Wow! Competitive pricing on tire repair. Same day drop-in service both times I brought in a punctured tire, and they fixed it immediately within one hour. Staff are so authentically friendly. Offered beverages and snacks while I waited for the car to be washed - a complimentary extra mile of service. They damaged the tire sensor by accident, replaced it for free, and were completely transparent about it. I highly recommend them for repairs!

I bought a Niro EV from here and their service department seems unable to correct a reoccurring fault with the battery charger. They are also so busy in the service department that I no rely on public charging because they cannot get me in for 16 days. I guess I will have to drive to Nanaimo.

The service rep must have had an off day, brought in the car for a check up and more importantly, to have a rattle in the door fixed and a trans flush. Only to find out two and a half hours later all that was done was a check up. But they do have loner bicycles! I think that is an awesome idea. Follow up: car was booked again and the rattle in the door was fixed no charge and we were assured the trans fluid was good.

We had a very pleasant experience with graham kia, also the car lot and show room were very clean. That says a lot in my opinion. The cars I've looked at were clean inside and out. We've been to a few dealership in the lower mainland and by far, the prices at Graham Kia were the lowest. Friendly sales people and we didn't feel pressured. Nelson Chan and two filipino attendant were very helpful. I forgot their names I'm sorry to say. We highly recommend Graham Kia, we'll definitely buy from them again and will recommend to friends and families. Its worth the trip from outside Victoria.

WOW... This is really all I can say. I have worked in automotive for just about 8 years and my experience here at Kia Victoria was the best I have ever seen! James Buchok was my sales guy. Have to admit was a little leary about him being touch young and new to the business. Boy was that a mistake. James made my GF feel so comfortable and his knowledge on the cars themselves was spot on!! The vibe and feels this store gave were incredible. Absolutely wonderful, dedicated service department! Yvon and Eli are who I dealt with the most, they're both super! My car had an issue with flickering lights and they needed it back in a couple times because they couldn't find the problem right away, but explained why each time and even gave me a loaner vehicle one time as they thought they might need my car a couple days to find the issue. They thought it was fixed. I am very impressed with these guys, I highly recommend them for service, speed, communication and friendliness! EDIT: I forgot to update my review the last time I had my car in. The issue with the flickering lights has come back more than once. Nothing these guys have done has fixed it properly, even though I am still highly impressed with the efforts they have made. The service manager could no longer honor my warranty that was extended when I bought the car in another city, but it doesn't seem to have been noted in the computer system. Not their fault if they don't have the records, and I understand the limitations that puts on them but I cannot take my car back only because of more costs in continuously searching for the problem to fix it right and I can't afford it. I still recommend taking vehicles to them for service and maintenance!

When Karen and I first entered the dealership we entered a bustling environment of people talking, moving to various vehicles, chairs and offices. Fortunately a Lady approached identified herself as Isabel and asked if she could be of assistance. We accepted introduced ourselves and the journey began. With each question, no matter how trivial the answer was given in a professional and understandable manner. That for us was a great benefit as we are not Tech wise in the vehicles of today. The worst service I have ever experienced. I have opened my Kia since 2014. I refuse to get even my oil changed at this location. On multiple occasions they have neglected to give me any options with any repair. My Kia was one of the recalled engine Kias. I heard the sound in the motor that all Kia owners with my year and make were warned about on Kia forums. I brought it in for the recall to be checked. They took hardly any time to do this check. I drive the malahat 2x daily and explained how important it was that my engine doesn’t seize while on the malahat I drive with my child and clearly at highway speeds this could be fatal. I got a call within 20 minutes saying nothing was wrong with my car and that it didn’t qualify for the recall. I doubted their response and even called back to triple check that they actually tested it to be sure that it was safe. They confirmed nothing was wrong and it doesn’t qualify for recall. A few months to a year later I was driving on the malahat with my daughter. About to take the turn across the malahat needed to go home and my engine stopped. Completely shut off and i lots all control of my power steering power etc. I rolled over two lanes of traffic barely off the road and waited for a tow. My daughter and I walked away from the vehicle to a safer place to wait so we wouldn’t be in the car with traffic whipping by. My Kia was towed back to the dealership (I paid for this) at this point my vehicle was diagnosed to have had engine failure (duh!). I had to fight tooth an nail for them to cover the engine and include it in the recall. ( the reason for failure was metal shards in the engine... this is the reason for the Kia Canada recall btw) Kia Victoria was pushing to see all service records. Luckily I do my research with forums and Kia Canada press releases (because of my previous experience I now know this is needed if I want to be taken seriously by the service dept) I returned to Kia with a copy of the press release that was published by Forbes magazine on behalf of Kia including Canada and US. It stated that in regards to this recall dealerships are not to ask for service records and customers are not required to provide any in order to be eligible for this recall. The reason for this is because metal shards got into the engine during assembly. I reminded the service department of this article at which point they agreed to “do me a favour” and see if Kia would cover this as a part of the recall. Which they obviously did. I was put into a small car rental, I have a huge dog and I drive an suv because a car doesn’t suit my lifestyle at all, I explained my dog situation they didn’t seem to have an issue with it so I got over it, I was glad to still have something to get around in. Little did I know that 6 months later I still wouldn’t have my Kia back. During the time my Kia was in their care custody and control it was broken into! Thousands of $ worth of items were stolen from my car (2 pairs of designer sunglasses my gym bag 2 pairs of gym shoes a purse, a pair of heels my knife among any other items) this was all in my vehicle because when my suv broke down I was coming back from a wedding. Kia didn’t call me the morning after it happened. Honestly I don’t think they were even planning on telling me about this ( that’s speculation but also going by the history) I Happened to call them between 3-5 days after this happened just to check in to see the timeline on the new engine etc. At this point in the conversation they added really quickly, oh your vehicle window was broken the other night so we’re going to replace that for you. They replaced the window but failed to fix the door that had a chunk missing down to the metal from the break in. They covered it with some paint. I am selling my Kia so I never have to deal with this dealership again. There are 2 other situations that were super disappointing and frustrating but I’ve ran out of room. Love my Kia but service department is such a headache I am selling so that I never have to deal with them again. Avoid all costs!!!!

Recently my wife bought a new Kia Niro hybrid at Kia Victoria. It's a great car, perfectly suited for her needs. Although I prefer my much bigger SUV I like this one a lot (both cars complete each other). And then there's the salesman Emery Mendria: he' was very good! Courteous, attentive, patient (we testdrove a lot!!!), and knowledgeable. He's a busy guy but somehow he always found time to provide answers or set us up for a test drive. I've dealt with many car sales people through the years (some good, some not so much) but Emery's final (delivery) presentation of all car features was the best I've ever witnessed: clear, informative and comprehensive. The sales manager Bryce Metzger, who sealed the deal, was also very good. Genuinly friendly, easy to deal with and at the end of the day, we were happy with the deal. One more thing about these two guys: their email and phone communication was perfect: responsive and clear, the way I like it. Keep it up, gentlemen!

Absolutely will never go back. They wasted my time and my wife's. They contacted us regarding a car we were selling on used victoria. We had picked out a new SUV and were just about sold when they offered us an eighth of what we posted our old vehicle online for. It was insulting. Our ad we posted clearly had our price in mind and the details of the condition. The offer was less than those cash for clunker deals. It was a scam just to get us in the door. What's worse is they took over an hour and a half of our time to come to this "offer". If they weren't serious about purchasing our old car they could've been honest and saved everyone a lot of time.

Took my used vehicle in for a trade appraisal, and by chance the salesman doing the appraisal accidentally put the wrong key on my keychain into the ignition causing damage that prevented it from starting afterwards. Instead of trying to skate their way out of it, without question Bryce set me up in a loaner and had the service department replace my ignition same-day. Integrity can be hard to come by in the car business sometimes, but their staff did a great job making sure to set things right for me.

Unfortunately My wife was at home without the car and she could not pick up, we asked to pick up next day the said they can not do it because they did not have room. Asked for oil change, which is normally around $60 something including tax, got charged for oil change and service at $87. Had an issue with tire pressure sensor, asked to find out what it is. Service manager claims that pressure in tires is less than what vehicle computer reads it - by whole 10 psi. When I ask that it's obviously sensor fault, was talled flatly that no nothing wrong with sensor just empty tires. If tires are empty why do sensors tell me that all four tires are between 29 and 31 psi. That's nearly full pressure - unless something is wrong with SENSOR, right? But no, he is adamant it's not sensor and charges me additional $35 for topping up my tires with air. There were other issues, but they claimed it's not applicable as well. So in reality what a waste of the day and my money! Never coming back here!

Next thing when my car arrived which was told it will be 2 weeks waiting period.I got a text after a week saying mg car has arrived. I got my credit check approval on line and next day 10 min with business manager to sign papers with a complimentary coffee. And they have icbc insurance so you don’t have to go the somewhere to get your license plate and get registered. Highly recommended A+

To Valerie the finance manager who unfortunately retired (we dealt with her thru 2 purchases and the last one we got her on her last day). To Elmano who sold us our first Kia back in 2012 and still remembers us and stops to chat. We are now on our 4th Kia! The new renovated showroom is great, service department is great too, everything about this dealership is like their cars: easy and works as it should. No fuss, no worries. I decided to wait before I wrote this review as I wanted to see how my experience was after money exchanged hands. I have often found after this step many business are not as concerned with customer satisfaction. First of all, I was hesitant buying from a dealership, as I've always bought privately in the past. Any of these hesitations were quickly gone with a transparent buying process and a top notch customer experience (Tyree was our guy!) That being said, my 5 star rating comes primarily from my experience with Kia Victoria after purchase. We bought a used minivan and had a couple of issues early in ownership and brought it in. They were more than accommodating addressing our issues and covering the full costs. They stand behind what they're selling and I could not speak more highly of the customer service I have had throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle.

Completed my Fourth purchase of a Kia vehicle (2018 Sportage Turbo) a few days ago. This experience was much like my previous dealings with Graham Kia.....Excellent, no pressure sales and again an awesome group of employees that would make anybody take notice. For the first time I tried an online selection, options, pricing and quote and within a few hours received an email from Nelson confirming they received my query. From there, two or three back an forth emails to flesh out the details and I agreed to a vehicle which was delivered three days later. There are some reviews here that totally baffle me in their low ratings but because I have never had a problem with Graham Kia in either sales or service, I can only guess there are some people who wouldn’t be satisfied with anything less than a free car and service for life. My advice....take any review, good or bad, with a grain of salt and spend 15 minutes with this great sales team and make up your own mind. Added bonus.....Owner Jon Graham makes a pretty good cup of coffee and hot chocolate!

FINALLY, a PLEASANT used car shopping experience!! Can you even believe it? When's the last time you heard someone say it was pleasant? As a woman I was dreading going into the dealership to look at a used vehicle I'd seen online, remembering how annoying it usually is. I was prepared to walk out at the first sign of "high pressure sales" (which I did at another dealership in town). I am just not having that. But I was so pleasantly surprised at Kia, totally different experience!! Ari in particular was really great to deal with, no pressure, no rushing or pushiness, just super calm and chill and none of those really annoying typical car sales techniques that everyone hates. It was more like dealing with a friend. I was SO impressed and can't say enough about how different the whole experience was. The finance guy (sorry I forget his name, Armando?) was also really chill and so great to work with. Informative, relaxed and upfront. I like it!! Further, there was an issue with the car I first purchased from them and they had told me about the "72 hour no questions asked refund" policy but I was skeptical. Everyone always says those things before the sale, but when you put it to the test after the sale, it's often not QUITE what they said, isn't it? I figured they were sure going to charge me a random $1000 "admin" fee or "restocking" fee or some other shenanigans. But no! I was really impressed and surprised, there was no funny business at all. They completely refunded my entire original purchase down to the penny, without any hassle! Now that's a stand up company and the kind I would happily deal with again in the future. I did find another vehicle and it's been fantastic, so happy with it and really glad I found Kia Victoria and their great staff. Ask for "Ari", you'll have a much better experience than you've had in the past.

Sent emails inquiring about a new car for sale. After 6 emails over 4 days, FINALLY got a response. They claimed to have emailed several times. Nothing showed up except the one. Person asked what I wanted to know and what car even though that info was in email i sent them. Said would send me the info next day. 4 days later still waiting. Phoned to set up a service appointment for the car. Service advisor not there so could not make appointment. Asked when the advisor would be back, they replied sometime tomorrow. The advisor comes in for a couple of hours a day when they want! Not the way to run a business!

Being a single woman looking for a card is not normally a great experience, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Kia. My sales person Ari was great, he helped me to decided what I really wanted and not what I thought I wanted. I never felt any pressure I didn't buy anything on my first visit but he said he would look for something that we thought would suit my needs. He called me back in a couple of days and he had a couple of options for me. The whole experience was professional, pleasant and not what anywhere near my experiences, which is why I had been procrastinating on getting rid of a car I hated. Buying a car is not the same as making a quick purchase of a pair of shoes or a dress, those are cheap items to get rid of, a car is an investment. I found the sales people at KIA all very pleasant and I am not sure why I never went to KIA before because compared to the some of the other car salesmen around town, it was a totally different experience. I love my car, they couldn't have been more helpful through the whole process and never tried to rush me through but made sure I understood all about the warranties and the features of the car. Thanks Ari and I look forward to be treated the same at the service department which will be a nice change.

Our experience with Graham Kia since 2013 has been nothing short of terrible customer service. Our family vehicle has never missed a service, we take care of our vehicles, without much help from the Kia service Department. Twice now, during routine services, we have been told our tires and brakes are fine, no need to replace, and within weeks of having the service once we discovered our tires had worn so bare wires had begun to show, and another our brakes needed replacing to the point, oh look, now we need to pay for rotors. I chalked it up to, oh all service centers are like that, maybe they missed it, the usual. Until this past Friday, when a staff member at Kia damaged our car, and now Graham Kia is refusing to pay for the damages. Our driver door lock was broken, stuck in the lock position. Frustrating as it is to have to unlock from the passenger side alone, but because they are power locks, and it's stuck in "lock" you have all of two seconds to open the door before the locks re-engage. Making it impossible to access any other doors, including the trunk If you are alone with the vehicle (by the way Kia, in general, who's genius idea was it to build a car that doesn't have a key entry to the hatch?!). In our case, we have children and trying to wrangle children, groceries, backpacks, all of the above with a broken lock is nothing short of impossible. We've spoken to multiple people at the dealership, and taken it to head office and formed a formal complaint, and they still say they won't help us, only offering to pay 50% of the damages. I find it completely unacceptable you won't take responsibility for the actions caused, and will be warning anyone and everyone about the service we have received at your dealership.

Great sales crew and the service department staff were helpful with our questions. The financing process however was taxing, took quite awhile (hours) and we had to ask for a review of the contract (ie: the costing, and the interest rate which was not as advertised, it was higher, nominally though but still not upfront) Also, would recommend having the Bosch charger packaged with the vehicle versus having to wait more than 10 days to receive it as told by staff.

Overall, it wasn't too bad, but sadly marred by the financing options. I was at the lot having a look round, and saw a 2017 Mazda CX-5 with low mileage. The salesman was great, polite young lad. We made an offer, did the haggling bit and agreed on a price. I was paying by cheque, no financing. So when I went to pick the car up, and do the business a couple of days later, this is where KIA let me down. They tried to sell me optional insurance/coverage. I am not interested, still they persist with the 3 options, and say "which one would you like to purchase? " or words to that effect. I am not interested. A lady standing in the office with us, says "if it's a matter of money, we can help". I am insulted. My question is, why this charade? I dont want extra coverage, I dont want financing, I don't want to be insulted. I just want to pay and go home. I do like the Mazda though, and in fairness the price was about right , but the final steps let these guys down. Cheers. PS had KIA had any after sales follow up, I would have mentioned this to them.

As a young person, I thought I would make an intelligent, long term investment in my future by purchasing a new car in 2013 (2014) model. I decided to purchase a 2014 Kia Forte, and was proud to have made such a large investment foregoing purchasing a home or even living as a young person does. I worked hard to pay off my vehicle and took my car in for regular services. All paperwork included- which I still have, every last oil change. In 2016 I had an incident where my cylinders misfired causing my vehicles to slow at a rapid pace. I took my vehicle into a Kia dealership where they read the misfire codes, keeping my car for the afternoon and told me nothing was wrong, and giving no indication that there was a history of this happening to these vehicles over the years, specifically GDI Engines, which this Forte operates on. Recently and regrettably over the warranty, the engine misfired on the road dropping me from around 87 to 60 in seconds in rush hour highway traffic. I immediately took the vehicle in to Kia Victoria and it was indicated that my car failed due to a misfiring on the cylinders caused by carbon buildup on the intake valves. This buildup takes place over many years and is very specific to these engines. The (engine) requires a lifetime of extra services which includes fuel intake valve cleaner, foam scrubbing, and valve scraping. This is a great expense, and was never mentioned when purchasing, never mentioned when servicing and never mentioned when I brought my car in for servicing in 2016 that caused my engine to fail and inherently destroyed the cylinders in my engine. Kia quoted me 9000 plus 130 an hour for a roughly 21 hour job to repair my engine that I purchased with the that company (Kia Victoria). Ask yourself, even with regular oil changes and services, how long would you expect a brand new car to last? In the time frame from 2013 through 2014 my family purchased three new cars from Kia, these included a Rondo and a Sportage. The total cost would have been nearing 100,000 for all three vehicles if you include mine. The other cars are fine, to the credit of Kia but they are kept under normal car care, with no extra servicing required. After I let Kia Victoria know my issues I spoke to a Sales Manager named Elmano. I informed him of my issues and that I was over warranty but told him that I had paperwork from Kia for an incident directly related and they did not inform me of any previous complaint(s), any proper care, or even that anything had happened to my engine at that time, which was the original misfire of multiple cylinders on my engine. This happened when I would of had a warranty intact. Elmano said if I had that paperwork I have a good chance of having Kia Canada help me and directed me to the helpline. I spoke with a man named Arthur at Kia Canada and he informed me that there had been complaints of course about every type of vehicle but when asked about this engine he avoided the question and told me after I read about the reports online about Kia's GDI engines. Which there are many. Naturally, as expected I was told online reports were invalid. Arthur asked me if in my manual there was a portion that let me know about extra care, I told him there was not. He later told me that the mechanics working for Kia are not responsible to let me know about valve issues because it is not in my manual. He told me "Sir, I know what you are trying to do" and he was correct! I wanted to get him to admit he had knowledge of the complaints about this product that were willfully being dodged by the company. This is not a report telling you not to purchase a vehicle at Kia Victoria, but a note that this company has essentially destroyed my youth by selling me a car with a faulty engine that only operates with a very expensive and repetitive system of care. I will openly share my documentation with anyone who wants to see the nature of my experience and will post all related online material deemed "invalid" by Kia Canada.

I went to the dealer looking for a car (like most do), the sales people were good to deal with and friendly. I went for a test drive and noted that the cars breaks were sticking and smelling like overheating. I brought the issue forward, and was assured it would be looked into. After a few days and check ins from the dealer, I went back to drive the car again. The problem persisted, and was told by the sale managers that it was inspected and proven to be functioning correctly, but if I wanted a second opinion, I was welcome to get a 3rd party inspection. The car failed the inspection with an abysmal report with well over 10k worth of recommended repairs, and a strong advisement to not buy the car.. the short story is that after all of this, they refused to budge on the price, and disregarded the report of issues. They did explain a policy to not negotiate on prices, in the name of fairness to all buyers, which is commendable, but when there is an estimate for repairs that nearly matches the vaule of the car, they stood by their no haggle policy despite the cars manufacturer noting blown shocks and seized calipers amongst other issues. The entire experience left a sour taste, like a lemon, which is ironically the type of car they are trying to sell.

Great poeple to deal with. We went between Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage as we were not able to decide. The attitude of sales management drove us away from Hyundai and made us buy Kia instead. Loved the whole experience and have been doing business here since over 1.5 years. Will buy my second car here for sure. One feedback would be that they should have a choice of brands for oil change. I’ve used Mobil 1 synthetic all my life, but they only have Castrol Edge pro. So I have to get my oil change done elsewhere. I see the owner, although I have not interacted with him personally, keep a close watch on the entire operation.

Poor service. We received pretty much the "I don't give a $#!+ about you attitude from the "gentleman" behind the counter. For this reason, I wish I had purchased a different brand. I do really like Kia, just not the Victoria Kia. It shouldnt take over a month to fix something that they can get from NAPA in like half hour. It's like waiting that long to get a wiper blade fixed. We had to take time off work twice to bring it in...and switch of parts is literally a 5 minute job...literally.
